우리나라 내외국인 관광규모 및 경비지출 형태 분석 (Analysis on the Pattern of Inbound and Outbound Tourism and Their Receipts and Expenditures in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 내외국인의 관광규모 및 경비지출 형태를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 향후의 관광정책방향을 제시하려는 시도이다. 분석결과에 의하면 외국인 관광객 수의 증가는 소득수준을 제외한 다른 외적인 요인에 의해 결정되지만 외국인 관광경비 지출은 관광객 규모나 소득뿐만 아니라 가격과 환율에 의해서도 영향을 받는 형태를 보이고 있다. 그러나 내국인의 경우는 관광객 수나 관광경비 지출이 모두 관광객 규모, 국내외 물가, 국내외 소득, 및 환율 등과 같은 경제적 상황을 종합적으로 고려해서 해외여행 여부와 관광경비 지출 정도를 결정하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 외국인 관광객을 적극적으로 유치하기 위해서는 경제 외적인 요인이 중요하며, 내국인의 해외관광을 위해서는 해외관광과 관련된 정확한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 시스템의 구축이 필요하다 하겠다. 이와 같은 요인들이 선결된다면 관광산업을 통한 국제수지 개선도 가능할 것이다.

고추의 건조특성(乾燥特性)과 건조모델에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Drying Characteristics and Drying Model of Red Pepper)

  • This study was performed to find out drying characteristics and develop drying model for the design of an efficient dryer or drying system of red peper. The basic model which describes drying phenomenon of red pepper was firstly established, and drying tests were conducted at 14-different drying conditions. In this test, the effects of drying air temperature and relative humidity on the rate of drying were undertaken. Finally, a new drying model based on these experimental results was developed to describe the drying characteristics of red pepper. The results from this study may be summarized as follows. 1. Drying constant of the basic model established from Lewis' experimental model and diffusion equation was theoretically deduced as a function of moisture content and inner-temperature of red pepper. 2. From the results of drying tests, drying air temperature was found to have the greatest effect on the rate of drying. However, the effect of temperature was small for the condition of high relative humidity, and for low temperature, the effect of relative humidity was found to be large even though the range of relative humidity was low. 3. Modified Henderson equation was found to be better than Chung equation as the EMC model for the estimation of the equilibrium moisture content of red Pepper. 4. Constant-rate drying period did not exist in the red pepper drying test. And falling-rate drying period was divided into three distinct phases. Drying rate was dependent on the moisture content, the inner-temperature of red pepper and the change of physical property due to drying. 5. Drying constant increased with decrease of free moisture content, but it decreased at the end of the drying period. Also, drying constant was dependent on the drying air temperature and relative humidity. 6. The new drying model developed in this study was found to be most suitable in describing the drying characteristics of red pepper. Therefore, it may be concluded that drying time could be accurately estimated by the new drying model.

불안정한 면에서의 체간 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 비례추진력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Trunk Control Training on Labile Surface on Relative Impulse in the Persons with Stroke)

  • Purpose: The present study was designed to investigate the effect of trunk control training on the labile surface on relative impulse and balance in stroke patients. Methods: A total of 21 participants were assigned to an experimental group (n=11) or a control group (n=10). In addition to conventional therapy, the experimental group received trunk control training on the swiss ball; 20 minutes, 4 times a week, for 8 weeks. Balance ability was evaluated by FRT (functional reaching test) and TUG (time up and go). In addition relative impulse in 6 areas of the foot (hallux, 1st metatarsal head, 2~3 metatasal head, 4~5 metatasal head, mid foot and heel) were measured using the F-scan system to evaluate locomotion ability during gait. Results: Significant differences in the relative impulse were observed in the areas of the 2~3 metatasal head during gait after exercise in both the control group and experimental group (p<0.05). Also, a significant increase was seen in the hallux after exercise in the experimental group (p<0.05), but no such significant increase was seen in the control group (p>0.05). Significant differences were observed in FRT and TUG in the experimental group but no such significant increase was observed in the control group (p>0.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that trunk control training on labile surface improves the balance in stroke patients and has a positive effect on locomotion ability.

  • Bond between reinforcing bars and the surrounding concrete is supposed to safely transfer load in the design process of reinforced concrete structures. Bar with high relative rib area will be studied further not only static load but also dynamic loading conditions to sustain better performance of bond for reinforced concrete structures under earthquake. To determine the bond behavior of high ribbed bars in beam and column joints under repeated loads, 31 pullout specimens were tested. Bond strength increases as relative rib area increases. Also the effect of relative rib area on bond is larger in cyclic loading than in monotonic loading.

편마비환자의 환측하지 체중부하율 향상을 위한 효과적인 외적 되먹임 빈도 (Effective Frequency of External Feedback for Increasing the Percentage of Body Weight Loading on the Affected Leg of Hemiplegic Patients)

