기지국용 ZST세라믹스의 소결조건에 따른 고주파 유전 특성 (Microwave Dielectric Properties of ZST Ceramics for Mobile Telecommunication System)

  • Effects of sintering temperature and time on relative permittivity $\varepsilon$$\_$r/, unloaded quality factor Q$.$f and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency $\tau$$\_$f/ of dielectric resonator materials produced from commercial ZST powder were investigated in some detail. Q$.$f values, as determined from cavity perturbation method at 1.6 GHz, gradually increased with sintering temperature reaching the maximum at 1420$^{\circ}C$. However, bulk density and relative permittivity values, which increased with temperature, started to decrease above 1380$^{\circ}C$. In addition, Q$.$f values slightly increased with sintering time at the sintering temperature of 1300$^{\circ}C$∼1380$^{\circ}C$, while bulk density and relative permittivity values were approximately constant. It was also found that $\tau$$\_$f/ values were not affected by sintering temperature and time within the experimental conditions used.

인터넷 기반 유통경로에 대한 소비자인식의 변화에 관한 실증적 연구 (A Empirical Study on the Changed Consumer Perception to Internet Based Channel)

  • This paper examines the changed consumer perception to internet based channel. Internet based channel has time merit, place merit, assortment merit, compatibility merit, and so on. For seller, in the mean while, it has merits in the way of diminishing physical distribution cost, promotion cost, and reaching globally in the same time. In spite of so many merits of internet based channel, there were many types complain in past. Most of all, consumers expect that it will provide low-price merit to consumer, because it doesn't need shop, warehouse, stock, etc. Based on the empirical analyses in past, it didn't work, especially to price oriented consumer's perception. But in this research, it shows changing consumer's perception. Comparing past data with current data, we found outstanding gross in price related variables figure. But, in goods delivery related factors and personal credit information related factor, consumer recognized much more negatively yet. So, we conclude that even though some factors show improved perception, there are tasks to solve. We will observe the tuning point at that time.

상용 간접구의 연소형태와 열자극량에 대한 연구 (Investigation of the Temperature Change and Quantity of Heat Stimulus of the Commercial Indirect Moxibustion)

  • Objectives : In this research, relatively the characteristic in the combustion according to the brands of the commercial indirect moxibustion is compared and the commercial indirect moxibustion is standardized and this result tries to be provided as necessary basic data. Methods : After adhering to the agarose gel surface in which the thermocouple is inserted, 6 kinds of commercial indirect moxibustion were burnt off and the burning behaviour of the commercial indirect device and heat quantity of stimulus was compared. Results : 1. The form of combustion did not have a difference in 6 kinds of commercial indirect moxibustion combustion. 2. As to the miximum temperature, 'Seoam' and 'Dongbang' was higher than 'Baekryoung' and 'Taeyang'. 3. It was long so that the highest temperature reaching time of 'Seoam' could note in comparison with the other brands. And the highest temperature reaching time of 'Baekryoung' was short to note in comparison with the other brands. 4. As to the quantity of heat stimulus, 'Seoam' was the biggest and 'Baekryoung' was the smallest. 5. The quantity of heat stimulus of 'Dongbang' was the most stable. Conclusions : In this research, relatively the form of combustion of 6 kinds of commercial indirect moxibustion and heat quantity of stimulus were compared. It desires to anticipate the result that it makes the skin.

Zn-Pr-Co-Cr-Er 산화물계 바이스터의 전기적 성질 (Electrical Properties of Zn-Pr-Co-Cr-Er Oxides-based Varistors)

