In this paper a platoon merging control system is considered as a remotely located system with state represented by a stochastic process. in the system it is common to encounter situations where a single decision maker controls a large number of subsystems and observation and control signals are sent over a communication channel with finite capacity and significant transmission delays. Unlike a classical estimation problem where the observation is a continuous process corrupted by additive noise there is a constraint that the observation must be coded and transmitted over a digital communication channel with fintie capacity. A recursive coder-estimator sequence is a state estimation scheme based on observations transmitted with finite communication capacity constraint. in this paper we introduce a stochastic model for the lead vehicle in a platoon of vehicles in a lane considering the angle between the road surface and a horizontal plane as a stochastic process. In order to merge two platoons the lead vehicle of the following platoon is controlled by a remote control station. Using the observation transmitted over communication channel the remote control station designs the feedback controller. The simulation results show that the intervehicle spacings and the deviations from the desired intervehicle spacing are well regulated.

인터넷의 탈 중심적, 개방적인 특징과 이동통신의 이동성, 휴대성 그리고 인터넷과 이동통신의 양방향성 이라는 특징 및 장점들의 접목은 우리생활에 무선 인터넷을 탄생하게 하였으며, 생활에 많은 변화를 가져오게 되었다. 그러나 기존 유선상의 웹 기반인 시스템 관리 소프트웨어 솔루션들은 시간적, 공간적 제약과 오류사항에 대한 통보가 불확실하거나 신속한 지원요구 및 실시간 긴급조치가 어렵다는 문제점들을 갖는다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 통신기기(휴대폰, PDA, Smart Phone, Webpad)를 이용하여 원격시스템을 관리 및 모니터링하고 실시간으로 원격지의 시스템을 제어할 수 있는 실시간 무선 원격제어 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 구현된 실시간 무선 원격제어 시스템은 모바일 장비를 이용하여 원격지 서버 관리 기능, 장애 및 이벤트 통보기능, 로그기록 기능, 인증기능 그리고 클라이언트 트랜잭션별 시스템 성능평가 기능 등을 제공한다.

본 연구에서는 사용자의 위치정보를 제공하는 GPS와 카메라가 탑재된 원격 로봇과 스마트폰 어플 기술을 응용하여 화재 발생, 원전 사고, HF 가스 누출등 과 같은 급박한 화재 상황에서 소방관을 투입하기 이전에 정확한 화재 및 가스 누출 사고 현장의 정보와 상황을 파악하여 인명 피해를 최소화 하면서 방재 활동을 실시 할 수 있도록 하고 정확한 초기 대응으로 피해를 최소화 할 수 있는 전략을 수립 할 수 있도록 하는 소형화된 원격 로봇을 설계 제작하였다. 원격로봇은 카 보디와 콘트롤러 디바이스로 구성된다. 컨트롤 디바이스의 쥐는 강도에 따라 grab의 단계를 10단계까지 변경하는 것이 가능하였다. 초기 설계모델 로봇의 유용성에 대해 확인 하였다.

무선 인터넷(Wireless Internet)의 발달로 인해 네트워킹이 가능한 환경이 구축되면서 모바일 서비스 구현을 위한 다양한 어플리케이션 프로그램 개발이 활발하다. 특히 모바일 서비스는 누구나 쉽게 다양하고 간편하게 서비스를 제공할 수 있다는 특징을 가지고 있으며, 이러한 모바일 서비스를 위한 어플리케이션 개발의 한 사례로서 모바일을 이용하여 컴퓨터를 원격제어 할 수 있는 어플리케이션 프로그램을 제안한다. 본 논문은 모바일 단말기 중 스마트폰 기반의 환경을 사용하여 컴퓨터에 원격접근하여 컴퓨터의 화면과 입력장치를 제어할 수 있는 RDP(Remote Desktop Protocol), VNC(Virtual Network Computing)를 연구 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 Application의 가장 큰 장점은 언제 어디서나 모바일을 이용하여 컴퓨터 전원을 ON/OFF, 파일 전송 / 다운로드, 문서작업 등 여러 기능을 실행 할 수 있어, 사용자들이 앞으로 보다 편리하게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.

To control the remote system in the unstructured environment requires data under certain circumstances. When a machine is dealt with an unstructured environment, new environment structure is to be composed. The stereo vision system can get both the intensity data and the range data. So, in this paper, data architecture of a stereo image is proposed to set them.
