SCM 협력, 신제품 개발, 조직문화의 관계 (The Associations between SCM Collaboration, New Product Development, and Organizational Culture)

  • Although many prior studies have investigated the relationship between supply chain and new product development (NPD), the causal relationship between them has not been clearly established. Therefore, this study investigated systematically over the entire process of supply chain management (SCM) from trust to NPD capability, including not only the associations between trust, commitment, collaboration, supply chain quality, and NPD capability, but also the impact of organizational culture in the context of supply chain. In particular, this study examined the mediating effect of commitment on the relationship between trust and collaboration of channel members. In addition, it studies the moderating effect of organizational culture on the relationship between collaboration, supply chain quality, and NPD capability. Using a questionnaire survey, 112 usable responses are obtained. PLS (partial least square) is employed to assess the relationships among related constructs. The results of the data analysis show that (1) commitment mediates the link between trust and collaboration (2) supply chain quality is positively associated with NPD capability, and (3) organizational culture significantly moderates the association between collaboration and supply chain quality, yet it does not the relationship SC quality and NPD capability. Finally, the implications of the results are discussed, and directions for future research are suggested.

Mediation Role of Satisfaction and Trust on Attitudinal Commitment and Relationship Quality

  • This study aims to explore a new approach of relationship assessment by partially employing attitudinal commitment to measure the influence on perception of cooperation within the Vietnamese rice supply chains, which begins from commercial enterprises up to the retailers in the Vietnamese market. The quantitative research is first built around the measurement instruments for the constructs of relationship quality (RQ) and its dimensions; next, a questionnaire is designed; finally, we deal with sample issues and analyze the data to answer the research questions. The truncated sampling technique and Likert-scale survey is a suitable method for analyzing Vietnamese rice retailers and data collection. The preliminary test was conducted using SPSS Statistics; the main test was, then, carried out to evaluate the proposed model and test the hypotheses. Appropriately, the results point to a significant influence of attitudinal factors on trust and satisfaction. In addition, with the involvement of perceived trust and satisfaction, that combination showed the mediating effect between the attitudinal factors and the relationship quality. The ad-hoc analysis indicated the significant role of the two mediators. To be more specific, the high degree of trust and satisfaction has a positive impact on the formation of the relationship between participants in the sector.

외식업체의 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 인지와 관계의 질 간의 관계 (The study on the effect of Brand image, Brand recognize, Relationship Quality in Food-Service on Industry)

  • 연구의 목적은 광주광역시 지역의 외식업체를 이용한 고객을 대상으로 브랜드 이미지과 브랜드인식 관계의 질(신뢰, 만족)과의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 가설을 설정 한 뒤 광주 광역시지역에 거주하는 20세 이상의 성인 남녀를 대상으로 설문조사를 편의표본추출방식으로 표본을 추출하여 설문조사를 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 외식업체 이용하는 고객의 브랜드 이미지는 관계의 질(신뢰)에 유의한 영향관계에 있어 상징적 이미지는 신뢰에 유의한 관계를 형성하였으나 경험적 이미지는 신뢰에 대해서는 유의한 관계를 형성하지 않았다. 브랜드 이미지는 관계의 질(만족)에 유의한 영향관계는 상징적 이미지는 만족에 유의한 관계를 형성하였으나 경험적 이미지는 만족에 대해서는 유의한 관계를 형성하지 않았다. 브랜드 인식은 관계의 질(신뢰)에 유의한 영향는 브랜드인식은 신뢰에 유의한 관계를 형성하였다. 외식업체 이용하는 고객의 브랜드 인식은 관계의 질(만족)에 유의한 영향관계는 브랜드인식은 만족에 유의한 관계를 형성하였다. 결과적으로 외식업체의 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 인지와 관계의 질 간의 관계유효성 검증을 실증적으로 제시하였다는 점에서 매우 중요한 시사점을 제공하였다. 향후에는 한계점을 극복하고 좀 더 심층적이고 구체적인 연구를 통해 유의한 성과를 얻을 수 있는 연구가 수행되어야한다.

