자녀 예방접종 거부 부모의 주관성: Q 방법론적 접근 (Subjectivity of Parents in Refusal of Childhood Vaccination: A Q-methodology Approach)

  • 목적 예방접종은 국민건강증진에 많은 기여를 함에도 불구하고 백신의 안정성 문제로 부모는 아동 예방접종을 망설이거나 거부하는 경향이 증가하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구의 목적은 자녀 예방접종을 실시하고 있지 않은 부모의 주관성을 조사하여 이들의 생각과 태도를 파악한 후 각 유형별 간호중재 프로그램을 개발하는 데 기초자료를 제공하고자 함이다. 방법 예방접종을 거부하는 부모의 주관적인 견해를 알아보기 위해 Q-방법론을 적용하였다. 개별 심층면담 기법과 개방형 질문지, 국내외 문헌 고찰을 통해 42개의 Q 표본을 도출하였으며 소표본 이론을 근거로 35명의 P 표본을 선출한 후 9점 척도에 강제로 분포하도록 Q-sorting 과정을 실행하였다. 강제 분포된 카드의 점수는 1-9점으로 변환하여 점수를 배정한 후 PC-QUANAL 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 자녀 예방접종 거부에 대한 부모의 태도와 관련된 주관성을 Q 요인 분석한 결과 '예방접종 불신형', '예방접종 부작용 염려형', '예방접종 불필요형' 등의 3개 유형으로 분류되었다. 이들 3개 유형은 전체 변량의 67%를 설명하고 있는데, 제1유형은 54%, 제2유형은 8%, 제3유형은 5%로 나타나 제1유형이 대상자의 주관적인 견해를 가장 많이 설명하고 있었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 도출된 3개 유형을 토대로 예방접종에 대한 정확한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 간호사로 구성된 전문 상담가를 정부 정책 하에 양성할 필요가 있으며, 예방접종에 대한 부정적인 견해를 전환할 수 있는 각 유형별 맞춤형 교육 프로그램 또한 개발될 필요가 있다.

칡소의 MC1R의 유전자형에 따른 교배 조합이 자손의 모색과 유전자형 변이에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Genotype Mutation and Coat Color Phenotype on the Offspring from Mating System of MC1R Genotype Patterns in Korean Brindle Cattle)

  • Bovine coat color is decided by the melanocortin receptor 1 (MC1R) genotype mutation and melanogenesis. Specially, in the various cattle breeds, dominant black coat color is expressed by dominant genotype of $E^D$, red or brown is expressed in the frame shift mutation of recessive homozygous e by base pair deletion and wild type of $E^+$ is expressed in various coat colors. However, not very well known about the effected of MC1R genotype mutation on the coat color through family lines in KBC. Therefore, this study were to investigate effect of MC1R genotype mutation on the coat color, and to suggest mating breed system in accordance with of MC1R genotype for increased on brindle coat color appearance. Parents (sire 2 heads and dam 3 heads) and offspring (total : 54 heads) from crossbreeding in KBC family line with the MC1R genotype and phenotype records were selected as experimental animals. The relationship between melanocortin 1 receptor (MC1R) genotypes expression verified by PCR-RFLP, and brindle coat color appearance to the family line of the cross mating breed from MC1R genotype pattern was determined. As a result, 4MC1R genetic variations, $E^+/E^+$ (sire 1), $E^+/e$ (sire 2 and dam 3), $E^+/e$ with 4 bands of 174, 207 and 328 bp (dam 1) and $E^+/e$ with 3 bands of 174, 207, 328 and 535 bp (dam 2) from parents (sire and dam) of KBC. However, 3 genetic variations, e/e (24%), $E^+/E^+$ (22%) and $E^+/e$ (56%) were identified in offspring. Also, brindle coat color expressrated was the e/e with the 0%, $E^+/E^+$ with 67% and $E^+/e$ with 77% from MC1R genotype in offspring on the cross mating of KBC. Furthermore, when the sire had $E^+/e$ genotype and the dam had $E^+/E^+$ with the 3 bands or $E^+/e$ genotype, and both had whole body-brindle coat color, 62% of the offspring had whole body-brindle coat color. Therefore, the seresults, the mating system from MC1R genotype patterns of the sires ($E^+/e$) and dams ($E^+/E^+$ with the 3 bands or $E^+/e$) with brindle coat color may have the highest whole body-brindle coat color expression in their offspring.

