본 연구는 특화거리조성을 통한 도시재생 및 지역 활성화 특화전략을 위한 기초연구로서 부산시의 대표적인 특화거리의 하나인 '보수동 책방골목'을 대상으로 특화거리의 조성내용, 조성주체, 조성과정의 측면에서 분석하였다. 이와 더불어 국외사례고찰의 대상으로 서점을 통한 특화거리 조성의 대표적인 국외사례인 '헤이 온 와이' 책 마을과 '간다 고서점 거리'를 선정하여 보수동 책방골목과 비교분석하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 국내외 사례의 분석을 통한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특화거리의 내용적 측면에 있어서는 책과 관련된 관광 및 출판 산업 등과의 연계를 통한 지역의 활성화와 지역정체성을 기반으로 하는 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 특화거리를 조성하고 운영 관리하는 주체는 주민과 상인이 주도가 되고 공공은 이를 지원하는 역할을 하는 '주민 상인주도+공공지원'의 형태가 필요하다. 셋째, 특화거리의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 조성과 운영 및 관리의 전 과정에 있어서 주민 및 상인을 중심으로 한 커뮤니티의 적극적이고 활발한 참여와 지속적인 노력이 필요하다.

본 연구는 현대 산업사회에서 노인인구의 고령화와 가족구조가 변화함으로써 전통적인 가족기능의 약화, 여성의 경제활동, 가치관의 변화, 노인의 위치와 역할 등의 문제를 유발시키며 그로 인한 노인부양을 기대하기는 더욱 어려워져 가고 이에 많은 노인복지시설이 필요한 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 노인복지시설의 활성화를 위해서는 다음과 같은 방안이 요구된다. 첫째, 시설의 확충은 국가정책차원의 지원이 이뤄져야 한다. 둘째, 지역의 관련 기관간 지역 네트워크를 구축하여 주민들에게 지역특성에 맞는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 제공되어야 한다. 셋째. 노인복지시설 환경의 개선이 이뤄져야 한다. 넷째, 후원자 개발을 통한 고객특성에 맞는 마케팅 전략이 필요하다. 다섯째, 노인복지시설 전문 종사자에 대한 처우 개선과 적정한 전문 인력의 증원이 이뤄져야 한다.

The purpose of this study is that suggest space composition in rural village so that it can had foundations for Activation of regional community by analysis and re-organization of rural community places based on regionality and historicity. First, this study have been investigated about changes of overall space configuration and community places that has been lost or were ongoing in rural village. Factors of changes were changes in lifestyle, rural policy, social and political system, economic principles and ect. Therefore, This study focused on understanding basic principles of rural village space configuration and inherited it. Second, basic principle of the space configuration of rural village were entryway and center that improve community cohesion in the community space. This study figured out improving of "Ma-Dang" and functional mix-use community hall was important for more efficient management. Third, This study set direction according to characteristic of space configuration of each village and suggested detail plans.

본 연구는 부산의 지역해양산업의 육성과 지역경제 활성화 차원에서 해양산업박람회의 개최 논리와 효과적인 실행 방안을 구상하고자 했다. 본 연구가 다루고자 하는 해양산업박람회는 기존의 모든 해양산업들을 포괄하는 종합전시회로서의 위상과 의미를 담고 있다. 그러므로 향후 부산에서 진정으로 개최되어야 할 박람회는 해양산업박람회가 되어야 한다는 연구의 취지와 목적을 가지고 있다. 이러한 취지와 목적에 도달하기 위해 본 연구에서는 순차적으로 부산의 해양산업 환경과 비중을 검토하고, 기존 전시회의 현황과 문제점을 살펴본 다음, 해양산업체에 대한 의견조사를 통해 해양산업박람회의 합리적인 개최논리와 방안을 결론으로 제시하였다.

