The purpose of this study is to find empirically the effect on start-up performance and organizational trust of receptiveness for balanced scorecard in tenant companies of business incubator. In order to achieve the purposes of this study, we collected survey data for 216 employees in order to verify the research model and the hypothesis, we performed structural equation model analysis by using AMOS 18.0. Results of this study are as follows. First, receptiveness for balanced scorecard in tenant companies of business incubator has positive effect on organizational trust significantly. Second, receptiveness for balanced scorecard in tenant companies of business incubator has positive effect on start-up performance significantly. Third, organizational trust for business incubator has positive effect on start-up performance significantly.

The predominant concern of the study consist of: (1) whether Chinese young people think Korean Wave would lasts; (2) the direct effect of viewing degree of Korean contents on the sustainability of Korean Wave; (3) the mediation effect of liking for Korean Wave and receptiveness to foreign cultural inflow on that sustainability; (4) the moderating effect of sense of rivalry between Korean and China. The research is based on a survey conducted with 371 chinese people between high teen and early 30's, located in Guilin of Guangxi and Zhengzhou of Henan in China. The notable findings are as follow: While the group with strong rivalry does not have a direct effect of viewing degree on the sustainability for Korean Wave, the group with weak rivalrous sense and higher viewing degree of Korean contents predict shorter sustainability of Korean Wave, therefore, the moderating effect of sense of rivalry between Korea and China is significant .Next, liking for Korean Wave shows a full mediating effect among Chinese with weak rivalry and a partial mediating effect among them with strong rivalry. The mediating effect of receptiveness to foreign cultural inflow is non-significant.

The present study focused on the status of functional use and demands for cellular phone in the aged. Through a survey of 206 aged people, we asked the present use of UI(User Interface) and problems in use of functions of cellular phone. The survey consist of questions about use of internet and mobil products, receptiveness of various mobil contents and machines, and marketable evaluation. The results showed that great part of elder people used only cellular phone as telephone. However, it appeared that relatively younger people in the participants In survey used more and more various functions of cellular phone such as digital camera. Moreover, according to the situations of health, economy, culture of participants, they demanded more various functions and UI in cellular phone.

The predominant concern of the study consist of: (1) the direct effect of Chinese's sense of rivalry toward Korea and receptiveness to foreign cultural inflow on national defense respond; (2) the mediating effect of the reasonable dispute resolution between China and Korea; (3) the moderating effects of liking for Korean Wave. The research is based on a survey conducted with 695 Chinese people under 30, located in eleven cities of seven provinces. The notable findings are as follow: First, while the sense of rivalry does not negatively effect on the reasonable dispute resolution between China and Korea among group with high liking for Korean Wave, the sense of rivalry does have negative effect on the dispute resolution among Chinese with low liking for Korean Wave. Second, the reasonable dispute resolution shows a buffer effect between the receptiveness to foreign cultural inflow and the sense of rivalry toward Korea among group with high liking for Korean Wave, however, the mediation effect of the reasonable dispute resolution is not significant among low group. Thus, it is proved that the moderating effect of liking for Korean Wave is significant. Some practical and political implications are discussed based on the study's findings.

A theme park, in general, can be defined as a space that has both 'theme factor' and 'hands-on factor'. But theme parks in Korea are not recognized as having unity even though they provide diverse services, because they lack in a theme factor, which is the essence of a theme park. On the other side of the issue, themes and concepts that a theme park claims to stand for are not consistent, and they fail to provide representative themes as well. For this reason, although a business plan to invite overseas theme parks is pushed ahead, it causes a vicious circle to weaken the competitive edge of domestic theme park industry as well as capital outflow. Consequently, from a theoretical viewpoint, a theme park with no specific theme is in critical situation to be out of the limelight by failing to provide visitors with purposefulness and attract their attention. To overcome the limitations in domestic theme park industry, and to gain profitability and expanded customers lie in heightening their receptiveness through creating unique image of each theme park. With the awareness of the issue, this study aims to propose a theme-centered park which has culture contents in it and to suggest a viable alternative that helps to create hands-on theme parks that reflect customers' receptiveness.

