요구사항 충돌은 시스템의 기능의 오작동이나 프로젝트 전체의 실패를 가져올 수 있다. 현재 요구사항 충돌연구는 식별에 치중되어 있고 해결에 관한 연구는 우선순위에 의하여 선택을 하는 것이 대부분이다. 요구사항 충돌을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 TRIZ의 이론을 적용하여 창의적인 아이디어를 제시할 수 있도록 돕는 요구사항 충돌 해결 원리(CRRC)를 제안한다. TRIZ는 모순을 해결하여 아이디어를 내는 데 특화된 이론으로 200만 건 이상의 특허 사례를 바탕으로 만들어졌다. CRRC는 요구사항 충돌을 분류하고 유형에 적합한 TRIZ이론을 소프트웨어에 맞게 적용하였다. 대조 실험 적용 결과 CRRC를 제공하면 다양한 종류의 창의적인 요구사항 충돌 해결 방안을 제시할 수 있었다.

소프트웨어 생태계의 시장 중심 개발 환경에서 소프트웨어 기업은 제품의 성공을 위해서 자신의 비즈니스와 고객에게 높은 가치를 제공할 수 있어야만 시장 경쟁력을 가지고 생존할 수 있다. 요구공학적 관점에서 제품 요구사항 선택을 통한 가치 제공을 위해서 이해관계자들 각자의 다른 이해가 조정되어 합의되어야 한다. 즉, 요구공학 단계에서 높은 가치 창출을 고려하는 합의된 요구사항을 선택할 필요가 있다. 기존 연구들은 소프트웨어 생태계에서 요구되는 이해관계자들의 다른 이해에 대한 요구공학적 기법의 필요성을 언급하였을 뿐, 구체적인 가이드라인 및 수행 방법에 대하여 제안하지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 요구공학에서 사용되는 Goal 개념 기반으로 협상 참가자의 의도를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 요구사항 충돌의 근거를 구조화하여 관리할 수 있도록 한다. 궁극적으로 협상 참가자의 이기적 행동을 바탕으로 게임 이론적 개념을 이용한 요구사항 충돌 해결 방법론을 제안한다.

IT projects need engineers with various backgrounds to cooperate to build an IT system that satisfy the requirements of users given a limited expense and time. Such diversity of team members and the complexity of task naturally involve considerable amount of conflict among team members. High level of conflict among team members is known to be detrimental to the performance of the team. The purpose of this study is to examine the reasons for conflicts among team members in IT projects and to check how the level of conflict affects the performance of a project and the satisfaction of the members of the project team. To test the relationship, a survey on 166 participants in IT projects was conducted. The reasons for conflicts in IT projects were categorized into five types. The level of ambiguity was found to have a significant correlation with the level of conflict. And the level of conflict, in turn, is found to have a significant effect on the degree of satisfaction among team members and the project results. Based on the research results, it is suggested that a clear definition of tasks and their boundaries is required to reduce ambiguity and thus, the level of conflict and improve the level of satisfaction of IT project team members.

Various stakeholders are involved in the creation of software projects. In general, the higher the number of stakeholders involved during the requirements elicitation phase, the better are the chances of success for the project. However, it is rather difficult to consider the opinion of all the stakeholders owing to constraints on time and resources. Furthermore, conflicts between stakeholders can become inevitable when the number of stakeholders increases. Thus, the identification of key stakeholders is an important factor in ensuring the success of a project. In this paper, a methodical stakeholder conflict resolution model (s-CRM) is proposed by considering an actual industrial case study. The proposed model uses information gain based on entropy when measuring the impurity of information. We believe that the proposed s-CRM is effective in identifying the key stakeholders and in intuitively indicating those stakeholders whose elicited requirements need to be weighted. In addition, the model provides a solution for conflicts among stakeholders during requirements engineering.

This research aims to analyze the ethical requirements and to find the problems for the publication guidelines of oriental medicine journals. A total of 13 domestic journals, related to oriental medicine and registered in 'National Research Foundation of Korea' list, were selected for the analysis of ethical requirements. We inquired the revised year of the publication guideline and the status of ethics committee of selected journals. The ethical requirements of publication guidelines were evaluated by categorizing them into Institutional Review Board(IRB), Helsinki Declaration, Informed Consent, confidentiality and anonymity of subjects, and conflict of interest. In the case of revised year of the publication guidelines, the year of the most recently revised journal was 2011. However, the revised year of publication guidelines were not announced for three journals and a few journals haven't revised the publication guidelines since 2002. In the case of ethics committee status, four journals out of 13 journals maintained the ethics committee. In the result of ethical requirement analysis, nine journals included the information for confidentiality and anonymity of subjects, and four journals included the information for Helsinki Declaration and Informed Consent. However, only one journal included the information for IRB and conflict of interest. Recently, the importance of clinical researches has been increased to prove the effect of oriental medicine scientifically and objectively. The clinical researches should be considered in scientific side and ethical side as well, because they have potential risks to human subjects. In this sense, announcing the ethical requirements in the publication guidelines can be one way to secure the morality of researches. Thus, it is required to prepare correct publication guidelines and ethical requirements in oriental medicine journals.

