Research on Entrepreneurial Leadership: Focusing on the Research of the Past 10 Year

  • Purpose: This study aims to clarify the concept of entrepreneurial leadership by reviewing the relevant existing studies, and to examine changes in entrepreneurial leadership research through review and statistical analysis on the articles published in Korean and international journals. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Among the papers published between 2010 and 2020, 8 Korean studies and 42 international studies (UK and US) that clearly identify entrepreneurial leadership as research topic were analyzed. Results: Examinations on the yearly trends, keywords, and research methods reveal that research on entrepreneurial leadership is increasing recently with the emphasis on the statistical analysis. Keyword analysis shows high frequency of team and innovation for domestic research, while overseas research focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership, and gender associated keywords. Conclusions: This study has confirmed that overseas studies employ various methodologies, focusing on statistical analysis and that the effect of entrepreneurial leadership are in progress. For domestic cases, studies on entrepreneurial leadership are limited in number. Research topics and methods are areas that need further improvements. 국내 학술 연구에 나타난 지속가능 패션 디자인 연구 동향 (Trend analysis of sustainable fashion design in Korean academic journals)

  • The purpose of this study is to conduct more practical subsequent research by identifying research areas through a systematic analysis of sustainable fashion design research trends. For this study, 117 journals domestic journals published between 2010 and 2020 were selected using the keyword, 'sustainable fashion'. With the research materials, six top keywords, 'zero waste', 'sustainability', 'eco-friendly', 'upcycling', 'recycling', and 'ethical', were derived. The research status was examined by year, keyword, keyword and year, and research topic. The analysis results are as follows. First, looking into the studies by year, it was found that research on sustainable fashion increased in general. Compared to 2010, the research tripled in 2020, and it was found to have increased steadily from 2018. Second, regarding the research by keyword, eco-friendly was the most common. It can be seen that research tended to focus on recycling or eco-friendliness before, but in later material design development was heading towards upcycling. Third, concerning the research by topic, case studies were found the most before, but research on design development tended to increase recently. Based on that, it is expected that the areas of sustainable fashion design that need more research will be investigated further.

A Cross-case Analysis of the Use of Qualitative Research Methods in Mathematics Education Focusing on Series E Journal: Exploring to Current Practices and Future Possibilities

  • In the context of Korean educational research, the number of qualitative research studies has gradually increased since 2000. It has become one of the most important research methods today. The field of math education is no exception to this trend, and qualitative approaches are now becoming one of the main research methods. This increase in qualitative research has contributed to the provision of detailed information about educational practice, but at the same time, the overall level of credibility in the results of qualitative research seems to be lower than that of quantitative research. This study started with the problem consciousness that the number of qualitative studies is increasing in the field of mathematical education, but there is a lack of discussion on the methodology of applying qualitative research methods. In this study, among the papers published in the journal related to mathematical education, papers using a qualitative approach are analyzed focusing on cross-case analysis. Based on the analysis results, the tendency to use qualitative approaches is diagnosed, ways of improving the validity and trustworthiness of qualitative research results in the field of mathematical education are examined, and implications and suggestions are presented.

빅데이터 기반한 미세플라스틱 지적네트워크 분석 (Microplastics Intellectual Network Analysis based on Bigdata)