The aims of this article were to examine the basic law, contents and concept of educational program for healthy family and provide the jobs and competency of healthy family supporter for educational work. The research objects were 53 healthy family supporters for educational work inclusive of full-time and part-time position. They was analyzed through the survey. The process of research consisted of two parts. One was to suggest their jobs and requirements, the other were to offer their core competency and area for improvement. First, the jobs of healthy family supporters for educational work were the planning and valuation of program. The requirements for the performance of their duties are having a bachelor's degree or a master's degree, career for 1-3years, and a certificate of qualification of healthy family supporters, social worker and family counselor. Second, their competencies were the understanding of education for family life, management for healthy family support center, planning and valuation of educational program, a theory of counsel, community networking, ability of documentation, sociality, communication skill, the ability of solving the problem, the adaptation of various environments, receptiveness, positiveness and so on.

The purpose of this study is to find influencing factors on attitude toward marriage of undergraduate with institutional care background. Intimate romantic relationship is one of developmental tasks of emerging adulthood. And attitude towards marriage is connected with intimate, romantic relationship. This study has focus on attitude towards marriage out of marriage issues. The method of this study is the survey on 214 undergraduates who have lived in institution for children over two years. The results of the findings are as follows. First, they are favorably inclined towards marriage. Second, gender, financial conditions, ego-identity exercise a significant effect on attitude towards marriage. Subcategory of ego-identity that affects attitude towards marriage the most is self-receptiveness. Implication and limitation of this study are discussed finally.

In this study, the use of wrapping cloth was studied by examining documents and drawings from the past that reflect the life of people of the time with a focus on "minbo" (a wrapping cloth used by civilians) and "gungbo" (a wrapping cloth used by the ruling class). Unlike the bag culture of industrialized society, wrapping cloth has diversity, dynamic and receptiveness to changes as well as coexistence of 2 and 3-dimension. Environment-friendliness of recyclability of the cloth used for making wrapping cloth is not found in any other traditional transportation device cultures of the world. Such polysemous elements converge into a various functions with the development of technology and raw material and allow a package design from a new perspective. This study analyzes the above factors from a package design perspective to suggest an innovative modern package design that has fusional, diverse features.

In child care teacher aptitude, it is identified that there is difference between male and female in sociability for the infants, but it shows that there is no difference in other field and implies that compared with gender of child care teacher, desire and qualification are more important for child care teaching. In addition,, in child care teacher aptitude, it is identified that as variable, commitment for duty expressively explicates child care teacher's professional perception, and the following things are shown as the variables to meaningfully explain the child care efficacy : creativity, self-improvement, sociability for infants, receptiveness, sensitiveness and safety management capacity significantly. Finally, it is turned out that creativity and self-improvement as main variable, expressively explains multicultural teaching efficacy. It is suggested the necessity to instruct pre-service child care teachers to possess creativity and be able to develop themselves, and improve multicultural teacher competencies.

This study was to explore experiences of Female Ex-offender's re-entry process to socialization. For this, 9 female ex-offenders who receive housing support by the Korea Rehabilitation Agency were interviewed and the Strauss and Corbin's ground theory is used to approach to the data. In open coding, 88 concepts, 33 subcategories, and 15categories emerged from the data. In axial coding, central phenomenon were 'indulge in self pity', 'being isolated female ex-offender'. Intervention condition was 'human cooperation system'. Strategies were 'increase the receptiveness', 'establish the foundation'. Consequences were 'finding the stability in the life', 'changing the life direction'. In selective coding, main theme was 'overcome social stigma through changing life-direction and acclimate to society', and four phases were derived from the data. Based upon this results outcome, need of female ex-offender in the process of social transition and their experience were discussed.
