상사의 진성리더십이 구성원의 조직시민행동과 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Supervisor's Authentic Leadership on OCB and Job Performance for Employees)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 진성리더십의 하위 구성요인과 조직시민행동, 직무성과 간의 영향 관계를 살펴봄으로써 진성리더십 개발에 관한 시사점을 제시하는데 있다. 국내 다양한 기업에 종사하는 구성원 448명을 대상으로 실증 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 진성리더십에서 상사의 자아인식은 조직시민행동 및 직무성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내면화된 도덕관점은 조직시민행동 및 직무성과에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계적 투명성은 조직시민행동에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤으나 직무성과에는 유의미한 영향 관계를 보이지 못했다. 넷째, 균형잡힌 정보처리는 조직시민행동 및 직무성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과가 함의하는 바는 진성리더십이 구성원들의 조직시민행동과 직무성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 상사의 내면화된 도덕관점과 관계적 투명성에 대한 고려가 필요하다는 점에서 그 의미를 둘 수 있다.

Key Account Management in Business-to-Business Relationship: Identifying Top K Persuaders Using Singular Value Decomposition

  • Purpose - Key account management is a supplier company initiated relational approach that has received great attention from both academics and practitioners manifested in the business-to-business relationship literatures. However, there is widespread debate and contention on what should be the underlying theoretical base for defining this vital part of relationship marketing. With the insights from the social exchange theory, present paper explores how social exchange affects the dynamic nature of key account management relationship at the organizational level. Research design, data, and methodology - The paper follows a comprehensive review approach to examine the relationship between social exchange theory and key account management approach. Conceptual arguments and findings are assessed across studies with the main objective of showing how social exchange theory develops the governance mechanism in maintaining the key account relationship. Results - Since relational norm is considered as a glue for the maintenance of buyer-seller relationship in social exchange theory, factors develop the non-contractual governance mechanism 'relationship' in business-to-business relationship and this norm replaces or supplements more formal governance mechanisms such as contracts are explored. Conclusions - This paper advances central relational norm to manage the company's most important key customers and demonstrates how this norm can be developed in buyer-seller key account relationship. Implications from this new perspective are forwarded.

기업의 관계학습 영향요인과 관계성과에 관한 연구 - 수출/내수기업의 성과비교를 중심으로 - (Study on influence factors of Relational Learning and Relational Performance - Focusing on Export/Impart Enterprises -)

  • 기업 간 관계품질은 기업성과와 긍정적인 관계를 나타내는 것으로 긍정적인 관계품질은 거래 당사자 간 갈등을 감소시켜 강력한 파트너십을 형성하게 하고 거래비용을 낮추어 기업성과를 제고할 뿐만 아니라 강력한 조직 관계형성으로 직접적인 매출과 이익을 증가시키며 불필요한 갈등을 예방하여 기업 혁신을 촉진하여 비용을 절감시키는 효과가 있다(Chiou& Droge, 2006; Cannon & Homburg, 2001; Rindfleisch & Mooramn, 2001). 이에 본 연구는 공급자 관점에서 관계학습의 영향요인을 규명하고 관계학습과 관계성과와의 관계를 살펴보고 수출기업과 내수기업 간에 기업의 관계학습 영향요인과 관계성과에 관해 선행연구의 결과를 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정하여 실증분석을 진행한 결과, 첫째, 관계학습 영향요인인 결속수준, 환경불확실성, 학습의도는 관계학습에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계학습 영향요인 중 거래특유 자산의 경우 관계학습 요인 중 정보공유와 관계특유 기억에 영향을 미치지만 공동이해에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관계학습이 관계성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계신뢰가 높을수록 관계학습이 관계성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Privacy Disclosure and Preservation in Learning with Multi-Relational Databases

