교복 공동구매와 개별구매 만족도 및 재구매의도 (Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention of Individual Purchase and Co-Purchase School Uniform)

  • This study intended to provide information which gives a way for students and their parents to be satisfied with student costume purchase by showing differences between their satisfactions and repurchasing intention according to school uniform purchase type. Total 280 questionnaires were distributed to the first year students at a private middle school in Seoul and 133 of copurchase cases and 120 individual purchase cases were collected and analyzed. The comparing results between parent satisfaction and repurchasing intention were summarized as follows. First, parent satisfaction of individual purchase and of co-purchase had been evaluated. As a result of the analysis of satisfaction by the five factors, individual parent buyers had higher satisfaction in brand, quality, design, and service except price. The largest different factor between both customers was quality satisfaction. Secondly, the individual buyers showed higher repurchasing intention than co-purchasing buyers. This result meant that individual purchasing group showed higher satisfaction. Lastly, when the relationship between satisfaction and repurchasing intention of each buyer group was examined, the level of satisfaction was positively associated with the repurchase intention of co-purchase.

계획된 행동이론을 적용한 명품 복제품의 사용과 재구매 행동에 관한 연구 (Consumption of Counterfeit Luxury Fashion Products Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • This study examines factors that influence consumer behavior regarding the usage intentions and repurchasing behavior of counterfeits. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior by Ajzen (1991), this study looks at the impact of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, as well as the moral norm of consumers about intentions to use and repurchase counterfeits. An online survey was conducted on males and females over the age of 20 with previous experiences of purchasing counterfeits; subsequently, 209 responses were collected and analyzed. The covariance structure model was used to analyze the data in order to measure the factors that influence the usage of counterfeits and repurchasing behavior. The results show that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control have significantly positive effects on usage intentions, while moral norm has a significantly negative effect on usage intentions. Usage intentions also have a significantly positive effect on repurchasing behavior and confirmed that usage intentions functions as the mediator. The variables that influence usage intentions are attitude, perceived behavioral control, moral norm, and subjective norm, in descending order. Consumer attitudes towards counterfeits is a major factor that influences usage intentions. Therefore, ethical problems should be emphasized to encourage a negative attitude towards counterfeits. This study identifies an important aspect to show that usage intentions toward counterfeits, and not purchasing intentions, influences repurchasing behavior. Findings are significant in that they reveal the role of the moral norm variable added to the TPB model.

Consumer Typology and Online Travel Websites: Heterogeneity between Taiwanese and Korean Young Adults Repurchasing Behavior

  • This research attempts to investigate differences in past experiences of using internet in repurchasing. In doing so, the authors identify online consumer characteristics, particularly one-time and repeat users comparison across geographical borders of Korean and Taiwanese teenage customers. Results show that there are significant differences in online shopping typologies between Korean and Taiwanese customers. While attitude serves as a distinguishing factor for both data sets along the other two dimensions, trust does not. Since researchers have focused on comparisons between Western cultures and Asian cultures' online purchase behavior or Internet use, the current study provides a valuable comparison for this niche population of young customers at least in a Korean-Taiwanese context. The authors also make a brief argument that these findings can influence marketing practitioners and site developers in their strategies.

  • 본 연구는 호텔기업의 고객 포트폴리오 전략에 있어서 시장의 절대적 규모와 경쟁상황을 고려할 때 신규고객을 확보보다는 기존고객들의 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구의 필요성이 대두된다는 환경에서 시작된다. 특히 호텔 서비스 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향요인은 순기능 요인만 존재하는 것이 아니라 역기능 요인 역시 존재함에도 불구하고 이를 간과하는 경향이 있다. 본 연구에서는 호텔기업의 성과요인에 작용하는 부정적 매개역할 요인으로 지각된 위험을 제시하고 이에 대한 실증 분석을 하였다. 우리나라 서울 소재 특급호텔의 고객을 대상으로 실시한 연구의 결과를 통해 첫째, 지각 된 서비스 품질(인적 품질, 물적 품질)이 재구매 의도에 미치는 정의 영향을 미친다는 것과 둘째, 지각된 위험(성과적 위험, 사회심리적 위험, 신체적 위험)이 재구매 의도에 미치는 부의 영향을 미친다는 것과 셋째, 지각된 위험이 지각된 서비스 품질과 재구매 의도간 매개적 역할을 하고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향요인 중 역기능 요인에 관한 통제를 마케팅 전략 수립에 있어서 적극 활용하여야 한다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있다.

