회원 신윤복 풍용도에 표현된 복식미의 연구

  • The fashion of late Yi dynasty had explored a possibility of new fashional beauty from its own experiences throughout the history of Korean fashion excluding any interference of foreign fashions, and brought out some characteristics ; first, the aesthetical value focused on the more human fashion resulted in the exposure of waist. This aesthetical change in the fashion of late Yi dynasty produced out results as follows ; the length and width of jacket became short and narrow maintaining the basic form, while the width of skirt became increased to be contrasted exceptionally with the upper coat. This mode of fashion reveals the transitional movement from the emphasis on balance to that on unbalance in the late period of Yi dynasty. But regarding the fact that the proportional change by the ways of putting on skirt became to be similar to the golden ratio, we can see many examples throughout the folk paintings by Shin Yun bok, we find that the fashional beauty of that age pursued ideal harmony and unity all the time being in spite of its tendency toward non-refinement. Second, we see another peculiarity in the mode of woman's fashion from the paintings by Shin Yun-bok who always depicted the hu-man nature frankly. For example, the jacket became shorter to emphasize lady's slim waist, and underwears began to be exposed after the upper part of skirt had been to expose lady's waist while the bottom line pulled up highter than before. Thus, as the function of robe had changed from a mere means of covering into an expression of beauty, the fashion of late Yi dynasty began to express a perfectly new beauty possessing an erotic mood and sensu-ality of a woman, which was its inner aesthetic need. Third, this emergence of new fashional beauty made the mental value of man and the aesthetic views of that time quite different from the previous ones, and finally there came various expressions of a new beauty. There-fore, the woman's fashion of late Yi dynasty is noted for the exposure and emphasis on the body line of a woman after the aesthetic view-point had changed of time toward pragmatism and humanism, while upholding the traditions of Korean clothes and pride for the nation. And our ancestors realized very Korean fashional beauty by pursuing the expressional ways of gentle, indirect emphasis upon the feminine and natural beauty to exclude and ar-tificial, direct and straightforward exposures and images.

Investigation of Ring Artifact Using Algebraic Reconstruction Technique (대수적 재구성 기법을 통한 링 아티팩트 조사)

  • Computed tomography system is widely used on various fields because section image of an object can be acquired. During several step to obtain section image, artifacts by many error factors can be added on the image. Ring artifact induced by the CT system is examined in this study. A test phantom of $512{\times}512$ size was constructed numerically, and the ring artifact was investigated by the algebraic reconstruction technique. The computer program was realized using Visual C++ under the fan beam geometry with projections of 720 and detector pixel of 1,280. The generation of ring artifact was verified by applying different detection efficiency on detector pixels. The ring intensity became large as increasing the ring value, and the ring artifacts were strongly emphasized near the center of the reconstructed image. The ring artifact may be eliminated by tracking the position of ring artifact on the reconstructed image and by calibrating the detector pixel.

  • With the increase of multimedia information such as image, researches on extracting high-level semantic information from low-level visual information has been realized, and in order to automatically generate this kind of information. Various technologies have been developed. Generally, image retrieval is widely preceded by comparing colors and shapes among images. In some cases, images with similar color, shape and even meaning are hard to retrieve. In this article, in order to retrieve the object in an image, technical value of middle level is converted into meaning value of middle level. Furthermore, to enhance accuracy of segmentation, K-means algorithm is engaged to compute k values for various images. Thus, object retrieval can be achieved by segmented low-level feature and relationship of meaning is derived from ontology. The method mentioned in this paper is supposed to be an effective approach to retrieve images as required by users.

