In the short view, the medical fee regulation has contributed for patients by reducing their hospital expenses and helping them to visit hospital more easily. But, some medical parts have gone into red ink because the medical fee has been different with each item. So, that medical parts have been experienced the medical specialist shortage. And some hospitals have been interested in high-priced medical services to cover their deficit. Moreover, most medical doctors don't need to use low-priced medicine undergo these circumstance, domestic small and medium pharmaceutical company has been going into bankruptcy and the dependence on foreign drug company has been rising. If these abnormal medical service keep to patience, people will get more burden of medical fee cause 9 casual loop work very complicated. In other words, present medical fee regulation were made by some politicians who had plain thinking. Those who govern the people, therefore, stand for not present medical service user but the welfare and health promotion of people and give attention to desirable medical fee with systems thinking.

This paper studios billing mechanisms of value-added telephone services In Korea and major foreign countries. The billing methods of toll-free phone service, voice Information service, one number service, personal number service and calling card service ate compared with each other. The results show that several differences are identified among service providers due to the difference of the regulation, numbering mechanism and underlying networks employed. This paper also provides implications and suggestions to incumbent Korean value-added service providers and regulators

Geographical Identification (GI) regulation is not common in Korea. Although studies on the regulation recently have been conducted, there is a lack of academic discussion about its domestic introduction and activation plan. GI regulation has advantages in terms of activation of local industry, consumer protection, and economic efficiency. Moreover, the quality of agricultural and marine products in Korea is not lower than that in Europe to apply GI regulation. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the regulation in Korea through the review of the reference cases. This study examines the status of GI regulation and policies in Korea and foreign countries for the protection of domestic liquor industry. This study also provides suggestions to achieve the growth of domestic Makgeolli through GI regulation as if the liquors representing a country such as French wine, Japanese sake, and German beer are being loved around the world.

With the activation of OTT and VOD services, the viewing behavior is rapidly changing, but the programming regulation has not escaped the ratio regulation in the same way as in the past. Therefore, this paper aims to examine the policy validity of the current organization ratio regulation and to suggest improvement directions based on this. To this end, the policy objectives and background at the time of the introduction of the domestic organization ratio regulation were considered and compared with the current status of the broadcasting market. As a result, this study found that it is difficult to apply the logical framework of asymmetric regulation at the time of the formation ratio regulation into the current status of broadcasting market, the existing framework was established and hold in the mutual relationship of various stake holders formed based on the asymmetric regulation. It was pointed out that the typical pattern of path dependency repeating only fine adjustment of ratio was shown. Based on this, this study suggests that it needs to be divided into the regulation by the public interest and the regulation by the industrial purpose according to the purpose of regulation, and it is necessary to be limited to the direct regulation corresponding to the public interest of the viewer. Also this study proposes that it is necessary to separate the regulation from promotion policies as well as to resolute asymmetric regulation in broadcasting policies.

In recent, portable information and communication terminals such as a notebook computer, an electronic pocketbook, a hand personal computer(PC) have been regards as the leading role in the coming next generation portable multimedia terminals which have hi-directional wireless data communication capability and can receive information and communication services such as electronic mail, database searching, and electronic shopping at anytime and anyplace. Therefore, in this paper, the circuit is simulated by 0.35um memory process used Current Limit for Boost DC-DC converter. Supply voltage $2.5V{\sim}3.3V$, output voltage 5V, Clock Frequency 1MHz, output current 200mA and line regulation decreased 12.46%.

This study found out the influence of CCTV recognition and Self-efficacy on job satisfaction for 275 child care teachers working at daycare centers in Chungcheongbuk-do Province, and verified the regulation effect of Self-efficacy in the process. SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) 22.0 was used for data analysis. The results of the study are as follows: First, it was found that factors such as the guarantee of child's right, the guarantee of teachers' rights, and the self - efficacy were influential factors on the job satisfaction of the child care teachers. Second, it has been confirmed that the guarantee of teachers' rights and self-efficacy on the job satisfaction of child care teachers have a regulation effect. This study can be meaningful in that it provided basic data to enhance the quality of child care services by analyzing the factors of influence on the job satisfaction of child care teachers and presenting specific measures accordingly.

From the beginning of a new millennium, the digital broadcasting services had been adopted to cable, satellite and radio broadcasting services as well as the terrestrial TV broadcasting services. The government established the installation standard of digital receiving equipment in 2007, which is needed for taking the new digital broadcasting services without additional facilities in an apartment house. In this paper, I will show the installation standard of digital receiving equipment in an apartment house and give a detailed explanation for the main criteria of it.

As needs for telecommunications services diversify, an increasingly wide range of telecommunications services is becoming available in the market. Any subscriber can find a service to satisfy his/her telecommunication requirements and competition between providers to retain heavy users is increasing. Service price reductions are one retention strategy, although price reductions for one service can affect the individual-level usage for other services. Price reductions can also be imposed on a service provider by regulation. For these reasons, understanding how price reductions affect service usage is of growing importance to the telecommunications industry for purposes of pricing and tariff development. In this paper, we develop an individual-level usage model for telecommunications services and analyze the effects on usage of a price reduction. We apply the model to age-stratified aggregate traffic data for a Korean mobile telecommunication service provider. Finally, we develop a model to support a market segmentation and price reduction strategy.

Due to the low usage level of traditional financial services in many developing countries, Fintech services that often substitute for such traditional services with greater convenience have great potential in these markets. However, there have thus far been relatively few attempts to examine Fintech adoption in developing countries. As financial services are a highly sensitive industry in terms of government regulation and consumer trust, it is critical for policymakers to understand how to foster a healthy Fintech marketplace in developing country environments. In this paper, we review the scholarly literature on Fintech adoption with respect to three stakeholder groups: customers, service providers, and policymakers. Adding with practitioner-oriented documentation relating to Fintech adoption in Vietnam, we derive propositions for Fintech adoption research in Vietnam and similar developing countries. We collect these propositions as a framework that suggests avenues for future research.

This paper uses Delphi Method and statistics provided by the State Administration of Market Regulation of China, attempts to develop the scale index of language service industry in China. Coupled with practical investigation and theoretical framework of SCP paradigm, a deep analysis on market behavior, market structure, and market performance of the industry have been explored. First, the study indicates that the scale index of Chinese language services industry has experienced an upward trend from 10.481million RMB in 2008 to 351.403 million RMB in 2017. Second, majority of language services enterprises are situated in Chinese coastal provinces and there are variations in demand for language services. Third, the standardization of language services are minimal while most of the talents involve a single discipline background. Fourth, most enterprises utilize language tools while there is lack of technological innovation for utilization of language resources and enhancement of service quality. The author mainly suggests four strategies which include: cultivating multilingual services, strengthening the development of industrial informatization and technical innovation, and optimizing the industrial talents structure while also adjusting for industrial distribution and regional coordination, which propose the meaningful implications for the development of language service industry in China.
