由《漂海録》看明代中国人的社会思想 (Viewing the Social Thought of Chinese People in Ming Dynasty Via Piaohailu)

  • Nowadays Chinese society advocates a kind of principal thinking, which Chinese call it "harmony". The entire Chinese society is trying to build a so-called "harmonious society", that is, people live in harmony with the natural environment and carry out sustainable development; people live in harmony with others and build harmonious social relationships; people live in harmony with themselves and cultivate self-morality and enhance national self-quality. It can be seen that the word "harmony" runs through this thinking all the time. This paper aims at viewing Chinese people's philosophy in Ming Dynasty from the Piaohailu. Likewise, the starting points of the paper are also these three aspects which are people's relationships with nature, others and themselves. Based on this angle, it tries to conduct a simple analysis and study by taking Korean official Cui Pu's Piaohailu as the main historical data.

  • The Purpose of this study is to identify relationships between knowledge management performances and such Influence factors of knowledge Management as information technology, knowledge management process, culture & people, strategy & Leadership in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. In order to test hypotheses, we collected data from 498 SME's employees, then analysed them by SPSSWIN. This results showed as follows; 1. All Influence factors of knowledge Management( information technology, knowledge management process, culture & people, strategy & Leadership) are to advance individual task effectiveness and organization effectiveness significantly. 2. Such Influence factors of knowledge Management as information technology, knowledge management process, culture & people are to improve business efficiency between the company. But strategy & leadership factor is not significant. 3. Influence factors of knowledge Management are different between knowledge performace factors such ac individual task effectiveness, organization effectiveness, and business efficiency between company.

The Interactive Relationship between Credit Growth and Operational Self-Sustainability of People's Credit Funds in Mekong Delta Region of Vietnam

  • The purpose of this study is to discover the interaction between credit growth and operational self-sustainability and to examine factors that affect credit growth and operational self-sustainability of people's credit funds (PCFs). Credit growth and operational self-sustainability are factors affecting the operations and the goals of people's credit funds (PCFs) in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. After regression analysis on a set of panel data from 2013 to 2018 of 24 PCFs, it appears that deposit growth and loan-to-deposit ratio have positive relationships with credit growth, while capital adequacy ratio and operational self-sustainability have negative relationships with credit growth of PCFs; capital adequacy ratio, deposit growth and income have positive relationships with operational self-sustainability, while credit growth and non-performing loan ratio have negative relationships with the operational self-sustainability of PCFs. At the same time, credit growth and operational self-sustainability have a relationship to interact with each other in a contrary trend. The results of this research are accurate according to the characteristics and development history of PCFs in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam from 2013-2018. This study helps researchers and managers to understand the key determinants for better management of PCFs.

온톨로지와 텍스트 마이닝 기반 지능형 역사인물 검색 서비스 (Ontology and Text Mining-based Advanced Historical People Finding Service)

  • 시맨틱 웹 기술은 특정 개체를 중심으로 의미적 연관 관계를 생성하고 연관 관계를 이용해서 다양한 지능형 정보 서비스를 구축하는데 활용되며, 텍스트 마이닝 기술은 비정형 데이터를 대상으로 의미 분석을 통해서 의미적 연관 관계를 생성하는데 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 역사인물을 중심으로 온톨로지 스키마, 인스턴스를 생성하는 가이드라인, 인스턴스 생성, 동명이인 해소를 위한 텍스트 마이닝, 추론을 활용한 지능화된 역사인물 검색서비스를 제안한다. 역사분야 전문가들이 생성한 역사적 사건, 기관, 인물 중심의 연관 관계와 국사편찬위원회에서 보유한 다양한 문헌들 간의 연계를 통해, 사용자들의 정보접근성을 향상시킴과 동시에 관계 정보에 기반한 새로운 역사인물 검색 서비스를 제안하였다. 새로운 역사인물 검색 서비스는 인물간의 소셜 네트워크를 사용하여 역사문헌에 나타난 동명이인을 해소함으로써 보다 정확한 검색서비스를 제공하는 것은 물론, 역사 인물 시소러스를 포함한 다양한 외부 정보와의 연계를 통해서 역사인물에 대한 고부가 정보를 제공하고 있다.

녹색신호 점멸주기와 횡단보행거리가 보행자에게 미치는 영향분석 (A Study on Flickering Cycle of Green Signal and walking distance for the Pedestrian)

  • Modern society is an interaction between many different environments. It is important to the mutual relationships between people and especially between people and the environment. One of the mutual relationships between people and the environment is the traffic system, especially the traffic signals which give priority to pedestrian and traffic flow. Traffic signals for the pedestrian on the crosswalk contribute to a safe road environment for the pedestrian, while the traffic signals for the pedestrian running for the flickering of the green signal causes psychological stress. Therefore, this study investigated whether the walking velocity was influenced by the flickering of the green signal or not. Also, this study investigated whether the walking distance had an effect on the walking velocity of the elderly pedestrian or not. It was proved that the flickering of the green signal and the walking distance influenced the walking velocity and subjective sensitiveness according to the result of this study.

