농가의 스마트팜 설비 이용률 및 스마트팜 이용인식에 대한 조사연구 - 전남 스마트팜 농가를 대상으로 - (A Survey on the Facility Use Rate and the Perception of Facility Use of Smart Farming Farmers in Jeonnam Province)

  • This study investigates the facility use status of smart farming farmers to improve facility use rate of farmers. To this end, a survey was conducted on smart farming farmers in Jeonnam province, and the main survey contents are as follows: facility use rate, the reasons for low facility use, the perception of the introduction and use of smart farming etc. As a result of the survey, many farmers have introduced smart farming facilities even though they do not have enough use capacity. Thus it is necessary to improve the use capacity of farmers. Second, the average facility use rate of farmers was 65.1%, and 37.5% of respondents did not use even 50% of smart farming facilities. To improve the use rate, education on how to use facilities and continuous consulting support for farmers are needed. And the largest number of farmers perceived the risk like crop damage or facility failure due to poor use of facilities. This means that risk management due to the smart farming facilities is important. Third, farmers answered that rapid and continuous repair service were the most important when using facilities. Thus it is important to foster rear industries such as maintenance companies to stably operate smart farming facilities.

공동주택 결로 하자 사례를 통한 개선방안 도출 (Study on the Improvement Plans of Condensation Defect Examples in Apartment Building)

  • There are main issues of defect type that condensation, concrete crack and noise in apartment buildings. Especially, according to the Apartment Defect Dispute Mediation Committee in Korea (ADDMC) at Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport in Korea (MLIT), condensation defects are great importance (14 percent) on whole number of reported cases of faults from 2015 in Korea. Most condensation defects have many different causes that take a toll on the resident's life and space. So it is very important to early detection and repair. For preventing the condensation in apartment buildings, there are building codes in Korea such as 'Standard of Method and Judgment for Apartment defect of investigation, Repair cost Estimate'. This research aims to study on the improvement of preventing the condensation aforementioned korea standard. Types and characteristics (opaque wall, windows, doors) of cause of occurrence and existing state condensation defect is analyzed from evaluation of real application 100 case in 2015 ADDMC data.

  • At this point of time that it is required to improve educational environment and the function of educational facilities as well as interests on educational facility business is increasing, it is actual situation that unsystematic maintenance of educational facility is not being able to cope with the change caused by introducing the 7th curriculum. Also, in spite of enormous career in maintenance work, the function is not properly performed because of unsystematic management. In case of educational facility manager, he parallels performing general administrative work and facilities maintenance work not as a maintenance expert but as a member of administration office. So there are difficulties in performing maintenance work, and systematic maintenance work cannot be expected because of lacking maintenance manual. Therefore, in this research, I would like to investigate and analyze the status of educational facilities and to elicit the point of issue as a basic research to save maintenance expenses and to make pleasant educational environment.

  • Three types of repair-ordering polices for the production facility with r-out-of-n configuration are considered. Policies are characterized by states of the system and two types of lead times ; regular lead time and expedited lead time. Optimum repair-ordering policy is determined by minimizing the cost rate for the system. Optimum policy consists of the type of policies and repair-ordering time. Variations of the optimum policies are observed with respect to variations of lead times and associated ordering costs and downtime cost, respectively.

Statistical Inference of Some Semi-Markov Reliability Models

  • The objective of this paper is to discuss the stochastic analysis and the statistical inference of a three-states semi-Markov reliability model. Using the maximum likelihood procedure, the parameters included in this model are estimated. Based on the assumption that the lifetime and repair time of the system are gener-alized Weibull random variables, the reliability function of this system is obtained. Then, the distribution of the first passage time of this system is derived. Many important special cases are discussed. Finally, the obtained results are compared with those available in the literature.

  • 국내 하수처리시설의 발전으로 인해 최근 유지관리 측면에서의 중요성이 높아지고 있으나, 국내 여건의 부족으로 인해 하수처리 시설의 자산관리가 제대로 정착되지 못하고 있다. 현재 수많은 하수처리시설이 가동 중에 있음에도 불구하고 운영비용의 정확한 통계와 분석, 특히 대수선비와 보수비에 있어서는 대부분의 지방자치단체에서 일반 경상수선비 또는 보수비 하나로만 집계하고 있으며, 민간투자사업으로 시행되고 있는 사업들은 정부기관이나 어떠한 민간기관에서도 운영비용 산정에 있어 명확한 기준에 의해 분석이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정에 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 수행된 하수처리시설 대수선비를 자산화 할 경우의 영향을 분석하여 자산관리의 효율성을 분석하였다. 또한 대수선비 산정에 있어서의 현행 문제점을 분석하고, 제도개선 방안을 제시하였다.

인천국제공항 아스팔트 포장 보수시기 결정 사례 연구 (Case Study on Deciding a Time for Repairing Asphalt Pavement of Incheon International Airport)

  • PURPOSES : The evaluation of the pavement condition of the asphalt concrete pavement of No. 2 runway of Inchon International Airport through PMS, a supporting system for making a decision of pavement, maintenance and repair, was made, and the proper time for repair according to the PCI reduction rate was suggested. METHODS : By comparing and analyzing the evaluation results of pavements built in 2009, 2010, 2011, PCI change in each facility (No. 2 runway, C parallel taxiway, connection taxiway) was calculated. By applying the calculated change to PCI deduction rate model, the pavement condition of the target sections was estimated, and then the necessary section and time for repair were chosen. RESULTS : After careful consideration of the time for pavement and maintenance, based on the result of PCI prediction, it was estimated that the southern takeoff and landing section of No. 2 runway was required to be repaired in 2012; connection taxiway in 2013; and C parallel taxiway in 2014; however, the section which is the main moving route of connection taxiway and C parallel taxiway was needed to be repaired in 2012. CONCLUSIONS : For maintenance and repair of airport pavements, the optimal alternative should be chosen by considering economics and operability, via examining the time for repair and the aspect of management all together on the basis of this study.

  • When we construct a manufacturing plant, optimal design is very important. This paper is to simulate an engine manufacturing flow line for commercial vehicle. The parameters we consider in simulation include facility downtime, tool change time, buffer size between consecutive stations, and time to repair the facility. We use AutoMod to compare the alternatives. The objective is to minimize the total cost. Simulation results provide significant cost saving by improving the current design and policy.

  • It is important to estimate the capability for the facilities and the condition of schools continually and correctly because the structure's life is remained more longer through the effective building control and preservation. In accordance with above of that, it is required to understand the knowledge about all matters at the stage of management for educational facilities and establish the procedure of the facility management consistently. This research suggests the method, which remains consistent and objective and deals with the total functional degree by following ㄴthe way to systemize the management plan of the facility estimation. The functional estimation of the existing facilities will be useful to make an plan for repair, maintain and checking of them as well as be the standard for remodeling and the educational facility duration, including long period project for building mending.
