The purpose of this study is to suggest the evaluation standard of cost-effectiveness analysis for renew of architectural equipment in public building. Evaluation items of cost-effectiveness analysis for renew of architectural equipment in public building were used life cycle cost, energy consumption(ton of oil equivalent), green house gas emissions(ton of carbon dioxide) and maximum power demand. Life cycle cost is the process of making an economic assessment of an item, area, system, or facility by considering all significant costs of ownership over an economic life, expressed in terms of equivalent costs. The essence of life cycle costing is the analysis of equivalent costs of various alternative proposals. The social concern with green house gas and maximum power demand of architectural equipment field has been growing for the last several years.

The computer system validation consulting industry is growing as domestic GMP companies' overseas exports or advancements increase, and computer system validation has been mandatory in Korea since the 2010s, but domestic CSV consulting companies are small in size and have a short history, revealing many shortcomings in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction when conducting consulting. Research related to consulting has been mainly focused on management consulting and IT consulting, and research related to computer system validation is very insufficient. This study confirmed the effect of consultant competency and service quality on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract when performing computer system validation through empirical research on food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical device companies, which are representative companies in the GMP industry. As a result, it was confirmed that consultant competency and service quality had a significant effect on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract. In addition, it was confirmed that the reputation and expertise of consulting companies had a moderating effect on the relationship between consultant competency and consulting performance.

A band function model paired comparison method (BMPC method) is a kind of a paired comparison methods. Considering the human ambiguities, the BMPC method expressing the human judgment characteristics as a monotonous increase function with some width. Since function types are not specified in a BMPC method, the solution is obtained from inequalities, and the solution is given as a domain. To solve the simultaneous inequalities, the sequential renew method is used in the previous BMPC method. However, the sequential renew method requires much computational effort and memories. Generally, in BMPC method, it is able to solve only a paired comparison table which has less 12-13 samples. For that purpose, a new fast solution algorithm is required. In this paper, we proposed a new “search vector method” which renews the solution domain without creating new edge vectors. By using the method, it is able to decrease the necessary memory spaces and time to solve. The proposed method makes it able to solve more than 15 samples paired comparison inspections which are impossible to solve by previous method.

After Asian financial crisis hit the Korea, Korean government and Korean firms need to restructure their system. Specially financial sector has to renew its system. One way renew its system was adjust company's labor system. The forms of labor adjustment are external numerical flexibility, externalization, internal numerical flexibility, functional flexibility and wage flexibility. These five forms based on two big categories which are wage flexibility and employment flexibility. This study only focus on th effect of employment flexibility in financial sector in Korea. Employment flexibilities can be practice as employment adjustment. Also we concentrate on separation and re-accessors to other financial institute after the separation. The result shows that Korean financial sector are in the range of 10.78% and the job destruction rates are about 11.26%. During the period from year 1998 to year 2002, the numbers of accession has down about 30%. The logit statistical analysis for separation shows that demographical variables and the reasons of separation affected separation and reemployment.

Local scour is associate with particular local types of vortex around bridge piers. This paper is method of protection local scour for the existing Busan City subway 3 Line bridge piers and Gupo large bridge piers. In order to take design of protection of local scour this bridge piers, We calculate the local scour hole of depth , scour width, riprap construction , filter construction by formulas. We had experimental hydraulic model test for this bridge piers in order to take proof for the calculation of local scour. We knew that the vortex intensifies the local flow velocities and acts to erode sediment from the scour hole and transport it downstream. As the result of hydraulic model test, we could suggest three types method of protection local scour this bridges. We knew that FHWA HEC-18(Richardson et al. 2001: Modified CSU) Formula is useful to checking calculation as application of field. One is pier protection using the sheet piles and riprap, the others are pier protection using the riprap with filter and to make renew Wall-caisson. The best method of protection for the existing Busan City subway 3 Line bridge piers and Gupo large bridge piers is pier protection using the sheet piles and riprap.

지도 제작이 갖는 의미는 그 나라의 측량 기술 수준을 대변한다는 것이다. 또 그 나라 사람들이 얼마만큼 세계속에서 국제적 활동을 하고 있는지에 대한 묵시적 표현 수단이라고 불 수 있다. 현재 우리나라에서는 국가 기본도를 비롯하여 여러 축척의 수치지도가 제작되어있다. 그러나 현재의 수치지도는 항공사진측량 또는 위성영상을 이용하여 신규제작이나 수정 갱신이 이루어지고 있지만, 산업의 발달과 국가경제 성장으로 인하여 수시로 변화하는 지형 지물에 대한 즉각적인 수정이나 갱신을 실시하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 3차원 레이저 스캐닝(3D Laser Scanning)을 국부지역에 적용하여 실제 지형과 같은 3차원 공간좌표로 취득하여 수치지도 수정 갱신에 요구하는 측위 정확도 제시와 실험에 적용하여 사용자 편의를 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구는 2019년 유럽의회선거 결과의 함의를 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 기존 연구는 유럽의회선거가 국내 이슈에 의해 좌우되는 부차적인 선거로 기능한다고 분석해왔으나, 이번 선거는 브렉시트 협상과 극우 포퓰리즘 부상이라는 유럽 쟁점이 부각됐으며, 투표율도 크게 상승하여 2000년대 이후 최고 수치인 50.62%를 기록했다. 각 정치그룹별 의석수에도 큰 변화가 있었다. 첫째, 유럽의회를 이끌어 오던 유럽인민당그룹(EPP)과 유럽사회민주그룹(S&D)은 과반 의석을 달성하는 데에 실패했다. 둘째, 중도자유주의그룹인 리뉴유럽(Renew Europe)의 의석수가 크게 증가했다. 셋째, 극우 정치그룹은 정체성과민주주의그룹(ID)을 중심으로 결집하여 본격적인 정치세력화를 시도했다. 중도자유주의의 부상은 반-유럽 포퓰리즘 인기에 대한 반작용으로 볼 수 있다. 특히 중도우파와 중도좌파 그룹이 이민통제와 안보, 고용과 복지를 위한 국가개입 필요성을 강조했기 때문에 리뉴유럽그룹의 개방시장경쟁에 대한 강조는 차별화되는 쟁점을 형성했다. 극우 포퓰리즘과 함께 중도자유주의가 유럽의 정치 균열을 새롭게 재편했으며, 유럽의회에서 '자유주의' 대 '보호주의'의 대립구도가 보다 선명해졌다.

Recently Factory Saemaul Undong is stagnant and spirits of Self-helf, Diligence, Cooperation goes off the public in general our society. After the 1988 year, Factories have a sickely constitution of industrial structure for Saemaul spirits fading. So, it is now a thing of the past in the 1973~87 year's active Factory Saemaul Undong of Korea industrial rationalization movement. Come on the new age 1990's, it make a special study renew method and newly technique of Factory Saemaul Undong promoting for democratic new age.

The renewal of digital map takes much time and the manual process. LiDAR data allows reduction of time, automatic manner, and acquisition of the precise position. So it is used to renew the digital map of 1:5,000 scale. From the accuracy test results using aerial imagery and digitizing, renewal of digital map are feasible in automatic manner to some extent.
