A Very Efficient Redundancy Analysis Method Using Fault Grouping

  • To increase device memory yield, many manufacturers use incorporated redundancy to replace faulty cells. In this redundancy technology, the implementation of an effective redundancy analysis (RA) algorithm is essential. Various RA algorithms have been developed to repair faults in memory. However, nearly all of these RA algorithms have low analysis speeds. The more densely compacted the memory is, the more testing and repair time is needed. Even if the analysis speed is very high, the RA algorithm would be useless if it did not have a normalized repair rate of 100%. In addition, when the number of added spares is increased in the memory, then the memory space that must be searched with the RA algorithms can exceed the memory space within the automatic test equipment. A very efficient RA algorithm using simple calculations is proposed in this work so as to minimize both the repair time and memory consumption. In addition, the proposed algorithm generates an optimal solution using a tree-based algorithm in each fault group. Our experiment results show that the proposed RA algorithm is very efficient in terms of speed and repair.

  • 전투기가 임무수행중 기체에 발생할 수 있는 전투손상에 대처하기 위해 손상평가 및 수리설계, 구조건전성 평가방법 등 손상 후속절차를 연구하였다. 사례로서 F-15 ECS Bay에 발생한 전투손상에 대하여 ABDR(Aircraft Battle Damage Repair) 기술을 적용하여 손상평가 및 수리설계를 수행하고, 그 내용과 절차를 양식에 정리하였다. 또한, 정적강도 및 피로수명 계산과 같이 수리설계 구조의 구조건전성을 평가하여 비행안전 여부를 입증하고 영구수리 시점을 판단하였다.

  • Since the contents of large-scale repair of a condominium were various, a plan document was not prepared. The owners association of the condominium has given priority to decision-making of price priority over quality. Examination is not performed about the contents of the construction supervision business, which checks whether suitable construction is performed, either. On the other hand, the know-how for builders, such as decision of the process plan under which the repair work lessens influence to the safety and life as much as possible since the place where the resident is living turns into a construction site, and selection of a method of construction, is just going to ask. It is an important subject how the structure of the construction contractor selection, which considered quality, is built. Then, this research focuses on large-scale repair construction of the condominium, and arranges the actual condition of a series of processes from plan document creation to construction supervision. The method of research collects the construction documents of the condominium that carried out Barge-scale repair construction. Next, collection arrangement of the data of construction builder selection is carried out. The method of the construction builder selection of those other than a construction price is examined. The method of quality control of large-scale repair construction is examined.

  • The problem of the crack which occures from the reinforced concrete structure could be caused by the complexed factors. When the crack happen, it caused fatal blemish to manage and maintain the structure such as structural problem, licking, spalling, viewing Even though they study and work hard to solve this kind of problem in the world, there are no countermeasure for perfect prevention of crack. After the crack checked out, a method of repair-reinforcement has been studied and operated actively, Generally, occurance of the crack in the concrete structure could be taken as granted, no need to mention the damage from the crack, domestic construction try to hide it rather than repair basically, In many cases the construction amount for repairing the crack has to be made in the construction area and the amount is very expensive. To save the repaing fee, companys repair it under the meeting of their desire. it can be expected for the effection of the construction. For this reason, we compare a new injection method to solve the demerits of the present method, to save and use the merit of the present method.

보수 모르타르용 고성능 유동화제의 사용 적합성에 관한 실험적 연구 (A Study on the Experimental Study on Use Proper of Superplasticizer for Repair Mortar)

  • Recently, To extend building's life, the use amount of repair mortar has been rapidly increased and naphthalenesulfonic and melanminesulfonic, polycarboxylic superplasticizer etc. are used for repair mortar in large numbers of construction site for efficient work. In this study, it was going to examine the use proper of superplasticizer for repair mortar through the hydrate setting time test and flow test with the mortar combination which replaced by alumina cement and added superplasticizer. As a result, the fluidity of the mortar replaced by alumina cement(10%) and added superplasticizer was dropped down and setting time was shortened. Especially this appearance was more increased on the mortar combination added ploycarboxylic and melanminesulfonic superplasticizer than naphthalensulfunic superplasticizer.

  • A concrete is easy to happen crack. So it requires crack-repair work to solve quality deteriorations of a building because of cracks. When crack is filled with crack-repair materials, it is difficult to find out how depth it was injected. So in this study we evaluated the injection depth with using indirect and oblique methods, ultrasonic pulse measurement method of NDT. The results of this study showed that both methods are possible to evalute penetration depth of crack-repair materials and indirect methods is thought to be more useful one than obliqure one.

Applying BIM and GIS to Railway Maintenance Works in Taiwan

  • Based on real jobs, this study was carried out the Railway maintenance works in Taiwan. It hopes to use Geographic Information System(GIS) and Building Information Modeling(BIM) for changing the maintenance model from "post-damage repair" to "preventive maintenance". Accordingly, this research will build a Railway Repairing Database that installs all repair data. This database will also connect to GIS so that can be the source of analysis and statistic for repair paln. The main results of research are as follows: I. All data stored on cloud space that raises the ability to manage and plan on repair. II. Simplify the file work and increase the quantity of case data to the manager who can get more reliable source. III. The data offer objective judgment to avoid subjective argument. IV. Add the GIS information to improve the maintenance because of good analisis.