In Weapons acquisition process, if the requirements are not clear, it leads to confusion and conflict in business. In the development of next-generation weapons, to define and derive requirements has to start from decision of operational concept. It is difficult task and has many uncertainties. This paper has goal about development of knowledge acquisition process that derive military operational scenario-based requirements acquisition process and framework that classify and save the derived requirements for next project. That framework can generate new class and category, also suggest that verification of requirements. It help to derive and manage the requirements, and make it easy to grasp the requirements. Accordingly, it can help make military requirement plan and weapon acquisition process.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out the role conflict and ways of copying of nurses as underwriters worked at life insurance companies in Korea. Method: The subjects were 141 underwriters who were working at 4 major life insurance companies in Korea. For finding the role conflicts, Role conflict and Ambiguity scale developed by Rizzo, House & Lirtzman(1970) was used, For the ways of coping, Ways of coping scale developed by Lazarus et al. (1984) was used. The statistical method used were mean, percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Turkey test by SAS program. Result: The mean of role conflict was 2.76, and its subcategories were intersender conflict 2.95, sequential order interrole conflict 3.13, interarole conflict 2.69, organizational conflict 2.69, ambiguity from the outcome or responses to one's behavior 2.60, ambiguity from clarity of behavior requirements 2.61. The mean of ways of coping was 2.42 and its subcategories were problem focused 2.42, wishful thinking 2.26, detachment 2.09, seeking social support 2.49, focusing positive 2.72, tension reduction 2.08. There is statistically significant difference between single and married person i.e, single was high than married about role conflict. And also there is statistically significant difference among religion groups i.e., christian was high than none about ways of copying. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that nurses as underwriters' role conflicts and ways of coping were different that of clinical nurses' and examining medical insurance nurses', Therefore it need more detail repeat studies.

협력적 컴퓨팅 기술이 발전되어감에 따라. 동시 사용자들의 상호 작용이 매우 중요시되어 가고 있다. 따라서, 최근의 CSCW 시스템은 충돌 해결 방식들을 요구하게 되었다. 그러나 현존하는 공동 저작 도구들이나 CSCW시스템들은 충돌 해결 기법에 제한을 갖고 있다. 일반적으로 공동 저작 도구는 특정 사용자의 관점을 기준으로 충돌을 해결하는 해결책을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 방식은 충돌 해결에 가장 빠른 해결책을 제시할 수 있으나, 다른 저작자의 관점은 충분히 반영되지 못한다는 문제가 존재한다. 이 논문에서는 협력적 충돌 해결 방식을 이용한 공동 저작 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 방식은 저작자들이 자신의 관점을 충분히 반영시킬 수 있으며, 이러한 방식을 통하여 시스템에서는 사용자의 요구에 적합한 컨텐츠를 제공할 수 있다. 제안하는 모델은 XML 등의 구조적 문서의 형태로 표현되는 코스웨어 저작이나 EDI 시스템에 널리 활용될 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 아웃소싱을 통한 정보시스템 개발에서 고객사와 벤더 간에 발생하는 갈등의 주요 원인을 규명하는 것이다. 정보시스템 아웃소싱과 시스템 개발, 갈등에 관한 선행연구를 기반으로 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 고객사-벤더 쌍으로 이루어진 프로젝트 팀 단위의 설문 214개를 대상으로 PASW 18.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 실증연구를 수행하였다. 다중회귀분석을 이용한 통계분석결과, 계약의 구체성, 요구사항 불변성, 목표간 일치, 고객사의 지식이 갈등을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 아웃소싱 프로젝트의 성과 향상을 위한 다양한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to develop the technology to meet the requirements of the design content, and to build a 'Requirement Information Management Model' for the design project. The model that should be used in the early design stage will undergo the following process: First, basic requirements would be defined by extracting the design content in the form of a reusable library of space units. At the next stage, requirement information should be modified after considering unique characteristics for the project and conflict problems between function and performance.
