The purpose of this study is to explore university students' Hanbok rental behavior and to examine factors that influence their intention to rent Hanbok. Questionnaires were distributed in Universities in the Seoul metropolitan area, and the final 202 responses were used for data analysis. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-tests, and multiple regressions analysis were used. Sixty-one percent of those who have experienced Hanbok rental said they rented Hanboks to experience tourism and 22 percent said they rented Hanboks to take pictures, and the main rental places are tourist attractions such as Jeonju Hanok Village. Respondents indicated that the design and color of Hanbok were important product attributes when they consider renting a Hanbok. They also indicated that the opinions of other users posted on the Internet/Social Network were their main source of information for Hanbok rental. The result of cluster analysis showed that there were two groups of Hanbok rental consumers based on clothing consumption values: novelty-seeking group and practicality-seeking group. The two groups were different in terms of few factors of the benefit sought of Hanbok rental, product attributes, and information sources. Regression analysis revealed that traditional culture perception, purpose-built Hanbok pursuit benefit, pragmatic pursuit benefit, attitude toward Hanbok, and the previous Hanbok rental experience significantly affected respondents' intention to rent Hanbok. Based on the results, this study summarizes the key features of each group and provides suggestion for developing strategic marketing activities.

The government has been operating the long-term care insurance since 2008. In June 2010, the government manual wheelchairs, electric beds, manual beds, mattresses prevent pressure ulcers, mobile tub, bath lifts, including six items were changed to rental-only item. For the successful settlement of welfare equipment rental system, The efforts to prevent inconvenience of welfare equipment user's and improvement of the system for the activation is needed. The main object of this study is to identify the factors affecting satisfaction of welfare equipment rental and seek to proposals of revitalizing equipment rental system.

Recently, maintenance of public rental housing becomes a critical issue because its expenditure possesses the majority proportion of life cycle cost. The countries, such as USA and Singapore, have introduced the approaches for advanced property management, which are cost-effective in the maintenance management. However, as maintenance management system becomes advanced, risks associated with its application are also increased. Therefore, it is needed to assess the appropriate applicability of public rental housing maintenance management considering the constrains in domestic construction industry. The main objective of this study are to investigate international cases and systems and to propose strategic introduction, which satisfies the regulations and policies for domestic public rental housing. In order to evaluate the suitability of the investigated systems, practitioners' opinions were reviewed through the questionnaire surveys using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The surveys indicate that advanced asset management was the suitable process for managing efficiently domestic public rental housing. Moreover, the results showed each weights of considerable criteria for assessing the effective application of maintenance management, and would contribute to further detailed and systematic management.

The purpose of this study was to identify the perception on social mix of managers and residents in the mixed housing complexes for sale and rental apartment. For the research purpose, concept and background of social mix, relevant policies, preceding research trend of social mix were organized through the literature analysis. In addition, observation study was executed to examine physical aspects of three selected sites as research subjects. Also, current state and awareness for social mix were conducted by using in-depth interview with 6 managers and 30 residents in selected areas with semi-structured questionnaires from June 3 to 7, 2013. The results of the study are as following: In the aspect of management, managers said that the biggest issue of mix-housing complex was dualization of management subject such as delegate of residents and tenants. Therefore, legislation which is suitable for unique features of mix-housing complex is required. To decrease disharmony between condominium and rental apartment, controlling the distribution ratio between condominium and rental apartment can be a good way. Accommodating middle class in mixed-housing complex is considered to reduce the social gap. Socially, multilateral and continuous effort through government, industry and academic area is required to inspire positive awareness on social mix among residents in mixed housing complex.

Recently, it is one of the popular fashion and cultural events that people of the younger generation put on a hanbok and take a picture together with communicating by SNS. For this reason, the rent-hanbok market takes a big part of the Korean traditional costume market. Therefor, the recognition of hanbok is changed from the style of uncomfortable and ceremonial clothes, to becoming popular as everyday dress in the younger generation. The various designs of the rental hanbok show two different opinions. One is the increasing popular and general public interest and demand for wearing and showing off traditional hanbok fashions in a positive outlook. Another is the case of the wrong stereotype and knowledge for traditional costume which results in a negative outlook for this type of fashion statement. This study is to look into renting hanbok jeogori for women in Seoul and in Junju. There are 39 styles available in joegori. That being noted, the traditional jeogori has seop and git with dongjung. But it is seen that rental jeogoris do not have the seop, or have the dongjung position as similar to the Po as seen on the men's coat. The showy and colorful materials feel bad and are poorly ventilated. And excessive price competition causes a decreased quality of renting hanbok. Now the rental hanbok business needs to change; to have to make renting hanbok with the correct historical understanding, and it is necessary to have to stop the indiscriminate acceptance of foreign culture.

