As hotel industry lately recognize that food and drink industry produces more profits than hotel rooms, multi-various and scientific management policies are required along with the management of profitability. Particularly, as hotel services have become more alike due to the development of technology and sharing information, opportunities for differentiation have decreased. In light of such circumstances, creating new customers and maintaining existing customers are very important to reinforce competitiveness. To have such a management of customers and to increase sales, promotional events are carried out in the department of food and drink. This study aims to conduct theoretical investigation of seasonal menu and Japanese restaurant menu in seasonal menu of Japanese restaurants that is a type of such promotional menu. The purposes of the study are to reorganize the concepts and to seek for methods of sales promotion and to suggest efficient management of Japanese restaurant seasonal menu by conducting empirical analysis on the effects of seasonal menu on customers and their intention to reorder.

The purpose of this study is to examine Mediating effects of aging anxiety on the relationship between social activities and successful aging and Moderating effects of social support in relation to aging anxiety and successful aging. A total of 513 respondents participated in the questionnaire, 450 of which were used for the analysis. The analysis used mediating effect and regulatory effect test using regression analysis. The results showed that social activities lowered aging anxiety and helped to improve successful aging. Aging anxiety showed a mediating effect on the relationship between social activity and successful aging and confirmed the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between aging anxiety and successful aging. On the basis of this, the social activity providers diversify the social activity programs, reorganize the business system so that aging anxiety can be mitigated, and establish a mutual support system among the participants, so that successful aging through social activities will be more effective It is necessary to be managed so that.

This paper propose a new wireless multi-hop routing protocol that takes the hierarchical mesh of the hybrid WMN into account. WMN that is possible to provide various applications of wireless networks still has many open issues that should be solved despite the studies carried out over a decade. Especially, in routing protocol area, a problem degrading the routing efficiency by applying one of the routing protocols, which are designed for the MANET, to the hybrid WMN be solved above all. For the improvement of the routing performance, both good routing protocol and metric are essential. However, the recent studies are only concentrated in routing metric by use of the cross-layer design. Therefore, this paper is dedicated to the routing protocol that is essential for the performance of the routing but needed more studies. The proposed protocol in this paper is reactive, and designed to reorganize the hybrid WMN with several pseudo domains, and carry out domain-based route decision. By the simulation result for the performance analysis of the proposed protocol, the average delay for the route decision was decreased by 43% compared to AODV that is the typical reactive protocol.

The purpose of this research was to enhance the understanding of scientific thinking of $5^{th}$ graders of elementary school through conducting investigative analyses on the students' associations with regard to illustrations on science textbooks and to provide basic data that are needed for the teachers teaching science in classrooms to reorganize textbook illustrations suitable to the realities of science contents and realms. In order to achieve the research purposes, subject $5^{th}$ grade students were asked to write down what they associated with the illustrations on the matter part of the $5^{th}$ science textbooks of elementary school: among 14 illustrations, a half of them were after lessons and other half from before lessons. The types of students' learning goal statements according to Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives were compared with the learning objectives provided in teachers' guide. The differences between before and after lessons in associated words which students used responding to given illustrations were investigated. Students' responses were analyzed in terms of how their associations were consistent with what their preference of learning objectives would be as well. Students variables including their achievement levels and gender were used as group variables in order to locate their effects on differences in their associations before and after the lessons. It was found that students manipulated the given illustrations more variously with more explanations before the lessons than after. After the lessons students tended to describe the illustrations more homogeneously and made theirs stick on the given direction by the textbooks. The implications for how school teaching affected to students' perception was made.

This study is to understand psychedelic art works and identify their characteristics in order to present a convergent nail art design and find new directions for design ideas. For these purposes, the concepts of psychedelic art and nail art, and expressive techniques were analysed based on results of Internet surfing, previous studies and technical books. For nail art design works with the characteristics of psychedelic art as motivation, hand painting, marble and nail patch techniques were merged to create a total of four design pieces. This study merged psychedelic art with modern sense to reorganize it into a unique design. It is hoped that the designs will be helpful in the development of future nail art designs. Also it is expected that it can become a new cultural trend which can express diverse design works with infinite possibilities in nail art and artistic creativity.