서울지역 산업장의 보건관리 (A Study on the Health Care Management of Industries in Seoul)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze the status of health examination, and the health care management of industries in Seoul. This will provide effective industrial health care services. 46 industries were selected as a sample, and were given self administered questionnaire developed by the academic affairs of community health nursing. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The general characteristics of industries: The greater part of the industries were manu facturing companies, 300-900 workers, in a one shift system. (2) The general characteristics of health man ager: 96% of the companies had industrial nurses and the larger industries had comprehensive health managers. 90% of the industrial nurses were full-time employees and 77% of the industrial physician were part time employees. 80% of the industrial physician were age 50 or older, while 59% of the industrial nurses were 25-29 years of age. (3) Health examination and follow up care: The proportions of the workers who took general health examination was 94%. Of those, 12% took secondary examinations. In secondary examinations, 36% were evaluated at the C-grade, 20% were evaluated at the D-grade. The proportion of the workers who were required to take special examination were 29% and of that, the proportion of the workers who actually took the examination was 88%. 85% of the workers who were recommended for follow up cares were given follow up care while working. The physical agents among the special examination were done the most frequently to detect the examination effects. (4) Health care services: Industrial nurses performed health examination most frequently and health education was done the least. There were significant differences in health care services according to the size of the industries. Companies with 300 workers or less had higher health care services than other groups. The three primary reasons of health care management and examinations of workers are: First, industrial nurses are requires to accumulate professional knowledge and experience through continuos' activities. Second, systematic and concert examination for industrial workers should be performed periodically. Third, it needs developing health education strategies that are important workers for health promotion in industries.

고해상도 색상 영상을 이용한 저해상도 깊이 영상 보간법 (Low Resolution Depth Interpolation using High Resolution Color Image)

  • 본 논문에서는 Time-of-Flight (TOF) 원리를 이용하여 획득한 저해상도 깊이 영상을 고해상도의 색상 영상에 정합하는 방법을 소개한다. 거리 정보 기반의 3차원 렌더링에서 깊이 영상은 렌더링 결과에 큰 영향을 끼치지만, 기존의 스테레오 정합은 색상 영상의 특성에 따라 성능이 크게 변하고, 깊이 정보를 획득하지 못하는 영역이 존재한다. 반면에 TOF 카메라는 적외선 센서를 통해 카메라로부터 물체까지의 거리를 직접 측정하여 영상으로 출력하기 때문에, 장면의 깊이 정보를 실시간으로 획득 할 수 있고 높은 정확도를 가지는 장점이 있다. 하지만 출력 영상의 해상도가 너무 작아 3차원 응용에 직접 이용하기가 어렵다. 또한, 색상 영상과 다른 카메라를 이용하기 때문에 두 영상의 3차원적 위치와 특성이 서로 다르다는 문제점을 갖는다. 따라서 해상도를 증가시키고 다른 두 카메라로 부터 찍힌 영상을 정합시키는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 깊이 카메라에서 획득한 저해상도 깊이 정보를 고해상도 색상 정보를 이용하여 두 영상간의 정합이 이루어지도록 한다. 향상된 깊이 영상을 사용하여 3차원으로 복원한 실험을 통해, 제안하는 방법이 효과적으로 장면의 변위 정보를 생성함을 알 수 있다.

삼백초 추출물의 항암활성과 카드뮴에 대한 독성억제효과 (Effects of Saururus Chinensis Baill Extracts on Anticancer Activity and Cadmium Induced Cytotoxicity)

  • 1. The cell viability was determined by MTT method. Their cytotoxic activities against three cancer cell lines such as A549, MDA-MB-231 and SNU-C4 cell line were tested. Among them, The methanol extract of Saururus chinensis Baill. showed the strongest cytotoxic effect against SNU-C4 cells. These results suggest that the methanol extract of Saururus Chinensis Baill. possessed a potential antitumorous agent. 2. In vitro the antitoxic activity of ethanol extract of Saururus Chinensis Bail on NIH 3T3 fibroblasts was evaluate by the MTT (3-(4,5-dimethyl- thiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetra캐lium bromide) and SRB (sulforhodamine B protein) assays. The number of NIH 3T3 fibroblasts were increased and tend to regenerate. These results suggest that Saururus Chinensis Bail extract retains a potential antitoxic activity. 3. Complexation of Cd (II) ion with ligands such as quercetin has been determined by UV-vis spectrophotometric method in tris buffer solution at various pH. It was found that only 1 : 1 Cd-complex is formed by the interaction between catechol moiety in ring B and cadmium [Cd(II)] in aqueous solution. The spectral parameters for Cd-complex were determined by Beer's law at various pH. It has shown that 1 : 1 Cd-complex has a maximum absorbance and red shift by the alkaline pH.

