지식경영의 추진전략이 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Impact of KM Strategies on KM Performance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공기업의 성공적인 KM 추진전략의 실행도와 중요성 인식도가 KM 성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해서 첫째, 선행연구를 통해 공공기관 및 민간기업의 성공적인 KM 추진전략 및 KM 성과를 고찰하여 핵심요소를 파악하였다. 둘째, KM을 실행하고 있는 공기업을 대상으로 전략의 실행정도, 중요성 인식도, 그리고 KM 성과를 측정하였다. 셋째, KM 전략의 실행정도와 중요성 인식도 간의 복합관계가 KM 성과에 어떻게 작용하는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과, KM 전략의 실행뿐만 아니라 중요성에 대한 종업원의 인식 제고가 KM 성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 공기업 KM을 성공적으로 이끌기 위해서는 KM 추진전략에 대한 종업원들의 이해 및 중요성 인식도를 고려해야 할 것이다.

  • This study analyzed the process of information service and its factors in the cognitive viewpoint. And developed a conceptual model to help in developing future information systems and services. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1) The paradigm of information user study is changing from the system-centered to the user-centered one. 2) The researchers describe the user's internal cognitive process as the starting point of the information service. 3) The user's personal cognitive process influence the process of the information service over. And the focus is a microscopic one including the factors of the perception and recognition of the stimulus, remembering and searching information, reasoning the rules, recognition of the patterns, formalization of the concepts, etc. 4) The information librarian performs the role as a knowledge/ information system interface, and his knowledge structure reflects the organization of that knowledge/information system. 5) The information librarians can perform their role as information specialists actively and offensively. And the performance of the librarians can be measured on the scales of the su n.0, pplying capability of relevant information and the client satisfaction.

  • Information about the painted road markings and other painted road objects play an important part in keeping safety of drivers. Some researchers have presented research approaches and dealt with road markings detection. In this paper, we present comprehensive survey of these techniques, and review some of them like a machine learning method, template matching method for road markings detection and classification, method of detection and classification of road markings using curve-based prototype fitting, signed edge signature method.

Face Detection Based on Thick Feature Edges and Neural Networks

  • Many researchers have developed various techniques for detection of human faces in ordinary still images. Face detection is the first imperative step of human face recognition systems. The two main problems of human face detection are how to cutoff the running time and how to reduce the number of false positives. In this paper, we present frontal and near-frontal face detection algorithm in still gray images using a thick edge image and neural network. We have devised a new filter that gets the thick edge image. Our overall scheme for face detection consists of two main phases. In the first phase we describe how to create the thick edge image using the filter and search for face candidates using a whole face detector. It is very helpful in removing plenty of windows with non-faces. The second phase verifies for detecting human faces using component-based eye detectors and the whole face detector. The experimental results show that our algorithm can reduce the running time and the number of false positives.

SVM분류기를 이용한 심전도 개인인식 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Electrocardiogram Identification Algorithm using SVM classifier)

  • This paper is about a personal identification algorithm using an ECG that has been studied by a few researchers recently. Previously published algorithm can be classified as two methods. One is the method that analyzes of ECG features and the other is the morphological analysis of ECG. The main characteristic of proposed algorithm can be classified the method of analysis ECG features. Proposed algorithm adopts DSTW(Down Slope Trace Wave) for extracting ECG features, and applies SVM(Support Vector Machine) to training and testing as a classifier algorithm. We choose 18 ECG files from MIT-BIH Normal Sinus Rhythm Database for estimating of algorithm performance. The algorithm extracts 100 heartbeats from each ECG file, and use 40 heartbeats for training and 60 heartbeats for testing. The proposed algorithm shows clearly superior performance in all ECG data, amounting to 93.89% heartbeat recognition rate and 100% ECG recognition rate.

  • In this study, researchers developed the est algorithm for artificial defects in the semic packages and performed to it by pattern recogn technology. For this purpose, this algorithm was I that researcher made software with matlab. The so consists of some procedures including ultrasonic acquistion, equalization filtering, self-organizing backpropagation neural network. self-organizing ma backpropagation neural network are belong to metho neural networks. And the pattern recognition tech has applied to classify three kinds of detective pa semiconductor packages. that is, crack, delaminat normal. According to the results, it was found estimative algorithm was provided the recognition r 75.7%( for crack) and 83.4%( for delamination) 87.2 % ( for normal).

패턴 인식 기법을 이용한 저항 점 용접의 실시간 품질 판단 (Real Time Quality Assurance with a Pattern Recognition algorithm during Resistance Spot Welding)

  • Since resistance spot welding has become one of the most popular sheet metal fabrication processes, a strong emphasis is being put on the quality of the welds. Throughout the years many quality estimation systems have been developed by many researchers to ensure weld quality. In this study, the process variables, which were monitored in the primary circuit of the welding machine, are used to estimate the weld quality with Hopfield neural network. The primary dynamic resistance is vectorized and stored as five patterns in the network. As the welding is done, the dynamic resistance patterns are recognized and the quality is estimated with the proposed method. Due to the primary process variables, it is possible to utilize this algorithms as an in-process real time quality monitoring system.

And this is reviewed the present stages of collection development and a role of future books, future libraries and future librarians in Korea. The result of this study is known unrealistic reality analysis and forecast surrounding future library discourse and at the same time that following Western model is not fit for future library in Korea. This study is proposed resolving of problems to access based on physical collection in future library.

Biometrics-based Key Generation Research: Accomplishments and Challenges

  • The security and privacy issues derived from unsecurely storing biometrics templates in biometric authentication/ recognition systems have opened a new research area about how to secure the stored biometric templates. Biometrics-based key generation is the newest approach that provides not only a mechanism to protect stored biometric templates in authentication/ recognition systems, but also a method to integrate biometric systems with cryptosystems. Therefore, this approach has attracted much attention from researchers worldwide. A review of current research state to summarize the achievements and remaining works is necessary for further works. In this study, we first outlined the requirements and the primary challenges when implementing these systems. We then summarize the proposed techniques and achievements in representative studies on biometrics-based key generation. From that, we give a discussion about the accomplishments and remaining works with the corresponding challenges in order to provide a direction for further researches in this area.
