The Republic of Korea has achieved rapid growth in economic, cultural and social through the development policy over the past half-century. However, principle of the nodal system has made an overgrown city and underdeveloped regions. A range of policies have been introduced aimed at underdeveloped regions. But many problems were found in policies. Because government ministry and public services were many and various. In addition, development priority are not based on objective index, Distribution business for the local government have been carried out. A study of the Index selection of the existing regions, has been large-scale center analysis. Thus, the difficulty is often in selecting the priorities of small unit operations. It is difficult to reach a selection of business to region priorities. Accordingly I want to be used as material for the efficient development of rural areas through the selection of indicators for a small areas. Intend to use the decision support system for the efficient development of small underdeveloped areas through index selection for a small and underdeveloped regions.
The job characteristics and competencies of 285 dietitians in employee foodservices were investigated by worker-oriented job analysis methodology. The purposes of this study were to : a) determine the knowledge, abilities, skills and other characteristics(KASO) needed for dietitians in two types of employee foodservice groups(self-operated vs. contracted), b) categorize KASO items by factor analysis and c) provide job information and job descriptions for dietitians in employee foodservices. The job analysis questionnaire was consisted of questions concerning the 134 KASO items. The questionnaire was mailed to 250 dietitians who are members of The Korean Dietetic Association Practice Group in self-operated foodservices(group A) and 250 dietitians who are employed in contracted foodservice companies(group B). Completed questionnaires were received from 285 dietitians(121 in self-operated, 164 in contracted) ; with response rate of 57%. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS/win and the SAS/win packages. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) Through factor analysis, the 134 KASO items were regrouped into 6 categories :‘primary dietetic tasks concerning menu management and administrative work regarding merchants’, ‘primary dietetic tasks concerning procurement and purchasing of food and supplies and meal production and service control’, ‘primary dietetic tasks concerning facility, sanitation and safety control’, ‘secondary dietetic tasks concerning nutrition education and research’, ‘secondary dietetic tasks concerning foodservice operation management’and‘human attributes’. 2) Analysis of the total scores(average scores of degree of frequency, importance and entry requirements of KASO items within 6 categories), group A showed high priorities placed on‘human attributes’, ‘procurement and purchasing of food and supplies and meal production and service control’, ‘menu management and administrative work regarding merchants’, ‘whereas group B showed high priorities placed on’‘human attributes’, ‘foodservice operation management’. Since the modern weapon system is composed of a complex system, it is quite difficult to derive the priority of performance improvement factors. In addition, research on the method for prioritizing quantitative performance improvement factors considering the opinions of stakeholders is insufficient. In this study, in order to quantitatively derive the priorities of performance improvement factors for K1 tanks and K2 tanks, a survey was conducted with experts with experience in tank development, and the preface data was analyzed using AHP, scoring method, and TOPSIS methods. As a result, priorities were quantitatively derived. The results of this study are expected to be used as decision-making indicators for stakeholders in the future weapon system development and performance improvement stage.
This study aims to propose specific directions for developing digital twin contents. This aim is achieved by thorough literature review and applying the grounded theory. Based on customers' need analysis, this study suggests the priorities of contents development of digital twins. As a result, complex workflows and dangerous training contents are adequate to be developed. Moreover, large-scale projects such as nuclear powerplants that are hard to build the mock-ups were considered to be effective. This study provides significant information for not only software developers but also clients who desire to reduce training fees and improve the complex workflows. Since these client companies operate based upon multiple complex workflows, this study encourages stakeholders to make effective decisions. This research needs further analysis of current digital twin technology- possibilities and limitations.

Recently, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency(DARPA) in the United States is studying a new concept of war called Mosaic Warfare, and MUM-T(Manned-Unmanned Teaming) through the division of missions between expensive manned and inexpensive unmanned aircraft is at the center. This study began with the aim of deriving the priority of autonomous functions according to the role of unmanned aerial vehicles in the present and present collaboration that is emerging along with the concept of mosaic warfare. The autonomous function of unmanned aerial vehicles between the presence and absence collaboration may vary in priority depending on the tactical operation of unmanned aerial vehicles, such as air-to-air, air-to-ground, and surveillance and reconnaissance. In this paper, ACE (Air Combat Evaluation), Skyborg, and Longshot, which are recently studied by DARPA, derive the priority of autonomous functions according to air-to-air collaboration, and use AHP analysis. The results of this study are meaningful in that it is possible to recognize the priorities of autonomous functions necessary for unmanned aircraft in order to develop unmanned aerial vehicles according to the priority of autonomous functions and to construct a roadmap for technology implementation. Furthermore, it is believed that the mass production and utilization of unmanned air vehicles will increase if one unmanned air vehicle platform with only essential functions necessary for air-to-air, air-to-air, and surveillance is developed and autonomous functions are expanded in the form of modules according to the tactical operation concept.
