Many administrative policies for regional activation have progressed the expansion and improvement of convenience institutions. Most appraisals about rural community influenced by urban life convenience are affirmative, but chasing urban life convenience is a cause of breaking out regional identity. Recently, new rising methods of theme and characteristic to imply regional identity, are ways of regional activation through neighboring network around satellite of rural community. In this study, I research and suggest applicable possible proposal of rural communities in Korea. by survey of neighboring network methods of Asan Live Museum in Japan applied ecomuseum concept for regional activation.

Since 2000, family tour has increased a lot by effect of five-day workweek in South Korea. So, it became much needed road station. however road station's facilities are lacking. Recently, there is a growing emphasis on rural regional activation. So the government is concentrating in rural policy. In Japan case study, Road Station(RS, Michinoeki) make regional activation by Road station service. Rs is rest area for motor driver in rural area. In general, it is construct at rural roads, not a highway. In this paper, we hope to take a lesson from the RS case study. 2015, 2016, in japan, we visited to 7 case study and interviewed to a staff. As a result, In Japan's Rs was offering convenient services to motor driver and raising farmers's profits by selling local produce. The aim of that this paper is to suggest to Korean Type's Rs. There are five results from this paper as follows : First, Japan Rs, it works well to improve in regional activation in rural area. Two, Also Rs has to community facilities attached to the culture, welfare, library etc. Three, 5 Korean Type Rs can sort out. There are Community type, Joint tourism type, 6th industrialization type, Urban-Rural Interchange type, Shopping center type. This RS is introduced to Korea hopes to contribute to the regional activation in rural area.

Decrease in Population and graying of rural area by industrialization and urbanization are gone continuously. This makes happened various rural problems and the differential of standard of living with is arising day by day. Government is unfolding rural supporting project to solve continuously these problems. Recent Projects which are choosing not top-down process by government leading but bottom-up process through village inhabitants' participation and expert consultant get positive estimation. But those have difficulties because the support is attained only in the beginning step not continuously and inhabitants' number by graying is decreasing. The Special Economic Zone for Regional Development Policy is new access that regulation can differ according to special quality of each area depending on Localization Age. Through this transfer the competence that can mitigate or reinforce various regulations according to special quality of area in local government. So, back and maintain activation systematically so that each area could be developed specially. The purpose of The Special Economic Zone for Regional Development Policy is the activation of regional economy through development that regional specific character is. And there is characteristic that local government plans and takes the lead in all project contents, government gives regulation benefit by appointing the special economic zone and do not support finance and various tax remissions. Through investigation of such new policy, I wish to recognize what long-term plan and method could be possible to success rural activation continuously.

The result of this study about application methods of regional heritage are important things. 1. Rural community going ahead Rural Activation Policies applied in regional heritage, have principal experience programs based on visiter's demands. 2. The programs applied regional heritage are most useful application methods of traditional-cultural experience, and following, folk-life and nature environment experience. 3. Insufficient of scheme for applying regional heritage, and specific characters and identity of rural community, is coming out the inadequate plan of community design with comparing other neighborhoods.

An ultrasound-assisted Sn-Ag-Pd activation method for electroless copper plating was presented in this study. With this activation process, it was shown that the fine catalyst particles were homogeneously distributed with high density on the entire specimen. In addition, it was observed that incubation period occurred during the electroless plating step was decreased owing to the absorption of Ag which holds high catalytic activity. Resulting from the refinement and high densification of catalyst, the defect-free gap-fill was achieved within the 20x nm trench.

This study examined the present condition and characteristics, spatial composition of the Atarasimura through field studies about the Atarasimura of Miyashiro, Saitama pref. in Japan. The results of this study are as follows. First, Atarasimura is the citizen farm of Miyashiro which promotes regional activation, community consciousness and the interchange of residents. Second, cultivation area and the miscellaneous scrub transforms the area into a park-like one, protecting a natural environment and making a beautiful landscape. Atarasimura is expected to enhance the studying effect of the children and young people. Third, the direct sale of agricultural products leads to the increase of income and resident employment opportunities. Fourth, the plan of future regional facilities must be made within a legal system and a systematic program for region making. In addition, the system of rational participation and cooperation between administration and local residents is important.

This study conducted an analysis of the distribution and status of baby boomer households and trends of turn to farming and returning home. At the same time, the density analysis of land price increase data, building data, and floating population data was conducted in Jeollanam-do County. The established base areas were superimposed to distinguish the regional centers according to the number of superimposed indicators. It is intended to present management measures according to the degree of activation of the center. An area where three bases overlap can be designated as a center activation area, and a place where two regions overlap can be designated as a center semi-activation area. Using the analysis of regional centers at the county level, hierarchies of the centers were classified and management measures were presented. Based on these findings, this study addresses meaningful applicability for regional and medium- and long-term plans.

