Urban transit consists of signaling system, railway systems, power facilities systems and the other complicated facilities and the standards notify the standardizations, safety standards, performance standards and quality certification standards according to the Urban Transit Act. The government notifies and recommends these standards to improve the performance, safety and maintenance efficiency of urban transit. Now, we need to manage the records and traceability of the standards because they have reciprocal relations with the others so that, if some standards have been changed it could make some problems to the others. As a result, in this research, we suggest the way to manage the traceability of the standards by using the computation support tools.
This paper describes how communicative technology between two classrooms located in different sociocultural contexts was used to support mathematics instruction. I analyzed what interactions emerged using the communicative technology, how sociocultural differences were leveraged to construct mathematical knowledge, and how students built this knowledge together across urban and rural classrooms. The results show that reciprocal interactions emerged. Teachers co-designed lesson plans and tasks with consideration of the different classroom social contexts. Based on those teachers' interactions, students had opportunities to justify their ideas and to prepare answers before the connected discussions, and a wide spectrum of ideas was synthesized as collaborative knowledge. These findings suggest that communicative technology has the potential to enhance learning opportunities for students across different social contexts.
This study aims to explore the longitudinal reciprocal relationship between family conflict and depression level of household head. Using the Korean Welfare Panel study (KOWEPS) of 2006-2009, the study applied multiple regression analysis and autoregressive cross-lagged model to test the hypothesis. Results of multiple regression analysis indicate that single direction of the impact of family conflict on a head of household's levels of depression and the vise versa were statistically significant. That is, higher level of family conflict in 2006 caused an increased levels of depression of household head in 2009, controlling gender, age and depression level in 2006. Also, the higher level of depression of household head in 2006 increased the level of family conflict in 2009 fixed with same control variables. The autoregressive and cross-lagged coefficients of family conflict and a head of household's levels of depression were statistically significant during the 4 years. The findings support the family system theory, indicating that there are reciprocal causal relationships between the whole family conflict and individual depression level. The strategies of social welfare practice and policy should thus aim to decrease individual's levels of depression and improve positive family function simultaneously to break the vicious circle.
This study examined how previous financial and time transfers from mothers to their adult children affect co-residence of elderly mothers and their adult children in South Korea. This study employed multi-level logistic analysis considering hierarchical relationship structures between mothers and their adult children. A sample of 1,925 elderly mothers and 7,460 adult children was extracted from data which were from the first wave (in 2006) to the forth wave (in 2012) of Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing (KLoSA). The result of the analysis suggested that past financial transfer from mothers to their adult children was not significantly associated with co-residence between elderly mothers and their adult children. However, likelihood of co-residence increased with the amount of time transfer, which was measured by unit of time for elderly mothers' caring for their grandchildren. This study discussed that long-term reciprocal relationships between elderly mothers and their adult children are built by intergenerational support relationships. However, the result that showed only grandmaternal child care affected intergenerational co-residence implies that intergenerational care may play an important role in intergenerational reciprocal relationships. Through these findings, this study suggested theoretical, practical, and policy implications.
The primary goal of the current study was to investigate the longitudinal relationship between household income, main caregiver depression, and youth aggression from the interactionist perspective. The data were derived by combining the 2006, 2009 and 2012 survey waves from the Korean Welfare Panel Study. This data set covered the full span of adolescence from elementary to high school. The study utilized 561 families as the final sample and conducted autoregressive cross-lagged analysis. As a result, the early income status, main caregiver depression and youth aggression were likely maintained over time. Second, the results provided support for a reciprocal relationship between income and main caregiver depression. On the other hand, the reciprocal relationship between main caregiver depression and youth aggression was not found in the current study. Finally, the mediating effect of main caregiver depression between income and youth aggression was not found in the present study. In conclusion, the results of this study support the interactionist model in that the association between family income and main caregiver depression involves reciprocity and mutual influence across time. These findings have major implications for policy and interventions in regards to low-income families.
