A Study on Determinants of Customer Satisfaction in Environmentally Friendly Agricultural Product Franchises (인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰 디자인 품질이 이용고객 관계의 질과 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The objective of this study is to verify the correlations among design quality of domestic internet fashion shopping mall and relations to specific shopping malls, and shopping mall users' intention to continue the relations. The main results were withdrawn as follows. First, it was found that some factors of internet fashion shopping mall design quality had significant positive influences on the qualities of relationship to users such as reliability, satisfaction and devotion. Second, it was found that all components of quality of customer relationship to internet fashion shopping mall such as reliability, satisfaction and devotion had significant positive influence on their intention to continue relations to the internet shopping mall. Third, graphic and multimedia quality of internet fashion shopping mall design components had significant positive influences on internet fashion shopping mall users' intention to continue relationship to the shopping mall. Empirical study of qualities on the relationship between internet fashion shopping mall design quality and its users, their intention to repurchase or recommend goods from the mall would be very valuable in a management point of view of small internet fashion shopping mall.

  • With the proliferation of information technology communication and smart device, the environment where contents are produced and distributed is changing. People can use the contents quickly and easily, and the content industry is attracting attention and creating newly added value by converging with other industries. Accordingly, there is a need for content-related companies to understand the quality of content perceived by users in order to succeed in content, and to use it strategically. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between content quality factors, user satisfaction, and recommendation intention through empirical analysis based on an IS success model. The analysis was conducted using smartPLS3.0 based on a total of 301 survey responses. As a result of the study, it was found that content usefulness, accessible system quality, convenient system quality, service provider trust, and interaction had a significant effect on user's satisfaction. Perceived privacy protection had a significant effect on user satisfaction and recommendation intention. Lastly, it was found that user satisfaction had a significant effect on recommendation intention. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information and therefore content companies can understand about the quality perceived by users.

Exploring the possibility of using ChatGPT and Stable Diffusion as a tool to recommend picture materials for teaching and learning

  • In this paper, artificial intelligence agents ChatGPT and Stable Diffusion were used to explore the possibility of educational use by implementing a program to recommend picture materials for teaching and learning according to the class topic entered by teachers. The average time spent recommending all picture materials is about 6 minutes. In general, pictures related to keywords were recommended, and the letters in the recommended pictures could only know the intention to represent the letters, and the letters could not be recognized and the meaning could not be known. However, further research seems to be needed on the fact that the type or content of the recommended picture depends entirely on the response of ChatGPT and that it is not possible to accurately recommend the picture for all keywords. In addition, it was concluded that it is true that the recommended picture is related to the keyword, but the evaluation of whether it has educational value is the subject of discussion that should be left to the judgment of human teachers.

  • As the online word-of-mouth(WOM) using SNS has significant influence on consumer decision-making, the hospitality industry including the restaurant industry has actively used SNSs as one of major marketing tools. While researchers have focused on impacts of the online WOM, there is little research on motivations to provide WOM and its impacts on the WOM providers. The purpose of this study is to examine whether sharing the restaurant experience on Facebook, the representative SNSs, can change customer satisfaction and intentions to revisit and recommended and whether the type of motivations to share the restaurant experiences on Facebook affects customer satisfaction and intentions to revisit and recommend. The total of 260 college students volunteered to participate in this study. They first visited a restaurant and completed surveys twice before and after sharing their restaurant experience on Facebook. According to the study results, the levels of satisfaction, intention to revisit and intention to recommend after sharing the restaurant experience were found to be higher than before sharing the experience. This study also found that people who shared their restaurant experience for nostalgia were more likely to be satisfied with the restaurant services and have a higher level of intentions to revisit and recommend the restaurant. Theoretical and managerial implications as well as limitations and future research directions are discussed.

This Effect of Eco-friendly Agricultural Product Selection Criteria on the Degree of Consumer Trust and Recommendation Intention (친환경 농산물의 선택결정요인이 소비자신뢰와 추천의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the factors that affect the relationship between eco-friendly agricultural products selection criteria, consumer trust, and recommendation intention. A total of 220 questionnaires were distributed to consumers, of which 210 were deemed suitable for analysis after the removal of 10 unusable responses. In order to perform statistical analyses required in the study, SPSS 18.0 Statistical Program was employed for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlations, and regression analysis. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that four factors regarding eco-friendly agricultural products were extracted from all measurements with a KMO of 0.735 and a total cumulative variance of 79.373%, With regard to consumer trust, one factor was extracted with a total cumulative variance of 75.431% and a KMO score of 0.695. One factor for recommendation intention was extracted that accounted for a total cumulative variance of 68.428% and a KMO score of 0.694. All factors were significant to .000 and the correlation between variables was significant. Thus, based on the results, the main research hypotheses that identify the relationships between selection criteria, consumer trust and recommendation retention were adopted.

Effects Food Tourism's Activities on Visiting Intention (음식관광의 참여활동이 방문의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper is 1) to find out food tourism possibility with representative local food in Dan Yang, 2) to suggest some guidelines to draw food tourists with how activities related with food affect on visit intention. The questionnaires are distributed 250 in Kyoung gi provice including Seoul. then used for data analysis 248. The results are as followed; First, 43.5% of the all respondents means for having food tourism, but 18.5% means no experiences, just having interest in food tourism. The types of food tourism showed simply visiting famous restaurant or participate on food festival. That means high possibility for food tourism. Second, tourists are tend to chose it according to recommend food by local residents, personal own taste, local cuisine & ingredients, visiting for traditional market in community, and participate on food festival in tour destination. Third, respondents are trying to chose local cuisine such as mushroom broth, mackjeok gui(Korean style barbeque), mixed rice with various herb, and rice with garlic & geondrei herb. Fourth, three variables which are food culture oriented, knowledge & information of food, health oriented in food tourism had high significant in visit intention.