휴대폰의 재구매 동기에 관한 국가간 비교 연구 : 한국과 인도네시아를 중심으로 (The Effect of Features and Motivators of Mobile Phone on Repurchasing Intention: Focusing on Difference Between Korea and Indonesia)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships among the perceived satisfaction, the perceived the trust, the commitment, the key features for mobile phone, the brand image, the switching cost and the repurchasing intention. We also examine the differences between Korean and Indonesian markets concerning the relationships of these key successfactors. The structural model is tested with the data form each of the sub-samples (i. e. Korean and Indonesian users taken separately). Properties of the casual paths, including standardized path coefficients, the significance of difference, and variance explained for trust, satisfaction, commitment and repurchasing in the hypothesized model, are presented. This study indicated that hardware (sound quality, LCD display, design) user interface (GUI, Menu, Key pad) and extra functions (camera phone, wireless internet, MP3 player) are the three important factors effecting the trust and the satisfaction. The proposed model has been newly tested from the technological prospective in order to get the more practical result. Following the model test, we conduct a test of the differences in path coefficients between Korean and Indonesian users. MSEM show that, compared to Korean market, Indonesian had more emphasized on extra-function for the mobile phone as well as giving more influence to the satisfaction from the brand image. It means Korean market consider the extra-function as basic or no-premium points. And the satisfaction has been effected by switching-cost in Korea but the trust in Indonesia. Other interesting result from the structural weight invariance indicate that, compared to Korean market, the brand-image has effected the satisfaction in addition to placing more the trust on determining the commitment in Indonesia.

자사주 매입이 자기자본비용에 미치는 영향에 대한 융합적 연구 (A Converging Approach on the Effect of Stock Repurchases on Cost of Equity)

  • 기업은 자기주식을 시장에서 직접 취득하는 방법과 신탁계약을 통한 간접 취득방법을 선택할 수 있는데, 두 방식에는 제도적인 차이가 존재하며, 따라서 자기주식을 취득하는 두 방식은 시장에 서로 다른 신호를 전달할 수 있다. 본 논문은 자사주 매입 방법과 추정자기자본비용(ICOE) 사이의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였고, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자사주 매입을 공시한 기업의 자기자본비용이 자사주 매입을 공시하지 않은 기업의 자기자본비용보다 통계적으로 유의미한 수준에서 낮게 나타났다. 이 결과는 여유현금흐름가설이나 자사주 매입이 체계적 위험과 투자지출의 감소에 따라 자기자본비용이 감소한다는 주장과 일치한다. 둘째, 자기주식을 직접 취득한 기업은 간접 취득한 기업에 비해 통계적으로 유의미하게 낮은 자기자본비용을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 시장참여자들이 서로 다른 자사주 매입 방식이 가지는 융합적 신호효과를 정확히 판단하여 이를 자기자본비용에 적절히 반영한다는 것이다.

