In other words, college students suffering from interpersonal problems also experienced body dissatisfaction. In addition, those with body dissatisfaction have made efforts to overcome such problem through makeup behavior. This could be viewed as meaning that the greater the body dissatisfaction, the more active college students are in makeup management behavior, and the intention to resolve their physical dissatisfaction through makeup management behavior was included. Therefore, society or colleges need to recognize the necessity of counseling or treatment programs for college students suffering from interpersonal problems or body dissatisfaction and help them enter into society through diverse programs. The other items regarding the concept of family chosen by the majority of subjects were 'a couple and adopted child' (item 3 & item 17), 'a remarried couple and their children' (item 9), 'a single parent and children' (item 2), 'a three-generation family; couple, widowed daughter and granddaughter' (item 4), 'three sisters' (item 7), 'an unmarried woman living with a son born from a sperm bank' (item 19), 'a separated couple with no child' (item 13), 'cousins living together' (item 11), 'a divorced man and his girlfriend with child' (item 15) and 'homosexual family' (item 8). • This study suggests external knowledge search as a way of creating knowledge and efforts for reaching out to the innovation and examines the relationship between innovation speed and the breadth and depth of external knowledge search. As a part of efforts to overcome the limitations of the routines of external knowledge search in the domestic market, the efforts of a firm to enter the foreign market have been examined with a moderate effect. Although previous research focused on exploration of external knowledge that is mostly effected in single country or similar industry, this study expands it by introducing the concept of market expansion and empirically inspect the interaction effect. 818 valid samples used in this study are based on the innovation survey published by STEPI and empirical results are as follows. First, the breadth and depth of external knowledge search have a positive impact on innovation speed. Second, export performance as the effect of expanding the market has a moderating effect on the speed of innovation. Third, younger companies prefer various networks while older companies prefer depth networks in order to increase the speed.

  • In order to maximize profitability by optimizing the entire supply chain process, enterprises have made efforts to apply IT technologies such as POS, MES, and TMS. In addition, academic societies have also made efforts to verify the effects of IT technology introduction through various researches. However, until now, there is almost no research that analyzes the relationship between the IoT, a new IT technology, and the SCM. To study the effect of IoT technology on SCM, this study conducted professional Delphi surveys for three times. Through this method, this study analyzed changes that will be caused by the IoT technology, the priority area in IoT introduction, and the expected difficulty in IoT introduction on SCM. As a result of the Delphi surveys and analyses, it was expected that when IoT technology is introduced, the level of SCM's IT use and partnership will increase. However, the effect of the increased performance of the supply chain, which includes inventory management and quality control, will become weaker. The reason is that the development of operation and management skills, as well as the improvement of IT technology, are also important elements for the performance improvement of the supply chain. As for the priority area in IoT introduction, it was expected that the effect will be greater when IoT is introduced in customer service, transportation, and delivery areas. As difficulties in IoT technology introduction, such as the shortage of IoT platform development personnel, standardization, integration with the existing system, securing professional manpower, expenses, data management, and operation, were derived, it has thus become necessary for us to exert greater efforts in order to come up with solutions.

  • This article identifies factors affecting successful ERP systems by focusing on the stages after stabilizing ERP systems and overcoming temporary performance dip by introduction of ERP systems, and suggests change management tactics to control those identified factors. We can not expect that every users are familiar with the usage of an ERP system even after they are informed about the expected advantage of the newly implemented ERP system and trained intensively for changed business process and system usage while implementing a new ERP system. Moreover, even after more than six months usage of the system, the users may still have some trouble due to the reason why they have insufficient information about the expected advantage of the system (recognition gap) and insufficient knowledge about the changed usage of the system (knowledge gap). Hence, this article diagnoses by conducting a case study that those recognition and knowledge gap would have a severe bad influence upon the users' trust and satisfaction on ERP systems. This article suggests an appropriate change management tactics to overcome those recognition and knowledge gap by considering the relationship with the efforts for change management before, during, and after the introduction of ERP systems and performing an in-depth analysis on the users' dissatisfaction and request for update during the stages after the stabilization of the ERP systems. This article also shows a corroborative evidence that these efforts of change management consequently contributes to the solution of users' distrust and dissatisfaction. In sum, this article identifies the factors influencing badly on the magnitude and seriousness of knowledge and recognition gap, and suggests a conceptual research model which says that the satisfaction of ERP users could be uplifted by the solution of their knowledge and recognition gap if we keep making efforts on appropriate change management considering those identified factors during the stages after the stabilization of an ERP system.

  • This paper explored the impact of adaptive efforts for the 4th Industrial Revolution(hereafter, 4IR) on social cohesion at national level. To examine this relationship, Latent Growth Model was applied to thirty one OECD membership countries, 2006-2015. Adaptive efforts for 4IR was measured by the 4IR Relative Readiness(WEF, 2016) and social cohesion was measured by Corruption Perception Index(Transparency International) and trust on politicians(WEF). Results showed that corruption perception significantly decreased by the 4IR Relative Readiness and legal protection(judiciary independency and corporate ethics) and trust on politicians significantly increased by judiciary independency. These results imply that public and corporate efforts for the 4IR does not necessarily have negative impact on social cohesion as long as legal protection such as judiciary independency and corporate ethics are equally pursuit at national level.

  • This study purposed to analyze how teacher experience of instructional change (EIC), teacher morale (TM), and school climate (SC) mediate or moderate the relationship between teacher efforts on instructional improvement (EII) and teacher efficacy (TE). For the purpose, the 6th year data of Gyeonggi Education Panel Study (GEPS) which was administered in 2017 for the 9th grade students and their teachers from 197 middle schools in Gyeonggi Province was used. As results, the mediation effects of EIC on the link between EII and TE was found only under the innovative climate. The moderation effects of TM on the connection between EIC and TE were appeared in both of the permissive and the innovative climate. Finally, the moderated mediation effects of the TM in the innovative climate were bigger rather than in the permissive climate.