Factors Affecting the Intention to Quit Smoking due to the Prevalence of Hypertension (고혈압 유병 여부에 따른 금연의사에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify factors related to the intent of quit smoking in adult hypertension and normal group. Data are based on the National Health and Nutrition Survey from 2010 to 2018. The survey was performed on 1,981 male adults(Hypertension group 407, Normal group 1,574). In the hypertension group, single was 0.226 times lower in the will to intention to quit smoking than the group spouses. Also, high school graduation was 2.102 times higher than middle school graduation, and the worse the subjective health status was, the higher the intention was to quit smoking. It was also 5.427 times higher than when people did not walk if the day they walked for more than 10 minutes a day was one day of the week. The characteristics of hypertensive patients should be understood. In quit smoking education, it is necessary to recommend health exercises and proper exercise to patients. It should be used as the basis data for a quit smoking policy for efficient personalized management of hypertensive patients.

Health Beliefs Associated with Cancer Screening Intentions in Korean Workers

  • Background: Cancer is a leading cause of death in Korea. To prevent cancer, it is essential to facilitate and promote appropriate cancer screening behavior in the adult population. The aim of this study was to examine health beliefs related to cancer screening intentions using the Health Belief Model (HBM). Materials and Methods: The research participants comprised 275 male health and safety managers at commercial companies in Korea. The self-administered survey explored demographic characteristics, cancer-related factors, beliefs about cancer/cancer screening (BCCS) (vulnerability to cancer, severity of cancer, benefits of screening, and barriers to screening), and cancer screening intention. Multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to identify factors associated with an intention to be screened for cancer. Results: Perceived health status and need for cancer prevention education were major factors associated with BCCS. Poorer health status was associated with greater perceived vulnerability, a perception of fewer benefits, and more barriers (p<0.05). A perceived greater need for cancer prevention education was associated with a higher perceived severity of cancer and more perceived barriers to screening (p<0.05). Marital status, cancer screening experience, and perceived vulnerability to cancer were significant influences on the cancer screening intention (p<0.05). Participants who had undergone cancer screening in the past 2 years were more likely to intend to be screened for cancer than were those who had not been screened; this was true across all degrees of intention and all types of cancer (p<0.01). Hesitant people considered themselves less vulnerable to gastric, lung, and liver cancer than did the poeple who intended to undergo cancer screening (p<0.05). Conclusions: Based on our findings, we recommend that workplace cancer prevention programs attempt to increase awareness about vulnerability to cancer among workers who hesitate to undergo cancer screening.

Effects of the Characteristics of Franchise Educational Institution and Contents on the Educational Transition (프랜차이즈 교육기관과 교육콘텐츠의 특성이 교육전이에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: As a research on the effects of the characteristics of franchise educational institution and contents on the educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention, this study aimed to suggest the basic data that could be used for the performance of educational training of franchise headquarters, and also to suggest an empirical research helpful for the development of actual educational system and the operation of curriculum for franchise educational institutions. Research design, data, and methodology: This study selected the trainees who recently completed the training in a franchise educational institution as the samples. The survey was conducted for 20 days from October 1st to October 20th 2018, targeting total 230 people, and total 207 questionnaires were collected (Missing value 23). To verify the validity of the measurement tool used for this study, this study reviewed the factor loading of each factor by conducting the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and then verified the average variance extracted(AVE) and the composite construct reliability(CCR). Lastly, the structural equation model(SEM) was verified based on the research hypotheses and research model. The SPSS Win Ver. 20.0 & AMOS 20.0 were used for every analysis of this study. Results: The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, the reputation and interaction of the characteristics of franchise educational institution had significantly positive(+) effects on the educational transition. Second, all the sub - variables of educational contents such as job relevance, education method, and instructors' professionalism had positive(+) effects on the educational transition while the educational transition had positive effects on the organizational commitment, career commitment, and job commitment. Lastly, the organizational commitment and job commitment had positive(+) effects on the recommendation intention. Thus, the trainees with higher organizational commitment and job commitment in a franchise educational institution, showed higher intention to recommend the educational institution to others. Conclusions: The results of this study imply that the franchise educational institutions could increase the actual performance of education such as educational transition, commitment, and recommendation intention by increasing interactions within educational institutions and also designing effective educational contents, so that the trainees could highly perceive the educational transition of education.

The Effect of Motivation for Using Mobile Social Network Games on the Game Attitude, Continuous Use Intention and Intention to Recommend the Game (모바일 소셜 네트워크 게임 이용 동기가 게임태도와 지속적 이용의도 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to review the usage behavior of mobile social network games that are attracting attention as a new growth engine in the game market. To that end, a survey was conducted on 250 male and female university students. The result of the study showed that first, the relationship formation motivation and seeking fun during leisure times in association with mobile social network games had a positive effect on game attitudes. Second, the relationship formation motivation had a positive effect on the continuous use intention. Third, the relationship formation motivation and the fun-seeking motivation had a positive effect on word-of-mouth recommendation, while the relationship formation motivation and advertisement recommendation motivation had a positive effect on the intention to recommendation online formats. Fourth, the attitude towards mobile social network games had a positive effect on the continuous use intention. Lastly, the attitude towards mobile social network games had a positive effect on only the intention to recommendation through word-of-mouth. This study is expected to provide useful and basic data for the development of quality game content that will cater to users' needs.
