Looking at multimedia education contents from a design point of view, the instructor's design model may differ from the child's understanding model due to gap of the instructor's and child's knowledge. This fact implies it impacts the effectiveness of the education contents. The learning efficiency of Korean typography in WBI for children depends on the font-family, line space, font-size, the age of user, the output device such as the monitor, and other various factors. In this paper, we measured and analyzed on readability of Korean typography in WBI for children by reading speed method. The results of experiments show that readability depends on the font-family of typography, age(grade), and sex of children. In detail, "Goolymche" has the shortest time to be read, and girl and the highest grade students of elementary school have shorter time than boy and the lower grade students. Moreover, we consider the elegance of typography in WBI for holding children's interests because they prefer "Yopseoche". We provide some CSSs in WBI for children based on the experimental results, to used in school fields.

Recently, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of cases that have formed and operated teachers' learning communities through cross-curricular consulting at the school level. The purpose of this study is to explore cross-curricular instructional consulting as an activity of teachers' learning communities at the school level, and investigate the effect of cross-curricular instructional consulting on middle school science teaching. We analyzed features and limitations of cross-curricular instructional consulting revealed in three case studies in middle school, including open classes and instructional consulting sessions, and conducted additional instructional consulting on the same videotaped science classes with science experts from outside. According to the results, science inquiry experiments are often replaced with text reading and interpreting, students' misconceptions and exact scientific representations are ignored, and the goal setting as well as class coverage has been questionable and disputable in science classes resulted from cross-curricular instructional consulting. Discussed in the conclusion are the necessity of cross-curricular instructional consulting in middle school, and ways to overcome limitations of the method of cross-curricular instructional consulting, including alternatives to a praise-only policy in cross-curricular instructional consulting, ways to use cross-curricular instructional consulting without compromising the subject's essence, and ways to improve the undue authority of consultants.

Also it will burn with their studying conduct quality and it will roll and it did deeply and it arranged knot eagerly, accomplishing which is superior from the field which is various it showed, the originality was superior, the subject attachment power was high quite, oneself it studies it has a devotion the possibility of knowing it was. And, the social characteristic of the friends and is good with their emotional quality and it does there is own reflection and an encouragement at any time and also a confidence, but just as good as the stress also it receives the possibility of knowing it was to him.
Purpose: This study was to identify the level of knowledge and performances on evidence-based infection control and influencing factors on performance among nurses in intensive care unit. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional survey design was used. Two hundred thirty-nine nurses at intensive care units were conveniently recruited from seven hospitals located in Seoul and Kyounggi province. Data were collected with a questionnaire survey about evidence-based infection control. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. Results: Both level of knowledge (mean 9.15 out of 19) on preventing ventilator-associated pneumonia and central venous catheter induced bloodstream infection, and performance on evidence-based infection control (1.94 out of 4) were moderate. Performance of evidence-based practice for infection control was related to reading research articles regularly, professional satisfaction, and taken education course. Conclusion: These results indicate that systematic and organizational strategies for enhancing evidence-based infection control are needed to improve quality of intensive nursing care.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that hinder the role recognition and role performance of teacher librarians and suggest some improvement methods. For this purpose, a questionnaire was conducted among 41 persons who participated in the first-level qualification training for teachers librarians at K University Secondary Teacher Training Institute in 2019.The results showed that there was a difference between the expected role and the execution role of the teacher librarians. In other words, teacher librarians recognize that they should teach information literacy as instructors and operate library-based instruction and cooperative classes as teaching partners. However, the most frequently played roles are reading education and library use education. They recognizes the cause as institutional limitations, such as the absence of a national level curriculum and the ambiguity of the role of specialists in school libraries. And it is perceived as a real problem such as the lack of partnership and recognition of their peers. Among the variables of teacher librarians, the higher their educational level, the more they perceived their peers as teachers. Based on this, some suggestions for strengthening the role of the teacher librarians' instructor and teaching partner were proposed in terms of including cross-curricular subjects of information literacy education, analyzing jobs and establishing scholarship system for school libraries.
The purpose of this research is to examine So-Hak(小學) and Seodang(書堂) education, which were at the heart of child-adolescent education in Cho-Sun dynasty, and their implications on character education. In other words, this research is an attempt to review a traditional education from a modern character education perspective. So-Hak contains as major educational concepts Hyo(孝) and Kyeong(敬), guiding principles of daily lives. In this research, two basic concepts of So-Hak were reinterpreted from a modern perspective, namely, Soe-So-Eung-Dae-Jin-Tae(灑掃應對進退) and Ye-Ak-Sa-Eu-Seo-Su(禮樂射御書數). One of major implications of So-Hak lies on the habituation of what is learned, for habit leads to continuation of action, out of which the development of character emerges. As such, the role of habituation in character education is twofold, namely, basic educational content and method. Seodang is a school in which the teachings of So-Hak is realized. From an educational method perspective, Seodang's teaching-learning methods of reading, writing, and calligraphy methods were examined. As a result, three implications of So-Hak and Seodang were drawn, the habituation of what is learned, unification of knowledge and morality, and individualized learning based on one's own level.

This study investigated purchasing behaviors of processed foods in high school students (male 94 and female 85) in the Yongin region. Frequency of eating processed foods was generally once (36.9%) or twice (32.4%) a day. Frequency according to processed food items was in the following order: confectionary (31.3%)> beverages (17.3%)> breads (12.3%)> instant noodles (11.7%) and milk or dairy products (11.7%)> frozen desserts (10.6%). The places for purchasing were a big mart (30.7%), convenience store (28.5%), and school cafeteria (26.8%). The reasons for purchasing were 'tasty' at 43.6% and 'hungry' at 35.2%. Main factors affecting purchasing were 'taste' at 70.9%, followed by price (16.2%)> quantity (5.6%)> nutrition (4.5%). The most important parts of food and nutrition labels were 'shelf-life' (67.0%) and 'calories' (57.5%). Degrees of confirmation of food and nutrition labeling were 'always' (12.3%), 'rarely' (28.5%), and 'sometimes' (59.2%). The reasons for not reading labels were 'unconcerned' (27.9%), 'too tiny lettering' (28.5%), 'hard to understand' (16.2%), and 'habitually' (15.1%). These results reflect low attention of high school students towards healthy food choices using food and nutrition labeling during purchasing. In conclusion, a specific education program for providing accurate product information as well as leading healthy purchasing behaviors should be required.
