  • Environmental load reduction and sustainable development one of the study's research into the available material is discharged, remove the coarse aggregate and fine aggregate from waste concrete and utilizing the remaining cement fine powder as an alternative raw material for limestone is the main raw material of cement developing playback cement that was the purpose. Physical over existing research and chemical quality was confirmed was evaluated for durability by promoting carbonation test, research studies on the durability evaluation insignificant. As honipyul within the aggregate differential lung fine powder increases carbonation resistance performance've found that increased sharply and, S0 showed fairly similar to the OPC. Therefore, the development within the technology research to separate fine aggregate discharge fully differential and waste fine powder is determined to be the development and use of the playback durability of the cement with the carbonation levels corresponding to the OPC if made.

  • Recently, a number of problems due to the CO2 emissions are occurred. Therefore, it is a movement to restrict this activity. The research is being carried out steadily for recycling waste concrete from the cement paste based fine powder, which accounts for over 60% of construction waste as a recycled cement. In this study, the conclusion was obtained as a result of the research conducted, and then, replacing the main material of cement concrete to solve the above problem by reducing the amount of cement used Waste Concrete Powder. The more concrete results page replacement ratio of fine powder increases, the flow value of the concrete is lowered, the strength was remarkably reduced when the page Concrete Powder.

  • This paper presents a method of estimating the setting time of cement mortar incorporating recycled aggregate powder (RP) and cement kiln dust (CKD) at various curing temperatures by applying an equivalent age method. To estimate setting time, the equivalent age using apparent activation energy (Ea) was applied. Increasing RP and CKD leads to a shortened initial and final set. Ea at the initial set and final set obtained by Arrhenius function showed differences in response to mixture type. These were estimated to be from 10~19 KJ/mol in all mixtures, which is smaller than those of conventional mixture ranging from 30~50 KJ/mol. Based on the application of Ea to Freisleben Hansen and Pederson's equivalent age function, equivalent age is nearly constant, regardless of curing temperature and RP contents. This implies that the concept of maturity is applicable in estimating the setting time of concrete containing RP and CKD. A high correlation was observed between estimated setting time and measured setting time. A multiregression model was provided to determine setting time reflecting RP and CKD. Thus, the setting time estimation method studied herein can be applicable to concrete incorporating RP and CKD in the construction field.

  • Recently, it has been processed to study about recycled aggregate but a study about using of recycled powder is producted when manufacturing recycled aggregate has not been acted. So in this study on the fundamental properties and application as cementious admixture by heating temperature for mortar properties of recycled powder and sand is obtained like following results. It is judged that application of recycled powder of heat treatment on $600^{\circ}C$ and cement replacement ratio below 10% is available.

  • In this study, It was carried out to evaluate the feasibility of recycled crushed concrete as aggregate used cement mortar replace sand and to investigate engineering properties of recycled aggregate for hazardous waste solidification. The compressive strength of cement mortar replaced 5-15% (wt.) recycled aggregate was over $163kgf/cm^2$ which is the standard of first grade concrete block class C. And cement mortar was examined to evaluate the stability by leaching test. Cu, Cd, Pb, Cr, and As as the heavy metals were proved very stable but mercury (Hg) was leached high concentration because it was simply tied to the cement surface. We investigated the crystal structures of cement mortar and they had shown the peaks of $Ca(OH)_2$, ettringite, and CSH (calcium silicate hydrate). As the result, the longer curing time, the higher CSH peak that means to increase compressive strength and the cement mortar was more stable. Therefore it was shown that it may be possible to apply hazardous waste solidification using recycled aggregate, fly ash and sewage sludge ash.

  • In this study, mechanical properties of high strength cement composites (HSC) containing recycled glass powder (GP) after heating were investigated. As a result, at 100Mpa, as the heating temperature increased, the compressive strength increased while the elastic modulus decreased . At 140Mpa, after heating at 300℃, the spalling occurred excluding GP0, and it is believed to be due to the high density of HSC.

  • This is to show some basic data for introducing both circulated aggregate and recycled powder producing waste concrete. Standard-mixing design for 24MPa has been basically used and added and replaced normal aggregate with recycled powder made of waste concrete. In addition, polycarboxylate high-range water reducing agent has been used because recycled powder is missing adhesive strength and it is not compare with cement's adhesive strength. Compressive strength with powder mixture of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% has been decreased down to 80% of normal concrete material strength without recycled powder mixture. This result has same decreasing proportion to tensile strength of the material. Resistant capacity change of beam varying with recycled powder mixture has been decreased down to 60% of normal concrete bean capacity, while there are 80% decrease of material strength. But strength and capacity change has same consistent decrease ratio. It is found that recycled powder with approximately 15% unit concrete volume can be replaced with cement in reasonable admixture mixing condition.

  • Recently, the reuse of coarse aggregate derived from demolished concrete was introduced into practice with two environmental aspects: protection of natural sources of aggregate and recycling of construction waste. However, recycled aggregate has been used for the very limited application such as subbase material for pavement and constructional filling material because it was considered as low quality constructional materials. In the present study, in order to examine the possibility that recycled aggregate can be used for concrete mixing, we conducted various experimental tests to identify mineralogical, chemical and mechanical properties of recycled aggregate and to determine the workability and mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC). The cement paste and mortar contained in recycled aggregate significantly affect the basic mechanical properties of aggregate and the workability and mechanical properties of RAC. However, RCA mixed with the proper replacement ratio of recycled aggregate shows the comparable compressive strength and freeze and thaw resistance to those of normal concrete. Therefore, it is considered that recycled aggregate can be widely used for concrete if the cement paste and mortar can be efficiently removed from recycled aggregate and/or if the effective replacement ratios of recycled aggregate are applied for mixing concrete.