  • This study focuses on the Mise-en-abyme theories of Lucien $D{\ddot{a}}llenbach$, and presents research methodology to analyze the modern cinema costume in a new view. Inherent aesthetic values of the costume code shown in the film are as follows. First, esthetics value shown is the analogic code through the maximization of factual realism by directing target. Mise-en-abyme placed in this film plays the role of costume codes, and highlights the subject by presenting specifically targeted realistic icons to maximize the realism of the movie. Second, Mise-en-abyme is deployed to the explicit text through costumes code is placed as Displaced code arrangements. In other words, each of the characters is a signifier. Symbolizing a historical era is the device that represents a self-reflective signifier. Third, paradoxically reflected by the overlapped expansion of virtual reality and the self-referential characteristics and are subject to reflect the thinking of the author. Costumes code placed in Mise-en-abyme is expressed in costumes positioned to maximize the realism in the film as described above, and implies narratives and self-reflective mediating tools that symbolism can be seen that the paradoxical metaphor for the reality and the future. In addition, through the metaphor of visual narrative is allegorical representation Mise-en-abyme with ambiguity, and it is a concrete text that can be realized in a variety of creative storytelling methods and image delivery methods of modern fashion. This study confirmed that this costumes to take the point of view of emotional $Mise-en-sc{\grave{e}}ne$ in the process of completing the film's themes and cinematic devices by identifying the roles and aesthetic value of code costumes as the core subjects that make up the narrative of the film.

Population analysis of eelgrass, Zostera marina L. in Geojedo, Gaedo, and Jedo on the southern coastal water of Korea using RAPD-PCR (RAPD 방법을 이용한 거제도, 개도, 제도해역에서 채집한 말잘피 개체분석)

  • Assessments of population genetic structure and diversity can be of value in formulating management plans for threatened eelgrass(Zostera maim). Using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA markers, we found evidence of significant genetic structure among the populations of eelgrass sampled at three areas(Geojedo, Gaedo, and Jedo). A highly isolated(>100 km apart) population from the Geojedo had a long genetic distance(0.16), whereas the populations from the Gaedo and Jedo(<10 km apart) exhibited far less distance(0.08). The analysis of similarity within population showed that Geojedo was over 70%, which was of lower value than of Gaedo and Jedo. Based on these results, we realized that heterogeneous population was in accordance with geographic separation. This is caused by limited seed dispersal and interrupted gene flow, although the sample size is small.

  • University library evaluations have previously put emphasis on how many collections a library has, what kinds of services it offers, and how satisfied its users are with the services. But these evaluations are not enough to show how much impact university libraries have on their stakeholders and how they can contribute to the mission and purpose of the parent organization. This study is a starting point of discussion for the impact and value measurement of university libraries. The aim is to identify a university library's impact in terms of various stakeholders and accordingly determine its measuring element. The impact of a university library on students can be measured by the students' study, success and accomplishments. The impact on professors can be measured through the success of their teaching and research productivity. Finally, the impact on a university can be realized by understanding how a library affects university's reputation and success.

Investigation of a Pseudo Capacitor with Polyacrylonitrile based Gel Polymer Electrolyte

  • Pseudo capacitors belong to one group of super capacitors which are consisted with non carbon based electrodes. As such, conducting polymers and metal oxide materials have been employed for pseudo capacitors. Conducting polymer based pseudo capacitors have received a great attention due to their interesting features such as flexibility, low cost and ease of synthesis. Much work has been done using liquid electrolytes for those pseudo capacitors but has undergone various drawbacks. It has now been realized the use of solid polymer electrolytes as an alternative. Among them gel polymer electrolytes (GPEs) are in a key place due to their high ambient temperature conductivities as well as suitable mechanical properties. In this study, composition of a polyacrylonitrile (PAN) based GPE was optimized and it was employed as the electrolyte in a pseudo capacitor having polypyrrole (PPy) electrodes. GPE was prepared using ethylene carbonate (EC), propylene carbonate (PC), sodium thiocyanate (NaSCN) and PAN as starting materials. The maximum room temperature conductivity of the GPE was $1.92{\times}10^{-3}Scm^{-1}$ for the composition 202.5 PAN : 500 EC : 500 PC : 35 NaSCN (by weight). Performance of the pseudo capacitor was investigated using Cyclic Voltammetry technique, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) technique and Continuous Charge Discharge (GCD) test. The single electrode specific capacity (Cs) was found out to be 174.31 F/g using Cyclic Voltammetry technique at the scan rate of 10 mV/s and within the potential window -1.2 V to 1.2 V. The same value obtained using EIS was about 84 F/g. The discharge capacity ($C_d$) was 69.8 F/g. The capacity fade over 1000 cycles was rather a low value of 4%. The results proved the suitability of the pseudo capacitor for improving the performance further.

