We developed the playback control software for a high-speed playback system which is a component of the Korea-Japan Joint VLBI Correlator (KJJVC). The Mark5B system, which is a recorder and playback system used in the Korean VLBI Network (KVN), has two kinds of operation mode. That is to say, the station unit (SU) mode, which is for the present Mark4 system, and the VSI mode, which is for the new VLBI standard interface (VSI) system. The software for SU is already developed and widely used in the Mark4 type VLBI system, but the software for VSI has only been developed for recording. The new VLBI system is designed with a VSI interface for compatibility between different systems. Therefore, the playback control software development of the VSI mode is needed for KVN. In this work, we developed the playback control software of the Mark5B VSI mode. The developed playback control software consists of an application part for data playing back, a data input/output part for the VSI board, a module for the StreamStor RAID board, and a user interface part, including an observation time control part. To verify the performance of developed playback control software, the playback and correlation experiments were performed using the real observation data in Mark5B system and KJJVC. To check the observation time control, the data playback experiment was performed between the Mark5B and Raw VLBI Data Buffer (RVDB) systems. Through the experimental results, we confirmed the performance of developed playback control software in the Mark5B VSI mode.

This study aims to assess the traditional knowledge on seasonal customs and its characteristics for practical use. The Delphi method and correspondence analysis were hired to collect and analysis the data. Twenty six professionals for the Delphi participated in three-round process. The followings were concluded. The number of items valuing and resourcing for seasonal customs. were 118(40 for folks and ceremonies, 53 for foods. 25 for plays) on Delphi results. For example are Bokjori, Dano fm, Bokjumeoni, Chuseok, Tano festival, New Year Card, washing hair with an iris, Soup with rice cake, Boiled rice with five cereals, Rice and red-bean porridge, Kimchi-making for the winter, Sharing walnut with friends, Game of yut, Playing kite, Play with Hanga etc. Nowadays the ideas of modernized practical use on seasonal customs was to connect with modernized scientific technology and designate commemoration day. The items for connecting with modernized scientific technology were new year card, painting and recording sound with traditional seasonal customs, food areas, cake with seven kind of cereals, play areas, hand wrestling, cockfighting in folks and customs areas. Also the items for designating commemoration days were the Suelbeam and Suelbeam Socks present for the aged people, man cooking day, Korean traditional workers day in folk and ceremony areas.

In this paper, we deal with a system that provides temperature, humidity and fine dust data around infants to parents through Arduino and Raspberry Pi. It controls the operation of the mobiles remotely through applications. Android applications can perform the following functions. First, the infant's surrounding temperature, humidity and fine dust data are received. Second, mobile controls the smart mobile remotely. Third, recording and playing the voices of parents and enhancing the convenience of parenting. Through the experiment of measuring the operating time of the remote control module, it was confirmed that the application can quickly access the system. Existing products on the market do not provide environmental information around the infants and application that has various functions. The system covered in this paper is expected to improve child-rearing convenience by providing parents environmental information around infants, remotely controllable function and convenient functions of the application.

The study aims to compare and analyze the social network structures of Qatar Airways,s Singapore Airlines, Emirates Airlines, and ANA Airlines, recording the top 1 to 4, and Korean Air in ninth by Skytrax's airline evaluations in 2022. This study uses NodeXL, a social network analysis program, to analyze the social networks of 5 airlines, Vertex, Unique Edges, Single-Vertex Connected Components, Maximum Geodesic Distance, Average Geodesic Distance, Average Degree Centrality, Average Closeness Centrality, and Average Betweenness Centrality as indicators to compare the differences in these social networks of the airlines. As a result, Singapore's social network has a better network structure than the other airlines' social networks in terms of sharing information and transmitting resources. In addition, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines are superior to the other airlines in playing roles and powers of influencers who affect the flow of information and resources and the interaction within the airline's social network. The study suggests some implications to enhance the usefulness of social networks for marketing.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of vocal and instrumental background music on a verbal memorizing task. Participants were 30 undergraduate and graduate students and were randomly divided into two groups. All participants in both groups took a pretest and a posttest to examine the improvement of the memorization. Background music was inserted during the memorization task. Subjects in Group A listened to a vocal recording whereas Group B listened to the same music except with a cello playing the melody of the vocal part. All participants were asked to take the posttest to examine the improvement of their knowledge after the memorization. The t-test was used to compare the two groups. Results indicated that Group A(8.93) exhibited higher mean scores than Group B(7.46) but there were no significant differences t(28) = 1.38, p < .05. This study implies that lyrics does not distract word memorization and background music does not influence cognition directly.

