협력형디지털정보서비스(CDRS)는 정보전문가들이 글로벌 협력을 통하여 이용자들의 질문을 웹에서 해결해주는 서비스로, 국내에서는 2004년 이후 실시되어 오고 있다. CDRS가 선진국을 중심으로 활성화되고 있으나 국내에서는 그렇지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 이용자들의 만족도 제고를 위하여 국내 실행 현황을 분석하고 분석 결과를 토대로 문제점과 한계가 무엇인지를 도출한 후 활성화방안을 제시하였다. 연구 대상은 국내에서 유일하게 CDRS를 실시하고 있는 한국과학기술정보연구원의 CDRS로 2004년에서 2007년까지 4년간 통계를 분석하였다. 통계 분석에서 나타난 결과를 통하여 국내 이용과 서비스 제공의 트렌드를 파악하고 현황을 객관화하여 CDRS 활성화방안을 모색해 보았다.

SIP 기반 프레즌스 서비스는 향후 유비쿼터스 시대의 상황 인지형 서비스에 응용될 수 있는 핵심서비스이다. 또한 프레즌스 서비스는 개인의 프라이버시 문제를 다루기 때문에, 권한관리를 위해 사용되는 XCAP 기반 기술이 최근 표준화가 진행 중에 있다. 그러나, 현재 프레즌스 기반구조를 활용한 마땅한 응용서비스 모델이 제시되어 있지 않으며, XCAP 기반 권한관리 기술이 적용된 사례가 나와 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 프레즌스 서비스 모델을 선정하고, 서비스 개발을 위한 프레즌스 기반구조의 적용방법, XCAP 기반 권한관리 기술의 적용방안을 설계하였다. 본 논문은 프레즌스 기반 서비스 및 XCAP 기반 권한관리 기술개발을 위한 참조모델을 제안하고 있다. XCAP 기술을 통해 프레즌스 서비스의 개인정보 기능을 보강 하였고, 프레즌스 서비스의 각 메시지 전송 단계를 구체적 예를 통해 검증하였다. 본 논문의 기여점은 프라이버시를 고려한 XCAP 기반의 프레즌스 서비스 모델의 제안 및 서비스 모델 각 메시징 스텝의 검증에 있다.

모바일시대로 접어들면서 음원시장 역시 폭발적으로 성장하였다. 최근 기존의 Mp3 음원 다운로드 시장은 점차 스트리밍서비스로 옮겨가는 추세이고 번거로운 다운로드와 제한적인 저장용량에 상관없이 무한대의 음원을 인터넷이 연결된 곳 어디서나 이용이 가능하다. 모바일 음악스트리밍서비스에 대한 사용자행태 리서치 결과 주로 추천음악, 인스턴트재생, 메인플레이어 그리고 공유하기를 주로 사용하는 것으로 조사되었다. 이는 모바일음악스트리밍서비스의 중요한 특징이자 기존 다운로드서비스와 차별화되는 요소라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 기존 다운로드서비스의 UI디자인을 그대로 답습하고 있으며 스트리밍서비스에 특화된 UI디자인이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 대해 상위 음악스트리밍서비스 3사 모바일앱의 GUI에 대한 사용성평가를 진행하였다. 결과 벅스와 네이버뮤직이 추천음악, 인스턴트재생, 메인플레이어 및 공유하기에서 전반적으로 높은 평가를 받았으며 멜론의 경우 다른 서비스에 비해 낮은 결과를 보였으나 색상 적용에서는 타사 앱보다 높은 평가를 받았다. 본 연구는 사용자행태를 기반으로 스트리밍서비스에 대한 본질적 기능을 파악하고 이에 대한 UI디자인의 사용성을 평가하여 스트리밍서비스의 UI디자인 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다.

3DTV is expected to be a promising next-generation broadcasting service. On the other hand, the visual discomfort/fatigue problems caused by viewing 3D videos have become an important issue. This paper proposes a perceptual quality assessment metric for a stereoscopic video (SV-PQAM). To model the SV-PQAM, this paper presents the following features: temporal variance, disparity variation in intra-frames, disparity variation in inter-frames and disparity distribution of frame boundary areas, which affect the human perception of depth and visual discomfort for stereoscopic views. The four features were combined into the SV-PQAM, which then becomes a no-reference stereoscopic video quality perception model, as an objective quality assessment metric. The proposed SV-PQAM does not require a depth map but instead uses the disparity information by a simple estimation. The model parameters were estimated based on linear regression from the mean score opinion values obtained from the subjective perception quality assessments. The experimental results showed that the proposed SV-PQAM exhibits high consistency with subjective perception quality assessment results in terms of the Pearson correlation coefficient value of 0.808, and the prediction performance exhibited good consistency with a zero outlier ratio value.