  • 2019년 이후부터 전 세계적으로 미세플라스틱(Microplastics)에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있어 국내·외 미세플라스틱 연구에 대한 차이점을 분석하는 것은 국내연구 방향 수립에 이정표가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 KCI와 WoS에서 미세플라스틱 논문들을 발췌하여 저자 키워드동시출현단어분석, 논문동시인용분석, 저자동시인용분석 등 빅데이터를 기반으로 한 네트워크 분석방법론으로 국내외 연구 차이점을 분석했다. 분석결과, 연구주제 분석은 인간의 생체에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 연구와 일상에서의 미세플라스틱의 처리에 관한 연구가 국내에서 추가로 필요함을 확인하였다. 연구 품질을 살펴보는 논문 인용 깊이 분석에서는 국외 2.25와 국내 1.39로 국내가 아직 부족함을 보였고, 다양한 연구자들이 참여하고 정보를 공유하는 공동연구전선 구성형태 분석은 국내는 22개 군집 중에서는 3개가 Star형 구조가 있고, 국외의 경우는 19개 군집 모두가 Mesh 구조로 되어 있어 국내는 특정 연구 분야에서는 정보의 흐름과 공유가 부족함도 확인할 수 있었다. 이런 연구 결과는 미세플라스틱의 연구주제 확장과 연구 질의 향상, 더불어 다양한 연구자들이 참여하는 연구 추진체계 개선 등이 필요함을 확인하였다. 추가로 주제 모델링(Topic Modeling)을 기반으로 자동화 프로그램 개발을 한다면 실시간 분석이 가능한 시스템 구축도 가능할 것이다.

초등수학교육에 적용된 혼합연구법의 특성 및 시사점에 대한 연구 (Analysis on Mixed Methods Research in Mathematics Education: A Qualitative Approach)

  • 본 연구는 수학교육연구에서 적용되고 있는 혼합연구법이 질적연구와 양적연구를 어떻게 결합하여 활용하고 있는가를 탐색해 보고자 한다. 구체적으로 수학교육분야에서 질적연구와 양적연구의 혼합이 방법론적으로 어떠한 시사점과 과제를 줄 수 있는가를 탐구하고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 한국초등수학교육학회에서 발간하는 '초등수학교육학회지'에 2015년 게재된 전체 32편의 논문 중, 혼합연구법을 적용한 4편의 논문을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 기존의 선행연구들에서는 혼합연구에 대한 분석 결과를, 일반적인 양적연구의 결과와 유사하게 비교 항목별로 수치화시키며 양적인 정보를 중심으로 간략하게 설명하는 경향이 있어 왔다. 이와는 대조적으로, 본 연구에서는 질적 연구자의 관점에서 질적연구와 양적연구의 장점을 최적화할 수 있는 방안을 상세하게 논의하는 형식으로 분석 결과와 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

  • In this study, the KS A ISO Guide 35 was applied to develop analytical standards for heavy metal cadmium using the Korean mussel (Mytilus coruscus) and to evaluate the homogeneity and stability of the sample. Some of the crucial characteristics that reference materials must consist include homogeneity and stability of both intra- and inter-bottles. We tested homogeneity using ANOVA analysis and short-term stability using regression analysis. The variations of cadmium concentrations did not significantly differ between intra- and inter-bottles (F=0.41, p=0.90). For short-term stability verification, cadmium analysis results were not statistically significant as a result of the regression analysis (significance F=0.51, p=0.53). This suggests that we can not dismiss the null hypothesis that there is no significant variation in concentrations of cadmium over time. These results indicated that the cryogenic-milling process has statistically proven the short-term stability for materials from mussels in the chemical analysis of cadmium. Therefore, we propose that the Korean mussel's reference material developed for the proficiency test could be used as a tool to evaluate reliability and consistency in laboratories.

통계분석 및 수질지수를 이용한 남한강 하류 유역의 수질 평가 (Assessment of Water Quality in the Lower Reaches Namhan River by using Statistical Analysis and Water Quality Index (WQI))

  • Water pollution in the lower reaches of the Namhan River is getting worse due to drought and a decrease in water quantity due to climatic changes and hence is affecting the water quality of Paldang Lake. Accordingly, we have used a water quality index (WQI) and statistical analysis in this study to identify the characteristics of the water quality in the lower reaches of the Namhan River, the main causes of water pollution, and tributaries that need priority management. Typically, 10 items (WT, pH, EC, DO, BOD, COD, SS, T-N, T-P, and TOC) were used as the water quality factors for the statistical analysis, and the matrix of data was set as 324 × 10·1. The correlation analysis demonstrated a strong correlation between Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and T-P with a high statistical significance (r=0.700, p<0.01). Furthermore, the result of principal component analysis (PCA) revealed that the main factors affecting the change in water quality were T-P and organic substances introduced into the water by rainfall. Based on the Mann-Kendall test, a statistically significant increase in pH was observed in SH-1, DL, SH-2, CM, and BH, along with an increase in WQI in SH-2 and SM. BH was identified as a tributary that needs priority management in the lower reaches of the Namhan River, with a "Somewhat poor" (IV) grade in T-P, "Fair" grade in WQI, and "Marginal" grade in summer.