LiGd9(SiO4)6O2:Ce3+ 형광 특성 연구 (A Study on the Luminescence Properties of LiGd9(SiO4)6O2:Ce3+)

  • 본 연구는 $LiGd_9(SiO_4)_6O_2:Ce^{3+}$ 형광체를 고상법으로 합성하여 X선 회절 실험으로 결정화 정도와 인회석 구조를 확인하였다. $LiGd_9(SiO_4)_6O_2:Ce^{3+}$ 형광체의 $Ce^{3+}$이온의 농도 변화에 따른 여기 및 방출 스펙트럼과 수명시간을 측정하였다. 여기 스펙트럼에서 $Ce^{3+}$ 이온의 농도 증가에 따라 276 nm ($Gd^{3+}$ $^8S_{7/2}{\rightarrow}^6I{_J}$ 전이) 형광 세기가 감소하는 에너지 전달을 확인하였다. 방출 스펙트럼에서 $Ce^{3+}$ 이온의 농도 증가에 따라 결정장의 변화에 의해 410 nm($Ce^{3+}$ $^2F_{5/2}$ and $^2F_{7/2}$) 방출 밴드의 파장이 장파장 쪽으로 이동하는 특성을 확인하였으며 314 nm에서 $Gd^{3+}$에서 $Ce^{3+}$로의 에너지 전달로 인해 $Gd^{3+}$ 형광 방출 세기가 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. $LiGd_9(SiO_4)_6O_2:Ce^{3+}$ 형광체의 $Ce^{3+}$의 수명시간은 약 20 ns로 짧은 특성을 나타내었고 $Ce^{3+}$의 농도가 증가하면 수명시간이 수 ns 감소하였다.

라디칼 빔 보조 분자선 증착법 (Radical Beam Assisted Molecular Beam Epitaxy) 법에 의해 성장된 ZnO 박막의 발광 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Photoluminescence of ZnO Thin Films Deposited by Radical Beam Assisted Molecular Beam Epitaxy)

  • II-Ⅵ ZnO compound semiconductor thin films were grown on $\alpha$-Al$_2$O$_3$(0001) single crystal substrate by radical beam assisted molecular beam epitaxy and the optical properties were investigated. Zn(6N) was evaporated using Knudsen cell and O radical was assisted at the partial pressure of 1$\times$10$^{4}$ Torr and radical beam source of 250-450 W RF power. In $\theta$-2$\theta$ x-ray diffraction analysis, ZnO thin film with 500 nm thickness showed only ZnO(0002)and ZnO(0004) peaks is believed to be well grown along c-axis orientation. Photoluminescence (PL) measurement using He-Cd ($\lambda$=325 nm) laser is obtained in the temperature range of 9 K-300 K. At 9 K and 300 K, only near band edge (NBE) is observed and the FWHM's of PL peak of the ZnO deposited at 450 RF power are 45 meV and 145 meV respectively. From no observation of any weak deep level peak even at room temperature PL, the ZnO grains are regarded to contain very low defect density and impurity to cause the deep-level defects. The peak position of free exciton showed slightly red-shift as temperature was increased, and from this result the binding energy of free exciton can be experimentally determined as much as $58\pm$0.5 meV, which is very closed to that of ZnO bulk. By van der Pauw 4-point probe measurement, the grown ZnO is proved to be n-type with the electron concentration($n_{e}$ ) $1.69$\times$10^{18}$$cm^3$, mobility($\mu$) $-12.3\textrm{cm}^2$/Vㆍs, and resistivity($\rho$) 0.30 $\Omega$$\cdot$cm.

