간이식 환자의 퇴원 준비도와 자가간호와의 관계: 종단적 연구 (Relationship between Readiness for Hospital Discharge and Self-care of Liver Transplant Recipients: A Single-center Prospective Study)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this longitudinal study was to identify the relationship between the readiness for hospital discharge and self-care changes in an early stage of liver transplantation after discharge. Methods: Data of 75 liver transplant recipients within one year of surgery from a transplantation center from May 2019 to May 2020 were collected for this study. Their readiness for discharge was measured before discharge. Self-care after liver transplantation was evaluated at one week, one month, and three months of discharge at outpatient visits. Linear mixed model was used to evaluate the statistical relationship. Results: The readiness for hospital discharge was significantly higher when the caregiver was a spouse (p=.027), with fewer post-transplantation days (p=.027), absence of acute rejection (p=.004), or high self-efficacy (p<.001). As a result of the linear mixed model analysis, the higher the discharge readiness score, the higher the self-care score (β=0.29, p<.001). However, after three months, their self-care had decreased regardless of their level of readiness for hospital discharge compared to one week after discharge. Conclusion: Improving the readiness before discharge is essential to enhance self-care. Also, active intervention at 3 months of discharge should be performed to check and promote their long-term self-care.

Adapting the Community Readiness Model and Validating a Community Readiness Tool for Childhood Obesity Prevention Programs in Iran

  • Objectives: It is critical to assess community readiness (CR) when implementing childhood obesity prevention programs to ensure their eventual success and sustainability. Multiple tools have been developed based on various conceptions of readiness. One of the most widely used and flexible tools is based on the community readiness model (CRM). This study aimed to adapt the CRM and assess the validity of a community readiness tool (CRT) for childhood obesity prevention programs in Iran. Methods: A Delphi study that included 26 individuals with expertise in 8 different subject areas was conducted to adapt the CRM into a theoretical framework for developing a CRT. After linguistic validation was conducted for a 35-question CR interview guide, the modified interview guide was evaluated for its content and face validity. The quantitative and qualitative analyses were performed using Stata version 13 and MAXQDA 2010, respectively. Results: The Delphi panelists confirmed the necessity/appropriateness and adequacy of all 6 CRM dimensions. The Persian version of the interview guide was then modified based on the qualitative results of the Delphi study, and 2 more questions were added to the community climate dimension of the original CRT. All questions in the modified version had acceptable content and face validity. The final CR interview guide included 37 questions across 6 CRM dimensions. Conclusions: By adapting the CRM and confirming linguistic, content, and face validity, the present study devised a CRT for childhood obesity prevention programs that can be used in relevant studies in Iran.

이공계 대학생의 자기주도학습준비도와 학습유형의 관계 (A relationship between Self-Directed Learning Readiness and Learning Style of university students majored in science and engineering)

  • 본 연구는 평생학습자로 살아가야 할 이공계 대학생의 자기주도학습준비도와 학습유형의 특성을 알아보고, 자기주도학습준비도와 학습유형의 관계를 분석해보는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위하여 충남의 H대학교 이공계열 전공 학생 142명을 대상으로 자기주도학습준비도 검사와 Kolb 학습유형 검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상 학생의 자기주도학습준비도 전체 평균점수가 3.41로 나타나 Guglielmino & Guglielmino(1993)의 점수해석을 기준으로 할 때, 연구대상 학생의 자기주도학습준비도는 '평균'으로 볼 수 있다. 자기주도학습준비도의 하위영역별 통계치를 보면, '자신의 학습에 대한 책임감'이 가장 높게 나타났고, '학습에 있어서의 독립심과 자발성'이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 연구대상 학생의 Kolb 학습유형 4가지 기본척도 분석결과 능동적 실험(AE)의 평균점수가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 추상적 개념화(AC)의 평균점수가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 연구에 참여한 이공계열 전공 대학생들은 Kolb 4가지 학습유형 중 확산형을 선호하는 학생들이 가장 많았고, 수렴형은 선호도가 가장 낮았다. 셋째, 자기주도학습준비도의 하위변인과 Kolb 학습유형 기본척도의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 관계가 있는 것으로 나타난 것은 다음과 같다. (1) 학습기회의 개방성, 배움에 대한 사랑이 구체적 경험과 관계가 있었다. (2) 학습기회의 개방성, 효율적이고 독립적인 학습자로서의 자아개념, 학습에 있어서의 독립심과 자발성, 배움에 대한 사랑, 미래지향성이 추상적 개념화와 관계가 있었다. (3) 학습에 있어서의 독립심과 자발성, 창의성이 반성적 성찰과 관계가 있었다. (4) 학습에 있어서의 독립심과 자발성, 미래지향성이 능동적 실험과 관계가 있었다. 넷째, 연구대상 학생의 자기주도학습준비도 평균점수를 상위집단과 하위집단으로 구분하여 Kolb 학습유형과 비교 분석한 결과, 자기주도학습준비도와 학습유형은 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다문화가정 어머니의 양육태도가 아동의 학교준비도와 감각처리능력에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Parenting Attitude of a Multicultural Family Mother on the School Readiness and Sensory Processing Skill)

