이 논문은 한국의 세계기록유산에 대하여 먼저 그 의미와 가치를 재확인하고, 이들 세계기록유산에 대한 보존 관리 및 그 현황을 조사하며, 한국의 기록유산을 디지털화 하는데 있어서의 문제점과 해결책을 모색하고, 추후 한국의 기록유산 중 세계기록유산으로 등록되기를 희망하는 4종의 기록물들에 대한 가치와 의의를 고찰한 연구이다. 본 연구의 상세 사항은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제2장에서는 한국의 세계기록유산에 대한 가치와 의의를 고찰하였다. 먼저 세계기록유산의 선정기준과 절차 등을 먼저 파악하고, 한국의 세계기록유산인 "훈민정음" "조선왕조실록" "승정원일기" "직지(백운화상초록불조직지심체요절(白雲和尙抄錄佛祖直指心體要節))"에 대하여 각각 그 가치와 의미를 분석하였다. 둘째, 제3장에서는 '한국의 세계기록유산 보존 관리 현황'에서는 세계기록유산을 보존하고 있는 <서울대학교 규장각> <국가기록원 부산기록정보센터> <간송미술관>의 기관별로 그 보존 관리 현황을 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 이 3기관 모두 세계기록유산 보존 관리 현황은 '매우 우수하다'고 평가할 수 있었다. 즉, 1)그 세부적인 보안대책이 완벽하다. 2)그 보존방법에 있어서도 항온 항습의 특별한 서고를 별도로 마련하고, 이 서고 내에서 다시 '오동나무 상자 서장(書欌)'을 설치한 후, 이들 상자와 서장 속에 세계기록유산을 납입하여 보존하고 있다. 3)방화장치와 서고조명 및 소독 등에도 철저를 기하고 있음 등을 파악하였다. 셋째, 제4장에서는 '한국의 기록유산 디지털화 과제'에 대하여 개괄적으로 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 한국 기록유산의 디지털작업 및 DB구축에서 '디지털화 표준'이 가장 중요한 문제이며, 이 문제의 해결을 위해서는 디지털화(Digitization)에 대한 총체적이고 표준적인 시스템의 개발이 시급함을 지적하였다. 그리고 국가기록관리시스템을 개발한 경험이 있는 <국가기록원>과 한국학 고기록물의 디지털화에 많은 관심을 가진 <문화재청>이 공동으로 노력하여, 한국학 관련 기록유산의 디지타이제이션(Digitization)에 대한 총체적이고 표준적인 시스템의 개발이 요구됨을 파악하였다. 넷째, 제5장 '세계기록유산 등록을 추후 희망하는 한국의 기록유산'에서는 한민족의 기록유산 중에서 차후 세계기록유산으로 등재되기를 희망하는 4종 즉, 1)<해인사 고려대장경 경판>, 2)"동의보감", 3)"삼국유사", 4)"무구정광대다라니경"의 기록물에 국한하여, 그 어떤 의미에서 세계적인 가치와 의의가 있는가를 고찰하였다.

구급 신고 전화를 받는 상황요원의 신속하고 정확한 신고자 상태 파악과 적확한 조치 판단을 돕고, 정확한 다중출동을 위한 한국형 응급상황관제 시스템의 음성인식 시스템의 자동적인 처리를 지원하기 위하여 실제 구급 신고 전화의 음성 자료 분석을 통해 한국어의 응급 증상 표현 목록을 작성하고 실제 신고전화에 나타난 증상 언어표현의 특징을 파악하였다. 이러한 언어 목록과 특성들은 일선 현장의 상황요원의 교육에도 유용할 것이다.

2000-2004년에 걸쳐 수행된 장백산의 나방류 조사결과로 Plusiinae 아과 34종이 분류, 동정되었다. 그들 중 Abrostola ussurienis Dufay, Polychrysia aurata (Staudinger), P. splendida (Butler), Lamprotes mikadina (Butler), Autographa amurica (Staudinger), A. v-minus (Oberthur) 등 6종이 중국미기록 종으로 밝혀졌다. 과거에 보고되었던 Antoculeora ornatissima (Walker), Autographa nigrisigna (Walker), 그리고 Syngrapha hochenwarthi (Hochenwarth)등 3종은 본 조사에서 발견되지 않았다. 새로이 밝혀진 중국 미기록 6종에 대해 성충의 외부특징에 대한 간략한 기술과 그들의 암수생식기를 도해하였다. 장백산에서 보고된 총 37종의 목록을 제시하였다.

본 사례는 대량·동종의 비전자기록물을 관리해야하는 기관의 업무 특성을 파악하여 효율적인 기록관리 업무를 위해 RFID기술을 기록관리시스템으로 적용한 서울신용보증재단의 사례이다. 업무시스템과 연계하여 RFID태그를 발행할 때 기록관리시스템에서 메타데이터를 자동 입수하여 목록으로 확보하고, 이를 기록관리 담당자가 능동적으로 파악함으로써 전체적인 기록관리 업무의 기반으로 삼도록 구성하였다. 이를 위해 업무프로세스를 정비하고, 고유업무를 반영한 기능을 설계하였으며, 인프라를 구축하였다. 그 결과 정확한 기록의 생산량 및 보유량을 파악할 수 있게 되었고, 업무의 효율성을 가져왔다. 마지막으로 업무담당자들로 하여금 기록관리 인식을 개선할 수 있게 되었다.

