Tn this paper we propose a systematic methodology for setting up master plans of knowledge management(KM). The proposed methodology is developed based on both the previous KM theories and the experience from industry fields. The methodology is consist of four stages: 1) setting up strategic directions, 2) analyzing the current status, 3) designing KM models, and 4) making KM master plans. We expect that the proposed methodology will be used in the various organizations as an efficient and effective planning tool when setting up master plans of KM.

While full recognition of the practical value of Traditional Chinese Medicine is being endorsed, the current stand on the research methodology of this field should be worked out. Since modern medicine has already developed a logical system of research methodology basing on the principles of deduction, any research on any system of medicine need to take reference to what is most popularly used and commonly recommended. The best way to approach research on Chinese Medicine, therefore, would be one that would take full reference to the methodology being used in modern medicine, while at the same time respecting the traditional approach. This would enable traditional medicine to be elevated to the level of general modern recognition. Nevertheless, innate problems in traditional medicine are making its research difficult. The problems lie in difficulties to achieve uniform herb supply, principles of randomization and placebo arrangements, uncertain chemical structures and toxicology etc. A practical approach centered on carefully planned evidence-based clinical trials, with parallel studies on biological activities and herb authentication is being recommended.

본 연구는 한국의 중재현황을 살펴본 뒤 최근의 학문적 추세를 고려하여 학문융합적 연구방법을 통하여 중재를 연구하는 것이 미래 중재연구방향에 있어 중요함을 밝히고 있다. 한국의 중재현황을 살펴보면, 첫째는 한국의 교역규모와 교역상대국이 증가함에 따라서 분쟁이 증가하면서 중재가 중요한 분쟁해결방식으로 부상하고 있다는 점이다. 둘째, 분쟁의 원인을 살펴보면 대금결제와 매매계약과 관련된 분쟁이 가장 큰 원인이라는 점이다. 셋째, 분쟁당사국들도 유럽을 포함해서 수가 늘어나고 있다는 점이다. 이러한 특정들은 중재를 하나의 학문적 방법론에만 의지해서 연구하는 것이 충분치 않다는 점을 나타내고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학문융합적 중재연구프로그램을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학문융합적 방법론으로 법학적 방법론, 제도적 방법론, 문화적 방법론, 인과적 방법론, 실증적 방법론을 제시하였으며, 이러한 방법론들을 중재에 도입하여 중재를 학문 융합적으로 분석할 것을 제안하였다. 전통적으로는 법학적 방법론이 중재연구에서 주로 사용한 방법론이었지만 향후 중재는 그 외의 다양한 방법론을 통해서 연구하는 것이 바람직해 보인다.

This paper has explored when implementing SW development project of the IT service corporations, what factors affect its productivity in SW development methodology. The importance of the AHP analysis surveyed from the experts in IT service companies and related committee, was shown in the order of the following processes : 1) Deployment process 2) Management process 3) Establishment process. It is measured the methodology levels of establishment, deployment and management in each project using the survey results collected from project execution members and analyzed the productivity of projects that have been executed within 2 years. Using project methodology level, productivity correlation analysis, and regression analysis, this study confirms that the methodology deployment level brings positive effects significantly to SW development productivity. The significance of this study would be not only to research and analyze SW development productivity using the real project execution data but also to underline the necessities and the importance of steady research, deployment and support for SW development productivity improvement.

In case of Radar Simulator ,the target ships should be generated and displayed on the monitor to provide the trainee with the feeling of real situation. The scenario methodology, which has been developed and used in Korea so far, however, has a fixed scenario, in which target ships are generated in the same manner at all time. As a result, the Radar simulator developed in Korea so far was in lack of training efficiency, as the trainee can get earily familiarized with the fixed scenaio. The paper, therefore, suggests the target ship generating methodology using random variables to improve the training efficiency of the existing simulator. In generating the target ships using this methodology, the speed, distance between the ships , and time interval of ships and time of ships were considered as a major factors which dterminie the ship's movements. The new methodology suggested was examined and found to generate target ships successfully giving a trainee the feeling of real situation.

The purpose of this stud)r was to critically review the trends of research methodologies of environmental education. We analyzed Journal of Korean Society for Environmental Education (vol. 1 ∼vol. 14(1)) and The Journal of Environmental Education(vol. 25∼vol. 31) to investigate the trends of methodology in EE research of Korean and other countries and to explore the tasks of it. The findings were as follows, 1) More than half of the character of the papers in Korea were actual condition (54.38%), substitute proposal (32.12%), and the papers in others countries were actual condition (39.35%), substitute proposal (33.55%). 2) The major parts of the method of the papers in Korea were literature review (26.05%), survey research (23.79%), on the other hand the papers in other counties were survey research (42.70%), literature review (25.84%). The results indicated that the research methodologies of environmental education in Korea were needed to be reinforced in the field of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

When we try to design a production planning system for a manufacturing company, it is a time consuming task to analyze various planning activities and identify inter-relationship among a lot of decisions made for the production planning. Most of the research efforts have been concentrated to well-organized independent decision-making problems that may usually be identified only after analyzing the characteristics of the decision-making process as a whole. In this paper, a methodology is suggested to characterize the whole process of the production planning for a manufacturing company and reduce the complexity of decision-making problems. The methodology is based on an experience of developing a production planning software for an automobile component manufacturer in korea. First, it is explained how to identify and represent the dependency among various decision-making variables. And a methodology is proposed to analyze the identified dependency among decision variables and identify decision-making process. Lastly, a practical example is provided to illustrate the analysis procedure in this paper.

Biological Hammett Equation에 기초하여 Hansch-Fujita식으로 제안된 정량적인 구조 활성상관(QSAR) 기법 (Sung, Nack-Do (2002) Development of new agrochemicals by quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) methodology. Kor. J. Pestic. Sci. 6: 166-174, 231-243 및 7: 1-11)에 따른 새로운 농약의 탐색과 개발에 관련하여 1990년도를 전후한 국내에서 이루어진 QSAR 기법중 주로 2D QSAR기법의 활용연구 현황에 대하여 조명하였다.