목적: 이 연구의 목적은 시각 활성 자극에 의한 뇌 활성영역을 확인하고 국소 뇌 혈류량을 정량적으로 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. $^8F-fluoro-2-deoxy\;glucose\;(FDG)\;PET$과 $^{15}O-water\;PET$에서 시각 자극을 가하는 동안 시각피질에서의 기전이 확인되었으며 PET에 비해 적은 비용으로 널리 사용되고 있는 $^{99m}Tc-HMPAO$ Brain SPECT를 이용하여 시각자극을 주었을 때 대뇌 후두엽의 일차시각피질과 시각 연합 피질에서의 국소 뇌 혈류 변화율을 정량적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 오른손을 주로 사용하는 25세에서 33세의 나이 분포를 갖는 남자 3, 여자 3명(평균나이 26.7세)의 정상인을 대상으로 $^{99m}Tc-HMPAO$ Brain SPECT (925 MBq)를 시행하였고 8 Hz의 발광다이오드를 이용하여 $4{\sim}5$분 동안 시각활성 자극을 주었을 때와 대조군으로 자극을 가하지 않은 비 활성상태에서의 경우로 나누어 스캔하고 해부학적 기준정보를 제공하기 위해 MR 영상과 융합하였으며 관심영역을 설정하여 혈류량을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 정량적인 분석을 위해 대뇌의 전체 용적과 계수율을 계산하고 관심 영역을 설정하여 관심영역에 대한 복셀 당 평균 계수율을 측정하여 각 대상의 시각 활성자극을 가한 영상에서 정상 상태의 영상을 픽셀 당 픽셀로 감산하여 통계적 파라미터를 이용한 뇌 지도를 구성하였으며 뇌 활성이 Brodmann 영역의 시각피질(Ba 17)과 시각연합피질(Ba 18,19)에서 활성화되어 있음을 Talairach 좌표를 통해 확인하였고 regional index를 계산하여 국소 뇌혈류 변화율을 측정하였다. 결론: $^{99m}Tc-HMPAO$ Brain SPECT에서 8 Hz의 발광 다이오드로 시각 자극을 주었을 때 후두엽의 일차 시각피질과 시각 연합 피질에서 뇌 활성화를 확인하였고 통계적 파라미터를 이용한 SPM99에서 뇌 지도를 작성하여 시각자극에 의한 활성영역을 Talairach 좌표와 Brodmann 분류에 의해 확인하여 T1 강조 MR 영상에 융합하였다. 후두엽의 일차시각피질에서 시각 활성자극에 의해 국소 뇌 혈류량이 $32.50{\pm}5.67%$ 증가하고 있음을 정량적으로 분석하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 지역화와 정보화를 기저로 하고 있는 지역정보화의 수행과정에 공공도서관을 활용함으로써 지역공공도서관의 활성화를 유도하고자 함에 있다. 이는 지역정보화의 기본개념과 공공도서관의 기능이 여러 가지 측면에서 상호 일치되는 내용을 가지고 이기 때문이다. 지역정보화의 수행과 공공도서관의 활성화라는 이중의 효과를 획득하기 위해 본 연구에서는 지역도서관이 갖는 사회적 기능을 정보화 수단으로 활용하는 것과, 커뮤니티 네트워크 개념을 전략적 방법으로 제시하였다. 특히 이들 계획은 오늘 날 농촌지역의 복지 및 개발 사업으로서, 범국가적인 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 시대적 상황과도 무관하지 않음을 고려한 결과이다.

Ecomuseums come into close relationship with resident and community. Progress of heritage concept brings on the change of valuation standard in heritage, that life style of residents become most important element of cultural heritage. The change of display method has caused the generation of various experience programs in ecomuseum which are display and education based on participation of visitors and residents. Ecomuseums in Europe during progress have conceptual peculiarities by themes to keep the cultural identity and protect folk culture in regional community. 'Europe Ecomuseum Network' seriously affected by social change and development is new alternative to promote regional identity and cultural exchange among Europe countries. People participation with all residents is decisive factor to promote identity and attachment in native place, as well as collaboration with residents, experts, administrators and NGO is one factor for sustainable development and the realization of ecomuseum, activation of regional economy, and also is the root of efforts to protect and activate regional community.
