한국비행 청소년의 가정환경 및 개인내적 특성 (THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THEIR FAMILY ENVIRONMENT AND CHARACTER TRAIT AMONG DELINQUENT ADOLESCENTS IN KOREA)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 비행청소년의 가정환경, 개인내적 특성을 규명함으로써 청소년 비행행동의 원인요인을 탐색하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 조사연구로써 자료수집방법은 설문지조사법, 학생생활기록부, 소년원생활기록부 참조와 필요시 면담방법을 병행하였다. 연구대상자는 현재 중학교 1학년에서 고등학교 3학년까지 재학중인 학생 청소년 1,236명과 소년원, 분류심사원에 재소중인 비행, 범죄청소년 707명을 선정하였으며 연령범위는 12세에서 18세 사이였다. 표본추출방법은 비례층화표본추출법을 적용하여 지역(서울-지방) 및 조사기관의 유형(중학교, 고등학교, 소년원, 분류심사원)을 함께 고려하여 조사대상집단을 무작위로 선정하였다. 총표집 대상자 1,943명중 불충분한 응답자 80명을 제외한 1,863명을 연구대상으로 하여 응답률은 95.9%(비행군:92.9%, 학생군:97.6%)이었다. 자료처리는 연구자와 보조연구원들이 면담, 설문지법, 학교생활기록부나 기타 소년원재원기록에서 얻은 자료를 종합검토하여 불충분한 자료는 제거한후 SAS 프로그램을 통하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 통계방법은 Chi-square 검정과 주성분 분석등이었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 가설 검정 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 비행청소년의 가정환경은 학생청소년의 가정환경보다 보다 더 역기능적이었다. 즉 비행청소년은 학생청소년에 비해 부모의 자녀 양육방식이 일관성이 적었으며 가정안정도는 낮았고 부모-자녀 관계 및 가족간의 관계도 원만하지 않았으며 가족원의 가정만족도도 낮았다. 그러나 본 조사결과에서는 비행청소년의 모친이 학생청소년의 모친보다 사회활동이 낮게 나타나 비행청소년의 모친이 학생청소년의 모친보다 사회활동이 높을 것이다는 가설은 지지받지 못하였다. 2) 비행청소년의 성격특성은 학생청소년의 성격보다 더 부적응적이었다. 즉 비행청소년은 학생청소년에 비해 욕구좌절, 반사회적 성격양상, 정신신체증상호소성향, 우울성향은 높은 반면 사회성향은 낮았다.

흰쥐의 임신초기에 있어서 자궁 조직중 Cyclic Nucleotide의 변화 및 Platelet-Activating Factor의 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of Platelet-Activating Factor on Cyclic Nucleotide Level in Rat Uterine tissue during Preimplantation Period)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 임신 초기 자궁 조직중의 cyclic nucleotide 의 변화 및 PAF 가 이들에 미치는 영향을 관찰함으로써 PAF 가 흰쥐의 초기 임신에 어떻게 관련하는지를 조사하기 위함이다. 시험구로써 임신 각 일에 $1{\mu}g$ 의 PAF 혹은 이것의 수용체 길항제인 1.25mg의 BN-52021이 근육내 조사되었고 비 임신구 및 대조구에 대하여는 PBS만이 주사되었다. 자궁 조직중의 cAMP 및 cGMP 농도는 분석용 test kit를 사용하여 분석되었다. 비 임신구 경우 자궁 조직중 cAMP 농도는 단백질 mg 당 $2.91{\pm}0.33$ pmol로서 임신 보다도 낮았고 cGMP 농도 또한 $0.39{\pm}0.20$ pmol로서 임신구보다 낮은 경향이 었다. 자궁 조직중 cAMP 의 최고농도는 임신 3일째 ($5.92{\pm}1.72$ pmol/mg protein) 였고 cGMP 경우는 임신 4일째($1.03{\pm}0.22$ pmol/mg protein) 이었다. 임신 각일에 PAF 는 PAF 처리하지 아니한 대조구에 비하여 증가된 cAMP 를 보여주었으나(임신 0, 2, 그리고 4 일째 경우 p<0.05) BN-52021은 감소된 경향을 나타내었다. cGMP에 대하여는 PAF나 BN-52021 공히 일정한 효과적 경향을 보이지 아니하였다. 따라서, 임신은 자궁 조직중 cyclic nucleotide에 영향을 미칠 수 있으며 흰쥐의 착상기동안 PAF는 cGMP에 대하여 보다는 cAMP에 영향을 미침으로써 착상에 관련된 일련의 반응에 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다.

