어지럼증 재활을 위한 증강현실 기반 보행훈련 콘텐츠 (Walking training contents based on Augmented Reality for dizziness rehabilitation)

  • 일반적으로 어지럼증은 여러 가지 복합적인 원인에 의해서 발생하지만 그 중에서 신경계에 속하는 전정계통의 기능 장애에 의한 증상이 가장 환자에게 심한 증상으로 다가오며, 구역질과 구토를 동반하게 된다. 이러한 어지럼증에 대한 치료는 약물요법, 수술요법, 재활치료 등이 있으며, 약물요법이나 수술요법은 대체적으로 후유증의 위험 때문에 재활치료요법인 전정재활훈련을 많이 시행하고 있다. 전정재활훈련은 안구훈련, 자세안정훈련, 보행훈련 등이 있는데 그 중 보행훈련은 의사 또는 전문치료사의 감독하에 일정한 공간에서 진행되므로 시간적, 공간적 부담이 가중되어 환자들이 훈련을 진행기 불편한 단점을 가진다. 이를 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 증강현실 기술을 활용해 사용자가 직접 보행재활훈련을 진행 할 수 있는 보행훈련 콘텐츠를 구현하였다. 추후 어지럼증 환자를 대상으로 한 임상시험을 통해 의료 환경에서 사용 가능한 어지럼증 재활 콘텐츠로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

하지 화상 환자의 재활치료를 위한 보행보조 로봇훈련의 선행연구 (The Pilot Study of Robot-Assisted Training for the Lower Extremity Rehabilitation of Burn Patients)

  • Purpose: Scar contracture influence the outcome of burn patients significantly. This study aims to investigate the feasibility of robot-assisted training for the lower extremity rehabilitation of burn patients. Methods: This pilot study was conducted on 7 burn patients for 8 weeks between January 2019 and November 2019. Two of 7 patients withdrew from this study because one had skin abrasion on the legs which thigh fastening devices were applied on and the other was not participate in the assessment at 4 weeks after training. Final 5 patients received gait training with SUBAR® and numeric rating scale (NRS), 6-minutes walking test, and range of motion in flexion and extension of knee and ankle joint were evaluated before training, 4 weeks and 12 weeks after training. Results: The subjects had a mean age of 51.8±98 years, mean total burn surface area of 30.8±13.7%, mean duration from injury to 1st assessment of 102.8±39.3 days. Anyone of 5 patients did not have musculoskeletal or cardiovascular side effects such as increased or decreased blood pressure or dizziness. The significant improvement in NRS, gait speed, and range of motion in knee extension and ankle plantarflexion after robotic training (all P<0.05). Conclusion: Robot-assisted training could be feasible for the rehabilitation of burn patients and it could improve muscle strength and range of motion in lower extremities, and gait function.

에어셀을 이용한 손목 재활훈련 장치 (Wrist Rehabilitation Training Device Using Pneumatic Inflation and Deflation of Air Cells)

  • In this paper, we propose a wrist rehabilitation training device using pneumatic inflation and deflation of air cells. By alternating inflation and deflation of upper and lower air cells, the device makes the flexional and extensional movement for wrist rehabilitation. With the angular displacement sensor, it measures the flexion-extension angle of the wrist during the training and the bending angle is used for the automatic control of the device. Using the sensor output, the regression equation was obtained to measure the bending angle of the wrist from a wrist rehabilitation training device. The measurement error of the device was evaluated by comparing the measurement output with the angle from the photograph. The measurement error of wrist bending angle between the sensor and photo was $3.2^{\circ}$ in average. With additional test and improvement, the pneumatic wrist rehabilitation training device might be used for rehabilitation training.

수술 후 재활 사례 기반의 시뮬레이션 교과 운영이 학습성과에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Simulation based Training using a Post-operating Rehabilitation Case on Learning Outcomes)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of simulation based training using a post-operating rehabilitation case on learning outcomes in nursing students. Methods: A quasi-experimental research design (one group pretest and posttest design) and a questionnaire for measuring learning outcomes were used in this study. The participants were 35 students in a college of nursing. Data were collected before the program and immediately after the program that applied simulation based training using a post-operating rehabilitation case consisted of 4th running and debriefing for 26 hours. With SAS 9.2 program, descriptive statistics and paired t-test were used to analyze the data. Results: There were statistically significant increases in necessity (p=.001) and performance of learning outcome (p<.001) of simulation based training using a post-operating rehabilitation case among students in a college of nursing. Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrate that simulation based training using a post-operating rehabilitation case for nursing students may increase performance of learning outcomes on clinical reasoning and critical thinking.

Analysis of the Gait Characteristics and Usability after Wearable Exoskeleton Robot Gait Training in Incomplete Spinal Cord Injury Patients with Industrial Accidents: A Preliminary Study

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate of the foot plantar pressure and usability after gait training using the ExoAtlet wearable exoskeleton robot in an incomplete spinal cord injury (SCI) patient. Design: A case study Methods: Six participants with an asymmetry in motor and sensory function completed the gait training using ExoAtlet wearable exoskeleton robot for 15 sessions, five per weeks, 3weeks. They were divided into two groups (low and high strength group) and group differences were evaluated about session at stating of gait, gait distance at final session and foot plantar pressures and useability after training. Results: Low strength group was faster than high strength group on adaptation of robot gait. And high strength group increased faster than low strength group on the gait distance during training. In standing and gait, weaker leg was higher than stronger leg on mean foot plantar pressure in low strength group. And stronger leg was higher than weaker leg on foot plantar pressure in high strength group. The length of the anterior-posterior trajectory of the center of pressure during gait was similar in low strength group, but different in high strength group. useability was positive about ExoAtlet wearable exoskeleton gait after training. Conclusions: ExoAtlet wearable exoskeleton robot gait training was positive about improving gait in all participants regardless of differences in severity of symptoms and gait abnormalities.

