Objectives : Many studies are being done in the method of experimental chuna science in China. The aim of this review is to understand and study the methods of experimental chuna science, focusing on the effects of chuna on nervous system. Methods : We reviewed "實驗推拿學"(experimental tuina science) and Chinese journals were searched using China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI). Korean journals were searched using 3 Korean web databases(OASIS, NDSL, RISS). Results : By experimental chuna science, analgesic effect of chuna, therapeutic action of chuna on stroke, therapeutic action on polio, effect of modulating autonomic nerves of chuna and effect of modulating thermoregulatory centers of chuna were proved. Conclusions : Experimental chuna science is necessary for development of chuna to a higher level. In Korea, not a lot experimental studies are being done, especially in chuna. For this reason we need to learn and adapt the methods of experimental chuna science of China.

Methods: A total of 139 (managers: 53, staff: 86) physical therapists participated in this survey (90 questionnaires) and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 Windows. Results: The retention conditions of aquatic therapy facilitation was high in the rehabilitation centers (or disabled living facilities) and rehabilitation hospitals. On the other hand, there were regional variations. The physical therapists in this field were likely to have limitations or restrictions of professional aquatic therapy education. The subjects showed a tendency for a career interruption during their fifth working year. The overall job satisfaction on aquatic therapy of physical therapists was high (managers: 94.3%, staff: 95.3%, p=0.276), but the work intensity was higher than the other parts of physical therapy and the relative reward was comparatively low (managers: 60.3%, staff: 66.3%, p=0.865). Conclusion: Based on this study, the current working conditions regarding aquatic therapy by physical therapists were assessed. Result : CRC-OTs and HC-OTs were not significantly different in recognition was not significantly different in both groups. The need for involvement of OTs in CBR was very high in both groups. The suggested field for OTs in CBR were counseling for rehabilitation & information-providing, home-visiting rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, assistive device rental, education for disability prevention. It is required to establish CBR networking consisting of educational institutions for rehabilitation experts, local rehabilitation hospitals and clinics, and local government agencies as well as CRC and public health centers. This study reviewed the present state and differences of rehabilitation programs of the gambling addiction by comparing with other psychiatric disorder(including psychotic disability and alcohol addiction). This study also intended to suggest necessities, meanings and inherent fields of the rehabilitation in gambling addiction. First of all, the government and a few gambling industries run clinic centers for gamblers and their families, but have been lacked rehabilitation services for social comeback and adaptation or devaluated rehabilitation services than therapies. This study was to research the effective use of green rooftop space, facilities and gardening, targeting members from community rehabilitation centers with disabilities. The three community rehabilitation centers studied were, Namyangju Center located in a rural area, Seoul Center located in a urban area and Siheung Center located in both a rural and urban area. We analyzed the difference in preference on the basis of each local community area. In fact, it indicated that 50% of each center knew about the green rooftop at their facilities and its use as a place for taking walks and conversation. It also showed that there was the high preference for priority objects such as a bench, pergola and trash can. Also the preference for natural visualizations like herbal or ornamental plants. The study showed a high preference to a small vegetable plot, hands on gardening and ecological wetland. It also indicated that there was a high preference for experience in nature programs on the rooftops (28.9 %) versus the rate of horticultural programs (27%). Therefore, it proves that the composition of a green rooftop at a community rehabilitation center should be differentiated so that the green rooftop can be a place not only for resting, but also great for a natural learning experience and gardening therapy for people with disabilities.

Subjects: 12 stroke survivors at "J" Public Health Center in Seoul. were participated in. The average age was 68 years old, the ratio of sex was almost 5.8:4.2, the duration of was almost over 1 year. Method: Music Movement program was conducted for 2 hours ${\times}$ 1day ${\times}$ 6 weeks. The contents of Music Movement program were consisted of the preparatory activities, main activities and the wrap up activities. The main activities are the body motions with singing and playing musical instruments. The wrap up activities are stretching and joints and discussion of home activities. Data Collection: The outcome variables are muscle strength, finger pinch power, ROMs, flexibility, depression, and life satisfaction. Depression was measured by CES-D(Kim, I. J., 1999), life satisfaction by ladder scale(McDowell & Newell, 1996), and ADL state(Holbrook & Skilbeck, 1983). Data Analysis: SPSS/PC 10.0 for Window was used. Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test was used to analyze outcome measures. The level of statistical significance was set at p<.05. Results: This program was effective to decrease the depression level of subjects(p<.05). The muscle strength, hand grip power, ROMs, life satisfaction, and rehabilitation state of the subjects were slightly increased but no significant differences were found between the pre and post test. Additionally every patient replied that they were very satisfied and expressed their appreciation for this program very much. Of course they strongly want to continue to participate in and meet the peer group again. Conclusion: Considering these results, the practical feasibility of Music Movement program can be supported. Therefore, this Music Movement program can be examined with the quasi-experimental design with control group and ongoing reviews. This paper aims to identify differences between the perception of the fourth industrial revolution of the disabled who use the IL center or the disabled in the community and its workers. It surveyed 178 disabled users and 173 workers at eight centers of the handicapped in Busan and South Gyeongsang-do and conducted an analysis on their interests in the fourth industry, awareness of the latest technology, and prediction of changes in the disabled welfare center. Although worker's interest in the fourth industry was higher than their users, their perception of the degree of preparation by the disabled welfare centers indicated that the worker's level of future institutional readiness was lower than that of the users.
