K-1전차 수리부속 최적소요산정에 관한 연구 (A study on the optimized requirement estimation of K-1 tank repair parts)

  • This research is carried out solving problem of reduction in the rate of operation for the k-1 tank in order to increase the availability, caused by the delay in supply of k-1 tank repair parts in field operations. In other words, the study aims to find the most suitable requirement estimate pattern for the main repair parts that are used for k-1 tank. This study intends to present the most suitable requirement estimate pattern for k-1 trank repair pats by comparing the results of repair parts consumption data in relation to their pattern created by the programs of the requirement estimate technique(moving average method) currently used in the Army and adaptive exponential smoothing model. The results of this study numerically proved that the adaptive exponential smoothing model is the most appropriate technique in estimating the requirement for k-1 tank repair parts.

  • 소프트웨어 요구사항 분석은 성공적인 소프트웨어 프로젝트를 위해 필수적 요소이다. 특히 불완전한 요구사항은 소프트웨어 프로젝트 실패의 가장 큰 원인으로 꼽힌다. 불완전한 요구사항은 소프트웨어 개발 시 개발자에게 이해 부족을 야기할 뿐 아니라, 소프트웨어 검증 시 에도 모호한 기준을 제공함으로써, 개발 후반부에 납기일 연기 및 비용 증가의 원인이 된다. 요구사항 패턴은 이러한 문제를 극복하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 요구사항 패턴은 요구사항 작성과 검토 시 참조모델이 될 뿐 아니라, 검증 기준이 될 수 있으며, 작성자가 누락한 부분을 보완해 줄 수 있다. 이와 더불어 요구사항 작성의 경험이 적은 작성자는 요구사항 패턴을 통해 더 쉽고, 빠르고 정확하게 요구사항을 작성할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 요구사항의 시나리오를 통해 공통된 요구사항 시나리오를 추출하는 기법을 제안한다. 그리고 제안한 기법의 가시성 검증을 위해 여덟 개의 프로젝트에서 추출한 83개의 소프트웨어 시나리오를 통해 54개의 시나리오 패턴을 추출하고 이 패턴을 이용하여 누락된 행위를 찾는 과정을 사례연구를 통해 보여준다.

Analysis of Relationship Between Job Stress and Fatigue According to The Type A/B Behavior Pattern of Physical Therapists

  • Stress and fatigue are general physical aspects of our daily lives. It has been shown that physical therapists have different levels of job stress and fatigue according to the type A/B behavior patterns. This study collected data from 212 physical therapists between October 28 and November 23, 2016 using an anonymous, self-administered questionnaire. The study results showed the proportion of physical therapists with the Type A behavior patterns(TABP) was 18% greater than that of physical therapists with the Type B behavior patterns(TBBP). In this study, physical therapists with TABP were compared with physical therapists with TBBP. The results indicated that physical therapists with TABP were more inclined to experience higher levels of overall job stress and fatigue from the following stress factors: physical environment, job requirement, and job autonomy. Therefore, the stronger the tendency toward TABP, the stronger the feeling of job stress and fatigue from physical environment, job requirement, and job autonomy. Those with a tendency toward TBBP showed positive correlations between job requirement and the total job stress score; thus, the stronger the tendency toward TBBP, the stronger the feeling of overall job stress and fatigue from job requirement. This study suggests that it is necessary to manage the job stress and fatigue of physical therapists with both TABP and TBBP and to manage the job stress and fatigue of physical therapists with the type A behavioral pattern.

레이저 패턴 가공용 스캔 공구경로 생성 (Scan Tool-Path Generation for Laser Pattern Machining)

  • This paper proposes an approach to generate tool-path for laser pattern machining. Considering the mechanical structure of a laser pattern machine, it is quite similar to that of a 2D milling machine. Based on the observation, one may try to utilize the tool-path generation methodologies of 2D milling for the laser pattern machining. However, it is not possible to generate tool-path without considering the technological requirements of laser pattern machining which are different from those of 2D milling. In this paper, we identify the technological requirement of laser pattern machining, and propose a proper tool-path generation methodology to satisfy the technological requirements. For the efficient generation of tool-path, this paper proposes a tool-path element computation method, which is based on the concept of a monotone chain.

Estimating Irrigation Requirement for Rice Cropping under Flooding Condition using BUDGET Model

  • This study explored the effect of rainfall pattern and soil characteristics on water management in rice paddy fields, using a soil water balance model, BUDGET. In two sites with different soil textural group, coarse loamy soil (Gangseo series) and fine soil (Hwadong series), respectively, we have monitored daily decrease of water depth, percolation rate, and groundwater table. The observed evapotranspiration (ET) was obtained from differences between water depth decrease and percolation rate. The root mean square difference values between observed and BUDGET-estimated ET ranged between 10% and 20% of the average observed ET. This is comparable to the measurement uncertainty, suggesting that the BUDGET model can provide reliable ET estimation for rice fields. In BUDGET model of this study, irrigation requirement was determined as minimum water need for maintaining water-saturated soil surface, assuming 100 mm of bund height and no lateral loss of water. The model results showed different water balance and irrigation requirement with the different soil profile and indicated that minimum percolation rate by plow pan could determine the irrigation requirement of rice paddy field. For the condition of different rainfall distribution, the results presented different irrigation period and amounts, representing the importance of securing water for irrigation against different rainfall pattern.

