The purpose of this study is to investigate child rare teachers' job satisfaction in relation to their burnout and differences in their job satisfaction by demographic variables. Subjects of this study were 285 child care teachers in Chungnam province. They responded to 'Teachers' Work Satisfaction Scale' and 'Teachers' Burnout Scale.' The collected data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, Pearson's partial correlation, stepwise multiple regression, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test for post hoc test, and Cronbach's a for reliability with SPSS PC program(10.0 version). The results are as follows: First, total job satisfaction was high in teachers with high school diploma and those married. Also, burnout level was high in teachers with high school diploma, those with more than 5 year, those married, and those over 40 years old. Second, the partial correlation coefficient of teachers' job satisfaction in relation to their burnout was -.52. Finally, teachers' burnout and demographic variables explained approximately 31% for total score of job satisfaction and $13{\sim}33%$ for subscales of it.
In this paper, we report thermodynamic and transport properties (diffusion coefficient, viscosity, and thermal conductivity) of diatomic gases ($H_2$, $N_2$, $O_2$, and $Cl_2$) at 273.15 K and 1.00 atm by performing molecular dynamics simulations using Lennard-Jones intermolecular potential and modified Green-Kubo formulas. The results of self-diffusion coefficients of diatomic gases obtained from velocity auto-correlation functions by Green-Kubo relation are in good agreement with those obtained from mean square displacements by Einstein relation. While the results for viscosities of diatomic gases obtained from stress auto-correlation functions underestimate the experimental results, those for thermal conductivities obtained from heat flux auto-correlation functions overestimate the experimental data except $H_2$.
In order to approach a reasonable method for the indirect estimation of the productivity in terrestrial plants, allometric method was studied with herbs, such as Boenmeria frutescens and Hibiscus mutabilis, and scrubs, such as Robinia pseud oacacia and Morus alba f. Hchiroe. Allometric relations between D230H, square of the stem(or shoot) diameter(D30) on 30cm height above ground multiplied by stem length(H), and the amount of the stem(Ws), orof the leaves per stem, were fitted to each material plant with linear regression. The allometric coefficient in relation of D230H to Ws was approximated between scrubs having different life form, and the allometric function in relation of DF2 to WL was common between herbs in spite of having different growth habitat. As the allometries between D230H and Ws or WL were changeable with the seasonal change it funciton should be calculated repeatedly whenever investigating the standing crop of such community. It is able to utilize an indirect value of D30 obtained from the allometry between D30 and H because direct measurement of D30 in the field is accompanied by troublesome and waste of much time.
End-milling have been used widely in industrial system because it is effective to a material manufacturing with various shape. Recently the end-milling processing is needed the high-precise technique with good surface roughness and rapid time in precision machine part and electronic part. The optimum surface roughness has an effect on end-milling condition such as, cutting direction, spindle speed, feed rate and depth of cut, etc. Therefore this study was carried out to presume for mutual relation of end-milling condition to get the optimum surface roughness by regression analysis. The results shown that coefficient of determination($R^{2}m$) of regression equation has a fine reliability over 80% and regression equation of surface rough is made by regression analysis.
Eviction characteristics of two typical friction materials (non-asbestos organic and low-steel friction materials) for an automotive brake system were investigated using an inertial brake dynamometer. In particular, the effect of sliding speed on friction coefficient was carefully investigated employing various test modes. The two friction materials were developed for commercial applications and were different mainly in the type and the amount of metallic ingredients in the friction material. The dynamometer test showed that the low-steel friction material was sensitive to the sliding speed exhibiting a negative $\mu$-v relation. On the other hand, the non-asbestos organic friction material was less sensitive to the sliding speed. The low steel friction materials with a negative $\mu$-v relation also induced larger vibration amplitude during brake applications.
This study examined the child care teachers' job satisfaction in relation to their self-esteem and the differences in their job satisfaction by demographic variables. Subjects were 285 child care teachers in Chungnam province. The instruments were 'Teachers' Job Satisfaction Scale' and 'Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale'. The collected data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, stepwise multiple regression(forward), Duncan test for a post hoc test, Cronbach's a for reliability, and factor analysis by SPSS PC program(10.0 version). The results were as follows; first, child care teachers' job satisfaction and self-esteem were above average. Second, child care teachers' total job satisfaction was high in high school graduation and married status and their self-esteem was high in over 5 years career, married status, and over 40 years old. Third, the correlation coefficient was -.29 in relation of teacher's job satisfaction and self-esteem. Finally, teachers' self-esteem and demographic variables explained about 622%.
A new simple relation for the estimation of modal correlation coefficients is presented. It is obtained from the decomposition of covariances of modal responses into background and resonant contributions, as it is commonly done for the variances. Thanks to appropriate assumptions, the modal correlation coefficients are estimated as weighted sums of two limit values, corresponding to the background and resonant responses respectively. The weighting coefficients are expressed as functions of the background-to-resonant ratios, which makes the proposed formulation convenient and easily accessible. The simplicity of the mathematical formulation facilitates the physical interpretation. It is for example proved that modal correlation coefficients can be non negligable even in case of well separated natural frequencies, which is sometimes unclear in the litterature. The new relation is mainly efficient in case of large finite element models. It is applied and validated on a finite element buffeting analysis of the Viaduct of Millau, the highest bridge deck ever built so far.

Faces of normal occlusion, open bite and class III malocclusion were measured using cephalogram in 190 male and female subjects. Using M.K.G., types of mandibular movement, amount of horizontal and vertical movement were studied in relation to occlusal types, and were compared with each other. The following conclusions were obtained. 1. Movement of protrusion was most different in relation to occlusal type. 2. In normal occlusion, maximal protrusion were horizontal 7.66mm, vertical 3.01mm in male, 6.41, 2.92mm respectively in female and maximal inferior position were -24.32, 33.63mm in male,-23.48, 32.27mm respectively in female. 3. Angle between maximal inferior position and horizontal plane were $53.51^{\circ}$ in male, $53.84^{\circ}$ in female. 4. Generally, amount of mandibular movement was greater in male than female. 5. In open bite, path of protrusion was nearly straight without curve $69.2\%$ in male, $70.2\%$ in female. 6. In class III malocclusion, angle and amount of protrusion were smaller than normal occlusion and path was directed anterior-superiorly in $22.7\%$. 7. There was no correlation coefficient between measurement of face and mandibular movement.
This study is to analyse the causality and volatility spillover between farming fish species in consumption replacement relation using flatfish(oliver flounder) and rockfish's wholesale market price data from September 2006 to July 2015. For the analysis, VAR(5) model and bivariate asymmetric GARCH-BEKK model are employed. The empirical results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the price volatility of flatfish and rockfish is very large without the trend during the sample period. Second, the correlation coefficient between flatfish and rockfish wholesale markets has positive 0.1059 value. Third, causality relation is unidirectional from rockfish market to flatfish market. Fourth, conditional volatility spillover effect is unidirectional from rockfish market to flatfish market, but asymmetric volatility effect is bidirectional between flatfish and rockfish markets that implies the bad news arising from flatfish wholesale market impact on rockfish market's volatility and the bad news arising from rockfish wholesale market impact on flatfish market's volaltilty. Consequently, based on the thus results, the volatility spillover effect interacts and is bidirectional between flatfish and rockfish wholesale markets.
