원심력철근콘크리트관의 결함에 따른 심각도 평가 -이음부 사례를 중심으로- (Failure Risk Assessment of Reinforced Concrete Sewer Pipes on Joint-Related Defects)

  • Sewer joint-related defect is one of the most common domestic sewer defects along with the lateral pipe problem. However, there are currently no criteria that precisely assess the joint-related sewer defects. Therefore, this study examined the joint-related sewer defects found in domestic circumstances, classified them according to the suggested defect code, and presented the examples of defect pictures. Each defect code was organized as the process of out of pipeline alignment (OPA) which shows the progress in deterioration. Each defect was classified into 5 grades depending on appropriate repair and rehabilitation method. The result of this study is expected to be useful for domestic CCTV inspectors to assess the sewer condition and helpful for managers to make a decision of repair and rehabilitation.

  • In the reinforced concrete structure, Even if speak that water leakage occurrence is no problem to material, there is a lot of reasons construction factor, material damage by behavior structure, properties of matter change by years and water leakage part by environment condition. so, waterproofing technological consideration should be gone ahead. In this research, we will study about stick performance, concrete surface adhesive, damage and blow. we will check all things and test it. The stick expansion type complex of flexible material passed on result of standard. It is conducive to concrete of durability by waterproofing layer performance demobilitation technology on the water leakage structure for solution of problem and repair

  • Accurate fire diagnoses are needed to properly repair and strengthen buildings affected by fire. The current diagnosis method of fire takes time and is ineffective. In previous research, Melting point temperature of each sequence to grasp easily the temperature of the concrete up to 200 ~ 600 ℃ was to estimate the temperature by utilizing a different sequence representing material.But In the form of conventional hydrothermal temperature prediction simple measuring device, it is difficult in the future buried in application to the construction site, there is a problem of damage when concrete pouring, and only the extension of life measured by the zinc has a problem does not distinguish between 400 ℃ and 500 ℃. Therefore this study is conducted by utilizing a titanium metal changes the color depending on the temperature to check for the applicability of the simple apparatus for measuring the temperature prediction sequence.

  • This study proposes a standard method of diagnosis and repair to prevent and maintain the problem of durability deterioration caused by leakage cracks in apartment basement structures in Korea. Following the announcement of the previous maintenance plan section, this is the second part of the study, focusing on inspection of methods for diagnosing and repairing leakage cracks in apartment basement structures. In this thesis, the matters required for the procedures, types, times and equipment of the inspection plan and the inspection methods, records, and decisions required for the actual inspection are described.

결함이 있는 점집합 곡면의 형상 및 외관 수정 (Shape and Appearance Repair for Incomplete Point Surfaces)

  • In this paper, we present a new surface content completion system that can effectively repair both shape and appearance from scanned, incomplete point set inputs. First, geometric holes can be robustly identified from noisy and defective data sets without the need for any normal or orientation information. The geometry and texture information of the holes can then be determined either automatically from the models' context, or manually from users' selection. After identifying the patch that most resembles each hole region, the geometry and texture information can be completed by warping the candidate region and gluing it onto the hole area. The displacement vector field for the exact alignment process is computed by solving a Poisson equation with boundary conditions. Out experiments show that the unified framework, founded upon the techniques of deformable models and PDE modeling, can provide a robust and elegant solution for content completion of defective, complex point surfaces.

  • In this paper, we present reliability modeling and analysis method of the Automated Guideway Transit(AGT) vehicle system using analytical models, based on Markov Chains. The Markov model can express state transition of the AGT vehicle sys. that is considered to be in one of four states, such as basic operating (0), minor delay(1), major delay(2) and non-operating(3) state. The proposed Markov model is illustrated with a numerical example and cases to find a steady state availability, MTBF(mean time between failures), and MTTR(mean time to repair) under specified failure and repair rate arc demonstrated.

  • The purpose of this syudy is to set up a proper repair plan and to extend the remaining lifetime of them by measuring the remaining lifetime of reinforced concrete structures quantitatively. This method is based on the actual research on age deterioration, carbonation depth and covering depth of the reinforced concrete structures. Also, it measure the remaining lifetime through quantitatively defining the probability of steel corrosion by the damage of steel corrosion. By doing that, we proceed the proper repair plan after reviewing the possibility of lifetime extension.

  • Most of existing tunnels in Korea have structural and material defects, such as lack of the thickness in the crown and presence of an opening behind thie lining as a result of its construction. In Japan, it is said that carbon fiver sheet is very attractive for the upgrading damaged tunnel due to its good tensile strength, handability and resistance to corrosion. This report is the summary of the applicability of continous carbon fiber sheet for a repair and reiforcement of existing tummel located in Masan. It is the aim of this study to analyze the site data related to consturcion method used carbon fiber sheet.

  • The development of high-strength fibers such as boron/epoxy and carbon/epoxy and adhesives has made it possible to repair cracked metallic plates by bonding reinforcing patches to the plate over the crack. In this study, aluminum 6061-T6 alloy plates with the high strength are applied to specimens with a cracked bolt hole to study the effect of diverse patch materials on the fatigue behavior of this structure. Additionally, the observation of the effort of different patch sizes on the specimen was performed. The results shows that the patch repair can improve the static strength by about 17% and the fatigue life by 200% compared with non-repaired case. And it was also revealed that the patching method along to crack growth direction is mort efficient in cost and weight reduction.

사용중 보강되는 부재의 보강설계법 연구 (A Study for Numerical Procedure of Strengthening Capacity in Field Structure)

  • Recently, many strengthening methods are developed to repair damaged structures, especially, steel plate or carbon fiber sheet bonding methods are widely used. For the bonding methods, the strengthening materials are bonded when the original structure is under loading, with causes the difference of initial stresses between original member and bonded material. However, current design method or theory, which mostly depends on ultimately strength design, cannot account the difference of initial stresses between members, and it disregards the reduction of nominal strength. In this study, a new strengthening design theory and program which can account the difference of initial stresses are developed, and applied to the case when a structure in service is repaired. In order to verify the validity of the theory and the program, a test result is referred and compare with the results and it is showed that the calculated values are almost same as the referred data and finally proved that the program is reliable. The results showed that the amount of strengthening material depends on the status of damages of structure, and the nominal strength is reduced depending on the degree of damages.
