본 연구는 리모델링을 통한 슬래브 확장 시, 기존슬래브와 신설슬래브의 접합부에 작용하는 전단성능을 알아보았다. 실험체의 변수는 강관콧타, 전단철근, H형강, 스터드볼트, 원형전단키로 설정하였으며, 이에 따른 실험체를 제작하고 실험을 수행할 예정이다. 실험의 결과, 충분한 전단강도를 보인다면 이를 접합부설계의 기초자료로 활용하도록 한다.

Importation of mass production of building elements with standardization are vital way for environment-friendly architectural planning, which it makes the lifespan of a building longer than normal with easier maintenance and remodeling. The advantage might be magnified here in Korea since typical types of apartment house are dominated in our construction market. For the purpose, a series of pre-manufactured window systems is one of the optimal elements to be prototype building modules. In the design process of the system windows, lots of consideration should be involved and they include aesthetics, thermal performance, noise reduction, airtightness, and so forth. A real survey on the ready-made window systems has been performed and its optical issue related to luminous peculiarity is what is of major interest in this study. In addition, technical review on more advanced window products and their adaptable potential for the integration with fundamental architectural design elements were carried out.

This study was designed to know the planning for future elderly living of middle aged women. The specific objects were to grasp preferred characteristics of their living together and housing in the elderly stage, economic preparation for the elderly. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The subject were 342 middle aged women living in the capital area. Frequency, percentage, and f2_test were used. The results showed that they wanted more emotional support than physical support from adult children, and wanted to make career for themselves in economic aspect. The most preferred housing for the their elderly stage was not only silver town. but also general housing type, for example, apartment and detached house. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop new housing and remodeling system of existing house for more independently elderly living.

정부는 산업화와 공업화에 의한 급격한 도시 인구유입으로 인해 공동주택 등 건축물에 집중적으로 투자해 왔다. 과거 20여년동안 무수히 많은 건축물이 노후화과정을 거치게 됨으로써 성능 개선의 필요성이 꾸준히 제기되어 왔다. 노후 건축물의 성능개선 대안은 리모델링과 재건축으로 구분된다. 이중 리모델링의 경우, 경제성 확보에 다소 어려움이 있으나, 재건축에 비해 프로젝트 수행기간이 짧고 폐기물 배출량도 적어서 환경친화적인 측면에서 우수성을 확보할수 있는 장점이 있다. 리모델링은 전체 공정 상 철거공사가 차지하는 비중이 막대하다. 특히, 전체 공사기간에서 주공정선상에 위치하는 특징이 있기 때문에 철저한 공사 관리를 수행한다면 전체 프로젝트에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것을 미연에 방지할수 있다. 현재 리모델링의 철거공사는 담당자의 경험 및 주관적 판단으로 공사 관리가 이루어지고 있는 특징이 있고, 환경을 고려하지 않은 무분별한 철거가 대부분으로 친환경 리모델링 철거에 대한 프로세스 정립이 필요한 실정이다. 특히, 친환경 리모델링 철거 수행사례가 극히 드물기 때문에 환경친화적인 공사관리에 대한 자료의 축적이 무엇보다 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문은 친환경 철거공사 단계에서 공정관리의 합리화를 도모하기 위해 기존 사례를 분석하여, 환경 친화적인 철거공사 프로세스를 수행하는 과정에서 합리적인 공정분석이 가능하도록 장비와 인력에 대한 생산성 분석방법을 활용하여 친환경 철거공사의 세부공정별 표준 작업 기간을 산정할수 있는 방안을 정립하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구결과를 활용한다면 공사관리자로 하여금 합리적인 기간 산출을 통해 전체 리모델링 프로젝트의 리스크를 줄이고, 과학적이고 체계적인 철거공사 공정관리를 수행하도록 하는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단한다.

노후 공동주택의 리모델링 공사 수행 현황을 살펴보면, 공동주택의 신축공사와는 달리 철거공사라는 새로운 공종이 추가 된다. 이러한 철거공사는 리모델링 공사를 구성하는 다양한 공종 중에서 공사 기간을 좌우하는 주요 공종에 해당하나, 실제 공사수행 방법은 기존의 일반 건축공사 철거형태와 거의 동일하게 이루어지고 있다. 즉, 폐자재의 재활용 등을 통한 자원의 낭비 및 환경파괴 등을 최소화 할 수 있는 리모델링 공사의 특성을 고려하지 않고, 단순 생산성만을 강조한 기존철거공사의 수행 방법을 그대로 사용하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 리모델링 공사의 특성을 반영한 철거공사의 프로세스 정립이 필요하며, 더불어 정립된 프로세스를 구성하는 단위 작업의 시공성을 평가하여 향후개선을 위한 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구는 선행연구에서 정립한 리모델링 공사의 철거 프로세스 및 단위작업(이하 '신규방식'이라함)과 기존 일반 건축공사의 철거공사 수행 방식(이하 '기존방식'이라함)의 비교를 통한 신규방식의 시공성 측면의 개선효과를 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전문가 면담을 통한 철거공사의 시공성을 측정할 수 있는 주요요인을 도출한 후, 이를 근간으로 공가(空家)상태인 시영아파트의 두개 동에 신규방식과 기존방식의 비교실험을 통한 시공성의 개선 효과를 분석하였다.