This study focused on diagnosing and analyzing the level of sustainable development for each fishing communities by applying the sustainable development index in the fishing communities to support the policy of revitalizing the fishing communities. In terms of methodology, diagnostic indicators for rural areas were used through previous studies and literature surveys, and three categories, five fields and 27 indicators were finally selected through collecting opinions from experts. After deriving the weight for each indicator in detail, the final sustainable development index of the fishing communities was applied to fishing village fraternity. Based on the results of the analysis of the application of sustainable development cases in fishing communities, policy support should be implemented differentially according to regional decline factors and potential growth factors. In the population and social sector, it is necessary to consider ways to reduce population and reduce aging. In the industrial and economic sectors, fishing activation and systematic support for fishing-related industries should be provided. In the marine and built environment sector, the government's active project execution and budget support are required. In addition, it is expected to be used in various ways in the process of developing fishing communities and establishing revitalization plans that reflect the characteristics of the region.

본 연구에서는 한반도 남동부지역 주요단층인 양산단층대 주단층이 지나는 울산시 상천리일대 3개 단층점토 지점의 각 3개 입도분리 시료에 대한, 일라이트 폴리타입 정량분석법, K-Ar 연대측정, 일라이트 혼합연대해석법(IAA)법 적용 및 해석을 통해 단층 재활동 절대연대를 결정하였다. 연대측정 및 해석결과, 상천리지점 단층시료에서 41.5~43.5 및 50.7 Ma의 2회 천부단층 재활동연대를 결정하였다. 본 연구결과는 양산단층에 대한 최초의 단층 재활동연대를 직접적인 방법으로 결정한 것으로, 양산단층 생성시기가 이 시기 이전이었으며, 최소 2회 이상의 재활동이 있었음을 의미한다. 양산단층대의 단층점토에 대한 추가적인 연대측정이 이루어질 경우 양산단층의 재활동 시간대를 구체화할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

Because of the radical changes in the domestic and foreign economic circumstances Koreaa fisheries is confronted with difficulties. Along the end of the UR marine products of other nations are rushing into Korea. Also migration of labor to other industries and rise of wage level in Korean fisheries deteriorate managerial conditions. But in Korea which has little natural resourses fisheries is still more important. That is \circled1 creating job opportunites \circled2 increase of income \circled3 supply of foodstuffs and animal protein \circled4 acquisition of foreign currency \circled5 enlargement of domestic market for industrial products \circled6 development of other interrelated industries \circled7 rational use of domestic resourses \circled8 diversification of population and production activites \circled9 contribution to balanced growth of national economy by the developing regional economy. These roles of fisheries in national economy mentioned above are to be excuted forward. In spite of the radical change in the economic circumstances at the end of the UR fisheries if crucial in Korea as a industry. For this our fisheries is to be made to compete with foreign fisheries. Through the cheap price and high quality our fisheries must be came to compete with foreign fisheries and meet the people's needs for marine products. For this it is necessary to maintain high productivity and competitive power. Now with the exception of a portion of the deep - sea fishing, our fisheries is generally paltry, Especially inshore fishery which is the main stock in our fisheries is very paltry and so productivity and competetive power are very low. So to develop our fisheries which has s comparative disadvantage active polices that follows below are to be promoted on a large scale. \circled1 improvement of structure \circled2 augmentation of productivity in fishing ground by making fisheries resourses \circled3 enlargement of finantial and monetary assistance \circled4 effective administration of fisheries cooperative union \circled5 activation of R&D etc These polices which need to be scientific and comprehensive are very valuable. Especially without making fishieries resources we cannot expect economy of scale, promotion of productivity and development of fisheries. And we do also endeavour to gather the results of the study and investigation about fisheries domestic and foreign and do ceaselessly put these to practical use systimatically.

