As one type of power quality (PQ) disturbance sources, high-speed rail (HSR) can have major impacts on the power supply grid. Providing timely and accurate warning information for PQ problems of HSR is important for the safe and stable operation of traction power supply systems and the power supply grid. This study proposes a novel warning approach to identify PQ problems and provide warning prompts based on the monitored data of HSR. To embody the displacement and status change of monitored data, multi-features of different sliding windows are computed. To reflect the relative importance degree of these features in the overall evaluation, an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyse the weights of multi-features. Finally, a multi-features similarity algorithm is applied to analyse the difference between monitored data and the reference data of HSR, and PQ warning results based on dynamic thresholds can be analysed to quantify its severity. Cases studies demonstrate that the proposed approach is effective and feasible, and it has now been applied to an actual PQ monitoring platform.

니켈합금 용접재료인 Alloy 82/182 용접부에서의 일차수응력부식균열(PWSCC, Primary Water Stress Corrosion Cracking)은 원자력발전소내 주요 기기의 건전성을 저해시킬 수 있는 요인으로, 용접시 발생하는 인장 잔류응력에 의해 발생할 수 있다. 해외 원자력발전소의 경우 가압기 노즐 등에 적용된 Alloy 82/182 이종금속 용접부에서 PWSCC에 의한 균열이 여러 차례 보고되고 있으며, 이를 예방하기 위한 법으로 인장 잔류응력을 줄여줄 수 있는 오버레이 용접을 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PWSCC를 예방하기 위한 목적으로 수행되는 오버레이 용접에 대해 설명하고 오버레이 용접의 효과를 유한요소해석을 통해 확인하였다.

In this study, we present a 260k color TFT LCD driver chip set that consumes only 5 mW in the module, which has exceptionally low power consumption. To reduce power consumption, we used many power-lowering schemes in the logic and analog design. A driver IC for LCDs has a built-in graphic SRAM. Besides write and read operations, the graphic SRAM has a scan operation that is similar to the read operation of one row-line, which is displayed on one line in an LCD panel. Currently, the embedded graphic memory is implemented by an 8-transistor leaf cell and a 6-transistor leaf cell. We propose an efficient scan method for a 6-transistor embedded graphic memory that is greatly improved over previous methods. The proposed method is implemented in a 0.22 ${\mu}m$ process. We demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed method by measuring and comparing the current consumption of chips with and without our proposed scheme.

Korea Ginseng Corporation is a global ginseng company, owning one of the most leading brands in Korea, CheongKwanJang. Although Korea Ginseng Corporation was an undoubted market leader in the red ginseng market, it faced a new challenge in 2012 due to the changes in market environment. In order to keep its market leadership in a saturated and competitive market, the company decided to extend its product lines alongside the launches of new brands. In this article, the authors demonstrate the development process of the company's brand portfolio strategy to reveal how the company turned CheongKwanJang into a mega-brand. Also, this paper explores the impact of CheongKwanJang's reputation on new brands, thereby illustrating how the company successfully managed to introduce new products outside of the red ginseng category, ranging from organic food to a pet food market.

Pyroprocess technology has been considered as a fuel cycle option to solve the spent fuel accumulation problems in Korea. The Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute has been studying pyroprocess technology, and the conceptual design of an engineering-scale pyroprocess facility, called the Advanced Fuel Cycle (AFC) facility, has been performed on the basis of a 10tHM throughput per year. In this paper, the concept of the AFC facility was introduced, and its safety evaluations were performed. For the safety evaluations, anticipated accident events were selected, and environmental safety analyses were conducted for the safety of the public and workers. In addition, basic radiation shielding safety analyses and criticality safety analyses were conducted. These preliminary safety studies will be used to specify the concept of safety systems for pyroprocess facilities, and to establish safety design policies and advance more definite safety designs.

본 연구는 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 연구를 바탕으로 하여 조직신뢰와 충성도 그리고 구매의도의 관계에 관해 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 경상북도 구미시의 관리직과 대학생 및 대학원생을 대상으로 233부의 설문지를 회수하여 분석을 하였다. 연구분석은 Cronbach's alpha를 이용한 신뢰성 검증, 확인적 요인분석을 이용한 타당성 검증, 주요 변인 간의 상관분석, 그리고 가설검정을 위한 구조방정식모델 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째로 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 조직신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직신뢰는 충성도와 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 충성도는 구매의도의 관계에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과들을 통해 기업에서 수행하고 있는 사회적 책임활동이 여러 요인들에 상호간 복합적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

In this study, an empirical analysis of 55 ship finance cases executed by a specific ship finance bank from 2009 to 2016 during the recession period was conducted. The purpose of this study was to find the factors affecting changes in the debt performance of Korean shipping companies. The main factors were the loan nature (investment purpose, loan-to-value (LTV), syndicated loans, loan terms, put-option, balloon, and spread), financial nature (total assets turnover, net profit-to-sales ratio, debt ratio, quick ratio, total borrowing, bonds payable to total assets, interest expenses-to-sales ratio, debt service coverage ratio (DSCR), and total assets), and the company nature (company age, chief executive officer's (CEO's) shares, and listing status). In this study, the factors affecting the debt repayment capability of domestic shipping companies (loan nature, financial nature, and company nature) were verified. The credit rating was used to measure the dependent variable, debt repayment ability. The variables of investment purpose, put-option, balloon, and spread in the loan nature, debt ratio in the financial nature, and the CEO's shares and company age in the company nature were found to be significant.