  • The electrical properties of varistors consisting of Zn-Pr-Co-Cr-Er oxides were investigated in the Er$_2$O$_3$content range of 0.0 to 2.0 mol%. the varistors without Er$_2$O$_3$ exhibited a relatively low nonlinearity, which was 14.24 in the nonlinear exponent and 21.47 $\mu$A in the leakage current. However, the varistors with Er$_2$O$_3$ sintered at 1335$^{\circ}C$ for 1h exhibited very high nonlinear exponent of 70, in particular, reaching a maximum value of 78.05 in 2.0 mol% Er$_2$O$_3$, and those sintered at 1335$^{\circ}C$ for 2h exhibited the nonlinear exponent close to 50, in particular, reaching a maximum value of52.76 in 0.5 mol% Er$_2$O$_3$. The others except for 0.5 mol% Er$_2$O$_3$-added varistors exhibited very high instability resulting in a thermal runaway within a short time, even a weak DC stress. Increasing soaking time decreased the nonlinearity, but increased the stability. The varistors containing 0.5mol% Er$_2$O$_3$ sintered for 2h exhibited excellent stability, in which the variation rate of the varistor voltage and nonlinear exponent was -1.70% and -7.15%, respectively, under more severe DC stress such as (0.80 V$_{1mA}$/9$0^{\circ}C$/12h)+(0.85 V$_{1mA}$/115$^{\circ}C$/12h)+(0.90 V$_{1mA}$/12$0^{\circ}C$/12h)+(0.95 V$_{1mA}$/1$25^{\circ}C$/12h)+(0.95 V$_{1mA}$/15$0^{\circ}C$/12h).TEX>/12h).

Study on performance test of orchard tractor power transmission systems

  • This study started to export an orchard tractor to Europe under the situations that R&D activities for orchard tractor were marginal and even it was not produced. The R&D for orchard tractor has been progressed and the most of it is accomplishing the goal. In this study, the durability of clutch friction part was tested for F/R clutch and moment of inertia of PTO clutch, and it was compared with the design criteria of transmission of tractor. According to the results of inertia test of F/R clutch, hydraulic pressures of clutch satisfied $1,961.33{\pm}196.13kPa$ of design criteria, and the variations of torque for forward and reverse operation were relatively constant. Therefore, it was found that the durability of clutch friction part was stable and reliable. Test results showed that the main hydraulic pressures were maintained $1,961.33{\pm}196.13kPa$ during the tests of moment of inertia of PTO clutch, and when it was operated, the hydraulic pressures were reached $1,961.33{\pm}196.13kPa$. Therefore, it was found that the hydraulic pressures of PTO satisfied the design criteria. By the results that the time of the hydraulic pressures of PTO reaching main hydraulic pressure, and that of torque values restoring to the original was same as the time of the first gear of PTO reaching the maximum rotational speed, it was found that PTO could transfer power to attachments as it was designed.

  • SNS는 최근 금융산업과 정보기술이 융합한 핀테크를 이용하여 기존의 결제시스템을 넘어선 모바일 결제시스템을 통해 금융서비스를 고객에게 제공하는 수준에 이르고 있다. 이러한 모바일 결제시스템은 시간이 갈수록 그 규모가 증가하고 있으며 그 기능 또한 일반 시중의 금융서비스와 같은 수준에 이르고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 핀테크 도입률이 가장 높은 중국의 인터넷 뱅크 이용자들 중 위쳇페이를 이용하는 사용자들을 대상으로 하여 사용자들이 인터넷 뱅킹에 있어서 가장 중요한 요인은 무엇인지를 살펴본 실증연구이다. 이를 알아보기 위해 본 연구에서는 유형성, 편리성, 정확성, 공감성, 신뢰성이 인터넷 뱅킹의 수용의도와 고객만족에 긍정적으로 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보기 위해 요인분석을 실시한 결과 제시한 2개의 요인이 수용의도와 고객만족에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아본 결과 모두 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 이미 중국에서는 핀테크 기술을 이용한 인터넷 뱅킹이 사회전반에 고루 사용되고 있으며 인터넷 뱅킹에서 제공하는 다양한 서비스에 대해 대부분 만족한다고 할 수 있다.

SCW형 지중 열교환기의 지중 열전도도 해석에서 초기제외시간 결정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determining Initial Ignoring Time for the Analysis of Ground Thermal Conductivity of SCW Type Ground Heat Exchanger)

  • This paper presents an analysis on the initial ignoring time of SCW type GHX using Mean Square Error method. Line source method is a useful method for estimating the ground thermal conductivity for the vertical type and SCW type GHX in Korea. The line source method for ground thermal conductivity of geothermal in-site test is the basis of linear approximation between the temperature of a borehole and logarithmic time in a GHX. To apply the line source method to the estimation of SCW type GHX, it is necessary to ignore the initial time of data at the stage of a linear approximation. This paper proposed a new initial ignoring time of SCW type GHX among various initial ignoring time at the time for reaching MSE of $0.02^{\circ}C^2$.