지지간호가 군 요통환자의 우울ㆍ기분ㆍ만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Supportive Nursing Care on Depression, Mood and Satisfaction in Military Patients with Low Back Pain)

  • Support has always been considered an important nursing concept. However, there is no agreement among nurse researchers as to a conceptual definition of supportive nursing or meaningful supportive behaviors. Clarification of the concept, support in nursing, is necessary to promote communication among nurses on nursing behaviors that are effective in providing support and on understanding the relevant properties and charcteristics of the concept, supportive nursing care. The objectives of the study were : 1. to analyse the concept, support in nursing, in order to provide a definition of supportive nursing care, and 2. to operationalize the definition of supportive nursing care and use it as an experimental nursing intervention for patients with low back pain. The first part of the study used the concept analysis approach developed by Walker and Avant(1983) to define the concept of supportive nursing care. The properties of supportive nursing care, defined by this analysis, included perception of supportive need, reciprocal interaction(Transaction), listening, providing empathy and information related to health, and confirmation of the patient's verbal and non - verbal response. The second part, the experimental part of the study, was done using King's(1970) Interpersonal Theory for Nursing. The concept, supportive nursing care, as defined in the concept analysis was operationalized and used as the experimental intervention. The experiment tested the effectiveness of the independent variable, supportive nursing care on the dependent variables, depression, mood and patient satisfaction, in the patients with low back pain in army hospitals. The instruments used to measure the dependent variables were Zung's(1965) Self- Rating Depression Scale, Ryman and Colleagues'(1974) Mood Questionnaire and LaMonica and Colleagues'(1986) Patient Satisfaction Scale. The experimental design used for this study was a Solomon 4 group experimental design. This design has the strength of allowing for observation of the main effects of supportive nursing care and pretesting, and for observation of the interaction effects of pretesting and supportive nursing care. The design includes one experimental group and three control groups. The Subjects of this study were 150 young male patients with low back pain on Neuro - Surgical Wards in three general army hospitals. There were 35 in the experimental group, 39 in the pre - posttest control group, 36 in the treatment - posttest control group and 40 in the posttest only control group. Supportive nursing care, as operationalized by the researcher according to the concept analysis, was given to the patients in the experimental group and the treatment -posttest control group, individually for 30 minute sessions, every other day for 5 days. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. The data were collected in a pretest one week before the supportive nursing care sessions, a posttest immediately after the sessions and follow- up test one week later. Hypotheses testing was done using 2×2 factorial analysis of variance and Meta analysis(Stouffer's Z method). The results of this study are summarized as follows : 1. Hypothesis Ⅰ, “There will be a difference on depression level between the patients with low back pain who receive supportive nursing care and those who do not receive supportive nursing care”, was supported (F=8.49, p<.05). 2. Hypothesis Ⅱ, “There will be a difference on mood level between the patients with low back pain who receive supportive nursing care and those who to not receive supportive nursing care”, was supported (Z meta=2.17, p<.05). 3. Hypothesis Ⅲ, “There will be a difference on satisfaction level between the patients with low back pain who receive supportive nursing care and those who do not receive supportive nursing care”, was supported (F=13.67, p<.05). 4. ANOVA, done to examine the interaction effect of history and maturation, showed no significant difference on the dependent variables between the observations of the pretest scores of the experimental group, the pretest scores of the pre- posttest control group and the posttest score of the posttest only control group. 5. To test for continuing effect of supportive nursing care, paired t-test was done to compare the scores for the dependent variables at the posttest and at the one week later follow-up test. No significant difference on the scores for the dependent variables was found between the posttest scores and the follow-up test scores for the two groups that received supportive nursing care, the experimental group and the treatment-posttest control group. In conclusion, it was found that in the case of young soldiers with low back pain in army hospitals, their depression level was decreased, their mood state was changed positively and their satisfaction level was increased by receiving supportive nursing care. Further, the effectiveness of the supportive nursing care lasted for at least one week in this study. The significance of this study to nursing is in the analysis of the concept of supportive nursing care and the demonstration of the effectiveness of supportive nursing care as an intervention within the limits of the study.

