  • In this study we investigate japan VRS system comparing VRS and RTK. and real time VRS surveying and RTK-GPS surveying field test. The pilot VRS surveying project have been done to verify a new technology accuracy and efficiency and we also derived future research and work in korea from that studying.

실시간 영상 감시를 위한 웹 카메라 시스템의 구현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Implementation of the Web-Camera System for Realtime Monitoring)

  • 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상에서 실시간 영상 감시를 위한 웹 카메라 시스템의 구조를 제안하고 구현하였다. 구현된 웹 카메라 시스템은 구현 방식에 따라 두 가지로 개발되었다. 첫 번째 시스템에서는 웹서버와 카메라 서버가 서로 동일한 시스템 상에서 구현되어 동작되도록 하였다. 이 시스템에서는 동영상 파일이 주기적으로 JPEG 파일로 압축되어 인터넷을 통하여 사용자에게 전달된다. 두 번째 시스템에서는 웹서버와 카메라 서버가 서로 다른 시스템에 구현되도록 하여 카메라 서버가 동영상 파일을 웹서버로 전송하면 최종적으로 웹서버에 접속한 사용자에게 동영상 파일을 전송하도록 하였다. JPEG으로 압축된 영상 이미지의 전송을 위하여 본 시스템은 자바 애플릿과 자바 스크립트를 사용하여 개발되었는데 이는 ActiveX나 스크립트 언어만을 사용한 경우보다 운영시스템과 브라우저에 독립적으로 동작할 수 있게 하기 위함이다. 본 논문에서 구현된 두 가지 구조의 시스템의 성능 비교를 위하여 각 시스템에 대하여 전송되는 데이터의 트래픽을 초당 바이트 단위로 측정하여 그 결과를 시뮬레이션 하였다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to explain the implementation method in order to enhance stability and reliability of embedded system. In this research, Texas Instrument (TI)'s TMS570 MCU(Micro Controller Unit) is used to satisfy the standard of stability that is IEC 61508. IEC 61508 suggest SIL(Safety Integrity Level) from 1 to 4 and TMS570 is satisfied SIL3. Also, TMS570 can provide several stability functions can be used in realtime system. To use such functions, this paper suggest the solution about the defect that can be used in realtime system. In basic way TMR(Triple Modular Redundancy) suggested in addition to explain about the way to improve safety and reliability. Also this paper will suggest the method that reinforce the stability of calculation by using multiplex voter and memory.

  • This study intends to develop an evacuation simulation system based on BIM in a real-time manner. The proposed system, an add-on module for Revit Architecture and one of the most popular BIM authoring tools, supports the architectural design as well as real-time evacuation simulation of the design alternatives. This paper introduces the developed system, named SafeBIM, and the design process on which it is based. To evaluate the possibilities of the proposed system in the educational field of architectural design, this study included a feasibility test with college students in an architectural design studio.

Opportunistic Scheduling with QoS Constraints for Multiclass Services HSUPA System

  • This paper focuses on the scheduling problem with the objective of maximizing system throughput, while guaranteeing long-term quality of service (QoS) constraints for non-realtime data users and short-term QoS constraints for realtime multimedia users in multiclass service high-speed uplink packet access (HSUPA) systems. After studying the feasible rate region for multiclass service HSUPA systems, we formulate this scheduling problem and propose a multi-constraints HSUPA opportunistic scheduling (MHOS) algorithm to solve this problem. The MHOS algorithm selects the optimal subset of users for transmission at each time slot to maximize system throughput, while guaranteeing the different constraints. The selection is made according to channel condition, feasible rate region, and user weights, which are adjusted by stochastic approximation algorithms to guarantee the different QoS constraints at different time scales. Simulation results show that the proposed MHOS algorithm guarantees QoS constraints, and achieves high system throughput.

  • 한정된 용량의 전송선로에서 데이터를 고속으로 전송하기 위해서는 데이터의 압축이 필요하다. 압축은 데이터의 양을 줄이면서 전송선로를 통한 데이터 전송은 빠르고 비용이 절감되도록 만들어 준다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 압축 소프트웨어나 하드웨어를 이용하여 데이터 통신의 응용에 어떻게 적용하는 과정을 전개하고 자 한다. 본 논문에서는 이 적용 과정에서 문제 시 되는 시스템이 원하는 효율과 시스템의 지연 문제를 해결을 위한 방안을 마련하고자 무손실과 다중이력을 지원하는 LZS압축시스템을 이용하여 실시간 데이터 압축전송 시스템을 구현하여 효율을 분석하고자 한다.

  • We developed the protection program for the generator fault protection system and each module of the digital protective relay H/W for loading the protection program. The protective algorithm for the generator is 51, 51G/N, 46P/N, 47P/N, 50G/N, and 32, and we developed each fault protection program. And we must design high efficiency microprocessor, CT, and PT for realtime measuring, relaying and high accuracy of measurement, also. From now on digital protective relay must be operated with integrated management systems. For this point, we must load various industrial protocol on the digital protective relay. In this research, we developed each protective relay H/W module according to above conditions. And we designed real-time operating system in order that each protective algorithm is operated with realtime processing on the H/W system.

  • In this research a Simulink/RTW-baed realtime control system was developed for an induction motor vector control. On the Simulink window, the control system is designed in the form of block diagrams, program codes are produced automatically with the RTW(Real Time Workshop), then an DSP c compiler compiles the program codes. With this automatic program producing method rapid prototyping is realized with the least time-consuming manual programming procedures. To show effectiveness of the proposed system designing scheme a DSP-based induction motor vector controller was constructed and implemented.

Packet Scheduling Algorithm Considering a Minimum Bit Rate for Non-realtime Traffic in an OFDMA/FDD-Based Mobile Internet Access System

  • In this letter, we consider a new packet scheduling algorithm for an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing access/frequency division duplex (OFDMA/FDD)-based system, e.g., mobile broadband wireless access or high-speed portable internet systems, in which the radio resources of both time and frequency slots are dynamically shared by all users under a proper scheduling policy. Our design objective is to increase the number of non-realtime service (e.g., WWW) users that can be supported in the system, especially when the minimum bit rate requirement is imposed on them. The simulation results show that our proposed algorithm can provide a significant improvement in the average outage probability performance for the NRT service, i.e., significantly increasing the number of NRT users without much compromising of the cell throughput.