  • In motor learning, the relative frequency of external feedback is the proportion of external feedback presentations divided by the total number of practice trials. In earlier studies, increasing the percentage of body weight loading on the affected leg of hemiplegic patients, external feedback was continuously produced as the patient attempted to perform a movement. This feedback was produced to enhance the learning effect. However, recent studies in nondisabled populations have suggested that compared with 100% relative frequency conditions, practice with lower relative frequencies is more effective. My study compared the effect of 100% relative frequency conditions with 67% relative frequency conditions to determine what effect they exerted on motor learning for increasing the percentage of body weight loading on the affected lower limbs of patients with hemiplegia. Twenty-four hemiplegic patients were randomly assigned to one of two experimental groups. Each group practiced weight transfer motor learning on a machine. During practice, visual feedback was offered to all subjects. The experiment was carried out with full visual feedback for patients in group one but only 67% visual feedback for patients in group two. The percentage of loading on the affected leg was recorded four times: before learning (baseline value), immediately after learning, 30 minutes after learning, 24 hours after learning. The results were as follows: 1. In the 100% visual feedback group, the percentage of loading on the affected leg increased significantly in all three testing modes over the baseline value. 2. In the 67% visual feedback group, the percentage of loading on the affected leg increased significantly in all three measurements. 3. Immediately after learning, the learning effect was not significantly different between the two groups, but was significantly greater after both the 30 minutes delay and the 24 hours period. These results suggest that the 33% reduction in the provision of visual feedback may enhance the learning effect of increasing the percentage of body weight loading on the affected leg in patients with hemiplegia.

Applicability of Coda Wave Interferometry Technique for Measurement of Acoustoelastic Effect of Concrete

  • In this study, we examined the applicability of coda wave interferometry (CWI) technique, which was developed to characterize seismic waves, to detect and evaluate change in the velocity of ultrasonic waves in concrete due to acoustoelastic effect. Ultrasonic wave measurements and compressive loading tests were conducted on a concrete specimen. The measured wave signals were processed with CWI to detect and evaluate the relative velocity change with respect to the stress state of the specimen. A phase change due to the acoustoelastic effect of concrete was clearly detected in the late-arriving coda wave. This shows that the relative velocity change of ultrasonic waves in concrete due to the acoustoelastic effect can be evaluated successfully and precisely using CWI.

Theoretical study of the Reactions of $H+H_2$ and Its Isotopic Variants Inter- and Intramolecular Isotope effect

  • Quasiclassical trajectory calculations were carried out for the reactions of $H+H_2$ (V=O, J=O) and its isotope variants on the Siegbahn-Liu-Truhlar-Horowitz potential energy surface for the relative energies E between 6 and 150 kcal/mol. The goal of the work was to understand the inter- and intramolecular isotope effects. We examine the relative motion of reactants during the collision using the method of analysis that monitors the intermolecular properties (internuclear distances, geometry of reactants, and final product). As in other works, we find that the heavier the incoming atom is, the greater the reaction cross section is at the same collision energy. Using the method of analysis we prove that the intermolecular isotope effect is contributed mainly by differences in reorientation due to the different reduced masses. We show that above E=30 kcal/mol recrossing also contributes to the intermolecular isotope effect. For the intramolecular isotope effect in the reactions of H+HD and T+HD, we reach the same conclusions as in the systems of $O(^3P)+HD$, F+HD, and Cl+HD. That is, the intramolecular isotope effect below E=150 kcal/mol is contributed by reorientation, recrossing, and knockout type reactions.

탄화분변토를 이용한 Benzene의 흡착특성 (Adsorption Characteristics of Benzene by Carbonized Cast)

  • This study was carried out view that reuse of sludge of adsorbent for benzene in carbonized cast compare with activated carbon. Not only the carbonized cast is good than carbonized carbon in cation exchange capacity and 12 adsorption capacity, but also benzene adsorption capacity is no differences compare to activated carbon. As results, benzene adsorption capacity of carbonized cast and activated carbon are decreased as temperature increase($25~70^{\circ}C$).It is compatible in Lamgmuir model. Therefore, carbonized cast is applied general adsorbent. From experimental results and data regression, in model concerning effect of temperature, relative errors between the experimental data and those calculated by the model are within the range of 1.2~7.8%. In relative humidity effect (RH 0.25~0.50) of benzene adsorption, modified Freundlich model : $QB_{enzene}{;\}QB_{enzene},{\}_{RH=0}=1-kRH^{IN}$, relative errors between the experimental data and those calculated by the model are within are range of 0.5-5.1%. The constants k and l/n in equation were found to be 1.25, 1.89 in carbonized cast.

플라즈마 중합법에 의한 헥사메틸디실록산 박막의 전기적 특성 (Electrical Properties of Plasma Polymerized Hexamethyldisiloxane Thin Film)

  • Plasma polymerized hexamethyldisiloxane thin film was fabricated by employing an inter-electrode capacitively coupled type apparatus under the following conditions : carrier gas flow rate of 11 sccm, reaction pressure of 0.1 torr, discharge frequency of 13.56 MHz and discharge power of 30∼90 W. Polymerization rate of thin film fabricated at the discharge power of 90W is 32.5nm/min. Relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of thin film shows 3.2∼3.8 and 2.6x10$\^$-3/∼4.51x10$\^$-3/ respectively in the frequency range of 1 kHz∼1 MHz. As the annealing temperature is increased, the relative dielectric constant gradually decreases while the dielectric loss tangent increases. The current density increase gradually with increasing annealing temperature and electric field. The electric conduction of the heaxamethyldisiloxane thin film shows Schottky effect.

Effect of the Front Dielectric Layer on the Efficacy of the Plasma Display Panel

  • We investigated the effect of relative dielectric constant of front dielectric layer on the efficacy of plasma display panel. Dielectric materials with relative dielectric constant of around 6 and 7 were developed. When the front dielectric layer had a low relative dielectric constant, power consumption decreased more than luminance did. And it led to efficacy enhancement. However, the minimum sustain voltage increased.