공공서비스 중간고객의 품질, 만족, 신뢰의 인과모형 분석 (Analyzing the Causal Relationship between Qualities, Satisfaction, and Trust in Public Services: an Intermediary Customer Perspective)

  • From the perspective of employees working for public service agencies, we analyzed the causal relationship between service quality, relationship quality, design quality, customer satisfaction, and trust in public services. We conduct statistical analyses on the quality attributes we derived from a critical incident technique(CIT) analysis and build a measurement model, which has a second-order hierarchical structure. Survey data was collected from social work, childcare, and healthcare services. Using a structural equation modeling method, we identify a causal model and simultaneously estimate factor loadings and path coefficients. We find that all the quality dimensions are antecedents to satisfaction and then satisfaction precedes trust. The results show that service quality and design quality mediate in parallel the effect of relationship quality on satisfaction and both relationship and design qualities have stronger effects on satisfaction rather than service quality.

국내 패션 기업과 협력업체와의 관계에서 신뢰와 몰입의 선행변인과 결과변인 (Antecedents and Consequences of Trust and Commitment in Apparel Manufacturer-Contractor Relationships)

  • This research investigates the effect of the antecedents (i.e. specific investment, opportunistic behavior, communications, uncertainty, interdependence, power imbalance, shared value, and flexibility) that influence the trust and commitment of domestic apparel manufacturers toward contractors as well as the effect of trust and commitment on firm performance and relationship satisfaction. A total of 128 apparel manufactures participated in this study. Factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and path analysis were conducted for the statistical analysis. Specific investment, communication, shared value, and flexibility had a positive effect on trust; however, opportunistic behavior had a negative effect. Interdependence, shared value, and flexibility had a positive effect on commitment; however, power imbalance and uncertainty had a negative effect. Trust did not exert an effect on commitment in this research; however, trust and commitment had a positive effect on firm performance; in addition, trust and commitment had a positive effect on relationship satisfaction. The findings offer insight on how to better manage apparel manufacturer-contractor relationships to ensure success.

안전풍토가 종업원 직무태도에 미치는 영향: 외투기업과 국내기업 비교 (The Effect of Safety Climate on the Job Attitude: Comparing Foreign Investment Company and Domestic Company)

  • This study examined the role of safety climate, organizational trust, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. In addition, the study verified the mediating effect of organizational trust between safety climate, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Targeting population were the workers in the manufacturing sector. First, it was figured out that employees' recognition of organizations' safety climate has an effect positively on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, it turns out that individuals' safety awareness has a positive effect on the both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, it was figured out that organizational trust plays a role as mediation when employees' recognition of organizations' safety climate has an effect positively on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Fourth, the result revealed that foreign investment company moderated the relationship between safety climate and organizational climate. Fifth, organizational trust mediates the relationship that the individuals' safety awareness are positively affected on the both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Finally, The results of four hypotheses using intermediary variable in which organizational trust mediates the relationship between the safety climate and "work attitude" such as job satisfaction and organization commitment demonstrate significance of trust in organization in connecting safety climate and work attitude. Therefore, when trust in organization is enhanced, work attitude such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment could be improved.

자원 공유 커뮤니티를 위한 인증 기술과 신뢰관계사슬 (Authentication and Trust Relationship Chaining for Resource Sharing Community)

  • This article proposed the authentication protocol for peer-to-peer resource sharing community. The proposed protocol does not require a priori information for generating and exchanging authentication key. Also this protocol can provide the delicate access control by allowing the user(authenticator) to assign the trust level to the authentication supplicant, which can be used to decide if the resource providing node will accept the resource sharing request from a resource requesting node. Trust Relationship Chaining provides the environment where trust levels (included in the trust table) of nodes in the resource sharing community are propagated among nodes when trust tables are exchanged between two nodes engaged in mutual authentication process and authentication refresh so that any two nodes which are not directly mutual-authenticated can assign the trust level each other for the access control for resource sharing. In the proposed protocol a node can implements the authentication refresh continuously to verify the effectiveness of authentication after mutual authentication so that the authentication of new node or authentication revocation(effectiveness cancellation) of the departed node can be propagated to the all the nodes in RSC and eventually safe resource sharing community is configured.