Recently, the need for multimedia devices, such as digital TV, and camcorder has increased. These devices provide many services on multimedia files such as playing, recording, and editing. Throughout these services, in case of storing edited large-scaled multimedia files, existing file system have several capability problems that are taking too much time and requiring disk I/O. In this paper, we propose the use of Linux Ext2 file system based 'Block-Link file (BL-file) system' in order to solve these problems. For the BL-file system, when editing and storing large-scaled files, there is no data input or output but only modification of the metadata. Additionally, by sharing data blocks between multimedia files, we can save disk spaces. Moreover, because the managing of data block sharing information is more convenient than the existing FWAE technique, we can lessen system overhead. The BL-file system is based on Ext2 file system and implemented in a Linux environment, and the usefulness of the proposed technique is validated by applying the Linux multimedia file-editing tool 'Avidemux'.

To address the problem, several researches have been performed mainly focusing on the technologies to analyze a viewer's TV watching-patterns and to recommend a program (or a channel) based on the analysis when a viewer changes channels. The researches, however, have the trouble of frequently failing to choose proper programs because, in the real-world broadcasting circumstance, the programs are re-broadcast over a number of the channels and a set of programs of a genre are usually playing in the overlapped times. To avoid the trouble, the data service, proposed in the paper, allows a viewer to book "explicitly" his/her favorite programs and provides a set of functions of listing up the booked program's broadcasting schedules and reserving viewing or recording the booked programs.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning of picture book reading experience for 2-year-old children using sensory reading media and to suggest a plan to support language ability through meaningful reading. For this study, 35-month-old boys were selected, and data collection was conducted based on participant observation and field record notes at home and analyzed qualitatively. In this study, for about two months from March 20th to April 30th, 2021, all the time of exploring picture books and playing were recorded and the data were collected. The recording time was about 20 hours, and the collected data and field records were transcribed on 108 pages of A4 paper. The results of the study showed that 2-year-old infants were immersed in exploring new media through the experience of reading picture books using sensory reading media, comparing with similar media, and reading picture books using media. In addition, it was found that the emergence of leading reading that selects and reads books by Hans himself, exploration using reading media, and play linked to picture books in everyday life.This can be seen as a result of suggesting that the picture book reading experience of 2-year-olds using sensory reading media is meaningful to the reading experience of infants.

The purpose of this study is to inquire the people's views on nursing for nurses, correct the image of nurse and take it as basis to be applied on nursing education examining the image of nursing on Television drama playing important role of mass media. 22 nurses of the characters in drama is applied to the analysis object of this study by selecting 6 dramas of Television ones the nurse play on the prime time from June 1 to August 31 in 1997. Contents analysis method was used in Data Analysis, 4 items was used after Coders previously modify and compensate it based on research documents of 1m Milim(1996) 2 Coders made the Coding the article on each person by them seeing the recorded film making the Coding Paper each items is written by the character. The average of reliability degree was 90% which measured the reliability degree by the mathod of Holsti. The statisic method of frequency, percentage was used SPSS Program in data processing The results were as follows. 1. Relative importance of 86.2% nurses in drama was depicted as extra characters 2. The affair attitude of nurses shown on drama was revealed as mechanical(84.7%), passive(45.5%), dependent(54.4%) unkind(68.2%). 3. The activity of nurses was classified with professional! simple affair. The professional affairs such as I.V., Blood Pressure Check, Rounding, Nursing Recording, Patient Education, Assist of Operation, Assistant meal of Patient, etc is mainly depicted and the screen of simple affair such as Receiving telephone, Carrying Tray or Dragging, Stretcher Car, Dressing Car and or Wheel Chair than professional affair. 4. The appearance feature of nurses was shown on thin physique(68.2%), common stature(68.2), dirty costume(45.4%), common appearance(81.9%), unnoble action(63.6%). The image of nurses is illuminated as the exterial scene of technical affair such as assisting the doctors and affair focused on accident and educational activity of nureses or extended role is nor depicted on Television drama. Therefore, the people regard the nurse as sexual object with good appearance than professional worker working professional nursing We want the following, epigraph based on above conclusion. 1. The continuous research is required on the image of nurse shown on various mass media. 2. The later research is required on appliction strategy of mass media for advancing the image of nurse. 3. The research to strengthen the objectivity by comparing analyzed data on drama & analyzing it is required 4. Through the deep study, the standard to show a concrete and professional work of nurses to scenario writers of TV drama is suggested by the association. 5. The monitoring about the mass media must be activated, not by some nurses, on a national scale and much study on the basis of this is needed.