  • There has recently been a surge of interest in relational database mining that aims to discover useful patterns across multiple interlinked database relations. It is crucial for a learning algorithm to explore the multiple inter-connected relations so that important attributes are not excluded when mining such relational repositories. However, from a data privacy perspective, it becomes difficult to identify all possible relationships between attributes from the different relations, considering a complex database schema. That is, seemingly harmless attributes may be linked to confidential information, leading to data leaks when building a model. Thus, we are at risk of disclosing unwanted knowledge when publishing the results of a data mining exercise. For instance, consider a financial database classification task to determine whether a loan is considered high risk. Suppose that we are aware that the database contains another confidential attribute, such as income level, that should not be divulged. One may thus choose to eliminate, or distort, the income level from the database to prevent potential privacy leakage. However, even after distortion, a learning model against the modified database may accurately determine the income level values. It follows that the database is still unsafe and may be compromised. This paper demonstrates this potential for privacy leakage in multi-relational classification and illustrates how such potential leaks may be detected. We propose a method to generate a ranked list of subschemas that maintains the predictive performance on the class attribute, while limiting the disclosure risk, and predictive accuracy, of confidential attributes. We illustrate and demonstrate the effectiveness of our method against a financial database and an insurance database.

학습과 근접성의 지리에 대한 재고찰: 관계적/조직적 관점 (Geographies of Learning and Proximity Reconsidered: A Relational/Organizational Perspective)

  • 본 연구는 지역 발전과 기업의 성공에 있어 추동력으로써 주장되는 지식과 학습의 근원에 관찬 문제에 대한 이론적 고찰이다. 최근 들어, 경제지리학과 인접 사회과학계를 중심으로 지식과 학습의 근원으로써 지역과 지리적 근접성의 역할을 강조하는 연구가 급격히 늘어나고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 연구들은 기업에 있어 학습이 어떻게 발생하고 그 과정이 조직되는지에 대해서, 그리고 그러한 지식과 학습의 근원이 어디에 있는지에 대한 엄밀한 고찰이 부족하다. 이러한 경향성은 기업 조직에서 발생하는 학습의 본질과 그 과정을 오도할 뿐만 아니라, 학습의 근원으로써 지역과 지리적 근접성의 역할을 과장할 수 있는 위험성을 내포한다. 본 논문의 목적은 학습의 지리에 대한 최근의 연구를 비판적으로 고찰하고, 근접성에 대한 개념적 확장 및 조직 학습 이론을 통해 학습의 근원에 대한 관계적/조직적 관점을 이론적으로 구축하는 것이다. 이러한 작업의 일환으로 ‘실행 커뮤니티(communities of practice)’, ‘인식 커뮤니티(epistemic communities)’그리고 ‘테스크포스팀(task-force teams)’등과 같은 기업조직내 ‘커뮤니티’를 통해 학습이 어떻게 발현되고, 구축되는지에 대해 고찰한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 조직형태들을 통해, 분산되어 있는 지식과 역량이 조직의 공간을 통해 결집되고 다양한 형태로 존재하는 지식들이 결합됨으로써 혁신이 달성될 수 있다고 주장한다.

  • This study aims to provide direction for the brand goals approaching and analyzing previous studies in social psycholog y perspective, focusing on man and society relationship. 526 preceding 'brand space' associated papers from 1992 to 2012 were collected and analyzed them by year, by space and by theme utilizing the realism methodology, the theor etical relationship methodology. The numbers of the study for 'brand space' had increased gradually from 2003 to 2010 then climbed vertically and the most common study was about place, that shows there is a relationship between variou s social phenomena and human psychology. For the thematic analysis, 'Social psychological components of the brand' based on social psychology was used for analyzing the cognitive aspects, the relational aspects, and the attitudinal aspects. The most common study was the study of the cognitive aspects, and relational aspects, and lastly the attitud inal aspects in order. The strategy was the most common research for the brand associated study. The ultimate point of the strategy is to get 'attitude'. From social psychology perspective, there is a cycle in the minds of consumers, 'Identification', 'Internalization', 'Conformity' and 'Compliance'. Structure of these relationships can provide a clue that consumers' attitude lead the consumers' action.