시뮬레이션 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Horse-back riding Simulation Machine Training on Balance ability in Patients with Stroke)

  • Purpose : Investigate the effects of Horse-back riding Simulation Machine training on the Balance ability in Patients with Stroke. Method : The patients were divided to control group(n=18) with conventional rehabilitation conventional rehabilitation 60min/day and experimental group(n=17) with hippotherapy simulator 15 min/day after conventional rehabilitation 45min/day, 5 time/week for 4 weeks. Balance ability of both groups was assessed using Timed Up and Go(TUG), Berg balabce scale(BBS) and Center of pressure area(COPA). In the present result, there was a no significant(P>0.05) Results : The results of this study showed that Horse-back riding Simulation Machine training, after training, had meaningful difference of TUG, BBS and COPA. Conclusion : This study showed that Horse-back riding Simulation Machine training increased balance ability that resulted in enhancement of motor performance.

  • Objectives : This study was aimed to find out correlation of relation between cardiopulmonary function and body fat. Methods : We studied tendency of change of cardiopulmonary function and body fat for medication of Ephedrae Herba capsule by ergogenic aids with circuit training. We got the results for Exercise stress test and Segmental Bioelectrical Impedence Analysis. Results : 1. Sample Group of Ephedrae Herba medication and Circuit training generally showed the insignificant improvement of Body composition, but Control Group of Placebo and Circuit training significantly(p<.05) showed significant improvement of Body composition. 2. Sample Group of Ephedrae Herba medication and Circuit training generally showed the significant improvement of cardio-pulmonary function. Control Group of Placebo and Circuit training showed insignificant elevation of Cardiopulmonary function. 3. In the case of Sample Group, there wasn't closely correlation relationship of improvement of cardiopulmonary function and body composition, but in the case of Control Group, there was closely correlation relationship of improvement of cardiopulmonary function and body composition. Conclusions : It might be recognized that cardiopulmonary function has the correlation of body composition, and Ephedrae Herba might help the reduction of Body Fat by elevation of Cardiopulmonary function for ergogenic aids and it might be needed further study In various viewpoints.

가상 홈 트레이닝 - 가상현실 기반 소근육 재활 시스템 (Virtual Home Training - Virtual Reality Small Scale Rehabilitation System)

  • 본 논문은 뇌졸중 환자가 가상의 집에서 일상 재활 훈련을 할 수 있는 소근육 재활 시스템을 제안한다. 뇌졸중 환자는 마비증상으로 인해 일상생활 활동이 제한적이며 이들을 위한 재활 훈련에는 전등 켜고 끄기, 문 여닫기, 가스 밸브 잠그기, 자물쇠 열기 등 집안에서 일어나는 활동을 재현하는 작업 치료 훈련이 다수 있다. 본 논문에서는 가상현실 기술로 집 내부를 구현하여 앞서 언급한 일상 재활 훈련 요소를 배치하고 손동작 인식 장치인 립모션(Leap Motion)을 활용하여 환자가 손과 손가락을 충분히 사용하여 재활 훈련을 할 수 있는 재활 시스템을 제안하였다. 이 시스템을 이용하면 뇌졸중 환자는 불편한 몸으로 치료 기관에 방문하지 않고도 가상현실로 소근육 재활이 가능하며, 기존 작업 치료 도구의 단조로움을 탈피하여 흥미롭게 재활 훈련을 받을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

순환식 하지 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 보행능력에 미치는 영향 (The effects of a task-oriented circuit training program of lower limb on walking ability after stroke)

  • Purpose : The purpose of present study was to determine effects of a task-oriented circuit training(TOCT) for lower limb on walking ability after stroke. Methods : Twenty one chronic stroke patients participated. Participants were randomly divided into either TOCT group or control group(11 experimental, 10 control). All of participants were in-patients at local rehabilitation centre and had been receiving a traditional rehabilitation program, five days a week. TOCT group have additionally undergone for four weeks, three days a week, the TOCT program but control group was not received any additional program except the traditional rehabilitation program. The 10 m walking test (10MWT), the 2 min walking test (2MWT), the step test (ST) and the figure-8 walking test (F8WT) to measure a walking ability were carried out twice before and after training. Results : After participation in the program, subjects of TOCT demonstrated a significant improvement in the scores of the 10MWT, 2MWT, the ST, the F8WT. The control group had no change on the any tests. After the training, the results to improve significantly in TOCT group compared to post-test of control group were the time of 10MWT and the time and the step of curved walking of F8WT. Conclusion : The present study suggests that the TOCT program may become a useful strategy for enhancing walking ability in the rehabilitation of stroke patients.

재활훈련 기능성 게임 콘텐츠를 이용한 Personal Training System 개발 (Development of Personal Training System Using Functional Game for Rehabilitation Training)

  • 본 논문에서는 재미있는 게임을 하면서 재활 및 신체 평형 능력 향상에 이용하기 위하여 전자 장치를 장착한 밸런스 보드와 기능성 게임 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 재미있는 게임을 이용한 재활 훈련은 환자의 재활 훈련 효과를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 퍼스널 트레이닝 시스템은 밸런스보드에 가속도 센서를 부착하였으며, 게임 컨텐츠는 신체의 평형 정도에 따라 동작한다. 개발된 시스템을 검증하기 위하여 재활 훈련 게임 컨텐츠를 개발하였다. 제안된 컨텐츠는 간단한 재활훈련과 신체 평형 운동에 적용할 수 있으며, 또한 여기서 제안된 인터페이스는 에뮬레이터를 통하여 여러 가지 기능의 상용 게임에 적용할 수 있다.