내부고발에 대한 텔레비전 뉴스 프레임: '김용철' 변호사의 삼성비리 고발사건을 중심으로 (Analysis on TV News Frame on Whistle-Blower: Focused on News Coverages on 'Kim Yong Chul' Claiming Samsung Group's Slush Fund)

  • 이 논문은 '삼성' 비리의혹을 제기한 '김용철' 변호사의 행위를 전형적인 내부고발로 보고, KBS와 SBS의 텔레비전 뉴스를 대상으로 프레임 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 프레임의 형식적 특성에서는 '일화적' 보도가 두 매체 모두 절대 다수를 차지하고 있고, 취재원에서는 김용철 변호사와 시민단체 등의 내부고발자 측과 삼성을 중심으로 검찰, 금융기관 등의 국가 권력기관이 대립하는 갈등구조가 나타났다. 보도의 주제를 중심으로 프레임을 구성한 결과, 사건공시프레임 갈등적 뉴스 프레임 진실규명 촉구 프레임 양심고백적 프레임 사회혼란 야기프레임 등 5개의 프레임을 도출하였다. 분석결과, 사건공시프레임이 가장 많이 사용되고 있으며, 양심고백적 프레임과 사회혼란 야기 프레임에서는 두 매체가 보도방식에 있어 차별성을 보였다. 상대적으로 KBS는 양심고백적 프레임을 선호하며, SBS는 사회혼란 야기 프레임을 선호하고 있어 매체 소유구조에 따른 상호관계를 유추해볼 수 있었다. 또한 두매체 모두 이 사건에 대한 구조적인 문제나 본질적인 해결 방안 등의 심층적 보도에는 매우 인색하며, 사건의 민감한 요소를 부각시킨 흥미 위주의 보도를 하고 있음이 드러났다. 더구나 프레임의 통시적 분석을 통해 양심고백적 프레임의 변화과정을 추적한 결과, 2007년 11월 19일 이용철 전 청와대 비서관의 '삼성' 관련 폭로를 계기로 양심고백적 프레임이 증가하였고, 이것이 김용철 변호사의 의혹제기가 신뢰를 확보하는 데 큰 영향을 끼치고 있음이 나타났다. 전반적으로 KBS와 SBS의 내부고발 보도는 사회적 인식 개선을 위한 적극적 태도보다는 외부의 환경변화를 따라가는 수동적 태도를 보이고 있어, 내부고발에 대해 부정적 인식을 심어주게 될 가능성이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 지상파 TV방송은 사회적 투명성 제고를 위해 내부고발을 사회 구조적 모순으로 인식하는 것이 필요하며, 이에 대한 사회적 인식을 개선하기 위해 보다 적극적이고 심층적인 보도방식이 필요한 것으로 드러났다.

중학교 "환경" 교과의 교수.학습 및 평가 방법 연구 (A Study on Teaching-Learning and Evaluation Methods of Environmental Studies in the Middle School)

