Swing 컴포넌트를 이용한 인터넷 기반 공정관리시스템 설계와 구현 (Design and Implementation of Progress Management System Using Swing Component Based on Internet)

  • 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 이용한 원격지 공정관리 시스템을 개발하는데 있어서 유지보수가 용이하고, 기능의 추가가 쉽도록 자바 언어와 GoF 디자인 패턴을 이용한 설계기법을 보인다. 시스템의 구현을 위해 현재 운전되고 있는 설비들의 상태를 파악할 수 있도록 설비 제어 박스에 있는 PLC에 RS232C와 RS422/RS485 통신모듈을 추가하였고, PLC를 통하여 제어되고 있는 정보를 송수신하기 위해 RS232C 통신을 Ethernet으로 변환시켜주는 변환기를 설치하였다. 다계층으로 구성된 시스템을 구현하기 위해 Swing 컴포넌트를 사용하였으며, Applet과 Frame GUI를 동시에 지원하여, 관리자가 인터넷을 통하여 원격지의 작업공정 진도를 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 하였다. 다계층 구조의 주요 목적은 클라이언트들 간의 자원을 공유하는 것이다. 제안된 시스템은 원격지에서 설비를 제어하기 위한 소프트웨어를 제작하는데 도움을 줄 수 있고, 이와 비슷한 소프트웨어를 제작하려는 개발자에게 기존 코드를 쉽게 재사용하여, 새로운 기능을 쉽게 추가할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

  • 사물 인터넷이 발달하면서 다양한 스마트 홈 IoT 디바이스와 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 스마트 홈 IoT 서비스의 핵심은 사용자가 인터넷 통신을 통해 디바이스를 제어하는 것이다. IoT 디바이스들의 통신은 대부분 사설 네트워크 내에서 IP를 가지기 때문에 외부의 네트워크에서 접근하여 제어하는 원격제어에 어려움이 있다. 원격 제어를 위한 방법 중 하나로 서로의 IP를 파악해 통신을 하는 UDP 홀 펀칭이 있다. UDP 홀 펀칭은 100%에 가까운 데이터 통신 성공률을 보장하기 위해 경우에 따라 3단계 과정을 거쳐야한다. 본 논문은 UDP 홀 펀칭을 이용한 IoT 디바이스 원격제어에서 불필요한 단계를 생략시키기 위해 CEP 기반으로 원격 제어 정책을 관리하는 시스템을 제안한다.

Graphic Simulator for Analyzing the Remote Operation of the Advanced Spent Fuel Conditioning Process

  • KAERI is developing the Advanced Spent Fuel Conditioning Process (ACP) as a pre-disposal treatment process for spent fuel. Equipment used for such a spent fuel recycling and management process must operate in intense radiation fields as well as in a high temperature. Therefore, remote maintenance has a played a significant role in this process because of combined chemical and radiological contamination. Hence suitable remote handling and maintenance technology needs to be developed along with the design of the process concepts. To do this, we developed the graphic simulator for the ACP. The graphic simulator provides the capability of verifying the remote operability of the process without fabrication of the process equipment. In other words, by applying virtual reality to the remote maintenance operation, a remote operation task can be simulated in the graphic simulator, not in a real environment. The graphic simulator will substantially reduce the cost of the development of the remote handling and maintenance procedure as well as the process equipment, while at the same time producing a process and a remote maintenance concept that is more reliable, easier to implement, and easier to understand.

  • 최근 스마트폰 사용인구가 늘어나면서 휴대하기 쉽고, 각종 컨텐츠의 보관 및 이동이 쉬운 특성으로 인해 분실, 도난에 따른 개인 정보 유출뿐만 아니라 기밀 유출에 이르기까지 다양한 보안 위협 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고객을 대상으로 스마트폰의 다양한 보안 위협에 대응하기 위해 Mobile Device Management (MDM) 기술을 활용하여 사용자가 직접 관리가 가능한 스마트폰 원격관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이를 통해서 고객 스스로가 웹에서 스마트폰을 원격 관리하여 스마트폰의 분실, 도난에 따른 정보유출을 방지 할 수 있고, 사용제어 및 모니터링이 가능하다.

  • This Paper deals with the economical equipment control which is used by internet network system at the industrial workplace. If the control devices can be accessed by internet, we can have the developed possibility of work conditions. in this paper, we presented the advanced digital timer which has a communication function to control and observe panel to realize control solution based on internet to be easily applicable at workplace with low cost, and we used RS-485 serial communication module to have parallel expansibility and safety. And, this system was experimented and designed for easy system management and status check from remote station through internet. As the result for experiment, the circuit configuration would be more simplified than the existing, and it is expected that multi connection control and monitoring can be simply implemented with low cost equipment at industrial workplace.

