재몰유선택적정황하공동특성대우고객희호적영향(在没有选择的情况下共同特性对于顾客喜好的影响): 조절초점적조절작용(调节焦点的调节作用) (The Effect of Common Features on Consumer Preference for a No-Choice Option: The Moderating Role of Regulatory Focus)

  • 本文研究共同特性对于无选择权的影响, 并涉及到了调节焦点理论. 本文主要着眼于这三个因子以及他们之间的关系. 之前的研究已经广泛涉及到这三个方面. 第一, 共同特性影响已经被广为研究. Tversky (1972) 开创了这个理论, EBA 模型: 通过消除方面. 根据这个理论, 消费者在比较的过程中更易于注意特殊的特性, 而忽略共同特性. 最近, 更多的研究开始针对于此模型对于消费者行为的影响. Chernev (1997) 认为增加共同特性可以减少选择距离. 但是, 随后Chernev (2001) 的研究指出共同特性可能是消费者认知上的负担, 所以他们更喜欢启发式的过程而不是系统式的过程. 这些研究提出了一系列问题: 共同特性是否影响顾客选择? 如果是的话, 这些影响是什么样子的? 第二, 一些研究指出没有选择的状况是消费者最好的选择, 他们在犹豫不决时用这种方法回避选择. 其他关于这一理论的研究是时间的压力, 消费者自信, 以及可供选择的数量. 第三, 调节聚焦理论在目前非常流行. 消费者有两个焦点目标: 促进和制止. 促进聚焦主要和希望, 野心, 成功, 获得等有关; 而制止聚焦和责任, 职责, 安全, 规避等有关. 调节聚焦理论预测了顾客的感情, 创造, 态度, 记忆, 表现, 和判断. 而这些都是市场营销研究的领域这些文献为本文的研究提供了一些理论支持. 特别是增加共同特征而不是忽略他们可以增加选择过程中克制消费者的没有选择状况的比重, 其对于促进消费者的作用确实相反的. 本文通过两个试验进行验证. 第一个是2 X 2 组间的设计(共同特性X调节聚焦), 数码相机作为相关的客体. 特别的是, 调节聚焦变量是从11个问题中取得的. 共同特性包括焦距, 重量, 记忆卡, 电池, 而像素和价格作为独特特性. 结果证明了我们的假设, 那就是增加共同特性增加了克制消费者的无选择比重, 而对促进消费者没有作用. 第二个试验被用来复制第一个实验的结果. 这个实验和之前的基本相同, 只有两个方面不同—主要控制和研究客体. 在促进的前提下, 研究对象必须一些词例如: 利润, 野心, 高兴, 成功, 发展等. 在克制的前提下, 他们必学写下坚持, 安全, 保护, 规避, 损失, 责任等词. 实验证明我们假设是成立的. 本研究说明了共同特性对于顾客选择的二重效果. 增加共同特性可以提高或者降低无选择状况. 本文对于理论研究和实践上都有着贡献. 对于市场营销人员来说, 他们可能需要根据顾客的划分来考虑产品的共同特性. 理论上, 研究结果支持共同特性和无选择状况的调节变量. 最后, 本文也有一些不足, 例如过于强调态度的重要性等. 我们希望本文能够为未来的研究做出抛砖引玉的作用.

모바일 쇼핑몰 상세페이지 콘텐츠 레이아웃 형태가 제품태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 조절초점에 따른 소비자 인지 반응 중심으로 (The Effect of Content Layout in Mobile Shopping Product Page on Product Attitude and Purchase Intention: Focusing on Consumer Cognitive Responses Depending on Regulatory Focus)