The Design and SAR Analysis of the Spiral Planar Monopole Antenna for Dual-Band (이중 대역 스파이럴 평면형 모노폴 안테나 설계 및 SAR 분석)

  • In this paper, the spiral planar monopole antenna mounted on a Cellular/WCDMA handset is designed. Frequency characteristics is optimized with various design parameters. The two spiral lines are adopted in order to implement Cellular frequency bandwidth and WCDMA frequency bandwidth. The bandwidth of the realized antenna is $0.805{\sim}0.892$ GHz(10 %) and $1.867{\sim}2.302$ GHz(21 %) for VSWR${\leq}2$ which contain the proposed frequency bandwidth. In human head, the simulated value on 1 g and 10 g averaged SAR caused by electromagnetic wave radiated in the designed antenna is compared with the measured value. As a result, the measured values of 1 g and 10 g averaged SAR were similar to the simulated values, which were lower than the SAR guidelines.

The Design and SAR Analysis of the Broadband Printed Monopole Antenna with Z-patch (Z자형 패치를 갖는 광대역 평판형 모노폴 안테나 설계 및 SAR 해석)

  • This paper proposed a novel broadband printed monopole antenna for PCS/IMT-2000/WLAN terminals. Frequency characteristics are optimized with various design parameters. Two Z-shaped patchs were utilized in order to improve the characteristics of a printed monopole antenna which usually has a narrow bandwidth. The bandwidth of the realized antenna is $1.590{\sim}2.614$ GHz(48.43 %) below the return loss of -10 dB which contain the required bandwidth of PCS/IMT-2000/WLAN band. The simulated and measured values of 1 g and 10 g averaged peak SAR on human head caused by the proposed antenna on folder-type phone were analyzed and discussed. As a result, the measured 1 g peak SAR value is 0.794 W/kg and 10 g peak SAR value is 0.368 W/kg at 1.8 GHz. The results are smaller than the reference SAR limit values that are respectively 1.6 W/kg and 2 W/kg on 1 g and 10 g averaged SAR values.

Payment Settlement Framework for Exporting Real-Time Online Financial Solution (실시간 온라인 금융솔루션 수출을 위한 지급결제프레임워크)

  • Korean small and medium sized software companies have tried to export their solutions or services to overseas markets. In 2016, exports of the software industry increased by 6.0% from the previous year, and the value added of the industry was 2.2 times higher than that of the manufacturing industry. From a long-term perspective, it is important to secure a global competitive advantage in order to sustain the export high value-added of the software industry. The obstacles to entry into the overseas market of small to medium enterprises are as follows: first, difficulty in product development and localization of marketing; second, lack of investment for overseas expansion; and finally, competitiveness of software technology. In particular, To overcome such obstacles, Korean small and medium sized software companies should increase the technical perfection and secure software export competitiveness. The paper presents a payment settlement framework enabling adaptive reuse and semiautomatic development of global payment settlement services. The quantitative and qualitative evaluation results are presented with domestic and overseas case studies as follows: Firstly, semi-automatic development is realized successfully by applying the framework. Secondly, it is possible to maintain consistent quality of software and to deliver maintenance services without relying on the internal human resources. Thirdly, it is possible to reduce the project duration of the same development cope to less than 50% by applying the framework. Finally, because it is based on BPMN 2.0, which is a high level design diagram, it is expected that it will be easy to implement through components connection and reduce difficulties in technology transfer and localization. Also, at the time of runtime operation, it will be effective to understand the design idea easily and to carry out additional developments without human resource who participated in the initial project.