대형전동커튼 타임제어 시스템 설계 및 개발 (Design and Development of Large Electric Curtain Control System for Time Controlled)

  • The purpose of this paper is to design a curtain control system for centralized management of large curtains, which includes curtain structure, electric curtain controller, communication system, user interface and remote control. Curtain structure is designed to avoid using limit switch. The system is based on microprocessor, determined the stop position and complete running time of electric curtain through time control, and achieved remote control of curtain opening and closing through wired and wireless communication modes. By establishment of a mathematical model to calculate the inertia compensation time of the electric curtain, the electric curtain can be stopped ahead of time, and the curtain can be completely closed by the inertia. The result of test experiment of 32 electric curtain controllers shows the communication success rate reached 100%.

  • LED lighting control system using unidirectional DMX512 (digital multiplex with 512 pieces of information)) protocol has been the most popular. Nowadays, the user's consumption has been upgrading to the more intelligent system but the upgrading process does not affect the existing infrastructure. There were many researches use the additional communication for the feedback communication way such as WiFi, Controller Area Network (CAN), Power Line Communication (PLC), etc but all researches had inherent disadvantages that created the independent feedback with the existing DMX512 system. Our paper represents the novel method that uses the remote device management (RDM) protocol to associate the additional feedback with existent DMX512 infrastructure in the one system. The data in DMX512 frame sending to the DMX512 client is split and repacked to become the RDM packet. This RDM packet is transferred to the RDM monitor console and the response RDM packet is converted to the DMX512 frame for control DMX512 client devices. This is the closed loop control model which uses the bidirectional convertibility between RDM packet and DMX512 frame. The proposed method not only upgrades the feedback control function for the old DMX512 system without changing the existent infrastructure, but also solves compatible problems between new RDM devices and old DMX512 devices and gives the low cost solution for extending DMX512 universe.

진단용 X선장치의 성능 실태 조사연구 (A Study on the Test of Efficiency of the Diagnostic X-ray Equipment according to Their Rectifications)

  • For the efficient management of the diagnostic x-ray equipment, a nation-wide inspection of hospitals was performed by an inspection institute in Taejon in the first half of 1997. Among those hospitals inspected, 28 equipments(machines) which were over 500 mA were randomly selected according to their characteristics : 7 condenser type x-ray equipments, 7 three control phase of full wave rectification of type remote control x-ray equipments, 7 single phase of full wave rectification type for general radiography equipments, and 7 single phase of full wave rectification type of R/F equipments. We obtained the following results by conducting the experiment based on the efficiency of the equipments mentioned above. 1) When the equipments are analyzed, 2 out of 7 single phase of full wave rectification type of general radiography equipments(28.6%), 3 out of 7 single phase of full wave rectification type of R/F equipments(42.9%), 5 out of 7 three phase of full wave rectification type remote of control x-ray equipments(71.4%), and 4 out of 7 condenser type of x-ray equipments(57.1%) showed suitability. It proves the superiority of the three phase of full wave rectification type of remote control x-ray equipments. 2) From the overall analysis, only about 50% of the equipments(suitability of 14 out of 28) maintain the efficient management. Therefore, maintenance management of equipments is more necessary. If the efficiency of the x-ray equipment is uniformly maintained and managed to prevent the breakdown(trouble) beforehand especially through the continuous inspection of tube voltage, tube current, exposure time, and collimator, the financial loss and exposure dose to the patient, as well as the workers engaged in radiation, can be reduced for better medical service.

  • RFID 시스템은 현재 다양한 분야에서 사용되어 지고 있는 바코드 인식 시스템이나 자기 인식 장치들이 근본적으로 내재하고 있는 실용성 및 보안성 문제점들을 보완할 수 있는 대체 시스템으로 각광받고 있다. 특히 RFID 시스템은 교통카드, 출입구 보안 및 출결 카드 분야를 포함한 상거래와 직접적인 관련이 있는 물류관리, 재고관리, 항만관리, 동물관리 등 물류 및 유통 분야에서도 빠르게 응용 및 확산되어 사용되어 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 한 예로서 RFID시스템을 TCP/IP를 이용하여 네트워크화하여 구성한 안전하고 효율적인 원격 출입 제어 시스템을 제안한다. 먼저 원격 출입 제어에 적합한 인증 프로토콜을 제안하며, 제안한 인증 프로토클 기반의 원격 보안 출입 제어 시스템이 원활한 자동문 제어가 가능함을 임베디드 시스템과 TCP/IP 기반의 RFID 시스템으로 구성된 자동문 세트를 활용한 모의실험을 통해 실용성을 증명한다.

In this process, the management process must operate in intense radiation fields as well as in a high temperature. Therefore, remote maintenance has played a significant role in this process. Hence suitable remote handling and maintenance technology needs to be developed along with the design of the process concepts. To do this, we developed the digital mockup for the ACP. The digital mockup provides the capability of verifying the remote operability of the process without fabrication of the process equipment. In other words, by applying virtual reality to the remote maintenance operation, a remote operation task can be simulated in the digital mockup. Through utilizing this graphic simulation in this digital mockup, general guidelines can be established for designing equipment intended for remote handling and maintenance. Also, the designer of the equipment that must be remotely maintained should ensure that there is adequate access to the process equipment. The graphic simulator will substantially reduce the cost of the develo363pment of the remote handling and maintenance procedure as well as the process equipment.