강진 무위사 극락보전의 벽체 수리 기록과 시기별 시공기술 고찰 (A Study of the Wall Repair Record and Construction Technology of Geungnakbojeon Hall at Muwisa Temple in Gangjin)

  • 본 연구는 강진 무위사 극락보전의 수리 자료, 행정 문서 등의 분석을 통해 시기별 벽체 수리 내용을 살펴보고, 건물에 설치된 벽체의 재료와 시공기술이 어떠한 차이점 및 공통점을 갖는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 해체 수리 시기는 1935년, 1956년, 1982~3년 이뤄진 수리를 대상으로 그 전후 시기의 과정을 함께 분석하였으며, 연구를 통해 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1935년 해체 수리 시 진행된 벽체공사에서 외엮기는 원래의 것을 준수하고, 초벽·재벌·정벌은 기존과 다른 재료가 사용된 것을 확인하였다. 벽체의 구성 재료에는 초벽은 점토, 석회, 강사, 재벌은 모래, 회반죽, 정벌은 회반죽과 해초풀이 사용되었다. 둘째, 1956년 수리 시 확인한 벽체의 외엮기 구성 방식은 껍질째 가는 잡목을 가로·세로외로 사용하였고, 새끼줄을 이용해 대각선으로 엮는 방법으로 설치된 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 측면 벽체 훼손 상태를 통해 벽선과 유사 크기의 중깃이 상·하인방에 결구된 방식임을 확인하였다. 셋째, 1982~3년 수리공사에서는 외엮기 방식은 재래의 수법을 따른다고 하였고, 직접 피운 생석회(소석회)와 모래, 황토, 여물, 해초풀을 섞어 회사벽을 구성하였다. 넷째, 시기별 수리공사 내용을 종합하였을 때, 외엮기 방식은 1900년 이전의 방식이 명확하였으며, 초벽에 사용된 재료는 1935년 이후 재료의 변화가 있었다. 다섯째, 수리별 사용되는 재료는 달라졌지만, 각 공사마다 유의할 점에 대해 표기한 부분에서 문화재 수리 원칙에 대한 공통적인 견해를 갖고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

노후 장기공공임대주택의 경과 연수별 유지관리비 분석 및 예측 모형 (The Analysis and Forecasting Model for Maintenance Costs Considering Elapsed Years of Old Long-Term Public Rental Housing)

  • 정부의 주거복지 로드맵(2017)에 따른 공공임대주택의 지속적인 증가, 장기공공임대주택의 노후화에 따른 시설 성능 개선 및 주거수준 향상 요구 등을 위한 시설물 유지관리비가 큰 폭으로 증가하여 재고주택 유지를 위한 공공임대사업자의 재정부담이 가중되고 있다. 그러나, 현재까지 노후 장기공공임대주택의 운영과정에서 시설물 수선종류 공사별, 내용연수 기간 경과 연수별로 집행되는 유지관리비 규모를 분석하는 객관적인 자료가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 서울시에 위치한 33개 장기공공임대주택의 유지관리비 실적 자료를 바탕으로 경과 연수 14년에서 28년 기간의 집행 현황을 분석하였다. 또한, 경과 연수별 유지관리비를 '장기수선계획공사 및 국비지원사업[Y1]', '계획수선공사 및 일반수선공사[Y2]', '총 유지관리비[Y3]'로 구분하여 예측 모형을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 공공임대사업자가 예산수립 단계에서 유지관리계획 수립과 공공임대주택의 지속 가능한 운영 계획수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

산릉.영건의궤 분석을 통한 조선시대 건축에서 회벽의 존재 여부 고찰 -조선 후기 관영건축을 중심으로- (A Study on the Existence of Lime Plaster Wall in the Joseon Dynasty, Based on the Analysis of Construction Reports of 'Sanleong-Uigwe' & 'Yeonggeon-Uigwe' - Emphasized on the Government Building Constructions -)

  • Since the 1970's, UNESCO and ICOMOS have adopted or emphasized on the principles of historic preservation. One of them is what to require a repair should not be repaired beyond the limits of the features and techniques which had been adopted in those days of establishment. On the premise, this paper is to examine the materials and technique of wall plaster work in the government building constructions in the Joseon dynasty. The result of this examination shall come up with a basic conformity in the case of repairing the building established in the late of Joseon dynasty. This paper is carried out for the proper repair and restoration of architectural cultural properties. Construction reports and other documents in those days are examined for the study. Following conclusions have been reached through the study. The materials and technique which applied to wall plaster work in those days were quite different from the present. The technique that was used to wall plaster of government buildings in those days was not a lime wall plaster, but sand coat one. The kinds of material for setting of the sand coat wall plaster had been revised with the change of the times or constructions. The main kinds of material were composed of sand, white clay, paper fiber, and cereal starch. However, the present materials were composed of sand, white clay. Therefore, the present materials and technique which applied to wall plaster work for the repair and restoration of architectural cultural properties have to be revised and corrected.