${\alpha}$-치환 아세톤의 궤도간 상호작용과 형태에 관한 이론적 연구 (Theoretical Studies on Orbital Interactions and Conformation of ${\alpha}$-Substituted Acetones)

  • ${\alpha}$-치환아세톤($CH_2XCOCH_3$, X = F, Cl, OH, SH 및 $NH_2$)의 상대적 형태안정성을 결정하기 위하여 MNDO 및 STO-3G계산을 수행하였다. 계산결과 cis형이 더 안정한 F 및 $NH_2$ 치환 아세톤의 경우를 제외하고 모두 gauche형에 해당하는 형태이성체가 안정함을 밝혔다. gauche형에 대한 안정성은 ${\sigma}_{cx}$${\pi}_{co}^*$궤도간의 two-orbital-two-electron상호작용에 의한 것으로 생각되며 이것은 gauche형에서의 vicinal overlap이 상당히 크다는 점과 두 궤도간의 에너지간격이 작다는 점에서 비롯된다. 아울러 이러한 에너지간격의 좁힘현상은 ${\sigma}_{cx}^*$-${\pi}_{co}^*$궤도간의 hyperconjugation상호작용 때문에 ${\pi}_{co}^*$궤도가 낮아졌기 때문이다. 또한 gauche형에서의 여러가지 ${\sigma}-{\pi}$상호작용들은 X가 Cl 및 SH인 3주기 원자들에게 더 강함을 보였다. 한편 질소원자의 비결합궤도함수 $n_N$과 인접 C-C ${\sigma}$결합의 상호작용은 cis일 경우 보다 trans배향일 경우에 더 강하였다.

Changes in Oral Microbiota in Patients Receiving Radical Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy for The Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

  • Radiotherapy (RT) is a mainstay in the treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). For locally advanced HCSCC, concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) benefits HCSCC patients in terms of better survival and loco-regional control. In this study, we evaluated changes in oral microbiota in patients, who received CCRT for head and neck cancer. Oral rinsed samples were weekly collected before and during CCRT and at 4 weeks following treatment from HNSCC patients, who had received 70 Gy of radiation delivered to the primary sites for over 7 weeks and concurrent chemotherapy. Oral microbiota changes in three patients were analyzed by next-generation sequencing using 16S rRNA 454 pyrosequencing. On an average, 15,000 partial 16S rRNA gene sequences were obtained from each sample. All sequences fell into 11 different bacterial phyla. During early CCRT, the microbial diversity gradually decreased. In a patient, who did not receive any antibiotics during the CCRT, Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were the most abundant phylum. During the early CCRT, proteobacteria gradually decreased while Firmicutes increased. During the late CCRT, firmicutes gradually decreased while Bacteroides and Fusobacteria increased. In all the patients, yellow complex showed a gradual decrease, while orange and red complex showed a gradual increase during the CCRT. At 4 weeks after CCRT, the recovery of oral microbiota diversity was limited. During CCRT, there was a gradual increase in major periodontopathogens in association with the deterioration of the oral hygiene. Henceforth, it is proposed that understanding oral microbiota shift should provide better information for the development of effective oral care programs for patients receiving CCRT for HNSCC.

Tiny Pores Observed by New Solar Telescope and Hinode

  • Our previous study on tiny pores (R < 2") observed by HINODE/Solar Optical Telescope (SOT) revealed that the plasma in the pores at the photosphere is always moving down and the pores are surrounded by the strong downward motions (highly red-shifted) of neighboring granulations. From this study, we speculated that the flow motions above the pore should be related with the motions at the photosphere, since the pore is strong magnetic field region. Meanwhile, SNU and KASI installed Fast Imaging Solar Spectrograph (FISS) in the Cude room of the 1.6 m New Solar Telescope (NST) at Big Bear Solar Observatory. FISS is a unique system that can do imaging of H-alpha and Ca II 8542 band simultaneously, which is quite suitable for studying of dynamics of chromosphere. To get some clue on the relationship between the photospheric and low-chromospheric motions at the pore region, we took a coordinate observation with NST/FISS and Hinode/SOT for new emerging active region (AR11117) on October 26, 2010. In the observed region, we could find two tiny pores and two small magnetic islands (SMIs), which have similar magnetic flux with the pores but does not look dark. Magnetic flux density and Doppler velocities at the photosphere are estimated by applying the center-of-gravity (COG) method to the HINODE/spectropolarimeter (SP) data. The line-of-sight motions above the photosphere are determined by adopting the bisector method to the wing spectra of Ha and CaII 8542 lines. As results, we found the followings. (1) There are upflow motion on the pores and downflow motion on the SMIs. (2) Towards the CaII 8542 line center, upflow motion decrease and turn to downward motion in pores, while the speed of down flow motion increases in the SMIs. (3) There is oscillating motion above pores and the SMIs, and this motion keep its pattern along the height. (4) As height increase, there is a general tendency of the speed shift to downward on pores and the SMIs. This is more clearly seen on the other regions of stronger magnetic field. In this talk, we will present preliminary understanding of the coupling of pore dynamics between the photosphere and the low-chromosphere.