우리나라 엔지니어링산업의 시장전망과 기술인력 필요공급량 추정에 관한 연구 (The Forecasting of Market Size and Additional Requirement of Technical Manpower in Korean Engineering Industry)

  • The engineering industry plays an important role for national competitive, since it has an high impact on other industries. With its importance, the engineering industry development largely depends on its technical manpower ather than capital factor. This study aims at estimating the additional requirement on technical manpower based on the forecasted market size which represents the structure change corresponding to economic growth in related industry. Research scope includes the twelve of fifteen field except three with insufficient historical data and technical manpower above bachelor degree. Specialty, we forecast market size with determinants resulted from historical data analysis on each field. The demand on technical manpower is derived from the forecasted market. We also estimate an additional requirement with the supply analysis. The research results show different patterns over time period. The relative ratio on chemical and construction to total market will steadily grow over short term, while applied, environment, electronic and information will rapidly grow This pattern will be stabilized over mid or long term. The additional requirement on technical manpower represents the similar pattern to market growth. The research result implies manpower policy for having high inflow of technical engineer from educational institute and the related industries through the image improvement.

갈신양수장 관개지구의 관개효율과 관개패턴분석 (Analysis of Irrigation Efficiency and Pattern in Galshin Pumping District)

  • The purpose of study was analyze the pumping characteristics, Irrigation Efficiency(IE), and irrigation pattern by period of rice growing stage with based on the performance of design irrigation water requirement and operational Galshin Pumping(GP) station in GP irrigation district constructed under rural water development project master plan. GP station was located in Yedang reservoir, Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do and has been supplying irrigation water since 2006. The research data are the Irrigation Water Requirement(IWR) and the Pumping Water Amount(PWA) from 2006 to 2015 at the GP station, which is the supplied amount. The IWR were calculated using the Blaney-Criddle formula of the HOMWRS program, Hydrological Operation Model for Water Resource System, developed by Korea Rural Community Corporation. The Blaney-Criddle formula was used to calculate design irrigation water requirement of Galshin rural water development project master plan. During 2006-2015, the study period, the annual average IWR is 763.2(±149.1)mm, the annual PWA of the GP station is 397.4mm to 1,056.9mm, and those average annual PWA is 643.4(±208.4)mm. The annual IE of GP station 96.5% to 169.0%, and the average annual IE is 124.3%, which is higher than the research results conducted in other pumping stations. Analyzing the irrigation patterns of the GP irrigation district, the IWR Ratio per 10days(IWRR) and the PWA Ratio per 10days(PWAR) of the G P station were obtained. The IWRR is the percentage of IWR for each 10 days of a month to total IWR per year, and the PWAR is the percentage of PWA for each 10 days of a month to total PWA per year. The Kolmogorov- Smirnov(K-S) test results of IWRR and PWAR showed the characteristics classification by rice growing stage and stable normal distribution characteristics. Average IWRR(AIWRR) and Average PWAR(APWAR) are presented as irrigation patterns. Irrigation pattern analysis will be able to standardize comparison, analysis and probability calculation of the pumping station characteristics of different pumping stations and apply to objective evaluation of the pumping station district.

일 지역 취약가구 독거노인의 건강상태에 따른 가정지원과 도움요구 (Home Care Support and Support Requirements According to Health Condition in the Poor Elderly People Living Alone)

  • Purpose: To identify the health condition, home care support, support requirement of poor and elderly people living alone. Method: Data was collected through self-administered questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and correlation. Survey involved 269 conveniently selected who have a social support in H city. Result: Perceived health condition of subjects was bad to moderate (mean score: 2.22). There were significant home care support differences according to gender, religion, education level and dwelling pattern. Support requirement was influences only by the dwelling pattern. Perceived health condition showed a positive correlation with home care support of friends and neighbors, and a negative correlation with support requirement (medical, material, economic emotional support). Conclusion: These findings are expected to make a positive contribution to create an ideal intervention for public visiting nurses and social workers to improve the quality of life in poor and elderly people who live alone.

  • Energy obtained by grazing cattle in oil palm plantations is usually used for maintenance of body functions, the construction of body tissues and pregnancy, the synthesis of milk and the conversion to mechanical energy used for activities such as walking, eating and others. In this study, attempt was made to estimate metabolizable energy (ME) requirement of grazing cattle. Models of ME requirement (MER) for maintenance, gain, pregnancy, lactation and activities were developed. ME system and units were used because of wide recognition. Estimation of ME intake in grazing cattle was expressed as MEVI = $14.58{\times}VI{\times}DMD$, and under grazing condition MEVI = $MER_i$. MER was expressed as a function of net energy(NER, MJ) required for the i'th body function. Coefficient of efficiency for conversion of ME into net energy(ki) was adopted from literatures. Quantifying of ME requirement for Kedah-Kelantan cattle under grazing condition was made by using equation MERM = NEM / kn. The estimated values of MER for Kedah-Kelantan cattle is quite reasonable if compared with other estimates as reported in literatures from stall-fed animals. Dynamic MER models for grazing herd was developed in order to estimate ME requirement for maintenance and productions. These ME requirement models can be used for prediction of energy utilization pattern of the herd in the grazing systems.

  • Today, E-Business develop because, Internet diffuse rapidly. Variety function and excellence performance needs for changeable user's requirement. So, EJB comes Component's addition and modify. For Component adds Function, Existing System modifies all of the source code. In EJB Component System, but, modifies simple source code. But, Today's System don't have cleary way that assembly component and design system. This Paper used design pattern for maintain of the component. this paper describes EJB Design Pattern using Abstract Factory Pattern. And EJB Component that used Pattern, decribes advantage and disavantage.
