Obejectives : This survey was accomplished to find out how Korean medical doctors think that the recognition regarding the Korean acupuncture method and research direction Methods : The survey questions were developed by the consensus from the professors who major in acupuncture and moxibustion. The questionnaire was given the 2731 Korean medical doctors at the mending education site; In addition, it was given to 793 doctors working at the 105 Korean medical hospitals listed on the National Korean Medical Hospital Associations Address book by postal mail; and also it was given to the 142 public health care Korean medical doctors who attended the conference for the municipal and provincial representatives of the public health service Korean medical doctors. Total of 1277 questionnaires were retrieved out of the 3666 subjects. Results : 1. Eleven hundred eighth seven out of 1277 Korean medical doctors think motion and bone and joint disease which has an effect in acupuncture treatment(92.9%) 2. Nine hundred fourteen out of 1277 Korean medical doctors used "Body acupuncture method"(71.5%) and 902 out of 1277 Korean medical doctors think of the korean acupuncture method which is "Sa Am acupuncture method"(70.6%) 3. Eight hundred forty out of 1277 Korean medical doctors want verification which leads a clinical research to know that acupuncturist have acupuncture and moxibustion treatment(65.7%). Conclusion : Korean medical doctors think motion and bone and joint disease which has an effect in acupuncture treatment Korean medical doctors most used "Body acupuncture method" but think of the korean acupuncture method which is "Sa Am acupuncture method". Korean medical doctors want verification which leads a clinical research to know that acupuncturist have acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of customer value and customer trust as a mediator of flexibility influence on customer retention. The study applies SEM tools with WarpPLS analysis and translates customer value and customer trust as mediation. This study was organized into three parts: exploratory research, descriptive research, and explanatory research. The quantitative approach in this study uses a survey method by taking samples from the population. This is a latent variable that is measured using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research was conducted at PT. Nusa Prima Logistics Terminal Teluk Lamong by taking primary data, in the form of assessments or perceptions from respondents, so a survey was conducted by submitting a questionnaire directly to 194 respondents. Quantitative data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to answer the research hypothesis. Flexibility is very influential in increasing customer retention so to develop customer retention, it is necessary to increase flexibility, customer value, and customer trust. The novelty in this research lies in identifying the role and position of customer value and customer trust as mediation that affect customer retention.

Objective : This research is focused on understanding the current status of the Health Smart Card already in use in other advanced countries. This research will analyze the current status of the medical institutions Health Smart Card system adoption process and its effects, and provide a basis for future policy decisions for the effective adoption and diffusion of a Health Smart Card system, in the medical field, through the completed research and analysis. Method : This research surveys the domestic, and foreign, status of Health Smart Card usage. The research also presents up-to-date methodology for the evaluation of the effects of medical and health care technology. The research also conducts a survey of the domestic medical institutions that have implemented a Health Smart Card system, and then analyzes the results of the survey. Additionally, the research carried out a survey and analysis of medical institutions with no Health Smart Card system implemented, and considered the factors affecting the diffusion of Health Smart Card systems in considering an effective policy for the introduction and diffusion of such a system. Research Results : Through the study of the methodology of medical and health care information technology in advanced countries, the methodology for assessing Health Smart Card technology has been established, and focuses on 6 aspects. The study on the status of foreign implementation has shown a model for the Health Smart Card system. A survey was conducted on the current status of medical institutions with an implemented Health Smart Card system, and the survey results have been analyzed. Also, factors influencing the adoption of Health Smart Card systems have been analyzed through the survey on those medical institutions that have not implemented a Health Smart Card system. Conclusion : The government must provide institutional measures for sharing medical records by constructing an IT infrastructure at the national level to enable the adoption and diffusion of a Health Smart Card system. Such a network will make connections between medical institutions possible, thus making the diffusion of the Health Smart Card system nationwide. For the successful adoption and diffusion of a Health Smart Card system, a model system development, under a medical record sharing system, should be conducted. Additionally, a regional unit based model should be developed for the model project, as is done in advanced countries, along with the application of such results.