라이브커머스의 지각된 관계혜택이 소비자 신뢰 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Perceived Relational Benefits in Live Commerce on Consumer Trust and Purchase Intention)

  • This study empirically investigated the relationship benefits perceived by consumers from a live commerce channel and verified effects on trust in seller/product relationship and purchase intention to establish a strategy for a live commerce channel. An online survey was conducted among 204 women residing in Korea who had watched a video on fashion products shown by the NAVER Shopping channel. The perceived relational benefits from the live commerce channel were extracted into four groups: psychological, social, economic, and customerization benefits. Psychological benefits were found to have a positive effect on trust in seller but not trust in product. Social benefits and customization benefits had a positive effect on both trust in seller and product, but economic benefits had no effect. Trust in seller and in product had positive effects on purchase intention. Understanding consumer response in relation to perceived relationship benefits in live commerce can contribute strengthen consumer behavior research on live commerce channels. These results can guide fashion companies as they develop live commerce marketing strategies.

프랜차이즈 가맹본부와 가맹사업자간 상생을 위한 지원활동이 동적신뢰를 통해 경영성과 및 재계약의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Supporting Activities for Win-win Partnership Between Franchisees and Franchisers on Re-contract Intention and Management Performance through Dynamic Trust)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 프랜차이즈 가맹점들을 대상으로 가맹본부의 지원활동이 가맹사업자간 가변적인 신뢰, 즉 동태적 신뢰를 통한 가맹본부와 재계약 의도 및 경영성과와의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 프랜차이즈 사업자간 이루어지는 다양한 활동을 재무적 지원활동과 비재무적 지원활동으로 구분하고, 거래관계에서 발생가능한 기회주의적 행동으로 인해 가변적으로 변화하는 신뢰 개념을 정의하고 있는 동태적 신뢰개념의 유형인 과도기적 신뢰, 계산기반 신뢰, 관계기반 신뢰 및 균형기반 신뢰를 적용하여 사업자간 재계약과 경영성과(재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과)와의 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 국내 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 사업주 및 관리자 급을 대상으로 조사원이 직접 방문하여 설문 목적을 설명하고 직접 기입식으로 진행하였다. 분석에는 총 348부가 사용되었다. 분석결과, 첫째, 재무적 지원활동은 과도기적 신뢰, 계산적 신뢰 및 균형적 신뢰에서 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 비재무적 지원활동은 계산적 신뢰, 관계적 신뢰 및 균형적 신뢰에서 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 과도기적 신뢰에서는 유의한 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 동태적 신뢰가 재계약 유도에 미치는 관계균형기반 신뢰가 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 동태적 신뢰와 경영성과와의 관계에서는 재무적 성과에서는 과도기적 신뢰와 관계기반 신뢰가 정(+)의 관계가 나타났다. 또한 비재무적 성과에는 관계적 신뢰만이 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 검증되었다. 또한 경영성과와 재계약의도와의 관계에서는 비재무적 성과만이 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 검증되었다. 즉, 프렌차이즈 이해관계자 간의 상생을 위한 재무적 및 비재무적 활동은 동태적 신뢰형성과 함께, 경영성과뿐만 아니라 지속적인 관계유지와의 관계를 규명함으로써, 상생협력을 위한 가맹본부와 가맹점 간 집중가능 한 활동을 통해 그 가능성을 제시하였다. 또한 프랜차이즈 산업과 같이 계약기반의 거래 특정적 관계로 계약이행에 대한 이해관계, 계약유지에 대한 이해관계 등 거래상 위험과 상호의존성에 따라 가변적으로 상황에서 형성되는 신뢰수준 구축을 위한 활동을 제시할 수 있었다. 이처럼, 프랜차이즈 산업의 지속적인 상생시스템 구축에 필수적으로 요구되는 관계형성뿐만 아니라 가맹사업자의 경영성과를 개선할 수 있는 관계를 규명함으로써 함으로써 프랜차이즈 산업의 질적 향상을 도모할 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

지속가능경영 노력과 기업성과의 관계에서 호혜성과 신뢰 지각의 효과 (The Effects of Reciprocity and Trust Perception on the Relationship between Corporate Sustainable Management Activities and Corporate Performance)

  • A literature has demonstrated that the three dimensions of corporate sustainable management activities (economic, social, and environmental responsibility) affect corporate performance via reciprocity and trust (expertize-based trust and benevolence-based trust) perception. However, previous studies show some inconsistent results for the effects of reciprocity and trust perception on the relationship between corporate sustainable management activities and corporate performance. Thus, this paper re-analyzes the relationships between the constructs based on various industries and customers. The empirical results can be summarized as follows. Expertise-based trust is affected not by social responsibility and environmental responsibility but economic responsibility.