패스트 패션 브랜드 재구매의도의 선행변수 - 브랜드 진정성, 브랜드 동일시, 브랜드 사랑 - (Antecedents of repurchasing intention toward fast fashion brands - Brand authenticity, brand identification, and brand love -)

  • To identify the antecedents of repurchasing intention toward fast fashion brands, this study was conducted to examine brand authenticity and brand identification as both direct and indirect antecedents of repurchasing intention through fast fashion brand love. Through convenience sampling, 266 university students in Seoul metropolitan area completed a questionnaire survey. Data were analyzed using SPSS for exploratory factor analysis, and AMOS was used for confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. Factor analysis revealed the following: for brand authenticity, four dimensions('originality,' 'reliability,' 'continuity,' and 'naturalness') were revealed; for both consumer brand identification and repurchase intention one dimension was revealed; and for brand love two dimensions were revealed('passion' and 'affection'). Path analysis confirmed that 'reliability' and 'naturalness'in relation to brand authenticity indirectly influenced repurchase intention through 'passion'(as a factor of brand love) and directly influenced repurchase intention. Further, 'continuity' in relation to brand authenticity indirectly influenced repurchase intention through 'affection'(as a factor of brand love) and directly influenced repurchase intention. Consumer brand identification influenced repurchase intention indirectly through two factors of brand love. These results suggest that fast fashion brand marketers should implement effective strategies that consider consumers'perceptions of brand authenticity, consumer brand identification, and brand love.

여대생들의 소셜커머스를 통한 음식점과 식품 구매 속성이 만족도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Social Commerce Attributes on the Satisfaction and Repurchasing Intention for a College Women Student according to Restaurant and Food Choices)

  • Social commerce is becoming an increasingly popular shopping method among college women students. This study focuses on the influence of the satisfaction lavels and repurchasing intentions by consumers for restaurant and food choices according to social commerce attributes. In this survey, 351 valid surveys are being used to test the hypothesized (183 users and 168 non-usesr within 6 months), in order to ensure validity and reliability. As a result, factors such as perceived value, product diversity & information, delivery, ordering convenience, site character, price competitiveness, time pressure, and real time information are all being found. Factors of perceived value (p<0.001), price competitiveness (p<0.001), product diversity & information (p<0.05), delivery (p<0.05), and site character (p<0.05) significantly influence the customer satisfaction rates. Factors of perceived value (p<0.001), price competitiveness (p<0.001), time pressure (p<0.001), and site character (p<0.01) significantly influence the repurchasing intentions. In addition, it has been found that the customer satisfaction rates significantly influence repurchase intentions.

  • The global market for mobile phone business is already matured. Accordingly, the repurchasing issue for the mobile phone is being weighted drastically by the marketers. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships among seven crucial factors, and also examines the differences between Korean and Indonesian markets concerning the relationships of these key success factors. This research classifies these two markets as a matured market and an emerging market respectively. The structural model is tested with the data from each of the sub-samples. The analysis of the multi-group structural equation model (MSEM) showed that compared to Korean, Indonesian had more emphasized on extra-functions for the mobile phone as well as giving more influence on satisfaction from brand image. Due to the different market situation and users, the lessons to which product features must be more emphasized could be obtained for the product managers in the industry.

자사주매입에 관한 잉여현금흐름가설 검정 (The Tests of Free Cash Flows Hypothesis about Stock Repurchase)

  • 본 연구에서는 자사주매입이 처음으로 허용된 1994년 5월 1일부터 2005년 12월 31일까지 자사주매입기업을 대상으로 잉여현금흐름가설을 검정하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 자사주매입기업은 통제기업보다 수익성이 증가하지 않았으며, 성장기회 감소에 따라 투자지출을 감소시키고 자사주매입을 통해 현금보유도 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자사주매입 기업은 체계적 위험과 투자지출의 감소에 따라 자본비용이 감소하였다. 그리고 자사주매입기업은 수익성이 증가하지 않는데도 불구하고 자본비용이 감소하기 때문에 주가는 유의한 양(+)의 반응을 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과를 종합하면, 선행연구에서 검정된 저평가에 따른 정보신호가설과 경영자 기회주의 가설에 이어 잉여현금흐름가설도 한국증권시장에서 부분적으로 지지된다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 기업이 성숙기에 이르러 수익성 감소, 투자지출과 현금보유 감소, 체계적 위험과 자본비용 감소를 겪고 있는 기업은 잉여현금흐름을 줄이기 위해 자사주매입을 하는 것이 유리할 수 있다.