향후 국내의 주택건설 산업은 신규 택지개발에 의한 주택공급 방식보다는 기존 주택의 재개발 및 재건축에 더 큰 비중을 둘 수 밖에 없으며, 현재 그러한 추세가 급속하게 확산되고 있다. 또한 재고 주택 중 공동 주택이 $50\%$ 이상을 차지하고 있으며, 이들의 유지보수, 리모델링 및 재건축은 주거지의 슬럼화방지, 건물성능 저하에 따른 재난방지 등을 위하여 반드시 필요한 분야가 되었다. 그러나 신규택지개발에 의한 주택공급방식에 익숙해 있던 국내 건설산업은 막대한 양의 재고주택에 대한 유지보수, 리모델링 및 수명을 다한 물건의 재개발 재건축 등에 필요한 해체분야는 상대적으로 소홀히 다루어져 왔다. 따라서 선진외국에 비하여 관련 기술 및 제도가 낙후되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현행 해체공정을 분석을 통하여 건설폐기물 발행현황과 개선 프로세스를 제시하게 된다.

The population of the elderly and elderly living alone goes on increasing. Most elderly does not want to move into another place out of their present living environment. So it is essential to know their living conditions for the quality of living, especially the aged living alone out of their children' care. Unfortunately there is scarcely any house designed for the aged, especially elderly living alone until now. So this study investigated the living environment of the elderly living alone in gunsan city. The ratio of the female aged living alone is about 3 times than the male but the male population is increasing. Most of them are troubled with more than a disease and use aids and feel the necessity of the others' help. The ratio of the absolute poverty among the elderly living alone is about 30%. The majority of them are almost 65-84 years old with living detached house. Most of them own their house. They living in detached house are of a mind to remodel bath/toilet first of all and they living in apartment or row houses have a intention of remodeling an air conditioner and paper walls and ceiling and flooring of all things in house. As the bath and restroom have been pointed as a dangerous space for elderly, the elderly living alone pointed out them as to be remodeled. It seemed the air conditioner in house do not work well in view of their poor economic condition. For the elderly It is needed economic and institutional supports of private organization or government.

The internal construction industry is not situation of cost reduction based on low wages anymore by the increase in wages as insufficient supply of stilled workers. Recently remodeling constructions that only need to change facilities as to stay the existing structures are on the increase. Now the method of piping facility used to remodeling construction needs stilled workers, large work space and a variety of tools. These complex construction process have a difficulty of high-quality and economical construction. In addition it have the hish incidence of warranty and a problem of cost increase as a commitment of manpower by warranty repair. In order to solve these problems it is necessary for appropriate new technology to the internal construction environment. Piping fittings by Insert & Coupling Joint is a method that unskilled workers can be easily constructed though one touch set up and it is convenient to maintain for repair work of piping facility. This technology show the effect of 3 percentages labor cost reduction as compared with piping fittings by press joint on apartment 500 households. Therefore this technology is supposed that attain a cost reduction though the technical and economical construction and a client satisfaction though the high-quality construction on the present construction market.

최근 주택성능등급표시제, 친환경건축물인증제도 등 실내공기질에 관련한 제도가 생겨나고 공동주택 거주자 또한 실내공기 질에 대한 인식을 새롭게 하고 있다. 이러한 시대적 흐름에 발맞추어 최근 신축되거나 리모델링 되는 공동주택에는 친환경 실내마감재료가 적용되고 있다. 하지만, 친환경 실내 마감재료는 일반재료에 비해 그 가격이 고가이며, 분양가 상승을 야기한다. 또한 친환경 마감재료 적용으로 인한 분양가 상승은 거주자로 하여금 경제적 부담을 가중시키게 된다. 따라서 실내 마감공법 별로 적용되는 모든 주재료 및 부 재료에 대해서 친환경성과 경제성을 복합적으로 고려할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 노후 공동주택 리모델링 마감공사 시 환경적인 요인, 경제적인 요인을 복합적으로 고려하여 효율적인 실내 마감재료를 선정하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