  • This study was performed to determine appropriate teaching-learning and evaluation methods for Environmental Studies. To promote the relevance of our study to the needs of the schools and concerned educational communities of environmental education, we reviewed related literature, conducted questionnaire surveys, interviewed related teachers and administrator, held meetings with experts, and field-tested our findings. For selecting and developing teaching-learning methods of Environmental Studies, findings of educational research in general are considered. moreover, principles of environmental education, general aim of environmental education, orientations of environmental education, and developmental stages of middle school students in educational psychology were attended. In addition, relevance to the purpose of the Environmental Studies curriculum, appropriateness for value inquiry as well as knowledge inquiry, small group centered class organization, social interaction centered teaching-learning process, regional environmental situation, significance of personal environment, evaluation methods of Environmental Studies, multi- and inter-disciplinary contents of the Environmental Studies textbook, suitability to the evaluation methods of Environmental Studies, and emphasis on the social interaction in teaching-learning process were regarded. It was learned the Environmental Studies can be taught most effectively in via of holding discussion sessions, conducting actual investigation, doing experiment-practice, doing games and plate, role-playing and carrying out simulation activities, and doing inquiry. These teaching-learning methods were field-tested and proved appropriate methods for the subject. For selecting and developing evaluation method of Environmental Studies, such principles and characteristics of Environmental Studies as objective domains stated in the Environmental Studies curriculum, diversity of teaching-learning organization, were appreciated. We categorized nine evaluation methods: the teacher may conduct questionnaire surveys, testings, interviews, non-participatory observations; they may evaluate student's experiment-practice performances, reports preparation ability, ability to establish a research project, the teacher may ask the students to conduct a self-evaluation, or reciprocal evaluation. To maximize the effect of these methods, we further developed an application system. It considered three variables, that is, evaluates, evaluation objectives domains, and evaluation agent, and showed how to choose the most appropriate methods and, when necessary, how to combine uses of different methods depending on these variables. A sample evaluation instrument made on the basis of this application system was developed and tested in the classes. The system proved effective. Pilot applications of the teaching-learning methods and evaluation method were made simultaneously; and the results and their implications are as follows. Discussion program was applied in a lesson dealing with the problems of waste disposal, in which students showed active participation and creative thinking. The evaluation method used in this lesson was a multiple-choice written test for knowledge and skills. It was shown that this evaluation method and device are effective in helping students' revision of the lesson and in stimulating their creative interpretations and responces. Pupils showed great interests in the actual investigation program, and this programme was proved to be effective in enhancing students' participation. However, it was also turned out that there must be pre-arranged plans for the objects, contents and procedures of survey if this program is to effective. In this lesson, non-participatory observation methods were used with a focus on the attitudes of students. A scaled reported in general description rather than in grade. Experiment-practice programme was adopted in a lesson for purifying contaminated water and in this lesson, instruction objectives were properly established, the teaching-learning process was clearly specified and students were highly motivated. On the other hand, however, it was difficult to control the class when some groups of students require more times to complete their experiment, and sometimes different results. As regards to evaluation, performance observation test were used for assessing skills and attitudes. If teachers use well-prepared Likert scale, evaluation of all groups within a reasonablely short period of time will be possible. The most effective and successful programme in therms of students' participation and enjoyment, was the 'ah-nah-bah-dah-market' program, which is kind of game of the flea market. For better organized program of this kind, however, are essential, In this program, students appraise their own attitudes and behavior by responding to a written questionnaire. In addition, students were asked to record any anecdotes relating to self-appraisal of changes on one's own attitudes and behaviours. Even after the lesson, students keep recording those changes on letters to herself. Role-playing and simulation game programme was applied to a case of 'NIMBY', in which students should decide where to located a refuse dumping ground. For this kind of programme to e successful, concepts and words used in the script should be appropriate for students' intellectual levels, and students should by adequately introduced into the objective and the procedures of the lessons. Written questionnaire was used to assess individual students' attitudes after the lesson, but in order to acquire information on the changes of students' attitudes and skills, pre-test may have to be made. Doing inquiry programme, in which advantages in which students actually investigated the environmental influence of the areas where school os located, had advantages in developing students' ability to study the environmental problems and to present the results of their studies. For this programme to be more efficient, areas of investigation should be clearly divided and alloted to each group so that repetition or overlap in areas of study and presentation be avoided, and complementary wok between groups bee enhanced. In this programme, teacher assessed students' knowledge and attitudes on the basis of reports prepared by each group. However, there were found some difficults in assessing students' attitudes and behaviours solely on the grounds of written report. Perhaps, using a scaled checklist assessing students' attitudes while their presentation could help to relieve the difficulties.

옥천대에 대한 고자기 연구:충주-수안보 일원 황강리층의 변형과 대자율 비등방성(AMS) (Palaeomagnetism of the Okchon Belt, Korea : Anisotropy of Magnetic Susceptibility (AMS) and Deformation of the Hwanggangri Formation in Chumgju-Suanbo Area)

