보건의료체계에 대한 소고 (The review of Health Care System)

  • This study is aimed both to define a conception of Health Care Systems and to suggest Desirable Reorganization Directions in Korea. The Desirable Reorganization Directions of Health Care System in Korea is as follows ; 1. The Health Care System of Free Market System has to reorganize step by step for the Directions of National Health System. 2. The Health Care System has to reorganize with local socite as the center of local community. Especially, Health Sub-Center should be reorganized to provide Compresensive Health Care, so that the Sub-Center consist at least 15 members of health workers including a chief of governmental office. 3. The Health Care System has to reorganize for the Directions responding problems of the Elder, New Medical Technology Development, and Health Information System.

일 간호대학 기초간호과학 교과 개편에 관한 연구 (The Study to Reorganize the Course of Basic Nursing Science in a College of Nursing)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to reorganize the course of basic nursing science (BNS). Methods: The curriculums of 10 leading nursing colleges (domestic and abroad) were analyzed. And a survey was performed on 178 nursing students to identify the perceived level of knowledge, clinical application, the adequacy of class hours and further improvements for the course of BNS. Results: The various levels of credits and percentage were found in the curriculums of other nursing colleges (12-18 credits and 8.6, 13.6%, respectively). The perceived levels of knowledge, clinical application were directly proportional to the adequacy of class hours, and students suggested the increment of class hours and in-depth study. Based on these results, the course of BNS was reorganized as follows: 1) The course of BNS was divided into 2 courses (BNS 1, 2) and total credits were increased to 5 credits. 2) The BNS 1 course was focused on basic concepts to understand human anatomy and physiology. And BNS 2 consisted of detailed structures and functions of human body system. 3) 12 Quizzes were added. Conclusion: The efforts to reorganize the curriculum of BNS might strengthen nursing students' ability to understand nursing phenomena, help student with academic performance and clinical training.

  • 웹2.0의 UCC와 개방 개념에 기반한 참여적 설계방법을 도입하여 학습자의 적극적인 참여를 이끌어 자기주도적 학습을 성취할 수 있는 새로운 이러닝 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 학습자는 문단 단위의 마이크로 콘텐츠 생성에 적극적으로 참여하고, 자신의 지적능력, 학습목표, 학습성향 등을 고려하여 다양한 영역의 마이크로콘텐츠를 자신의 학습전략에 맞춰 직접 재구성함으로써 학습자 중심의 학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 한다. 학습자 맞춤형 학습콘텐츠로 재구성하기 위하여 학습자는 학습자들간의 소셜 네트워크를 활용하여 필요한 마이크로콘텐츠를 선택하며 학습자들간의 유대감을 형성하여 높은 학습효과를 기대할 수 있다.

  • In this paper, we present the implementation of filterbank for MPEG-2 Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) decoder with VHDL. The filterbank of AAC employs a technique called time-domain aliasing cancellation (TDAC). In order to make the algorithm more efficiently, we decompose and reorganize the filterbank algorithm lot the high speed decoding process and lower computational cost. And we make this filterbank algorithm to be used with other modules of AAC decoder in parallel processing.

  • Public health doctors of Korea contributed significantly to massive coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) testing. They were immediately dispatched to epicenters of the COVID-19 pandemic, and have run tests at screening centers, airport quarantines and hospitals. However, their expertise from in-field experience has been often neglected. It is time to reorganize public health doctor system to better prepare for future epidemics. Transforming and strengthening their roles as public health experts through systematic training is crucial.

  • Inspired by the problem of finding hyperelastic curves in a Riemannian manifold, we present a study on the variational problem of a hyperelastic curve in Lie group. In a Riemannian manifold, we reorganize the characterization of the hyperelastic curve with appropriate constraints. By using this equilibrium equation, we derive an Euler-Lagrange equation for the hyperelastic energy functional defined in a Lie group G equipped with bi-invariant Riemannian metric. Then, we give a solution of this equation for a null hyperelastic Lie quadratic when Lie group G is SO(3).

IFC 기반의 건축구조물 자료교환을 위한 연계모듈 개발 방안 (Development Method on Interface Module for IFC-Based Data Exchange of Building Structures)

  • 본 연구에서는 IFC 기반으로 여러 응용소프트웨어들 사이의 건축구조물 자료교환을 지원할 수 있는 IFC 연계모듈을 보다 적은 시간과 노력으로 개발할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 중요한 점은 연계모듈을 개발하는 과정에서 1) 건축구조물에 관련되는 지식과 경험에 부합되는 물리적, 개념적 대상을 활용할 수 있어야 하며, 2) 복잡한 IFC에 대한 구체적인 지식이 필요하지 않아야 한다는 점이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방안은 1)외부의 응용소프트웨어와 직접 연결되는 공용부분과 이를 지원하는 전용부분으로 구분하고, 2) IFC에서 건축구조물과 직접 관련되는 부분을 건축구조물 관련 지식과 경험에 잘 부합되는 공용부분으로 재구성하고, 3) IFC의 나머지 부분은 전용부분으로 재구성하는 것이다. 이러한 방안의 적용사례로 IFC 파일에 있는 자료들을 읽어 시각화, 부재 목록 작성, 물량 산출, Tekla와 연계 등을 수행하는 IFC 연계모듈을 개발하여 본 연구에서 제시한 방안의 타당성을 검토하였다.

인터넷 윤리교육을 위한 SNS 기반의 블렌디드 러닝 시스템 구현과 효과 분석 (An Implementation and Analysis on the Effectiveness of SNS based Blended Learning System for Internet Ethics Education)

  • The purpose of this paper was to design and implement effective learning model for internet ethics education, following the learning principle and procedure of PBL(Problem-Based Learning) which is one of the constructivism teaching-learning theories(, and to apply it). In this learning model, online learning and face-to-face classes were systematically combined for achieving the teaching-learning goals and the main module for online learning run on Moodle, an open source LMS(Learning Management System). It is possible for learner to participate actively in creation of micro-contents and reorganize contents using various SNS(Social Network Service). The learner can achieve the learner-oriented learning and select micro-contents in order to reorganize the personalized learning contents to take advantage of SNS among learners. To examine educational effectiveness of the proposed learning model, an experimental study was conducted through the education content and method to the subjects of two classes in the second-grade of university located in OO city. 60 students(treatment group=30, control group=30) participated in the experiment. The result statistically verified that the proposed learning method is more effective in cultivating consciousness of internet ethics than the face-to-face PBL learning method. The results of this paper also showed that a lecture using blended learning is efficient in achieving learning performance and that learners responded positively(, which are indicating that the higher effectiveness of learning would be expected) by forming connectedness among learners using SNS.
