본 연구에서는 고객의 재고 수준을 고려하면서 동시에 연간 수송비용을 최소로 하는 차량 경로결정문제 IRP(Inventory Routing Problem)에 새로운 위성창고 (Satellite facility)개념을 도입한 수리모델과 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 위성창고는 수송 가능 용량을 초과하는 수요가 발생했을 때 수송 도중에 물량을 보충하여 재고 보충 일정 시간 내에 운반을 할 수 있도록 하는 장치이며 여기서는 용량의 한계를 고려한 위성창고 개념을 도입하였다. 또한 재고 보충 일정 관리 문제와 차량 경로 결정 문제를 분리하여 순차적으로 발견적 기법을 이용하는 기존의 방법을 통합 최적화 알고리즘으로 구현하였다.

Nuclear reactions in explosive stars such as novae, X-ray bursts, and supernovae are responsible for producing many of the elements that make up our world. Exotic nuclei not normally found on earth can play an important role in these events due to the extreme conditions that occur in the explosion. A frontier area of research involves utilizing beams of radioactive nuclei to improve our understanding of these explosions and the implications on cosmic element production. At the future radioactive ion beam facility of Korea, RAON, we will measure astrophysically important reactions using exotic beams to probe the details of cosmic events. Details of RAON and possible day-1 experiments at the facility will be presented.

The purpose of this research is to study use method of mobile system for effective field management for urban facilities. GIS database could be standardized commonly useful for the site management of city facilities through standard list, standard items and standard specification appropriate for the mobile system, and this is effective to manage the city facilities on the site in real time.

The objective of this study is to design the full-scale fire test facility of the railroad vehicle with CFD simulation. In the results, the step expansion system should be good enough for the measuring system. Uniform flow is achieved at eight-to-ten diameters of the expanded duct behind the step for moderate expansion ratios($D_{orifice}/D_{duct}$ = 2 being a good choice). To optimization of the fire products collector system with 5 dampers, the additional CFD simulation was also carried out. These results will be help for the railroad fire safety research.

The government announced to launch tours to the Mt.Baekdu that use a direct air route through the 2007 South-North Korean leader joint declaration. The Mt.Baekdu tourism is large symbolism to the Korean people. Government and Hyundai Asan speak that propel Mt.Baekdu tourism using existent Samjiyeon airport in early time. But, air traffic and airport operation must consider safety preferentially. Present condition investigation and facility improvement of the Samjlyeon airport should be enforced first. And need facility expansion by increased demand hereafter. Compose South-North Air traffic network system to this opportunity and basis research and phase investment may have to be propelled.