  • 급속한 모바일 기술의 발전과 네트워크 속도 향상은 다양한 서비스 형태로 생활의 편의를 제공하고 있으며 모바일 쇼핑몰에서도 예외는 아니다. 빅데이터를 활용한 맞춤 추천, AI 기반의 특화된 개인화 서비스 등을 활용하여 기업들은 판매촉진에 큰 노력을 하고 있으나, 대다수의 모바일 쇼핑몰에서는 상품에 대한 정보를 담고 있는 상세페이지의 정보 구성은 동일한 레이아웃 형태로 제공되고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 모바일 상품 상세페이지의 콘텐츠 배열 및 레이아웃이 소비자 성향에 맞게 제공되어야 한다고 판단하여, Higgins의 조절초점이론(Regulatory Focus Theory)을 바탕으로 소비자의 성향을 분류하여 두 가지 레이아웃 배열의 상품 상세페이지를 구성하여 제시하였다. 콘텐츠 레이아웃 배열이 F-shaped 패턴으로 제시되었을 때 정돈감(Organizedness)으로 정보가 인지되고, Z-shaped 패턴으로 제시되었을 때 생생함(Vividness)으로 정보가 인지되어 소비자의 성향에 따라 제품 태도와 구매 의도에 영향을 받는지에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 결과적으로 예방초점 성향의 소비자들은 콘텐츠 레이아웃 구성이 통일감 있고 정돈감(Organizedness) 있는 형태의 레이아웃 배열에서, 향상초점 성향의 소비자들은 생생함(Vividness)이 느껴지는 자유로운 레이아웃 배열로 제시되었을 때 제품 태도 및 구매 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 받는 것을 확인하였다.

단지특성에 따른 국민임대주택 커뮤니티시설의 거주자 이용 실태에 관한 연구 (Residents' Usage of Community Facilities by Types of National Rental Apartment Complexes)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the residents' preference to community facilities in national rental apartment complexes. Twelve housing complexes were sampled and researched with questionnaire and field-surrey methods. The data from the questionnaire survey were processed with SPSS 14 and analyzed by regional group, size of complex, and arrangement plan of facilities. The complexes are located in two legions, Seoul and Gyounggi province. They were also sorted into three groups by size: less than 500 households, 500 to 1,000, and more than 1,000. Lastly, the complexes were categorized into three types: those where facilities are concentrated in or around a single building, dispersed into several places, and located in residential buildings. The results are as follows: Majority of the community facilities are established outdoor and, therefore, the indoor facilities are relatively more insufficient. Especially, there is a shortage of indoor gymnasium while the demand is increasing. It is partly because there is no regulatory guideline on indoor gym requirements in housing complexes. The resident satisfaction measurement shows significant comparison according to region and complex size. The level of satisfaction with garden/kitchen-garden, pond/fountain/streamlet is higher at the complexes in Gyunggi. The residents of larger complexes give positive feedback about spells facilities while those of smaller complexes are more satisfied with education-related facilities such as library and study. The measurement of resident needs shows significant comparison according to complex size and facility arrangement plan. The residents of smaller complexes are more in need of community facilities. In both regulatory standards and actual condition, community facilities are more insufficient at small complexes with less than 500 households.

치과기공사의 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The effects of self-efficacy on job satisfaction of dental technician)

  • Purpose : The purpose of study was to survey self-efficacy and job satisfaction for 500 dental technicians. Methods : The subjects were composed of 500 dental technicians in Daegu Metropolitan city and Gyeong-buk. This study was done using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences 17.0 for Windows. As for the analysis methods, the study used the frequency analysis, percentage, mean, t-test, analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis. Results : Self-efficacy of dental technician shows self confidence(M= 3.56), self regulatory efficacy(M=3.48), task difficulty preference(M=3.46). Job satisfaction of dental technician shows affairs satisfaction(M=3.58), colleague satisfaction(M=3.57), promotion satisfaction(M=3.48), salary satisfaction(M=3.56). Self-efficacy which affect on job satisfation was self confidence and self regulatory efficacy. Conclusion : A sense of self-efficacy and degree of job satisfaction are high when the sense of the degree of job satisfaction could be high only through a high sense of self-efficacy. In order to promote dental technician and dental hygienist of self-efficacy and job satisfaction, education and career and monthly salary is required high.