도시재생(Urban Regeneration)은 지역의 경제적 발전과 활성화 도모를 궁극적 목표로 한다. 도시재생사업의 목표달성과 지속적 운영을 위해서는, 그 장소를 찾는 사람들의 인식을 살펴야 하며 이러한 인식은 그 장소에 많은 관심과 방문을 유도함으로써 지역 활성화 등의 실현수단이 되는 장소애착(place attachment)으로 대변된다. 이에 본 연구는 도시재생사업을 진행 중인 청주시 중앙동을 중심으로 물리적 환경과 활동 프로그램에 대한 인지도를 측정하였고 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 인지도가 장소애착 형성에 영향을 주었는지 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 이용객은 도시재생사업 요인을 인지함으로써 '나는 이곳에 오래 머무르고 싶다', '나는 현재 장소의 모습이 바뀌면 그리울 것이다'라는 장소애착을 형성하지만 '이곳은 다른 곳과 차별적이다'라는 장소애착은 형성하지 못하고 있다. 결과적으로, 물리적 환경과 활동 프로그램을 동시에 반영하고 보다 풍부한 이용객의 심리를 형성하는 도시재생사업의 방향을 제시하였다.

소도읍지역 전통시장 및 지역상권의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 방법으로 지역밀착형 전통시장 지원육성 방안을 제시하고자한다. 이를 위해 전국 군 단위 지역을 대상으로 전통시장의 실태조사를 통해 지역사회와 전통시장 간의 관계를 파악하며, 지역밀착형 전통시장의 지원 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 전통시장과 지역사회와의 관계를 조사하고자 전통시장과 지역 경제와의 관계의 정도, 지역사회와의 협력여부의 정도, 지역민들의 점포에 대한 시각 및 전통시장과의 지역이미지와의 상호관련성을 조사하였다. 전국 소도읍에 종사하는 전통시장의 상인 423명과 전통시장 관련 전문가 177명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실태조사 및 연구결과를 통한 정책적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 소도읍지역의 전통시장은 지역사회와 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있으며, 지역경제발전에 기여 및 지역민들이 상가에 대한 애착을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 소도읍지역의 전통시장 활성화를 위해 첫째, 지역상가 및 전통시장 활성화를 위해 시민들과의 협력관계를 구성하여 지역주민의 욕구에 초점을 맞춘 시장활성화 방안이 필요하다. 둘째, 전통시장 구성원들이 지역에 기여하는 사회적 관계 구축이 필요하다. 셋째, 지역커뮤니티 공간이 될 수 있는 시장 내 공간활용 방안이다. 넷째, 젊은 층의 참여도를 높일 수 있는 프로그램개발 방안이다. 다섯째, 소도읍 지역의 시장 축소 및 공간개편을 통해 특화상품을 구분하여 지역 내 시장을 재배치할 필요성이 있다.

공동구의 설치 목적은 반복굴착 방지, 재해·재난 예방 등이나 국내 공동구는 신도시 개발 계획에 포함되어 건설되었으며, 현재 기관별 의견 충돌 및 재원 조달의 문제로 공동구 설치는 어려운 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 신도시 및 기존 시가지의 공동구 활성화 개선방안 제시를 위하여 단계별 절차를 기준으로 연구를 진행하였다. 먼저 공동구 관련법 및 현황 조사를 수행하였으며, 현황에 대한 검토 및 분석을 기반으로 문제점을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 문제점 해결을 위한 개선방안을 제시하는 방법을 적용하였다. 관련법과 문제점을 기반으로 공동구 설치의무규모 선정을 위하여 최근 개발사업(도시개발, 택지개발, 도시재생) 현황을 분석하였으며, 공동구 설치의무규모 200만㎡ 이하에서의 경제적 타당성 분석을 통하여 적정 규모를 검토하였다. 신도시 및 기존시가지를 고려하여 공동구 추가설치지역 및 점용기관의 부담 경감을 위한 관리비 지원사항을 제안하였다. 또한 공동구 설치지역 검토를 위해 기본계획 등에 관한 세부 사항에 대하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 향후 지역의 공동구 계획 및 설치 시 이해관계자의 원활한 업무 수행에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.