Data is indispensable for digital transformation of agriculture with the development of innovative information and communication technology (ICT). In order to devise and prioritize strategies for enhancing data competitiveness in the agricultural sector, we employed an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis. Drawing from existing research on data competitiveness indicators, we developed a three-tier decision-making structure reflecting unique characteristics of the agricultural sector such as farmers'awareness of the data industry or awareness of agriculture among data workers. AHP survey was administered to experts from both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors with a high understanding of data. The overall composite importance, derived from the respondents, was rated in the following order: 'Employment Support', 'Data Standardization', 'R&D Support', 'Start-up Ecosystem Support', 'Relaxation of Regulations', 'Legislation', and 'Data Analytics and Utilization Technology'. In the case of experts in the agricultural sector, 'Employment Support' was ranked as the top priorities, and 'Legislation', 'Undergrad and Grad Education', and 'In-house Training' were also regarded as highly important. On the other hand, experts in the non-agricultural sector perceived 'Data Standardization' and 'Relaxation of Regulations' as the top two priorities, and 'Data Center' and 'Open Public Data' were also highly rated.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport has been promoting strengthening energy efficiency of old buildings through public green building remodeling projects since 2020. Green remodeling includes both essential and optional construction of passive and active elements. However, there is a lack of integrated designs of passive and active systems and no standards for prioritizing these systems according to the building's age. Therefore, this study examined six public libraries in central region 2 that were expected to be high energy consuming. Remodeling strategy priorities were selected based on potential energy reduction. The libraries were divided into three groups based on their year of construction, completed in the 1980s (Model 1), 1990s (Model 2), and 2000s (Model 3). ECO2-OD, based on ISO 13790 and DINV 18599, was used as the primary energy consumption analysis tool. Simulation results indicated Model 1 and Model 2 benefited most from higher insulation and replacement of mechanical equipment. Model 3 benefited most from upgrading to more energy efficient windows.
The main purpose of procuring the oceanographic research vessel with state-of-the-art technology is to provide a floating laboratory to conduct field work on the global oceans. The vessel should be properly utilized to locate and evaluate unexplored natural resources as well as to contribute international efforts to better understand and manage global environmental issues. Top priorities in the vessel design are high safety standards, noise and vibration control efficiency, and effective application of research equipment. For the accomplishment of all activities, the vessel length over all should be extended ~100 m with a gross tonnage of ~5,900 ton. In particular, the dynamic positioning system II will essentially operate at sea state 6. The high efficiency emissions reduction system will also be adopted in preparation for entry into force of 3rd exhaust emission control (Tier III). About 130 navigational and scientific instruments will be installed. The final design and model test of the new research vessel were reviewed and completed, respectively, in 2014. Currently, the ship is being built on schedule and expected to be delivered in December 2015. Within the near future, the new vessel will assume the role of carrying out multidisciplinary oceanographic researches of the highest standards in a technologically advanced and environment friendly manner.

Purpose: To evaluate the recent incidence and mortality of and scientific research trends in cervical cancer in Mexican females. Materials and Methods: Data between 2000 and 2010 from the Department of Epidemiology of the Ministry of Health, and International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) of World Health Organization were analyzed, and age-standardized rates (ASRs) were calculated. In addition, scientific research data were retrieved from the Web of Science database from 2003 to 2012, using different terms related to cervical cancer. Results: The incidence rate decreased during last five years, while mortality rates showed an annual decrease of 4.93%. A total of 780 articles were retrieved, and the institutions with the majority of publications were National Autonomous University of Mexico (34.87%), Social Security Mexican Institute (16.02%), and National Institute of Cancerology (15%). The main types of research were treatment, diagnosis, and prevention. Conclusions: The above results show that incidence of cervical cancer decreased over time in Mexico during last five years; similarly, the downturn observed in mortality mainly reflects improved survival as a result of earlier diagnosis and cancer treatment. Also, this article demonstrates the usefulness of bibliometrics to address key evaluation questions and to establish priorities, define future areas of research, and develop cervical cancer control strategies in Mexico.