  • 옥천대 중부 충주-수안보 일원에 분포하는 황강리층을 대상으로 대자율 비등방성을 측정하고 야외 지질구조 자료들을 수입하였다. 그 결과, 연구지역의 북동부와 남서부 지역은 변성과 변형사가 서로 달랐음이 드러났다. 황강리층에는 야외에서 구별되는 두 종류의 벽개, 즉 점판벽개($S_1$)와 파랑벽개($S_2$)가 발달하고 있으나 $S_1$면은 연구지역의 북동부에서 뚜렷이 관찰되는 반면, 남서부에서는 $S_2$면의 발달이 절대적으로 우세하다. 등온잔류자기 강도, 제적 총 대자율 그리고 비등방성의 정도는 모두 남서부에 비해 북동부 지역에서 훨씬 높은 값을 보이고 있으며 남서쪽으로 갈수록 이들 값들이 현저히 감소하여 남서부 지역에 이르러서는 일관되게 매우 낮은 값을 보여준다. 또한, 대자율 비등방체의 형태도 북동부 지역에서 자기적 엽리구조가 우세하며 남서쪽으로 갈수록 선구조 영역으로 점진적으로 변화되어 남서부 지역에 이르러서는 일관되게 구에 가까운 형태를 이룬다. 이러한 사실들은 모두 북동부에 비해 남서부에서 보다 강한 후기 변성과 변형이 있었음을 지시하는 것이다. 한편, 북동부 지역에서 얻어진 대자율 비등방 타원체의 주축들($k_1$, $k_2$, $k_3$)의 분포 양상을 근거하면, 연구지역 황강리층은 세 번의 변형사건($D_1$, $D_2$, $D_3$)을 겪은 것으로 해석된다. 북서-남동방향의 압축력에 의해서 북동-남서방향의 $S_1$면이 형성되고 이 엽리면을 따라 순수 전단작용이 발생하여 황강리층을 편평화시킨 동축 변형사건($D_1$)이 제일 먼저 있었으며, 이후 $S_2$면을 따라 북서향의 충상단층과 좌수향의 연성 혹은 준 연성의 단순 전단작용이 일어나 기존의 변형타원체의 주축들이 차별적으로 회전되는 비동축 변형사건($D_2$)이 있었고, 마지막으로는 북동방향의 수평축을 가진 요굴습곡을 형성시킨 변형사건($D_3$)이 있었다. 남서부 지역에서는 비등방 타원체의 모든 주축들이 분산되어 있으며 야외에서 $S_2$면이 우세하게 관찰되고 북동부에 비해 IRM강도, 체적 총대자율 그리고 대자율 비등방성 정도 등이 한결같이 매우 낮다. 이러한 점들은 북동부에 비해 강한 후기 변형 혹은 변성 과정에서 자성광물의 배열이 분산되었거나 강한 $D_2$변형으로 $D_1$변형타원체가 중첩되어 역변형된 결과이거나 혹은 이 두가지가 복합된 결과로 해석된다.

배무채의 형태와 영양적 특성 및 교잡 친화성 (Morphological and Nutritional Characteristics and Crossability with Brassica Species of Baemoochae, xBrassicoraphanus)

  • 배무채의 형태적 특성은 양친인 배추와 무의 중간형태이다. 잎은 윗부분이 배추이고 아래 부분이 무를 닮았다. 잎의 중륵은 무처럼 둥글지만 직경이 3cm 이상으로 크고 배추처럼 흰 색이다. 뿌리는 처음에 중간부위가 부풀어져 무 모양이었는데 유전적 안정화 과정을 거치면서 재래종 배추(뿌리배추)처럼 큰 직근으로 바뀌었다. 꽃은 흰 색이며 종자 꼬투리는 선명하게 두 부분으로 나누어진다. 윗부분이 무로서 길이가 약 4cm 정도이며 그 속에 3-4개의 종자가 들고 아래 부분이 배추로서 길이가 약 3cm 정도이며 그 속에 7-8개의 종자가 들어있다. 종자는 배추와 비슷한 적갈색이며 천립중이 5.5g이고 mL당 약 120립 정도이다. 가을에 배추와 같이 재배하면 약 5kg 정도까지 자라며 외엽이 아주 무성하고 억세게 보인다. 속잎은 노란색을 띠며 엉성하지만 약 900g 정도의 구를 형성한다. 잎과 뿌리 모두 항암과 항균작용이 큰 기능성 물질 썰포라펜(sulforaphene)을 다량으로 함유하고 있다. 배무채는 복2배체 식물로서 자가불화합성이 없고 따라서 자가수정이 잘되지만 벌이 많이 오는 타가수분식물이다. 배무채는 그의 모계였던 배추와의 교잡에서 자방친일 때는 교잡이 아주 잘 되지만 부계일 때는 완전한 불화합이며 부계였던 무 및 양배추와 흑겨자 사이에는 상반교잡 모두 불화합성이다. 그러나 복2배체 식물인 유채 및 황겨자와의 사이에는 상반교잡 모두 화합성이며 갓과의 사이에는 상반교잡 모두 부분화합성이다.