The purpose of this study is to examine how providing care to grandchildren and the continuity of care affects the grandparents' perception on old-age support. Specifically, in this study, providing care is divided into three continuous types: did not provide care, provided care at one point in time and provided care at two points in time. This is done to investigate how the duration of providing care influences the perception on old-age support. The results show that grandparents providing care to their grandchildren prefer to reside with their own children in the future more often than those who do not provide care to their grandchildren. Furthermore, grandparents providing care to their grandchildren during two-time points and grandparents providing care during one-time point prefer to reside with their adult children in the future more than grandparents providing care not once during two-time points. Interestingly, grandparents who provide care to grandchildren during two-time points prefer to reside with their children in the future more frequently than grandparents providing care during just one-time point. These results suggest it is likely that grandparents recognize providing care to their grandchildren as an insurance in care and support for themselves in the future. Additionally, these results suggest that the family plays an efficient and flexible role to meet needs of family members through a reciprocal relationship in Korean society where the public sector is weak. These findings have suggested theoretical implications.
The performance of a novel medical question-answering engine called CliniCluster and existing search engines, such as CQA-1.0, Google, and Google Scholar, was evaluated using known-item searching. Known-item searching is a document that has been critically appraised to be highly relevant to a therapy question. Results show that, using CliniCluster, known-items were retrieved on average at rank 2 ($MRR@10{\approx}0.50$), and most of the known-items could be identified from the top-10 document lists. In response to ill-defined questions, the known-items were ranked lower by CliniCluster and CQA-1.0, whereas for Google and Google Scholar, significant difference in ranking was not found between well- and ill-defined questions. Less than 40% of the known-items could be identified from the top-10 documents retrieved by CQA-1.0, Google, and Google Scholar. An analysis of the top-ranked documents by strength of evidence revealed that CliniCluster outperformed other search engines by providing a higher number of recent publications with the highest study design. In conclusion, the overall results support the use of CliniCluster in answering therapy questions by ranking highly relevant documents in the top positions of the search results.

Mobile machines displayed many problems in environment of Mobile data nin. So each Mobile companies made each emulator and API. As the result, CP Company had to support not special integrated service but each one tested and developed to each emulator for all Mobile companies. Those kinds of problems had caused the necessity of Mobile contents conversion system. In this theses, it presents the way to reduce huge expense by embodying contents conversion system that can convert each different contents to suitable one at each company and either how to not only improve reciprocal processing ability of data, but only to reduce expenses and efforts for development of public data and softness of program by using XML documents in environment of Mobile data service.
The plasmid, pJHKJ4, containing the endoxylanase gene, was introduced into Bacillus subtilis DB 104. The recombinant cells produced 587 unit/ml of endoxylanase at 33 h. The endoxylanase was immobilized covalently on the surface of silica fur effective xylan hydrolysis. The activities of the immobilized and free endoxylanases were optimal at pH 6.5 and 10 mM $MnSO_4$. The optimal temperature of the immobilized endoxylanase was $60^{\circ}C$, whereas that of the free endoxylanase was $65^{\circ}C$. Under these optimal conditions, the activity of the immobilized endoxylanase was 1.7 times higher than that of the fee endoxylanase. From microscope photographs, the immobilized endoxylanase was found to be bounded and evenly distributed on the surface of silica, a nonporous solid support. The enzyme kinetics between the immobilized and free endoxylanases was estimated to be uncompetitive, when plotting double-reciprocal plots against xylan concentrations and endoxylanase activities. These results suggest that the higher activity of the immobilized endoxylanase may be due to increased formation of enzyme-substrate complex, because of the easy accessibility of the immobilized enzyme to the polysaccharide-xylan as a high molecular weight substrate.
The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting workers' knowledge sharing on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior in general hospitals. This study is based on factors of knowledge sharing such as incentives, reciprocal benefits, behavioral control, and subjective norm, CEO's support, rewards system, IT system, and trust. Data were assessed using 148 workers who work in 3 hospitals in Seoul, Kyunggi, Chunkcheong-do. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires from April 1 to 31 in 2013 and analyzed SPSS 18 and SEM(structural equation modeling). The results of the study were as follows. First, knowledge sharing intention as well as innovation behavior was statistically significant in behavioral control and IT system. Second, knowledge sharing intention turned out to be positive effect for innovation behavior. This study identified a couple of factors affecting workers' knowledge sharing on knowledge sharing intention and innovation behavior. The the implications of these factors are discussed and areas for developing hospital's knowledge management strategies are fostered and knowledge sharing intention and innovation behavior.
