Purpose: This study investigates software qualification procedures based on the FA-50 flight control software to satisfy high reliability and flight safety. Methods: We studied software qualification categories, standard/specification and developed country case. We proposed procedure to satisfy not only flight safety but also international standard. Results: The proposed software qualification procedure satisfied flight safety and airworthiness based on the testing result of the FA-50 flight control software. Conclusion: This paper showed an appropriate qualification procedures of the flight control software in domestic circumstance through the FA-50 flight control software qualification.

본 논문에서는 저궤도 소형인공위성에서 위성의 각 부에 전원을 공급하기 위한 리튬이온 배터리 시스템의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 수행한 우주인증시험들의 결과를 나타내었다. 리튬이온 배터리 시스템의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위하여 구조해적, 성능시험, 우주 및 발사환경에서의 환경시험 등을 수행하였다. 모든 해석 및 시험 결과가 요구조건에 만족함을 보임으로써 리튬이온 배터리를 적용한 소형인공위성의 신뢰성을 검증하고 제고할 수 있었다.

In modern automotive control modules, mechanical failures of surface mounted electronic components such as microprocessors, crystals, capacitors, transformers, inductors, and ball grid array packages, etc., are mai or roadblocks to design cycle time and product reliability. This paper presents a general methodology of failure analysis and fatigue prediction of these electronic components under automotive vibration environments. Mechanical performance of these packages is studied through finite element modeling approach fur given vibration environments in automotive application. Using the results of vibration simulation, fatigue lift is predicted based on cumulative damage analysis and material durability information. Detailed model of solder/lead joints is built to correlate the system level model and obtain solder strains/stresses. The primary focus in this paper is on surface-mount interconnect fatigue failures and the critical component selected for this analysis is 80 pin plastic leaded microprocessor.

본 연구는 NCS 기반으로 개편된 미용사(피부) 검정형 자격과 과정평가형의 자격시험에 관한 선행연구의 체계적 문헌 고찰을 통해 국가기술자격 미용사(피부) 종목 과제 및 평가방법에 대해 비교·분석 하였다. 검정형 자격은 암기 위주의 이론시험과 단순 기능 반복을 통한 작업능력을 기반으로 평가가 이루어져 자격과 일이 상호 연계되지 않고 있고, 과정평가형 자격은 상대적으로 시험 집행을 시작한 기간이 짧은 상태로 시행기관에서의 자체 내부평가의 신뢰성 저하 문제가 지속적으로 나타나고 있다. 향후 현재 평가에 반영되고 있지 못하는 다양한 능력 단위를 적용하여 실기시험 평가 항목에 포함할 수 있는 상위자격의 신설 및 실기시험 평가방법 개선 등을 통해 현장과의 연계성을 제고시키고 관련 분야의 현장 적응 및 재교육 시간 단축 등의 자격제도 혁신이 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

Thruster break for aerogenerator performs a role that is stopping the rotor in case of emergency such as strong wind, system abnormality or maintenance check. In this study, failure analysis and test evaluation on the thruster break for aerogenerator are proposed, and the entire process to improve reliability of the product through design improvement is presented. The typical failure case is fatigue and wear, and failure cause on these are identified and improvement plan is presented. Lastly, reliability improvement is established to analyse test results before after the life test.

When certificates of qualification relating to computer have shown up like dam water and meeting the age of office automation (OA) utilizing computer throughout the community, and at the point of time when the promotion of efficiency of duty is attempted by utilizing internet, the improvement plans should be groped for to expect to cultivate the national industrial manpower efficiently and by easily approaching the related OA certificates of qualification related to computer so that everyone can acauire the additional points for recognition of credit, entering company and promotion by the dimension of public trust, recognition degree, practial using level in actual affairs, reliability of problems and after manpower management of the certificates of qualification less expensively and saving time. the concrete plans are as follows: First, in the standard of making questions for the examination of 'Computer Utilizing Ability' executed by the chamber of commerce and Industry, there is the independent examination, but by inserting the presentation portion in the higher grade and middle grade, it should be contributed to improve office efficiency both in mane and reality. Second, though the internet retriever's examination is executed by the nongovernment specialized examination, since it is actually widely utilized in the office activities due to universality of using internet, it is now the time to newly establish and accommodate it as the national examination of 'internet Utilizing Ability', not the interest specialized retriever. Third, the applicants, shall take examination for the nongoverment certificate of qualification or enterprise's certificate of qualification at the date and place designated by the applicant, but there are much restrictions for the national certificate of qualification, so the date of examination shall be decided flexibly and efficiently to give chances to students by adjusting to the semesters of the students. Fourth, in this rapidly changing age of the informationalization community, the acquisition of the certificates of qualification through the university and the designated and entrusted educational institutes should be increased the proportion of activation to become officially recognized, and the extent of special treatment for obtainers of the certificate of qualification should be expanded to equip manpower competitive power in the age of informationalization.

Long-term reliability of Si photovoltaic modules is a crucial issue for the cost-reduction on the power-supply system. To elevate this reliability, several environmental tests have been created as qualification and certification procedures. This paper gives an overview about recent researches of reliability tests for Si photovoltaic modules.