Toward Successful Management of Vocational Rehabilitation Services for People with Disabilities: A Data Mining Approach

  • This study proposes a multi-level data analysis approach to identify both superficial and latent relationships among variables in the data set obtained from a vocational rehabilitation (VR) services program of people with significant disabilities. At the first layer, data mining and statistical predictive models are used to extract the superficial relationships between dependent and independent variables. To supplement the findings and relationships from the analysis at the first layer, association rule mining algorithms at the second layer are employed to extract additional sets of interesting associative relationships among variables. Finally, nonlinear nonparametric canonical correlation analysis (NLCCA) along with clustering algorithm is employed to identify latent nonlinear relationships. Experimental outputs validate the usefulness of the proposed approach. In particular, the identified latent relationship indicates that disability types (i.e., physical and mental) and severity (i.e., severe, most severe, not severe) have a significant impact on the levels of self-esteem and self-confidence of people with disabilities. The identified superficial and latent relationships can be used to train education program designers and policy developers to maximize the outcomes of VR training programs.

A Study on the Effect of Communication Functioning of Smartphones on Information Acquisition: The Case of South Korea

  • Smartphones have become one of the most prevalent information devices in the current information environment. Although many people use smartphones for communication and information acquisition, these two functions are closely related and cannot be separated. However, many studies have focused on identifying each function of a smartphone independently. There are few studies that investigate the relationships between communication and information acquisition functions on smartphones. This research empirically analyzed and identified the relationships between these two functions of smartphones by conducting a survey. The results of the analysis showed that the activities for information acquisition make differences in communication on a smartphone. People who want to acquire more information tend to use a smartphone for communication purposes. Besides, communication activities on a smartphone also affect the acquisition of information. In addition, communication activities on a smartphone also affect the establishment of interpersonal relationships that lead to the acquisition of more information. From these results, it is identified that communication activities and information acquisition are interrelated when satisfying the information needs of smartphone users. Especially, communication activities on a smartphone positively affect people's information activities and enhance information acquisition.

교사가 지각하는 유아교육기관의 서번트 리더십과 직무만족도와의 관계 (Teacher's Perspectives on Job Satisfaction and Perceived Servant Leadership in an Early Childhood Educational Institution)

  • Participants were 272 teachers from kindergartens and child care centers who responded to 2 survey questionnaires: translated and revised versions of Laub's (1999) Servant Organizational Leadership Assessment(SOLA) and Jorde-Bloom's(1989) Early Childhood Job Satisfaction Survey(ECJSS). Components of SOLA were values people, develops people, displays authenticity, builds community, provides leadership, and shares leadership; components of ECJSS were co-worker relationships, administrator relationship, job itself, working environment, possibility of rewards/promotions, feelings about the organization. Data were analyzed by SPSS WIN computer program, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analyses. Relationships were found between servant leadership of the early childhood educational institution and job satisfaction. Components of perceived servant leadership that predicted job satisfaction were 'develops people', 'displays authenticity', 'values people' and 'provides leadership.'

암환자의 우울, 자기효능 및 대처간의 상관관계 (Depression, Self-efficacy and Coping in Patients with Cancer)

  • The relationships among self efficacy, depression and coping with cancer were examined in 194 outpatients who had received a diagnosis of cancer. The sample for this descriptive correlational study consisted of people who were at least 19 years old and had been treated for cancer at 6 hospital in Seoul. Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows: 1. People who attributed cancer to heredity/family showed the highest mean score of self efficacy. People who attributed cancer to smoking showed the highest mean score of depression. and coping. 2. There were significant differences between causal attribution and depression and between causal attribution and coping. 3. There was a negative correlation between self-efficacy and depression(r=-.301, p= .000), whereas there was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and coping (r=.195, 0=.006). Finally, it is evident that identifying clear perceived causes, self-efficacy, depression and coping in patients with cancer continues to challenge researchers. Based upon this study, it is recommended that future research have a longitudinal design that allows for the identification of changes in perception, emotion and coping and, possibly, different relationships over time.

정신장애인의 자기 낙인과 삶의 질, 자존감과의 관계 연구 (Correlates of Self-Stigma, Self-Esteem, and Quality of Life Among Persons with Mental Disabilities)

  • 본 연구는 정신장애인의 자기 낙인과 자존감, 삶의 질과의 관계를 살펴보고, 자기 낙인과 다양한 삶의 질 영역과의 관계에서 자존감의 매개효과를 분석하기 위해, D와 K지역에 위치한 정신건강복지시설을 이용하는 정신장애인 254명을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 분석결과, 자기 낙인과 자존감, 삶의 질은 유의한 부적관계가, 자존감과 삶의 질은 유의한 정적관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 자기 낙인과 삶의 질 하위영역과의 관계에서 자존감의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 자존감은 자기 낙인과 삶의 질의 신체적, 심리적, 환경적 영역과의 관계에서 유의한 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 자기 낙인과 삶의 질 사회관계 영역과의 관계에서 자존감은 통계적으로 유의한 완전매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타나, 정신장애인의 자기 낙인이 삶의 질에 미치는 부정적 효과를 저하시키는데 자존감이 매우 중요한 역할을 담당하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 정신장애에 관한 사회적 편견과 차별의 감소를 위한 개입뿐 만 아니라 정신장애인의 스스로 장애에 관한 부정적 인식의 전환과 자존감 증진을 위한 프로그램개발의 필요성 및 향후 연구를 위한 방향을 제시하였다.