Infrared Medium-Deep Survey is a near-infrared imaging survey geared toward understanding the formation and the evolution of quasars and galaxies at high redshift, and studying transient and time-variable objects such as gamma-ray bursts, supernovae, and young stellar objects. The survey uses a multi-tier structure, with deep imaging survey of 100 $deg^2$ using UKIRT to the depth of 23 AB mag, and a shallower imaging of interesting sources using the CQUEAN camera on the 2.1m telescope at McDonald observatory. This talk will give an overview of the survey strategy, the instrument development, and science highlights. The science highlights will include the discovery of high redshift quasars, high redshift galaxy clusters, GRBs, and other interesting sources. At the end of the talk, we will also present the future prospects of our study.

This study is aimed to identify the LHI policies in the research process that reflect the diversity of job positions and workplace using a statistical method such as IPA. To collect the sample data questionnaire survey was carried out in 400 staffs in LH including researchers to investigate dissemination of research results and improve factor regard with research. The dissemination of research results is positioned as a important key factor for the determination of research institute policy. From this reason, satisfaction survey was performed for defining the procedure of research system and the dissemination of research findings. The answers give stimulate participation for investigational activity and share some perceptions with research vision a dominant position. Futhermore, select the research theme which is a important association with pending issues at the planning phase is to reinforce the availability of research findings. Lastly, promote research findings intensively is cause availability of research results to increase also.

The purpose of this study is to improve mobile service in academic libraries that can support the real-time need of users. This paper consists of the literature research, present status research, case studies and questionnaire survey. Based on the literature review, present status research, case studies and survey, the managerial plans to expand mobile service are suggested as four aspects - development of service types, expansion of the facilities and collections, marketing and evaluation.

By joining the Giant Magellan Telescope (GMT) project, Korean astronomers will get 10% of the GMT time, starting in the late 2010s. To prepare the GMT era, it is important to evaluate the current observational research activities. We surveyed the research programs performed by domestic astronomers during 2007A - 2010A period, using optical/near - IR telescopes with a medium to large aperture mirror (larger than 4 m). We describe the method and criteria of the survey, and present the results of the analysis based on the collected data.

The aim of this study is to find out the optimal goods for the marketing research through analysing the factor effecting the marketing survey by using the experimental design method. The decisive effecting factors in relation with the marketing survey were investigated as follows; 1. A row effect (Ai; i = 1, 2, ... n) is the design sorts of woman-clothes bias. 2. A column effect (Bi; i = 1, 2, ... n) is the woman-consumer bias. In this paper the experimental design, execution and statistical analys is were conducted to find out the optimal goods for marketing research.

Stratification is a feature of the majority of field sample design. This paper considers the multivariate stratification strategy for multipurpose sample survey with several auxiliary variables. In a multipurpose survey, stratification procedure is very complicated because we have to simultaneously consider the efficiencies of stratification for several variables of interest. We propose stratification strategy based on factor analysis and cluster analysis using several stratification variables. To improve the efficiency of stratification, we first select the stratification variables by factor analysis, and then apply the K-means clustering algorithm to the formation of strata. An application of the stratification strategy in the sampling design for the Fisher Production Survey is discussed, and it turns out that the variances of estimators are significantly less than those obtained by simple random sampling.

This study shows the results of constructing panel data using Farm Household survey and presents some examples of empirical application. This study shows that ex post constructed panel data using repeated cross-sectional survey can be used in various dynamic analyses. This paper also shows that the well known difficult problem of longitudinal weights can be easily solved by using the existing cross-sectional weights in original cross-section data. Based on these results, we propose that the National Statistical Office not only try to construct panel data, but also construct panel data by using existing repeated cross-section data. The benefits of this approach seems to be very big in establishment survey.