가정전문간호사의 비암성 말기환자 간호행위 시간 분석 (A Time Study of Nursing Activities by Home Care Nurses for Non-Cancer Terminal Patients)

  • Purpose: To investigate the duration of each nursing activity performed by home care nurses for non-cancer patients and the relationship between patients' palliative prognostic index (PPI) and duration of each nursing activity. Methods: Nursing activities performed for six non-cancer terminal patients were timed using a stopwatch, and 18 parameters were measured by visiting each patient thrice. The mean and standard deviations of duration for each category of nursing activities were computed. The relationship between category-specific duration of nursing activities and PPI was analyzed with Spearman's correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results: Among nursing activities, the highest greatest duration of time was spent on traffic time (11.91 min), followed by urinary catheter management (10.65 min) and insertion and management of nasogastric tube (9.03 min). In terms of nursing categories, after excluding movement time, the greatest duration of time was spent on excretion care (5.48 min), nutrition care (5.40 min), and medication (3.82 min). PPI correlated with hygiene care, excretion care, and patient and information management. Multiple regression analysis revealed that PPI increased with increasing duration of hygiene care. Conclusion: These study findings provide grounds for the increased nursing time of hygiene care for people reaching the end of life.

$PEO_8LiClO_4/Al_2O_3$ 복합 고분자 전해질에서의 이온 전도도의 노화 현상 (Effect of Aging Time on the Sonic Conductivity of $PEO_8LiClO_4/Al_2O_3$ Composite Polymer Electrolytes)

  • PEO계 고분자 전해질에 대한 최근까지의 많은 연구는 나노-세라믹 입자의 충전에 의한 전도도 증대가 주과제였다. 그러나 노화시간에 따른 이온 전도도의 지속적인 감소 현상은 이 시료의 응용 가능성에 치명적 단점임에도 불구하고 많은 경우에 무시되거나 간과되어 왔다. 노화 시간에 따른 전도도 감소 현상은 충전된 세라믹 입자에 의해 유발되는 것처럼 보고되어 왔다. 반면에 순수한 $PEO_8LiCIO_4$전해질의 전도도는 저자에 따라 고온에서는 거의 일치된 값이 보고되었지만 상온에서의 전도도 값은 10000배까지의 차이를 보이고 있다. 이는 상온에서의 전도도 값이 시료 제작이나 열적 역사에 크게 의존한다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 $PEO_8LiCIO_4$와 나노-세라믹 입자가 충전된 $PEO_8LiClO_4/Al_2O_3$ 고분자 전해질의 전도도의 크기가 열적 전처리 및 노화 시간에 크게 의존함을 보였다. 또한 전도도 감소 현상은 순수한 시료나 충전된 시료에 거의 비슷한 정도로 나타나는 것을 측정하였으며, 이와 같은 노화 현상은 PEO-Li염 전해질이 상온에서 결정질과 비정질이 공존하는 비평형 상이기 때문에 일어나는 본래 내재되어 있는 성질이라는 것을 밝혔다.

급속열질화에 의한 고압산화법으로 성장된 얇은 산화막의 특성개선 (Improvement of thin oxide grown by high pressure oxidation using rapid thermal nitridation)

  • To develop ultrathin gate oxide for ULSI MOSFETs, for the first time, we fabricated MOS capacitors with 65.angs. thick initial oxide grown by high pressure oxidation (HIPOX) at 700.deg. C in 5 atmosphere $O_{2}$ ambient and then followed by rapid thermal nitridation (RTN) in N$_{2}$O ambient. The dielectric breakdown fields of the initial HIPOX oxide are 13.0 MV/cm and 13.8MV/cm for negative and positive gate bias, respectively and are dependent on nitridation temeprature and time.The lifetimes of the HIPOX oxides extractd by TDDB method are 1.1*10$^{8}$ sec and 3.4 * 10$^{9}$ sec for negative and positive stress current, respectively. The lifetime of the HIPOX oxide dfor negative stress current increases with nitridation time in N$_{2}$O ambient at 1100.deg.C, reaching maximum value stress curretn increases with nitridation time in N$_{2}$O ambient at 1100.deg. C reacing maximum value of 1.2*10$^{9}$ sec for 30 sec of nitridation time, and then subsequently decreases at the longer nitridation time. The lifetimes of the nitrided-HIPOX oxides are longer than 10 years when nitridations are carried out longer than about 50 sec and 12 sec at 1000.deg. C, and 1100.deg. C, respectively.