  • 본 연구는 광주·전남에 거주하고 있는 다문화가정의 어머니 및 아동 각 43명을 대상으로 다문화가정의 어머니 양육태도와 아동의 감각처리능력이 취학 전 아동의 학교준비도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 어머니의 양육태도는 MBRI, 아동의 감각처리능력은 SSP를 그리고 학교준비도검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 다문화가정의 어머니 양육태도 총점은 165.72±24.19점 이었고, 하위항목에서는 자율적 태도, 통제적 태도, 거부적 태도, 애정적 태도 순으로 높게 나타났다. 다문화가정 어머니 양육태도만 아동의 학교준비도와 정적 상관을 보였다(p<.05). 또한 다문화가정 아동의 학교준비도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인도 어머니양육태도로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정 아동들이 학교생활에 잘 적응할 수 있도록 다문화가정 어머니의 긍정적인 양육태도 형성에 필요한 부모교육과 학교준비도와 관련된 학교작업치료 중재들이 적극적으로 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

소비자의 인터넷쇼핑 구매경험과 기술준비성이 인터넷 의류쇼핑시 위험지각과 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Consumers' Purchase Experience and Technology Readiness on Risk Perception and Satisfaction in Internet Clothing Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine consumers' risk perception in internet clothing shopping and its relation with technology readiness and the frequency of purchase. Thereafter, this study examines how consumers' risk perception affect service quality and satisfaction at the apparel shopping sites. An on-line survey was made to collect data, and the replies from 785 people, who had an experience of apparel shopping on line, were used in data analysis. From factor analyses, risk perception comprised 3 factors of product related risk, delivery related risk, and security related risk, and technology readiness comprised 4 factors of optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity. Based on cluster analysis, consumers were classified into 3 types in terms of the internet risk perception: low risk group, medium risk group, and high risk group. From path analysis, risk perception was decreased with high frequency of purchase and low discomfort and insecurity of technology readiness, and risk perception and service quality had an influence on consumers' satisfaction with the shopping sites.

증강현실 패션 소매기술 특성의 소비자 사용효과에 관한 연구: 기술 준비도의 조절효과 (A Study on the Consumer Use Effect of AR Fashion Retail Technology: Moderating Effect of Technology Readiness)

  • This study investigated the influence of the perceived characteristics of AR fashion retail technology on value co-creation and continued use intention. This study also examines the moderating role of technology readiness in the effects of the perceived characteristics of AR fashion retail technology on value co-creation. A total of 241 university students who had experience using AR fashion retail technology completed the questionnaire. The results were as follows. First, there were five factors in the perceived characteristics of AR fashion retail technology: presence, aesthetic attractiveness, ease of use, shopping usefulness, and perceived enjoyment. Second, aesthetic attractiveness, shopping usefulness, and perceived enjoyment had positive impacts on value co-creation. Third, value co-creation had a positive impact on continued use intention of AR retail technology. Fourth, there were significant differences in the effect of aesthetic attractiveness and shopping usefulness on value co-creation by the innovativeness dimension of technology readiness. Fifth, there was a significant difference in the effect of ease of use on value co-creation by the optimism dimension of technology readiness. The results of this study should provide guidance for marketers or retailers interested in the application of AR fashion retail technology in their stores.