고등학생의 건강 및 삶의 질에 대한 진단적 연구 - PRECEDE 모형을 근간으로 - (A Diagnostic Study on High School Students' Health and Quality of Life - Based on the PRECEDE model -)

  • Health education, as the most fundamental concept for national health promotion, alms for developing the self-care ability of the general public. High school days are regarded as the period when most important physical, mental and social developments occur, and most health-related behaviors are formed. School health education is one of the major learning resources influencing health potential in the home and community as well as for the individual student. High school health education in Korea has a fundamental systemic flaw in that health-related subjects are divided and taught under various subjects areas at school. In order to achieve the goal of school health education, it is essential to make a systematic assessment of the learner's concerns connected with his health and life, and the factors affecting them. So far, most of the research projects that had been carried out for improving high school health education were limited in their concerns to a particular aspect of health. Even though some had been done in view of comprehensive school health education, they failed to Include a health assessment of the learner. Therefore, in this study the high school students' concerns related to health and life were investigated in the first place on the basis of the PRECEDE model, developed by Green and others for the purpose of a comprehensive diagnostic research on high school health education. This study was done in two steps : one was the basic study for developing research instrument and the other was the main one. The former was conducted at five high schools in Seoul and Cheongju for 2 months-beginning in March, 1996. The students were asked to respond to questions related to their health and lives in unstructured open-ended question forms. On the basis of analysis of the basic study, the diagnostic instruments for the quality of life, health problems, health behavior and educational factors were constructed to be used for the collection of data for main study. An expert panel and the pilot study were used to improve content validity and reliability of the instruments. The reliability of the instruments was measured at between .7697 and .9611 by the Cronbach $\alpha$. The data for this study were collected from the sample consisted of the junior and senior classes of twenty general and vocational high schools in Seoul and Cheongju for two months period beginning in July, 1996. In analyzing the data, both t-test and $X^2$-test were done by using SAS-$PC^+$ Program to compare data between the sexes of the high school students and the types of high school. A canonical correlation analysis was carried out to determine the relationships among the diagnostic variables, and a multivariate multiple regression analysis was conducted by using LISREL 8.03 to ascertain the influences of variables on the high school students' health and quality of life. The results were as follows : 1) The findings of the hypothesis tests (1) The canonical correlation between the educational diagnosis variables and behavioral, epidemiological, social diagnosis variables was .7221, which was significant at the level of p<.001. (2) The canonical correlation between the educational diagnosis variables and the behavior variables was .6851, which also was significant (p<.001). (3) The canonical correlation between the behavioral diagnosis variables and the epidemiological variables was 4295, which was significant (p<.001). (4) The canonical correlation between the epidemiological diagnosis variables and the social variables was .6005, which was also significant (p<.001). Therefore, the relationship between each diagnosis variable suggested by the PRECEDE model had been experimentally proven to be valid, supporting the conceptual framework of the study as appropriate for assessing the multi-dimensional factors affecting high school students' health and quality of life. Health behavior self-efficacy, the level of parents' interest and knowledge of health, and the level of the perception of school health education, all of which are the educational diagnostic variables, are the most influential variables in students' health and quality of life. In particular, health behavior self-efficacy, a causative factor, was one of the main influential variables in their health and quality of life. Other diagnostic variables suggested in the steps of the PRECEDE model were found to have reciprocal relations rather than a unidirectional causative relationship. The significance of this research is that it has diagnosed the needs of high school health education by the learner-centered assessment of variety of factors related to the health and the life of the students. This research findings suggest an integrated system of school health education to be contrived to enhance the effectiveness of the education by strengthening the influential factors such as self-efficacy to improve the health and quality of the lives of high school students.