When the castle of the city was destructed from 1911 through 1915 in Cheongju, the city's spatial structure was reorganized and "Han-ok Housing", a dwelling site filled with Korean traditional houses, was newly formed around the former castle site. These days, the Han-ok housing in Seoun-dong, Cheongju in which elderly couples and senior citizens live is enclosed by modernized roads and three or four-story buildings, leaving the housing as an isolated island in the city block. Nonetheless, the Han-ok housing not only plays an important role in sustaining the historic and local identity of the city, but also offers environmental benefits in terms of daylighting and ventilation. The purpose of this study is to reorganize the housing suitable for those who currently live and recreate it by adding new functionality. Consequently, three strategies are established; the conservation of existing building through the improvement of existing facilities; the conversion of vacant buildings into a new use; and the creation of the urban mid-rise Han-ok housing at street sides. The first strategy has a significance in that the traditional building's single wing plan, small room sizes and lack of storages now cause great inconvenience for current life style. The second strategy also promotes the practical use of abandoned buildings through alterations and additions. Finally, the creation of the urban mid-rise Han-ok housing that is accomplished by the combination of reinforced concrete and wooden structure interacts with or respond to the city's development. As a result, this study for the adaptive reuse of Han-ok housing proves how the traditional properties can be maintained in a careful manner and how its creative reuse can be achieved.

The Gongju Sanseong Traditional Market, the subject of this study, was formed in the early 1900's, and along with the development of Gongju, it has been constantly changed and expanded up until now. The Sanseong Traditional Market located in Gongju, the Korea's representative historic city, exhibits merits in the aspects as a city based on the symbolic significance of the city where it is located and historical characteristics; however, it also presents some problems as well in consideration of user convenience and accessibility. Thereupon, this study conducted literature review on traditional markets, field research with a field trip, and a survey in order to analyze the spatial characteristics of the market environment and grope for the methods of activation. The conclusion suggested through this is as written below: First, the changes of types regarding spatial use according to the modernization project of traditional markets are essential, so about the spatial use according to the spatial changes, it is needed to distribute it balancedly considering the central space of the market. Second, with the understanding of the spatial types of traditional markets, it is needed to build a plan for alternation in the types of physical space based on that. Third, it is necessary to suggest the methods of integrated spatial use among standing markets and 5-day markets. In particular, through the approaches from the aspects of architectural and urban design and through reasonable spatial planning, a systematic approach considering the convenience of the users and merchants using it as their living space should be prioritized. And lastly, it is needed to reorganize the space according to the physical and non-physical methods in order to figure out the methods of activating traditional markets in agricultural areas and minor cities. With the complex approaches above, we can grope for the methods of activating traditional markets.

After the computer education become essential in elementary school, computer subject which was absorbed by the other subjects is educating in independent way. However, since the contents of computer education in elementary school is based on the ICT literacy education, sequential disconnection problem appears between elementary school and secondary school computer education curriculum. Therefore, information ethics education that is one part of computer education also has same problems. To solve these problems of information ethics education, it is necessary to set the goal of information ethics education that should be educated through the whole courses of elementary and secondary school and to reorganize the contents. In this study, we analyzed the contents of information ethics education included in ICT literacy education and computer curriculum, and analyzed the contents of information ethics education included in U.S. computer curriculum. Based on these analysis, we designed a curriculum model for information ethics education in computer education.

To enlarge the international competition and construction productivity, the domestic construction market attracts the private capital and expands the facility of :iocial Overhead Capital(SOC). However, the application of the business system used at the public project didn't utilize the effect of social overhead capital. It caused problems that parties' business was inefficient and their allotment of the risk was inadequate. This paper presents the course to reorganize the business system which the coincides with the origin aim of the SOC. For the reformation of the supervisor's work scope and business system and the government's overall project management, in other words, this paper proposes the professional organization to replace the superintendence and the formation of optimal business system. This paper confirms the privity of contract among parties of SOC project and parties' work scope and system between relative laws and concession agreement that government made a contract with Special purpose Company (SPC).

The purpose of the study was to investigate on educational activity related to oral health contained in teachers guidebook of the Nuri curriculums. Oral health educational activity were analyzed the distribution, form and type, Nuri curriculum related factors contents category and contents. Number of oral health educational activity was 29(1.37%). Activity form was big and small group activity are 15(51.72%), free choice activity are 14(48.27%). Activity type was the highest in the big and small group, with 7(24.13%) talk together and free choice activity was the highest in 4(13.79%) rhythmic region. Nuri curriculum related factors(Five areas) was highest with 22(34.38%) physical exercise health. Based on the results, the oral health professional will participate in teachers guidebook of the Nuri curriculums. The oral health professional will need to reorganize in a more balanced and practical activity.