First half of my article focused on analyzing the current state of historical materials regarding weather and climate, and established a list of weather-related historical literature collection of Korea with which to make a lexical approach to the situations of all kinds of weather literature. It also put emphasis on gathering information and data of weather logs from journal-type historical records which were contained in 48 weather-related journals of Choseon period. The results of this research are expected to be useful for the activation of study in historical meteorology. The latter half of my research focused on analyzing various meteorological states of sunny, cloudy, rainy, snowy and frosty weather which were recorded in the official Annals of King Kojong (1864~1907). And it re-verified historical rainfall data of preceding researches of Wada Yuji (1917), Jung-Lim (1994), Jhun-Moon (1997). In result, different records were found between data of theirs and mine. It means that we have to analyze and reconstruct newly the meteorological data of the Annals of King Gojong and the Daily Records of Royal Sungjungwon (1623~1910) during the late Choseon period.

본 연구의 목적은 2002년에 개발된 "국립중앙도서관 주제명표목표"의 용어 품질을 검토하여 개선 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구와 국내외 국가도서관의 주제명표목표 사례 조사, 국립중앙도서관 주제명 표목표의 주제명 및 관계 데이터 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구 결과, 주제명 기술의 비일관성, 불분명하고 불필요한 관계 설정, 계층 관계 적용의 비일관성, 최신성 부족, 분류기호의 부정확한 기입, 신규 주제명의 중복 신청, 비우선어 및 미등록어 부여와 같은 문제점이 나타났다. 주제명표목표의 문제점을 중심으로, 주제명 정비, 서지 데이터 정비, 주제명표목 검토위원회 운영, 주제명 지침 보완을 고품질화 방안으로 제시하였다.

Objective : ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ had been made by Wang-Dao(王燾) in Tang Dynasty(唐朝). It included not only in those days medical knowledge, but also before medical knowledge. So it is regarded as important classic in the oriental medicine. And there are various bathing therapy methods. Therefore we would like to bring out use sphere and detailed method of bathing therapy in Tang Dynasty and before period. Methodologies :We have researched bathing therapy of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ according to below the procedure. (1) Making a related words list: We have used existing external treatments technical books to make a list. The list is consist of 23 words and includes not only technical terms, but also general terms. (2) Searching sentence: We have searched sentence that contain terms that related with bathing therapies. (3) Analysis of related sentence: We have searched and classified sentence by disease. Conclusions :(1) ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ has described 15,180 records. Bathing therapies of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ had been used to cure 726 records from the whole volume. The contents account for 4.8% of the whole volume. (2) ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ has described 1,104 diseases. Bathing therapies of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ had been used to cure 293 diseases from the whole diseases. The contents account for 26.5% of the whole volume. (3) These diseases belong to dermatologic, internal, ophthalmic, otolaryngologic, obstetrics, gynecologic, pediatric, surgical and veterinary diseases.

전통기록물 정보시스템은 그동안 보존을 위해 공개되지 못한 전통기록물을 인터넷을 통해 제공함으로써 전통기록물에 대한 접근성을 획기적으로 높였다. 본 연구에서는 국내 전통기록물 정보시스템을 조사 분석함으로써 전통기록물의 유통 및 서비스 현황을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 전통기록물 정보시스템의 목록을 구축한 후, 운영 주체별로 분류하고 정렬하였다. 또한 전통기록물 정보시스템의 콘텐츠를 시기별, 형태별, 유형별로 나누어 조사하였으며, 검색 필드와 분류 필드의 제공 여부를 조사하였다. 마지막으로 정보시스템을 이용대상별로 나누어 분류하였다. 조사 결과, 105개의 전통기록물 정보시스템이 다양한 형태의 전통기록물을 서비스하고 있으나, 서지정보, 해제, 원문이미지, 원문텍스트, 번역본을 전부 제공하는 정보시스템은 16.1%에 불과했으며, 상세검색을 제공하는 곳은 49.5%로 아직 국내 전통기록물의 유통과 서비스 현황이 미흡하며 전통기록물 정보시스템을 보완해야할 부분이 많은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 기생성 맵시벌과의 4종에 대하여 새로운 숙주를 보고하고자 한다. 4종의 맵시벌과는 황오색나비 (나비목: 네발나비과), 밤색하늘소 (딱정벌레목: 하늘소과), 황다리독나방 (나비목: 독나방과)의 번데기에서 각각 발견되었다. 본 논문에서는 맵시벌과 4종의 간략한 식별형질과 사진정보, 황다리독나방에 기생하는 맵시벌과의 목록을 제시 하였다.

The 2015 version of the bibliographic checklist of Korean spiders from the first checklist by Paik and Kim (1956) is presented, together with a complete bibliography of relevant Korean araneological literature. A total of 620 publications during 1907-2015 including original description on the Korean spiders and records of taxonomic description were critically reviewed. Records only from locations within the present borders of South Korea are listed. A total of 748 spider species of 271 genera belonging to 46 families are confirmed to exist in Korea. Twenty one species, whose distribution or existence within the Korean border are uncertain and lacked valid records, are excluded from the present list pending critical validation. Four spider species endemic to North Korean are listed separately from the present list. One genus, Joopilia Chae and Sohn, 2013 and 2 species, Joopilia jooplis Chae and Sohn, 2013 and Dolomedes jirisanensis Kim and Chae, 2012, which had no designated type species and no diagnosis, are cited as nomina nuda. New synonyms of 15 previously described spider species are proposed. Based on their zoogeographical distribution, the Korean spider fauna was found to be influenced by the northern species, including 36 Holarctic and 72 Palearctic species (14.5% of the total species). Korean endemic species include 160 species (21.5% of the total species). Korean indigenous spiders are also distributed in neighboring countries: 318 species in Russia (42.7%), 460 in China (61.7%), and 488 in Japan (65.5%).