사이버대학생의 진로성숙도가 학업스트레스에 미치는 영향 : 자기주도 학습 준비도의 매개효과 (Effects of Cyber Universities' Career Maturity on Academic Stress : Mediator Effects of Self-directed Learning Readiness)

  • 본 연구는 사이버대학생을 대상으로 진로성숙도가 학업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 자기주도 학습 준비도의 역할을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사이버대학생 582명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, SPSS WIN 18.0을 통해 상관 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 진로성숙도는 자기주도 학습 준비도와는 유의미한 정적상관을, 학업스트레스와는 유의미한 부적상관을 나타냈다. 또한 자기주도 학습 준비도는 진로성숙도와 학업스트레스를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 사이버대학생들의 학업스트레스를 줄이기 위한 방안 마련에 대한 필요성을 논의하였고, 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제안을 하였다.

The Investigation into the Relationship between Intellectual Preferences Model and Preparation for Organization

  • Purpose - The objective of the present study is to examine the relationship between intellectual preferences of individuals and the level of readiness for change according to Ned Herman. Research design, data and methodology - For this, Iranian Supreme Audit Court was selected as a case study in this research and it was carried out to evaluate research variables and test hypotheses using standard questionnaires of intellectual preferences and readiness for change based on the methodology. It should be remarked that only 32 managers of Audit Court were willing to participate in this research and responded to the questionnaires. Results - The outputs of the performed tests showed that although there is not a significant relationship between the individuals with intellectual preferences for class A and readiness for change them, approaching the intellectual preferences of the individuals to D region increases the readiness for change them. On the other hand, whatever individuals have intellectual preferences for branches in groups B and C, the level of preparedness for change is low. Conclusions - The results of this research have made a clear policy for the effective utilization in human resources based on their intellectual preferences model for management with organizational changes.

Relationship Brand Orientation and Internal Brand Equity at Internet Service Providers: An Organization Change Readiness Effect

  • The midst competition makes a brand all together with its offering products and services is becoming a crucial element for company existence. This requires direct involvement from internal organizational to develop effective strategic branding. According to Asosiasi Penyelenggara Internet Indonesia (APJII), Indonesia's internet penetration is among the highest in Asia. The purpose of this research is to improve the strategic role of brand orientation within Internet Service Provider (ISP) for maximizing return on the company's financial and non-financial benefits by proposing organization change readiness variable. The data collection is taken using an online survey with a non-parametric sampling method and collected 68 qualified respondents for data analysis using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square). The result indicates partial hypotheses on the constructed model between variables brand orientation, brand commitment, and internal brand equity is acceptable. Another finding is stated hypotheses on organization change readiness as moderation is not accepted and means there is no significance to the constructed model. The main conclusion resumes associative human memory can shape up organization change readiness inside internal toward then brand. Relevant cues generate information received in the human brain then will create common associative and becoming social identity on internal brand equity.

미숙아 어머니의 간호사와의 파트너십, 사회적 지지가 퇴원준비도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Partnerships with Nurses and Social Support on Readiness for Discharge among Mothers of Premature Infants)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate partnerships with nurses, social support and readiness for discharge among mothers of premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and to examine the factors associated with readiness for discharge. Methods: A survey was conducted among 85 mothers of premature infants hospitalized in a NICU in Seoul, Korea. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, the t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson' correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25.0. Results: The results of the regression analysis showed that partnerships with nurses (${\beta}=.32$, p=.011) and parenting experience (${\beta}=.32$, p=.001) were significantly associated with readiness for discharge. Conclusion: To improve the readiness for discharge among mothers of premature infants, developing strategies to strengthen their partnership with nurses and to provide family-centered care will be needed.