소비자의 자원고갈이 제품구색간 의사결정에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Resource Depletion on Deciding on Product Assortments Size)

  • Purpose - Prior research has suggested that consumers typically prefer to have a larger number of options. However, preference of assortment size may depend on how depleted resources in consumers' mind are. Reduced capacity for self-regulation by resource depletion makes people rely on more intuitive and less effortful decision processing. When they are mentally depleted, people are likely to focus on the choice difficulty from large assortment, which leads to preference for the small assortment when they make a decision. It could be an important question potentially how being in a depleted mode through effortful self-regulation will influence on the evaluation of assortment size. To answer this questioner, we hypothesized that being engaged in self-regulation, as compared with not being engaged in self-regulation, will influence on the evaluation of product assortment size such as attractiveness, difficulty of choice, and anticipated regret. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, we first manipulated self-regulatory resource availability using a self-regulation task (i.e., instructing participants to solve Sudoku puzzle vs. to solve diagram cube by filling any diagrams that they prefer into cube instead of number) and asked to indicate the difficulty of the tasks available to them ("How much difficulty did you feel when you complete the task?") Next, participants were asked to imagine that they were planning to buy a laptop at one of the two stores (small assortment: 6 options vs. large assortment: 30 options), both offering good quality of products. After reading the product descriptions, participants were instructed to consider all the information and choose a store that they would like to shop. Finally we measured the choice difficulty, evaluation of product assortments, and anticipated regret on a 7-point scale. We conducted two-way ANOVA in testing the main hypothesis that depleted consumers will show poorer subsequent self-control than non-depleted consumers when they make a decision in large assortment. Results - Compared with non-depleted participants, depleted participants showed the bigger difference from the degree of choice difficulty and product attractiveness between large and small assortments, but the result revealed only a significant interaction effect of resource depletion and assortment size on choice difficulty. Also depleted participants showed the smaller difference from the degree of anticipated regret between large and small assortments than non-depleted participants. Conclusion - Depleted individuals by a prior task are relatively effortless and intuitive form of choosing products so that they try to avoid making effortful trade-offs among choice difficulty such as large assortment, compare with non-depleted individuals. However, for anticipated regret, non-depleted individuals in small assortment anticipate more regret by excluding or at least restricting the possibility of buying attractive items or another kind of potential items than depleted individuals, regardless less choice difficulty in small option. To sum up, it is important to note that individuals are influenced by self-regulatory resources and their self-regulatory conditions contribute to the overall positive or negative impact of product assortment on choice.

예비유아교사의 학업적 자기효능감과 회복 탄력성이 교직 전문성 인식에 미치는 영향 (The effects of Academic Self-efficacy and Resilience on Perception of Professionalism with Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 예비유아교사를 대상으로 학업적 자기효능감과 회복 탄력성이 교직전문성 인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써, 교직전문성을 높이기 위한 실천적 함의를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 예비유아교사 313명에 대한 설문조사자료를 토대로 SPSS Win 프로그램을 이용하여 다변량분산분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기조절 효능감은 학년과 보육실습유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 통제성과 사회성, 긍정성은 학년과 보육실습유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 교직 전문성 인식은 학년, 보육실습유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 넷째, 자기조절 효능감과 과제 난이도 선호는 교직 전문성 인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 자기조절 효능감과 과제 난이도 선호가 높을수록 교직 전문성 인식이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 긍정성과 통제성도 교직 전문성 인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 긍정성과 통제성이 높을수록 교직 전문성 인식이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 예비유아교사들의 교직 전문성 인식을 높이기 위한 방법으로 자기조절 효능감과 과제 난이도, 긍정성과 통제성을 높이는 것이 필요함을 시사한다.