유아 소프트웨어교육 관련 연구동향 분석: 2017년~2022년 국내 학술지 논문을 중심으로 (Analysis on Research Trends of Early Childhood Software Education: Korean Articles Published in 2017 Through 2022)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아 소프트웨어교육 관련 국내 학술지 논문의 연구동향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2017~2022년 유아 소프트웨어교육을 주제로 국내 KCI 등재지에 게재된 논문 55편을 분석대상으로 선정하고, 게재연도와 연구방법 및 연구주제에 따라 분석했다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 국내의 유아 소프트웨어교육 학술지 연구는 2017년에 처음 게재된 후 2022년까지 매해 지속적으로 수행되었다. 둘째, 연구방법 측면에서 살펴보면 연구유형은 '양적연구', 자료수집방법은 '문헌조사', 자료분석방법은 '기술통계분석', '문헌분석'이 우세했다. 이와 함께 연구대상으로는 '유아'와 '유치원 교사'가 많은 분포를 보였다. 셋째, 연구주제 분석 결과 '유아 소프트웨어교육 변인 간 관계 분석'이 가장 많이 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 유아 소프트웨어교육 관련 연구에 대한 후속연구를 제언했다.

Meta- and Gene Set Analysis of Stomach Cancer Gene Expression Data

  • We generated gene expression data from the tissues of 50 gastric cancer patients, and applied meta-analysis and gene set analysis to this data and three other stomach cancer gene expression data sets to define the gene expression changes in gastric tumors. By meta-analysis we identified genes consistently changed in gastric carcinomas, while gene set analysis revealed consistently changed biological themes. Genes and gene sets involved in digestion, fatty acid metabolism, and ion transport were consistently down-regulated in gastric carcinomas, while those involved in cellular proliferation, cell cycle, and DNA replication were consistently up-regulated. We also found significant differences between the genes and gene sets expressed in diffuse and intestinal type gastric carcinoma. By gene set analysis of cytogenetic bands, we identified many chromosomal regions with possible gross chromosomal changes (amplifications or deletions). Similar analysis of transcription factor binding sites (TFBSs), revealed transcription factors that may have caused the observed gene expression changes in gastric carcinomas, and we confirmed the overexpression of one of these, E2F1, in many gastric carcinomas by tissue array and immunohistochemistry. We have incorporated the results of our meta- and gene set analyses into a web accessible database (http://human-genome.kribb.re.kr/stomach/).

이차분석 : 질적연구를 중심으로 (Secondary Analysis: Focusing on Qualitative Research)

  • Purpose: This article explored issues arising from secondary analysis of qualitative data and analyzed the results of qualitative secondary analysis studies published in English, focusing on the methodological aspects. Method: A total of 29 studies were identified as qualitative secondary analysis studies, retrieving from the CINAHL database from 1982 to 3rd week of April 2003. These studies were analyzed by publication year, research method, and type of approach to secondary analysis. Result: The year that the qualitative secondary analysis study first published was 1992 and the number of the studies using secondary analysis has increased after the middle of 1990s. Grounded theory was the one the most frequently used(n=11, 37.9%) and phenomenological study the second most(n=6, 20.7%). In terms of types of approach, fifteen studies(51.7%) focused on the specific concepts that were not explored in the primary studies. Nine(31.0%) focused on the specific types of participants. Six were aimed to integrate contexts or perspectives to generate more general and abstract analysis of qualitative data. Conclusion: The results of this article will stimulate methodological discussion of qualitative secondary analysis and activate qualitative studies using secondary analysis.