A Study on Public Ethics of Care: Care, Justice and Economics of Social Service

  • Purpose - This paper explores a new possibility of care ethics for social service. As the needs for care have been growing rapidly in various social fields, 'care' became an important concept in envisioning a welfare state. However, due to the lack of proper ethics and political stance applied to the newly arisen needs and challenges, there exist lots of confusions and difficulties. Research design, data, and methodology - Introducing the feminist ethics of care, this paper examines the relationship of care and justice in social service. As a main research perspective, this study has focused on Kittay's public ethics of care and Tronto's political ethics of care. Results - Drawing on the main research perspective, this study discusses on the necessity of a political conceptualization for an integrative care ethics. In the process, The specialty and professionality of care work as a relational labor was reconsidered. Kittay's care ethics provides a persuasive justification for social support for care workers as well as care receivers, and Tronto's ethics shows us the role of care politics for democratic citizenship. Conclusions - Tronto's ethics of care with Kittay's gives us valuable insights to envision a new public ethics for social service that takes into account both care and justice properly.

A Study on the Influence of Organizational Culture and Authentic Leadership on Job Crafting

  • We study confirmed the factors influencing the organizational culture(collective culture, development culture, rational culture, hierarchical culture) perceived by members of the organization and the manager's authentic leadership(self-awareness, balanced information processing, relational transparency, internalized moral perspective) on job crafting. In addition, the relationship between organizational culture and authentic leadership was empirically analyzed. In order to verify the hypothesis of the research model, the survey results of 269 parts were verified as follows using the statistical program of SPSS 24.0. First, the organizational cultures perceived by members of the organization, development culture and rational culture, showed positive (+) influence on job crafting. In other words, Hypothesis 1 established by the research model was partially adopted. Second, the group culture, development culture, and rational culture of organizational culture were statistically significant in the relationship between the hypothesis 2 organizational culture and authentic leadership. In other words, Hypothesis 2 was partially adopted. Third, the three hypotheses of authentic leadership (self-awareness, balanced information processing, relational transparency, and an internalized moral perspective) all showed positive (+) effects on job crafting. As a result of this study, it was possible to confirm the importance of the organizational culture that improves the job-crafting of the members of the organization and the strategic activation plan for authentic leadership. Therefore, the necessity of strategic human resource development for the development and application of programs to revitalize organizational culture and improve the manager's authentic leadership has emerged.

Smart Tourism Destination from a Systemic Perspective: A Brazilian Case Study

  • This study examines Natal in Brazil as a Smart Tourism Destination (STD) based on the perception of public and private managers who are members of the City Tourism Council. The research utilizes a systemic perspective of STD proposed by Ivars-Baidal et al. (2016), consisting of three interconnected levels: Strategic-Relational, Instrumental, and Applied. The findings reveal that Natal faces challenges in terms of infrastructure, accessibility, security, connectivity, and sensoring, which hinder its progress as STD. The study also identifies opportunities in the form of governance structures with smart destinations and the inclusion of smartness guidelines in the City Master Plan. The research aims to contribute to the theoretical understanding of STD and its application in destination development. It highlights the need for innovative planning and management in Natal, emphasizing that adopting the STD from a systemic perspective can enhance competitiveness and elevate the level of smartness in the destination.

한국 사회복지서비스의 변화 - 행위자간 관계의 분석 - (The Changes of Social Welfare Services in Korea - Analyzing the Changing Relationship between Actors -)

  • 본 연구는 최근 한국 사회복지서비스의 변화를 민영화이론, 복지혼합, 소비자주의 접근으로 설명하는 것이 제한적이라고 보고 서비스 행위자간 관계분석으로 변화를 설명하고자 하였다. 사회복지서비스의 네 행위자인 이용자, 전달자, 제공자, 정부가 맺는 여섯 차원의 관계에서 변화를 공식성과 평등성 이라는 기준으로 분석하였다. 이 결과 한국 사회복지서비스에서 행위자들의 관계가 온정적이고 시혜적인 성격의 비공식적이고 위계적인 관계에서 공식성과 평등성을 강화하는 방식으로 제도화되고 있음을 포착하였다. 이러한 관계는 계약적 방식에 기초하고 있으며 행위자 권리의 제도적 기초가 형성된 점이 의미 있는 변화로 발견되었다. 반면, 정부와 다른 행위자들과의 관계가 가지는 불명료성이 딜레마로 분석되었다. 이 딜레마는 사회복지서비스 공급에서 서비스 질 관리라는 정부의 역할을 구체화하면서 해결되어야 함을 제안하였다.