It is often to apply revenue sharing models in rental industries which consist of a retailer and a wholesaler. This research analyzed the influences to profit of the supply chain if we adopt the revenue sharing model when the demand is uncertain and price sensitive. We found the conditions of the revenue sharing model to maximize the profit of the supply chain, and identified incentive compatible conditions for revenue sharing. It is proved that vertical integration guarantees maximization of profit for the supply chain. Also we found that it is possible to derive Incentive compatible schemes by controlling ranges of revenue sharing ratios.

This research is a study on up cycling design to protect nature in order to postpone global warming to the maximum extent possible as it has been a serious global issue to the fashion industry and even to individual consumers. This research focuses on the ways to use wedding dress, one of the clothes made of synthetic fiber, which is a major cause of global warming. Among clothing from the 19th century, two styles of clothes, Bustle style and Art Nouveau style were analyzed ranging from their underwear styles to outwear styles through collections in books and museums. Two styles of dress using drawers, chemise, and corset as basic underwears were manufactured. All the fabric and subsidiary materials except for parts of underwears were made with discarded wedding dresses. It was developed for rental clothing which women could try on Western costume, from underwears to outwears. First, for bustle dress, woman put on basic underwears, then bustle, and bustle-type petticoat. Dress is a two-piece type, and it was made to put on detachable train on the back of skirt. Second, based on the Art Nouveau style clothes, our-glass style dress consists of petticoat, one-piece over drawers, chemise, and corset. After putting on drawers, both chemise, and corset were the same as Bustle Style. This research is a practical way of realizing sustainable design. The aim of the current work is to provide educational effect on the development of rental clothes which upcycle wedding dress and let women experience other cultures.

The purpose of the study was to grasp problems through a basic survey of actual conditions of the Korean traditional costume industry and to grope a plan to settle the problems. The results were as follows. Operating Status: Rates of the companies' establishment were reduced in 2000s and their sales were also reduced. Status of Goods Development: Korean traditional costume manufacturers and Korean traditional costume textile fabric companies had the highest rate in non-trademark production. Korean traditional costume textile fabric companies and Korean traditional costume rental companies had high rate in self-design. However, Korean traditional costume manufacturers used textile companies' catalogue with the highest rate. Status of Demand and Supply in Human Resources: In human resources needing most, Korean traditional costume manufacturers were tailors, Korean traditional costume textile fBbric companies were salespersons and Korean traditional costume rental companies were designers. Status of Management and Marketing: Causes of difficulties in management were the market slump and the spreading of products made in China. They had a direct publicity through people around mainly. Therefore, it was urgently necessary to introduce special marketing methods. In an investment plan within three years in the future, about 70% did not have an investment plan. Opinions for Promotion of Korean traditional costume: In the government's support policy they wanted, construction of social atmosphere for Korean traditional costume-wearing and Korean traditional costume related educational support had the highest rate. Most of the companies answered that specialized Korean traditional costume agencies were necessary.

Purpose - This paper proposes some ideas with a view to reducing any possible accidents caused by unlicensed drivers and an illegal use of other's name, particularly by teenagers in consideration of easy and simple instruction on smartphone with very weak and mere consciousness on auto life. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzes some accident cases between cargo trucks and rental cars in South Korea, and unlicensed vehicle with unlicensed drivers who use rental cars collided with cargo trucks which were loaded a lot of goods to be delivered to buyer designated. In order to fulfill this research, a case study accompanied with literature survey was conducted. Ideal suggestion for the right growth on rental car industry will be realized by legislation of the law. Results - This paper classified bodily injury of the victim, property damage and damaged cargo arising out of the unlicensed who is driving on car sharing service in South Korea. Conclusions - For the purpose of reducing cargo accidents caused by unlicensed drivers and an illegal use of other's name particularly by teenagers, this paper proposes some ideas of Amendment of the law, Paradigm shift of car sharing company, Preparation by association side and Technical Complementary Measures in South Korea.
