  • Precise Point Positioning-Real Time Kinematic (PPP-RTK) is an improved PPP method that provides the user receiver with satellite code and phase bias correction information in addition to the satellite orbit and clock, thus enabling single-receiver ambiguity resolution. Single station PPP-RTK concept is special case of PPP-RTK in that corrections are computed, instead of a network, by only one single GNSS receiver. This study is performed to experimentally verify the positioning accuracy performance of single baseline RTK level by a user who utilizes correction for a single station PPP-RTK using dual frequencies. As an experimental result, the horizontal and vertical 95% accuracy was 2.2 cm, 4.4 cm, respectively, which verify the same performance as the single baseline RTK.

  • In this paper, a new associative memory system for analog time-sequential data processing is proposed. This system effectively associate time-sequential data using not only matching with present data but also matching with past data. Furthermore in order to improve error correction ability, weight varying in time domain is introduced in this system. The network is simulated with several periodic time-sequential input patterns including noise. The results show that the proposed system has ability to correct input errors. We expect that the proposed system may be applied for a real time processing of analog time-sequential information.

  • In this paper, we have studied wireless time division duplex(TDD) time synchronization technique considering the propagation delay between mobile vehicles. The existing IEEE 1588 precision time protocol(IEEE 1588 PTP) algorithm was applied and the time synchronization between the two nodes was achieved through the propagation delay and clock offset time correction calculated between master slave nodes during wireless TDD communication. The time synchronization process and procedure of IEEE 1588 PTP algorithm were optimized, thereby reducing the propagation delay error sensitivity for real-time moving vehicles. The sync flag signal generated through the time correction has a time synchronization accuracy of max +252.5 ns within 1-symbol(1.74 M symbol/sec, ${\pm}287.35ns$) through test and measurement, and it was confirmed that the time synchronization between master slave nodes can be achieved through sync flag signal generated during GPS disturbance.

  • In this paper we suggest the adaptive QoS-based VOD system design, which can diagnose and reflect the variable network situation. This system is based on the changeable Forward Error Correction(FEC) coding and re-transmission to enhance system quality by using the measured real-time network value such as loss, delay and jitter.

  • Interaction between system and disturbance results in system with time-dependent parameter. Parameter variation due to interaction has random characteristics. Most of the randomly varying parameters in control problem is regarded as white noise random process which is not a realistic model. In real situation those random variation is colored noise random process. Modified F-P-K equation is proposed to get the response of the random parametric system using some correction factor. Proposed technique is employed to obtain the colored noise parametric system response and confirmed via Monte-Carlo Simulation.

  • This paper proposes a DGPS (Differential GPS) mobile reference station. The proposed systems can provide user with real-time correction data when the internet connention is possible. Since the GPS receiver part and network hardware are designed in a module, it can be easily moved and fixed. In order to verify the proposed system, several tersts have been carried out and the test results show the validity of the proposed system.

  • Packet losses in the Internet can dramatically degrade quality of multimedia streams. Forward Error Correction (FEC) is one of the best methods that can protect data from packet erasures by means of sending additional redundant information. Proposed control algorithm provides the possibility of receiving real-time multimedia streams of given quality wifth minimal traffic overhead. The traffic optimization is reached by adjusting packet size as well as block code parameters. Calculations and simulation results show that for non-bursty network conditions traffic optimization can lead to more than 50% bandwidth reduction.

  • In this paper, the image modelling of road's lane markings is established using view frustum(VF) model. From this model, a measurement system of lane markings and obstacles is proposed. The system also involve the real time processing of the 3D position coordinate and the distance data from the camera to the points on the 3D world coordinate by virtue of the camera calibration. In order to reduce their measurement error, an useful algorithm for which analyze the geometric variations due to traveling vehicle's fluctuation using VF model is proposed. In experiments, without correction, for instance, the $0.4^{\circ}$ of pitching rotation gives the error of $0.4{\sim}0.6m$ at the distance of 10m, but the more far distance cause exponentially the more error. We con finned that this algorithm can be reduced less than 0.1m of error at the same condition.