Effects of a Video-Based Infection Control Education Program Applying the Social Cognitive Theory on Caregivers

  • This study was conducted with a non-equivalent control group experimental design to investigate the effects of a video-based infection control program through the application of the social cognitive theory on caregivers. Forty-six caregivers were recruited, with 23 pairs being randomly assigned to the control and experimental groups each. While the experimental group took part in the video-based education, the control group was involved in typical lectures. For two weeks, both groups were educated on the principles of infection control, medical and external handwashing, standard precautions, and quarantine. Their knowledge, performance, and self-efficacy were evaluated before and after the program. There was a significant increase in knowledge (p<.001 and p=.005) and infection control performance (p<.001) in the experimental and control groups. Similarly, self-efficacy, self-regulatory efficacy, task-difficulty preference and confidence significantly increased in the experimental group (p<.001). In the control group, only task-difficulty preference significantly increased (p=.005). Consequently, the online video-based infection control education program applying the social cognitive theory proved effective in improving the caregivers' knowledge and performance in infection control, and their self-efficacy. We suggest the use of this program in effective infection control education for caregivers in the future.

어린이그림책일러스트레이션의 표현형식에 대한 어린이의 선호 분석 (Analysis of Children's Preference about the Expression Form of Illustrations in Children's Picture Books)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 어린이그림책 일러스트레이션에서 나타나는 사실적 표현과 환상적 표현의 선호도 차이를 비교, 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 충청남도 천안에 위치한 유치원생 7세 어린이 52명(남 26명, 여26명)으로 하였으며, 2차에 걸쳐 실시한 선호도 조사는 어린이의 개별면접과 자기기입식 설문지를 통한 자료수집방식을 활용하였다. 설문에 활용한 연구도구는 국내에서 제작, 출판된 어린이그림책 중에서 어린이도서연구회의 추천도서와 국외 수상작 가운데 사실적 표현과 환상적 표현이 잘 나타난 어린이그림책을 활용하였다. 선호도비교에서는 남녀어린이 모두 사실적 표현에 비해 환상적 표현형식을 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 여자어린이의 경우 남자어린이보다 사실적 표현을 다소 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구과정에서 지역별, 연령별 어린이들의 선호도 분석 및 동일한 주제나 이야기내용을 바탕으로 서로 다른 표현유형의 그림책을 보았을 때 나타나는 어린이의 반응을 분석하는 데는 한계점이 있었다.

노인의료복지시설 요양보호사의 자기효능감과 직무만족의 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Care Giver's Awareness of Self-efficacy and Job Satisfaction at the Elderly Medical Welfare Facilities)

  • 이 연구는 노인의료복지시설 소속 요양보호사들을 대상으로 자기효능감과 직무만족에 대한 요양보호사들의 주관적 인식의 차이를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 분석결과 요양보호사들이 근무하는 노인의료복지시설 유형에 따른 인식의 차이는 없었지만 전체적으로 요양보호사들의 자기효능감과 직무만족의 충족이 노인의료서비스 제공에 있어서 중요하다는 것을 강조하였다. 따라서 노인의료복지시설 소속 요양보호사들이 노인들에게 의료서비스 등을 제공함에 있어서 직무만족과 동시에 지속적으로 높은 수준의 자기효능감을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 인적자원관리전략이 필요함을 시사하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

내·외동기, 자기효능감, 창의성의 관계 (Relationships among Intrinsic-Extrinsic Motivation, Self-Efficacy, and Creativity)

  • Tests of intrinsic-extrinsic motivation, self-efficacy, and creativity were administered to 75 college students. Results were analyzed by Pearson's correlation, partial correlation and Barron and Kenny's(1986) model. The main results were that (1) creativity was positively correlated with intrinsic motivation and negatively correlated with extrinsic motivation. (2) Self-efficacy played an important mediating role in the relationship between extrinsic motivation and creativity, but not in the relationship between intrinsic motivation and creativity, suggesting that extrinsic motivation negatively affects creativity because it lowers self-efficacy, which is intimately related with creativity. (3) The negative effect of extrinsic motivation on creativity was explained by such sub-factors of self-efficacy as self-confidence and preference for difficult tasks, but not by self-regulatory efficacy.