ISO/IEC JTC1/SC29WG11 MPEG has been standardizing UD(user description) to give a user personalized recommendation services. Besides, CD(context description), service description(SD), and recommendation description(RD) are recently being standardized by UD Adhoc Group in MPEG with an advanced UD to cope with needs of current and upcoming services such as augmented reality and social network. The descriptions was reflected to MPEG-UD WD(Working Draft) at MPEG $107^{th}$ meeting and the document was finally approved as international standard by national bodies with standard number(ISO/IEC IS 21000-22 UD) at $114^{th}$ MPEG meeting. In addition, reference software WD to validate conformance of UD standard was approved at $113^{th}$ MPEG meeting. In this paper, we developed a demo program for visual communication according to guideline defined in reference software WD to validate the reference software as well as UD standard.

This paper dealt with the optimal design of a follow current disconnector for DC arresters used in electric traction vehicles. The disconnector separates the ground lead from an arrester to prevent a line-to-ground fault of an aged arrester and should not affect the operation and function such as the reference and the clamping voltage of the connected arrester. The designed disconnector is composed of a resistor, a spark gap, and a cartridge. The results showed that the sparkover voltage increased with the gap distance whereas the reference voltage was almost the same as that without the disconnector. The sparkover voltage was 3.95 kV when the gap distance was 0.5 mm. Regardless of the gap distance, the reference and the clamping voltage of the assembled disconnector with an arrester were measured to be the same as those of the arrester alone.

기술 환경의 변화는 문헌정보시스템의 혁신적인 변화를 촉진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌 정보 체계기술과 인터넷 정보기술을 융합된 차세대 문헌 정보 시스템의 원형으로 시맨틱 라이브러리를 정의하고, 시맨틱 라이브러리의 기능적 요구사항과 아키텍처의 참조모델을 제시하였다. 시맨틱 라이브러리는 온톨로지와 메타데이터 기반의 의미적 상호 운용성과 통합을 실현하고 정보 자원의 개방과 공유 참여와 협업을 통하여 이용자 정보서비스를 혁신하는 체제이다. 또한 시맨틱 라이브러리는 FRBR의 논리구조를 근간으로 하여 서비스 지향 아키텍처로 구현됨으로써 효과적으로 시스템을 구축을 실현할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 문헌정보 시스템의 모델로 6개 수평 계층과 3개 수직요소로 구성되는 시맨틱 라이브러리의 참조 모델을 제시하였다.

Currently, the development of multimedia communication has progressed so rapidly that the video program service has become a requirement for ordinary customers. The quality of experience (QoE) for the visual signal is of the fundamental importance for numerous image and video processing applications, where the goal of video quality assessment (VQA) is to automatically measure the quality of the visual signal in agreement with the human judgment of the video quality. Considering the codec effect to the video quality, in this paper an efficient non-reference (NR) VQA algorithm is proposed which estimates the video quality (VQ) only by utilizing the distorted video signal at the destination. The VQA feature vectors (FVs) which have high relationships with the subjective quality of the distorted video are investigated, and a hybrid NR VQA (HNRVQA) function is established by considering the multiple FVs. The simulation results, testing on the SDTV programming provided by VCEG Phase I, show that the proposed algorithm can represent the VQ accurately, and it can be used to replace the subjective VQA to measure the quality of the video signal automatically at the destinations.

현재 국방부에서는 국방정보체계간 상호운용성을 보장하기 위해 아키텍처산출물을 쉽고 일관성이 있게 개발할 수 있는 국방아키텍처프레임워크와 개발된 아키텍처산출물을 저장하는 핵심아키텍처데이터모델을 개발하였다. 국방아키텍처프레임워크에 정의된 기술참조모델과 표준프로파일 산출물은 정보기술아키텍처의 핵심 부분이며 상호운용성 보장의 핵심 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 기술참조모델과 표준프로파일의 기술서비스와 표준을 관리하는 알고리즘과 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 기술참조모델과 표준프로파일 산출물의 효율적인 작성 및 관리와 정보체계간의 상호운용성 보장의 기반을 제공할 수 있다.

In this paper, we suggest the implementation of a DGPS system using two low cost commercial C/A code GPS modules and modems and its efficient operational techniques to provide DGPS service which guarantees the position accuracy of better than 10 meters for more users. The proposed DGPS system can be implemented easil at low cost because it needs a GPS module and a modem for each reference station and user. The reference station makes plans of the receiving schedule from the satellite set at each period and then provides the correction data for various satellite sets in a period. The main contribution of this paper is that users can utilize the correction data continuously and efficiently through the recursive least squares lattice filtering method. Experimental results show the position accuracy of better than 10 meters using the suggested DGPS system in almost real time.
