In the community of software engineering, diverse modeling languages are used for representing all relevant information in the form of models. Also many different models such as business model, business process model, product models, interface models etc. are generated through software life cycles. In this situation, models need to be integrated for enterprise integration and enhancement of software productivity. Researchers propose rebuilding models by a specific modeling language, using a intemediate modeling language and using common reference for model integration. However, in the current approach it requires a lot of cost and time to integrate models. Also it is difficult to identify common objects from several models and to update objects in the repository of common model objects. This paper proposes software model integration using metadata model based on Linked data. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach through a case study.

In order to succeed in today's changing business environment, the enterprise should adapt their process flexible. To increase their business process flexibility they need to establish and end-to-end integration internally as well as among partners. Now that SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) is accepted as an upcoming IT standard to support flexible business processes and integration. In this paper, SOA is introduced And the Web services and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) are also introduced as a foundation technology to implement SOA-enabled solutions. The pilot project, which introduced in this paper, will be a good reference for future SOA study.

This paper discusses a distributed implementation of the Biba security policy model. Implementation of an service in the OSI-RM is not sufficient for enforcing the Biba model. Also confidentiality services are necessary. Public Key Systems(PKSs) are considered for the realization of these security services. In this paper symmetric & asymmetric cryptographic systems are considered for the realization of these security service. It is investigated how key-distributions can be found resulting in a minimum number of key.

Presidential records are produced and collected with regard to Presidents' performance of his duties. Presidential libraries provide the users with open reading, exhibition, education, and promotion services. To maximize utilization of Presidential records as knowledge and information contents, it is most important to build educational programs as active services available. In this context, this study conducts investigation of the current status of education programs of Korea and US Presidential libraries. And this study also examines and analyzes distinguishing programs of 13 Presidential libraries in the US in order to bring up necessity for active educational programs and suggest various possible education programs. The findings of this study can be utilized as the basic reference materials to use in the process of building and pursuing plans for educational programs of Presidential libraries or individual record centers.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the needs of art education suppliers and consumers and develop service models for an art education platform. In order to overcome the limitations of existing services limited to instructor-student customizing functions, our services take into account comprehensive relationships among various stakeholders and activities that constitute the art ecosystem Design/methodology/approach We reviewed the relevant reference and conducted interviews and surveys with stakeholders of art education market, so that identified the demand and functional priorities. Findings We identified the demand and functional priorities for customizing to as to develop major service models(i.e. service models for lessons, cubes, and businesses) for the art education platform.

The concrete information technology (IT) has affected ways for supporting agricultural products. However, studies relating IT to agriculture in a broader sense have not been prevalent. The objective of this study is to improve agencies' effectiveness and performance in the use and application of IT through understanding the organizational fit and misfit. This research applied a multi-contingency view to Korean IT supporting agricultural promotion agencies and it evaluated the competitiveness of these agencies with reference to the correspondence of factors (Goal, Strategy, Environment, Knowledge Exchange, Task Design, and Information System) affecting their performance with organizational goals. The results reveal that organizations with good performance show better organizational fit with their organizational goal. This study contributes to the ways of efficient IT management in agricultural organizations in Korea.

The reference guide for the cost of establishing the digital documents has been used as a basis for establishing the budget for the construction of the knowledge information resource. However, due to the abolition of the nominal unit price notification in terms of IT projects, it is necessary to conduct research to convert the standard of the current labor force grade standard to the national incompetency standard (NCS). In this study, we investigate and revise the system and contents of the current knowledge information cost estimation model. In specific, i) we conducted gap analysis of cost estimation model and existing NCS model. As the contents conforming for the construction of the knowledge information resource were not adoptable, we define the description of the construction of the knowledge information resource and to identify the core elements of NCS prior to the improvement of the cost model. ⅱ) then we proposed improve the cost model considering integration with newly proposed NCS model for knowledge information construction job. In order to ensure the validity of the application of NCS development and cost estimation model, the experts reviewed relevant contents and made plans for improvement by using experts from supply and demand groups of various fields of national knowledge informatization projects.

An understanding the information seeking-behaviour of archival users is a basic for archival reference services. This study tries to understand who are users of internet board of archives, how and why they ask questions. And the study examines how archivists answer the users' questions. The data used in this study are 3,760 answers and questions in the internet board of National Archives and Record Service during $2000\sim2005$. According to this analysis. lots of users of the board make queries for archival management and asking various archives. And they are public officials, archivists, students, researches, and producers of media. The users mainly ask simple questions and it take average 5 days for users to get answers.

The role of archives and records centers is expanding, however many potential users are not aware of the importance of the records and archives. As a method to improve the archival information services to users, in this study, we developed chatbot that supports the interaction between the users and the archives and records centers. Thus we examined the specific development procedures and methods, analyzed user requests and questions of the archives and records center of Myongji university as a case, and conducted a logical structure design for chatbot development. After building the chatbot based on IBM Watson Conversation and Kakaotalk messenger, we were able to find how the chatbot interacted with the users through a pilot run. Based on the experience of developing information service chatbot, the implications related the introduction of the chatbot were suggested which include determination of the level of the chatbot, analysis of the user requests, selection of the tool for the chatbot, and syntax setting for the conversational interaction.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, public libraries need a strategy for promoting intelligent library services in order to actively respond to changes in the external environment such as artificial intelligence. Therefore, in this study, based on the concept of artificial intelligence and analysis of domestic and foreign artificial intelligence related trends, policies, and cases, we proposed the future direction of introduction and development of artificial intelligence services in the library. Currently, the library operates a reference information service that automatically provides answers through the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies such as deep learning and natural language processing, and develops a big data-based AI book recommendation and automatic book inspection system to increase business utilization and provide customized services for users. Has been provided. In the field of companies and industries, regardless of domestic and overseas, we are developing and servicing technologies based on autonomous driving using artificial intelligence, personal customization, etc., and providing optimal results by self-learning information using deep learning. It is developed in the form of an equation. Accordingly, in the future, libraries will utilize artificial intelligence to recommend personalized books based on the user's usage records, recommend reading and culture programs, and introduce real-time delivery services through transport methods such as autonomous drones and cars in the case of book delivery service. Service development should be promoted.