팀티칭에 대한 공업계열 전문교과교사와 산학겸임교사 간 인식 비교 연구 (A comparative study on perception of team teaching between vocational teachers and industry-educational adjunct teachers in Technical high school)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 이 연구에서 제안하는 팀티칭 수업 과정 모형(안)의 단계를 바탕으로 공업계 고교 전문교과교사와 산학겸임교사 간 팀티칭의 실태와 인식을 비교 조사하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 궁극적으로는 공업계 고교 전문교과교사와 산학겸임교사 간 팀티칭 활성화 방안 연구 및 실행을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문교과교사와 산학겸임교사는 팀티칭이 필요하다고 동일하게 인식하고 있었지만, 이러한 필요성에 대하여 전문교과교사는 산학겸임교사보다 낮게 인식하는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 팀티칭 준비 단계에서 두 교사 집단은 교사 간 사전 교류 및 연수가 가장 도움이 된다고 인식 하였다. 따라서 팀티칭 준비 단계에서는 교사 간 의견 차이를 좁히고 소통의 기회를 갖도록 자리를 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 충분한 학습 기자재 및 물리적 시설이 마련되어있는지 확인하여 팀티칭 실행 시 이론적 내용과 실습의 통합이 이루어져 팀티칭 운영이 매끄럽게 진행 될 수 있게 준비를 해야 한다. 셋째, 팀티칭 계획 단계에서 두 교사 집단은 팀티칭 계획 활동을 서로 협력하여 공동으로 수립하고, 수업 활동은 협력 계획에 따라 분담하여 각자 진행하거나 서로 협력하여 공동으로 진행하는 것이 바람직하다고 인식하였다. 이에 교사 간 명확한 역할 분담과 수업 계획을 사전에 체계적으로 준비 할 필요가 있다. 그리고 응답자들은 수업 계획서 개발 시 주된 방해 요인은 현행 교육과정, 재정, 수업 진도 강요라고 인식하고 있었다. 따라서 수업 계획 시 자율적으로 교사 재량에 의한 수업이 가능하도록 교육과정의 편성과 운영에 있어 자율성이 보장되어야 한다. 넷째, 팀티칭 실행 단계에서 두 교사 집단은 동일 수업 내 수업 활동을 분담하여 진행하되 관련 있는 내용은 협력하는 것이 바람직한 수업 운영 형태라고 인식하였다. 그리고 효과적인 팀티칭 실행을 위해 전문교과교사는 '학생의 흥미와 관심에 따른 학습 내용'을 산학겸임교사는 '충분한 학습기자재 및 물리적 시설 환경 제공'이 가장 필요하다고 인식하고 있다. 다섯째, 팀티칭 평가 단계에서 바람직한 성적 평가 형태에 대해 두 교사 집단은 전문교과교사가 50%, 산학겸임교사가 50% 평가하여 반영하는 것이 가장 바람직하다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Selection for Duration of Fertility and Mule Duck White Plumage Colour in a Synthetic Strain of Ducks (Anas platyrhynchos)

  • A synthetic strain of ducks (Anas platyrhynchos) was developed by introducing genes for long duration of fertility to be used as mother of mule ducklings and a seven-generation selection experiment was conducted to increase the number of fertile eggs after a single artificial insemination (AI) with pooled Muscovy semen. Reciprocal crossbreeding between Brown Tsaiya LRI-2 (with long duration of fertility) and Pekin L-201 (with white plumage mule ducklings) ducks produced the G0. Then G1 were intercrossed to produce G2 and so on for the following generations. Each female duck was inseminated 3 times, at 26, 29, and 32 weeks of age. The eggs were collected for 14 days from day 2 after AI. Individual data regarding the number of incubated eggs (Ie), the number of fertile eggs at candling at day 7 of incubation (F), the total number of dead embryos (M), the maximum duration of fertility (Dm) and the number of hatched mule ducklings (H) with plumage colour were recorded. The selection criterion was the breeding values of the best linear unbiased prediction animal model for F. The results show high percentage of exhibited heterosis in G2 for traits to improve (19.1% for F and 12.9% for H); F with a value of 5.92 (vs 3.74 in the Pekin L-201) was improved in the G2. Heritabilities were found to be low for Ie ($h^2=0.07{\pm}0.03$) and M ($h^2=0.07{\pm}0.01$), moderately low for Dm ($h^2=0.13{\pm}0.02$), of medium values for H ($h^2=0.20{\pm}0.03$) and F ($h^2=0.23{\pm}0.03$). High and favourable genetic correlations existed between F and Dm ($r_g=0.93$), between F and H ($r_g=0.97$) and between Dm and H ($r_g=0.90$). The selection experiment showed a positive trend for phenotypic values of F (6.38 fertile eggs in G10 of synthetic strain vs 5.59 eggs in G4, and 3.74 eggs in Pekin L-201), with correlated response for increasing H (5.73 ducklings in G10 vs 4.86 in G4, and 3.09 ducklings in Pekin L-201) and maximum duration of the fertile period without increasing the embryo mortality rate. The average predicted genetic response for F was 40% of genetic standard deviation per generation of selection. The mule ducklings' feather colour also was improved. It was concluded that this study provided results for a better understanding of the genetics of the duration of fertility traits in the common female duck bred for mule and that the selection of a synthetic strain was effective method of improvement.
