First, we propose a transparent and efficient design of discrete-time integral controllers accounting sampling skew. Based on the proposed controller, we derive a state-space representation of doubly coprime factorization including integral action. The representation is then used to obtain a convenient state-space parametrization of discrete-time two-degree-of-freedom integral controllers acconting sampling skew.

The main objective of this study is to uncover the differences in the programming behavior between methodology creators and methodology users. We conducted an experiment with methodology creators who have invented one of the major object-oriented methodologies and with professional programmers who have used the same methodology for their software-development projects. In order to explain the difference between the two groups, we propose a theoretical framework that views programming as search in four problem spaces: representation, rule, instance and paradigm spaces. The main problem spaces in programming are the representation and rule spaces, while the paradigm and instance spaces are the supporting spaces. The results of the experiment showed that the methodology creators mostly adopted the paradigm space as their supporting space, while the methodology users chose the instance space as their supporting space. This difference in terms of the supporting space leads to different search behaviors in the main problem spaces, which in turn resulted in different final programs and performance.

This study examines the space composition and character of Elizabethan Theater base on the theory of drama and Shakespeares play in the english traditional theater. Contemporary multi purpose theater and public space is considered as a symbolic representation of the Elizabethan theaters organization and renaissance culture. In the historical theory, the Shakespeares theater was a common tool and best systeme in reflecting peoples lives. This role of theater as mass culture and new style of theater permanent design has get its value with the population increase and the urban centralization of the city and urban common sense. This study attempts to reevaluate the need of public space in modern society through a critical review of theater and its use as a open space design. Content analysis was used to discuss the topics of this study including the historical background of the theater, the relationship between Greek culture and modern design, and the role of scenery, auditorium and its impact on urban environment. The scope of the study is limited to the comparison of Elizabethan theater and space use program from the space critic and sociologist. Today the concept of theatrical space is altered with the advent of non-objects and multi media space. This study provides insights for the future implications of theatrical space in developing public space for its a new definition as cultural representation.

In this paper we proposed a new map construction and path planning method for mobile robot. In our proposed method first we introduced triangular representation map that mobile robot can navigate through shorter path and flexible motion instead of grid representation map for mobile robot navigation. method in which robot can navigate complete space through as short path as possible in unknown environment is proposed. Finally we proposed new path planning method in a quadtree representation map. To evaluate the performance of our proposed new path planning method in a quadtree representation map. To evaluate the performance of our proposed triangular representation map it was compared with the existing distance transform path planning method. And we considered complete coverage navigation and new path planning method through several examples.

The most popular technique for image retrieval in a heterogeneous collection of color images is the comparison of images based on their color histogram. The color histogram describes the distribution of colors in the color space of a color image. In the most image retrieval systems, the color histogram is used to compute similarities between the query image and all the images in a database. But, small changes in the resolution, scaling, and illumination may cause important modifications of the color histogram, and so two color images may be considered to be very different from each other even though they have completely related semantics. A new method of color feature representation based on the 3-dimensional RGB color map is proposed to improve the defects of the color histogram. The proposed method is based on the three 2-dimensional projection map evaluated by projecting the RGB color space on the RG, GB, and BR surfaces. The experimental results reveal that the proposed is less sensitive to small changes in the scene and that achieve higher retrieval performances than the traditional color histogram.
